conclusion. For any inconvenience experienced by the guest during the two
night stay at the property, priceline has processed a goodwill refund of $78.65.
This amount represents 20% of the hotel room charge for the guest’s two night
stay.

I am rejecting this response because: Before I had submitted the ticket, I made sure that my name was spelled correctly and all of my information was correct. I had purchased the airline ticket for $381.50. No one in their right mind would just "throw away" that amount of money. There must have been a computer glitch on Priceline.com's end or someone purposely changed my name. Where my name is suppose to go on the ticket is written as 'Fd Gtt'. I did not "misspell" my name. This is far from the spelling of my name! Someone or maybe a computer glitch on their end put this as my name. Also, why did Priceline.com sall me not once but twice and want me to pay an additional $250 for them to "fix my ticket" if my ticket was not "fixable"? They wanted extra money on top of the $381.50 that they had already stole from me!!!! I have put fliers out and advertisements all over the internet encouraging people not to purchase ANYTHING through Priceline.com. They are a scam and thieves. They are nothing more than a fraudulent business.

Horrible experience with their express deal, I chose 2 star but ended up in a smoking room at [redacted] **. I have allergy and my 3 year old daughter was with me , I asked hotel staff they refer me to Priceline and Priceline customer service told me there is no guarantee for rooms and there is no refund , I personally think they have to shut down the express deal ,it is unethical to send a non smoker , allergic person and 3 year old to a smoking room.

The consumer stated that after he submitted
his offer, his request was rejected due to his credit card declining. He input
his information again and when the confirmation page was shown, he noticed his
last name was showing twice with the middle name added. He called and was advised
he could change the name shown on the ticket for $30 or cancel and receive a
refund minus the $7 processing fee. The consumer is unhappy with the $7 fee as
he feels it was our error.
The contract page that the customer initialed
and agreed to showed the name as [redacted]. It was confirmed that no
error was on our part, but as a one-time exception to our policies, the $7
processing fee was refunded back to the customer. The customer was notified of
the refund of the $7 processing fee.

We are in receipt of the
complaint initiated by the above-mentioned client.  Customer satisfaction
is always our primary concern, and it is a disappointment to learn that we have
not met [redacted] expectations.  We appreciate your patience, during our
review of this matter. 
Upon receipt of [redacted] complaint, Priceline Cruises
initiated an internal review in regards to her reservation with us. Upon
further review with our technical support team we found that the only way in
which the roundtrip airfare from [redacted] to [redacted] to have been booked was
if [redacted] had selected [redacted] as her departure city. We have also
reviewed her phone call with our agent and in regards to her main point
referencing her zip code, this was never discussed in the call.
I have called and spoken with [redacted] and let her know
what we were able to find and once I explained the situation to her in regards
to the “glitch” that allowed her to book the air incorrectly she understood. I
also offered her a $300 [redacted] Voucher to be used within the next year
towards a future cruise booking as well as put her into contact with a
dedicated travel agent to assist her with all of her future booking needs.

I have stated previously why I do not accept the Hotels response. The hotel manager has lied to upper management about what happened. I have included proof of what has happened in the form of pictures. If the Hotel refuses to cooperate that is their prerogative. It has become painfully obvious that this hotel does not care about its customers and is ok with backing up their employees statements even when those statements have been proven false with photo evidence. I will simply have to use the powers of online reviews to let further customers know of the shady business practices used by this particular establishment. I will also be using those same reviews to review priceline.com and their shady business dealings.
