Please call ###-###-#### to speak to a representative for clarity.

thank you.

Review: I received a notice of an overdue parking ticket ([redacted]) that was issued in [redacted] on 3/27/14. I have never been to [redacted] and the tag number on the violation is a tag that I surrendered over two years ago, to which I have proof of from the DMV [redacted]). I brought the notice to the DMV in [redacted], they tried calling the number on the notice and received no answer. They researched my license and found nothing outstanding. They made a copy of the surrender notice and mailed it to the collection agency. They also turned the letter over to their supervisor for further investigation, as they thought it may be a scam. Any tag that is surrendered is never re-assigned.

I have just received another notice to pay the $35.00 or my license will be suspended. I have mailed proof to this agency that I surrendered that tag and have not owned a vehicle since then. What else do I need to do to prove that I was neither in [redacted] and that tag was not on any vehicle that I owned. Is it possible to get a copy of the make of vehicle that that tag was on? It did not belong to me and I was not there. I cannot afford to have my license suspended over something I did not do, and I shouldn't have to pay that fine either. I hope you can help resolve this problemDesired Settlement: Explain how they got this information, and why they did not respond when the DMV sent them proof that that tag had been surrendered. This ticket should be dismissed. I have also written to the Chief of Police [redacted] in [redacted], to ask for his help in resolving this matter

RE: [redacted]

Review: I received a call from the phone number ###-###-#### at 6:49 PM local time in [redacted]. I answered the call and it was a pre-recorded message that said to press 1 to speak with someone. I pressed 1. After pressing 1, I heard a message that said that the office was closed and to call back during regular business hours. That is bizarre given that I was the one receiving the phone call. I only pressed 1 to reach them as that was my option. I can certainly prove that I was receiving a call from this number, not attempting to dial them on my own.

This call was received on my work mobile phone. It did not state who the call was for or what was the nature of the business. I researched and discovered the number belonged to the company I'm complaining against and others have complained as well. This number is listed on **'s DMV site as a ticket collection company. I have no idea how my work mobile (which is an [redacted] number) would be tied to **, but if this is any sort of collection attempt, the attempt needs to be made in writing, not by an anonymous call to a work mobile number.Desired Settlement: This company needs to remove my mobile number as a point of contact and instead contact me in writing.

Review: 7/2/2013: received a phone call, for the first time, from PAM informing a red light ticket occurred in June 2007, in [redacted].

7/3/2013: sent a letter providing explanation and all documents in possession (a power of attorney of ownership transfer) showing that I was not the driver of the car, because the car was sold to a dealership May 2007. USPS tracking indicated delivery on 7/6/2013.

8/15/2013: received the first letter from PAM dated 8/9/2013, alleging my past failure to respond to notice, demanding a 15-day window to pay the red light ticket, and threatening transfer to national credit bureaus; no mentioning of my 7/3 letter and documents at all. Multiple attempts to reach a supervisor failed, because none the representatives was clear how to proceed. Left a message request discussion / clarification.

8/16/2013: called PAM again, and talked to different representatives; apparently, my 7/3 letter and documents were received, and a note was in the record; however, the note does not address the power of attorney, and the copy of the documents was nowhere to be found.

Problem 1: why did PAM fail to respond to my 7/3 letter?

Problem 2: how accurate is the note without the documents and where are the original documents included in my 7/3 letter?Desired Settlement: PAM should have competent persons review the documents, apologize at the minimum, and provide clarification as to the sufficiency / deficiency of the documents.

Review: A collection company by the name of Professional Accounts Management, LLC, out of Milwaukee, WI, apparently sent letters addressed to me to an address that wasn't mine starting in March of this year. Obviously, having never received them, I didn't respond. I only learned about this collection action when Trans Union credit bureau reported a collections account from this company, with an amount owed of $75. Having absolutely no idea what this "debt" was, I obtained contact information for PAM and called them. They told me this was about a parking ticket from Providence in 2009 given to a vehicle (a jeep) with registration CC-550. Neither that vehicle nor that plate has ever belonged to me. My registration in [redacted], and I've had that from 2008-present. That has been attached to two different cars - a Honda Civic and a Honda Accord. Neither could be confused with a jeep. I demanded debt validation in writing from them to include any information that they had in their possession that would lead them to believe I was the registered owner of that vehicle. Specifically, I was looking for documents they should have from Rhode Island saying that I am the registered owner. I also demanded that unless they provide such information, I wanted all collection activity to stop and references to the account deleted from my credit report. I disputed the account with Trans Union, and they said the information PAM provided them didn't match my personal information, so they deleted the collection account. However, in response to my demand for validation, PAM only sent me another letter, demanding payment, with a little box contained on the letter showing the license plate ([redacted]) - City of Providence, My name, and $75 owed. Nothing from the registry or any other proof that this belonged to me. I called (and wrote) again disputing their validation and they said they would remove my name from the account. Just this weekend, I received another letter from PAM demanding payment and that they would continue to report negative information about this account to the national credit bureaus. I called them this morning to find out if they had the validation I requested and they do not. I asked to see whatever they had from the registry that says this plate was mine. (The reason I asked this was because in RI, all registrations contain the driver's license number of the registrant, so that would be an easy way to show them this wasn't me.) They do not have anything that proves this is mine. Although I was told it was MY BURDEN to disprove what they had. That is completely incorrect. The burden is on the company demanding payment and claiming a debt. They have failed to provide proper validation under the FDCPA and they continue to contact me despite my requests not to do so. In addition, they violated the FCRA when they reported negative information about me to Trans Union without first properly verifying the debt was valid and that it belonged to me. They also refused to remove that negative reference once I gave them information showing the identifying information they were relying upon does not belong to me. The credit bureau removed the listing on its own.Desired Settlement: I want a written letter from PAM that says they will remove my personal information from this account number ([redacted]) and cease all collection efforts. I also want written confirmation that they will not attempt to report any negative information about me to any credit bureau. Unless and until they provide me with proper validation of this debt, they must cease all activity. The only proper validation is a document from the Rhode Island DMV with my name attached to the car and license plate listed on the parking ticket. That document would be the registration that would include a driver's license number of the operator/registrant.

Review: On Thursday September 19th I received a letter from Professional Account Management LLC that stated "has made several unsuccessful attempts to contact (me) regarding unpaid citations. This account has been reported to the national credit bureau and could negatively affect your credit rating"

this violation was dated May 2011 and this is the FIRST time I was notified of this offense. In addition the address this letter was sent to is not my address. The address on file with the NY State DMV where my car is legally registered is correct and has not changed in years. I would like to receive more information on how Professional Account Management LLC "attempted to be contacted" for two years and not once did I receive a letter to my legal address. I would also like more information on how Professional Account Management LLC can affect my credit score.

A quick google search on their main #: [redacted] yields a lot of complains in regards to the same problem. Contacting a person years after a violation, threatening to affect credit score and harassing phone #'s. this website has 5 pages of complaints: [redacted]

thanks for your timeDesired Settlement: I would like more information on the type of violation (where and what) I am accused of and the original amount due.

I would like to know why this is the first time I am being contacted on this (two years after the violation)

I would like to know why this was never sent to the legal address on file with the NYS DMV

I would like a letter stating and proof my credit score was not effected

There is nobody by the name of [redacted] that lives here. We have repeatedly told them this and requested our number be taken off their call list. Yet we continue to receive phone calls. Dear Mr. [redacted],

Review: I had a derogatory mark put on my trans-union credit report the representative, refused to tell me about the validity of the debt, who they work for; my rights to dispute the debt, I never received anything about this from them before it was put on to my credit report. It being put on to my report cost me the the ability to buy the house I was in the process of getting. I was not about to get any information related to the debt. When I asked questions about why I was never contacted and all they would say is they dont send anything out and I SHOULD have gotten something from the city of [redacted] which I never have. I was then ask to be tranferred to a supervisor to which of course went to a voice mail that I never received a call back from . I had to call back three times to ask for the supervisor, .Desired Settlement: to have this removed from my credit report

After review of the account referenced in Revdex.com complaint# [redacted] for [redacted], it should be noted that an account was listed with Professional Account Management (PAM) on 9/23/09 & 6/11/13 from the City of [redacted]. Collection notices were mailed on 10/28/09, 8/10/11, 2/16/12 & 12/5/12 for the account listed in Collections on 9/23/09. The customer called in on 9/28/11, stating that was not aware of the ticket but the customer was advised that the balance of $65.00 was due and the account remained open in Collections. After the second account was listed on 6/11/13, collection notices were mailed on 11/13/13 & 7/31/14. The customer called in on 7/28/14 and stated that he was not aware of Collection placement again and was advised of the balance due. Customer was upset stating that the account shouldn’t have been placed on his credit report until he received notification and potentially cost him a house loan. The customer was incorrectly advised by the collector that the City of [redacted] mailed notices but PAM doesn’t mail notices once placed in collections.

The customer was called on 8/4/14, the customer was advised that as a courtesy due to the misinformation given during his last call with PAM that if he paid both tickets then the accounts would be removed from his credit. The customer stated that he couldn’t pay and was provided the Manager’s direct contact information to call when able to make payment and then the credit deletion request would be submitted upon confirmation of payment. The customer was also advised of previous phone contact and being advised of ticket prior to credit bureau placement.

Review: This company reported a $300 parking ticket fee in a state I have never visited in my entire life. They reported this to the credit agencies without ever notifying me and it has destroyed my credit which I have worked extremely hard to keep in good standing. I called them and asked them to provide proof and they were very aggressive and said they did not have to send me anything before putting it on my credit. Since I was in the process of buying a home and wanted to maintain my perfect credit score, I offered to pay the requested fee in return for deleting the entry from my credit report and they refused and hung up on me.

I am livid about this situation and I believe this is completely unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I would like the entry deleted from the credit agency that they reported it to ([redacted]).

Regards,

I find this company to be harassing and questionable. This Company is on their second incident of contacting my elderly mother about a credit card debt that she does not owe. I personally paid the credit card company the amount due and now close to three months later she receives another call from these people. The payment in question has posted to her account 9 days in advance! I hope something is done about this company and soon because this is not right. No one should have to go through something like this. My mother has dealt with the same credit card company since 2005 and has NEVER had an issue until these people came along.

Review: On April 1st, I received a notification from this company regarding some Illinois Toll Violations. As soon as I received the notice which is date March 24th, I called the tollfree number and asked what is this violation about. Since I had no prior knowledge these violations existed. The young woman who answered the phone let me know the call was an attempt to collect the debt and proceeded to tell me when the tolls occurred. It was at that time I let her know my car was stolen. The young lady told me to send the information in and I had 30 days to do. She also let me know she would make notes on the account. However, on yesterday I notice this collection item was placed on my credit reports without this company validating this debt and seeing if there was a resolve. I monitor my credit closely. When I saw this was added to my reports despite the fact that I was working to prove the resolve, I was shocked. This information being reduced my credit rating significantly and I need it removed. I even went ahead and paid this pending the resolve from the Illinois Tollway proving this is an incorrect item being charged to me. I'll take my chances with the state reimbursing me. But for now, I need this derogatory information removed from all three credit bureaus. This should have never been placed in collections.Desired Settlement: This information being reduced my credit rating significantly and I need it removed. Dear Revdex.com,

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint from Ms. [redacted]. We have researched the situation and found that the violations and fines charged to Ms. [redacted] are valid, and no mitigating action is necessary. Please see the account history below,

· 11/09/15 Toll violation issued

· 01/19/16 Account listed with Professional Account Management, LLC (PAM)

· 01/20/16 Collection notice mailed

· 02/22/16 Collection notice mailed

· 03/24/16 Collection notice mailed, account reported to credit bureau

· 04/01/16 Customer called to inquire account

The account had already been placed on the customer’s credit report when she first contacted PAM. An update was sent to the credit bureau to mark the item as disputed. Ms. [redacted] then called to pay the account in full, so the account is closed with PAM and updated with the credit bureau as paid in full. Review: I recieved a parking ticket in the city of Providence, RI. in 2011. Citation number [redacted]. I payed bill with check

number [redacted] dated 12/2/2011. Check was for 30 dollars. I recieved notice from Profesional Account Services, LLC. in 2014 stating that I owed 60 dollars. I sent certified mail with copy of cancelled check to them. I then recieved another letter stating that they listed this with the National Credit Bureau for unpaid red light citations and additional action of booting or towing of vehicle and inability to renew vehicle registration. I called them and they said I paid late and owed another 60 dollars. I wrote check to Providence Municipal Court on 12/2/2011. Check was not cashed until weeks later.

This is 2014 and they are looking at a citation from 2011. Fortunately I found the check. This does not seem to matter to this company. Citation number is on check.Desired Settlement: Should not have to pay any additional money for this ticket. Status with Credit Bureau returned to what it was.

Review: My vehicle which was registered to me and a co-signer (she was primary), passed through the Golden Gate Bridge in October. The toll authority sent notices for a $6 toll, to the primary registrant who lives in Texas, but to the secondary registrant's (me) address in California. Needless to say mail sent to a name not living at the address sent to did not arrive.

6 months later I received a collection notice. When I called the SF toll authority, they were initially rude and hung up. When I called LES they would not talk to me because my name was not on the account even though the car was registered to me, the loan in my name, and in my possession 100% of the time.

The toll authority has an invalid fax # for LES. When you call LES, they won't disclose a fax number. They require everything to be in writing however, their address is not even listed on their website.

I've spent hours trying to talk to the toll authority about the situation. We've faxed documentation about the situation which was then mailed back to us saying to call LES. LES (when their system isn't hanging up on you) will not listen to the situation, they will not work with us or reduce the fine. They're beyond rude and they're going to be collecting against the wrong person. But they won't talk to me and even get the details. It's a ridiculous circle of people who are not helpful, will not work with us, will not give out their information, and hang up on us.

I'm not paying a $76 bill on a $6 toll for notices that I've never received to a company that won't even talk to me. It's ridiculous and I may have the primary registrant file a lawsuit against LES as she'a [redacted] and was definitely not given adequate notice on this account which is against the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.Desired Settlement: Accept the $6 toll. There's absolutely no reason that we would not have paid a $6 toll if we had ever received the bill.

Review: On June 17, 2015 I received a statment from the State Road & Tollway Authority in the state of Georgia stating that I had an unpaid toll violation dated August 21, 2013 in the amount of $31.95. I called the SRTA and I told them that I was never in the State of Georgia so I could not have incurred such ticket. They stated that I should contact Law Enforcement Systems, LLC in Milwaukee regarding this toll violation. I researched about Law Enforcements Systems, LLC because I found it interesting to know that if a violation was incurred in Georgia a person needed to address it in Wisconsin. The research revealed multiple complaints against this company and possible fraudulent violation charges, so I turn to you, Revdex.com, to address this fraudalent violation. Review: In 2010 I was recorded on camera speeding in Washington, DC. I received a citation from Professional Account Management, LLC and paid the citation within 3 days of receiving it. Three years later, I received the same citation again with a claim that I did not pay and now owed double. Every time I receive a notice for this citation that has already been rectified with the city of [redacted] I spend hours on the phone with a different representative fighting and explaining that this ticket has been satisfied. They demand verification which I willfully send them including my personal bank statements highlighting payment and city records of the ticket being paid. Now I have received a final notice with them threatening to hit my credit history and verbiage stating "Despite several attempts, we have not received a response to our previous correspondence" Which is tough to swallow seeing I have put in hours of work talking with these people and sending them letters. Which is curious to say if I sent in a $100 check they would most likely get it. I believe this company is running a SCAM. After providing proof that they are trying to collect my money on falsified tickets they continue to harass me with notices that ignore all previous correspondence.Desired Settlement: I would like to reach a resolution with this company.
