Revdex.com concern in our Executive Offices.
 
We understand your request to be refunded for the
reservation since it was booked for the incorrect arrival city.
 
We have reviewed your reservation, and our records
indicate you agreed to arrive in [redacted]
([redacted]) in [redacted]. Prior to booking the reservation, you were asked to
review and initial the contract page indicating that you agree to the arrival
city, as well as to the terms and conditions of the offer. We have sent a
separate email with a copy of this page for your review.
 
We offered a one-time exception to allow you to cancel
the reservation minus a 7.45 USD Ticket Processing Fee, 200.00 USD Ticket Cancellation
Fee, and 13.41 USD Rental Car Cancellation Fee.
 
Our records indicate that you have rebooked on our site
for the correct destination under Request Number 22366779003. Therefore, we
will go ahead and refund the 200.00 USD Ticket Cancellation Fee minus a 30.00
USD Change Fee. This refund for 170.00 USD will be processed through our system
within one business day. If you need to check the status of your refund after a
few business days, please contact your bank directly to inquire about their
processing time.
 
We understand that the cost of your new airline
reservation is higher; however, we are unable to offer any additional refunds.

conclusion. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can add to what has already been

and the rental partner advised us that they provided the driver with the
reserved car class and there is no upgrade charge on the rental. Also, the
charges paid by the driver directly to the rental car company are for the third
party liability at 15.00 per day and the CDW/TP at 20.00 per day, which the
driver accepted at the counter. Both are subject to the airport fee and local
taxes. The consumer must contact the rental partner directly at [redacted] for
any further assistance. We are
sorry that we are unable to assist the consumer any further in this situation.

Booked two separate hotel rooms with priceline. When we were 20 min away from the hotel, I realized we never got a confirmation email; however, we had paid ahead and the amoint was removed from our credit card. We called priceline to realize they didn't book either room. They refused to help or to try to book something for us, stating that they were not travel agents. They said we had to go on the website ourselves or use another company. We were left without rooms with small children.

disclose prior to purchase that Name Your Own Price hotel room purchases do not
include resort fees that are payable directly to the hotel, and not included in
your offer price. On each consumers’ contract page (including the contract page
in question), we clearly and conspicuously place the following disclosure
regarding this issue labeled under:
 
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The reservation
holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service
fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the
customer at checkout. These charges may be
mandatory (e.g., resort
fees) or optional
(parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in your offer
price.
These fees are incurred whether the consumer
purchases the hotel room reservation via the priceline.com website, or directly
through the property. We are
sorry that we are unable to assist the consumer any further in this situation.

I cannot find anywhere on your website easily about your claim:"We understand that you would like to accumulate points/miles with your frequent flyer miles for this trip. The ability to receive points/miles is dependent upon our travel partners rules.
As stated on our website, frequent flyer programs vary by airline and are subject to change.  Therefore, we cannot guarantee points/miles. You can contact your confirmed carrier to check on eligibility for this trip; however, it is entirely up to our travel partners' discretion to accept or deny the request". 
Also, it was not disclosed clearly when using your website to purchase the tickets, it only asks you to enter the mileage account which is very misleading.  If your company cannot guarantee points/mile for a specific trip,  it should be disclosed clearly under the option for customers to enter their mileage accounts, instead of hiding the information elsewhere where customers are not likely to find/read.

and no prepayment is required.
When selecting a reservation, and prior to purchase, the
consumer is provided with the terms and conditions, including the cancel
policy, associated with each reservation.
In this case the consumer selected a Name Your Own Price reservation
that provided greater savings and less flexibility.

support a more favorable conclusion. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can add
to what has already been stated in our previous correspondence.  Attached hereto is a copy of the consumer’s initialed
contract age agreeing to the terms and conditions of the purchase.
Cancel Policy:

If you decide to cancel your reservation anytime
between noon on Saturday, May 31st and noon on Sunday, June 1st (local hotel
time), the hotel requires payment for the first night's stay. You will be
charged for the first night's stay including taxes and fees. Any remaining
amount will be refunded to you. Refunds or cancellations are not available
after noon local hotel time on your day of arrival (Sunday, June 1st).

I am rejecting this response because:
1. Priceline lied about the hotel room availability: it was communicated to me, Priceline, checked the hotel directly and was unable to find available room/rooms, but when I checked myself, I confirmed their lie, also sent Priceline a screenshot as a proof. 
2. Priceline initially reserved my "2 bedrooms requested" as one king (confirmed by the hotel on August 21st). This shows failure in their operation management. It was too late to solve the issue with Priceline's desired option (the cheapest). So they decided to let me choose between a convenient option to them, or deal with it. 
3. It was communicated with Priceline that an option was available (reserve another room), they simply rejected with no reason. 
There should be some type of consequences to such lack of honesty and poor costumer service. They should pay for ruining my vacation. 
I am requesting some sort of refund as a compensation.
