Review: Re: Law Enforcement Systems, LlC, DelDOT

Email address to make payment with credit card as noted on billing notice as https://www.dspayments.com/DelawareDot does not exist. Is this a scam? What comes up on the net are all the laws associated with EZ pass in hundreds of locations in the world. There is no information about paying with a credit card. Payment options are completely non-nonsensical and make no sense.Desired Settlement: I need to know a corrected email address to make a payment on a toll violation and I live in **, not in Delaware. Please advise immediately!

RE: Revdex.com [redacted]

Dear Mr. [redacted],

Review: A $2.05 toll citation was transferred to collections and no written notification or invoice was ever sent to the current address or forwarded from the United States Postal service. Manager [redacted] was unwilling to provide steps to a reasonable resolution of the 2.05. This is now according to Duncan Solutions escalated to $102.05. Upon asking for an invoice and breakdown of charges she/they are unable to give a listing of charges and their explanations but that $102.05 is owed to them and that there is nothing that she can or will do to aid in resolution. Had I ever received written or verbal notification of a $2.05 toll obviously it woul have been taken care of immediately.Thanks, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like the opportunity to pay the original toll amount of $2.05 plus the two additional $12.50 fee charges totaling $27.05. The fee of $102.05 is unjust and unwarranted.

Business

Response:

The toll company sent notices prior to issuing to a collection company. We do not have copies of those notices.

Consumer

Response:

notice was never receieved from the municipality for the several dollar toll. The collection company has added a significant fee/fine which is unjustified. I asked for the opportunity to pay the original amount and they refuse to speak or discuss options.

Business

Response:

The Late fees are added prior to issuing to collections. Notices were sent by the toll authority prior to issuing to collections. We cannot control the US Postal Service. I recommend the citizen contact them if not receiving mail properly. The current amount due will remail open until paid in full.

Thank you

Review: I was on vacation in Florida in May. In June I received the invoice for tolls from [redacted] (MDX). In July I paid the tolls and a few days later I received another invoice. I thought that the issue was done because I had paid in good faith, but it was not over. In September I received a letter from Law Enforcement Systems stating that I was in collections for tolls due to MDX. I called [redacted] and told them that I had paid the tolls. I was told to call MDX. In talking to MDX they reduced the fees and charges (late fees and charges were added to my bill without any notification to me) and told me that to be up to date I had to pay a final amount of $6.65, which I did. Then they told me to call [redacted] on the following Monday to make sure my balance had been updated and was $0.00, which I did and it was $0. Three days later I received a phone call from [redacted] saying that I owed $8.28 for tolls to MDX. I called MDX again and they said my balance was $0. I called [redacted] and they said no, it was still $8.28. They did say that on Monday my balance was $0 but today it was $8.28 saying that it took up to 3 weeks to get the account up to date. It had already been over 3 weeks. I ended up paying the $8.28 to avoid any more charges or interest and to get them out of my life.Desired Settlement: I paid in good faith. MDX gave me the final payout of $6.65 which I was told included any money owed to [redacted]. I feel that I was scammed by [redacted] and by MDX and that this little circle of pointing the finger at the other company is a way to get more money out of tourists/vacationers who really have no recourse but to pay.

Review: I began receiving notices from Professional Account Management claiming that I was in collections for an outstanding traffic ticket payment in the beginning of 2014. I immediately contacted them regarding the notice and advised the representative that the ticket in question was issued in error and the Municipal Court, themselves, had issued a letter of residence. I advised the representative to contact their client to confirm this and they very rudely refused. I was asked to mail the letter of residence to their office because they do not have email or a fax machine. Obviously, this is a lie. I mailed the letter to the address the representative provided via certified mail. A week later, I called and spoke to another very rude representative that advised that the letter had not been received and that it normally takes 4-8 weeks for mail to be accepted and entered to their system. How this is possible is beyond me! I was irritated, but it didn't seem like I had any option but to wait. A few weeks later, I received a notice that a negative rating was placed on my credit report. Can you guess who the reporting company was??? That's right, Professional Account Management! I called them up, yet AGAIN and still the representative advised no letter was on file under my account. I explained the whole situation to the representative, who was actually very nice this time, and he suggested that I fax over the letter to the Supervisor, [redacted]....that's right, I said FAX. Magically, they now have a fax machine! Unbelievable! I faxed the letter to the supervisor first thing this morning; however, I have not been contacted as of this afternoon. They have wrongfully damaged my credit, lied to me, and refused to contact their client to assure this was a legitimate debt!Desired Settlement: I expect to be cc'd on a letter sent to the appropriate credit bureaus requesting their initial reporting be retracted immediately. I would also, like an apology for the aggravation I have endured for the past five months!

Ms. Rogers:

We had the Camden Municipal Court review your case and their research uncovered an internal error at the Court.

Please be advised that the above referenced account number has been removed from collections.

Review: My problem is that I have been looking to purchase a new home for over a year and a half now and I have been declined because of outstanding parking tickets in 2008, its 2014.

Even though it is not a good thing, I have had several parking tickets since then that I have paid within a week so the price does not increase ( I have all my records.) The reason is my job does not provide parking.

I would have paid them before the price went up except for the fact that I knew nothing about them until April of 2014, once I applied for the loan since I have found the house that works for me.

I called into Professional Account Management, LLC to see why they have neglected to send any document to notify me that I had an outstanding balance and they stated that they sent it to a "[redacted] address", which I never lived on a [redacted] in my whole life.

So I called my attorney, as always, and he suggested that I do pay the tickets but they should deduct/discount/subtract something or be willing to negotiate because I have been denied credit and missed the house that I have looked for, for almost two years, because of the negligence for Professional Accounts Management, LLC.

I then called the automated line to see how much my balance was and they say $225. Even though there are three tickets that should be $54 a piece (math doesn't add).

I then called the very negative customer service number (###-###-####) and I spoke with a Brandon who was very rude and did not seem to want to help. I suggested to him that my attorney is telling me to call and request a discount or to negotiate the final balance. He stated that he doesn't understand my question when I was making a statement, since he seemed he did not have much knowledge of the company's practices nor does he have the patience for a customer even though that is what he applied for, I asked for an on-duty manager/ supervisor.

He then insisted that no matter who I talked to there they would tell me the same thing. So I asked again to be transferred to an on-duty manager and then he asked me to hold. After a few minutes, he came back on the line and said I am going to transfer you now to her and then I got a voicemail.

I then called back because evidently she was not on duty, and dealt with, surprisingly, a very nice customer service rep who said she was going to transfer me to a on-duty manager as well, and believe it or not it went to a voicemail again.

Haven't received a return phone call yet, by the way.

I am not looking to get off free and clear (which would be nice), I am looking for some fairness as a customer who was denied and neglected their own personal information. I cleared over $109K in 2013, money is definitely not the issue.

That is the reason I am filing a complaint because I missed out on the house that I have been searching diligently for and I still have to purchase a house and I am not getting anything resolved with just me dealing with them.

To sum it all up I have been denied credit approval because of the lack of effort by the Professional Accounts Management, LLC. And my attorney and I think that they have to negotiate a lower balance because it is higher because of them not me.

Please help me.

ThanksDesired Settlement: a negotiated final balance or the balance that it should have been before they added they late charges because I would have paid it in the cheapest form.

Response:

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response. If you wish, you may update it before sending it.]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I have been harassed by this business for more than two years. I have a mound of correspondence with no resolution.

I received a TAG PHOTO (car plate #) "TOLL" invoice of $0.90 + administration fees of $25.00 from Capital Beltway Express LLC which I paid even though I didn't recall passing through a toll - only thing I can imagine is a short portion of the left lane of the 495 Beltway around D.C. (Tysons Corner area) that leads into a toll road. I paid this on September 10th, 2013 with a check # ----. Then in September I received a Notice of Assignment to a Collection Agency dated September 19th 2013 from Law Enforcement Systems, LLC, P.O. Box 2182, Milwaukee, WI 53201, LES Account #--------, with my car's plate number listed as well for $100.90. I sent a copy of the

Capital Beltway Check showing where I paid the toll invoice. The representative said that LES does not represent Capital Beltway Express Lanes. I ask who do

you represent? He then said take care and hung up on me. I later called back and spoke with another representative. She said even though they received all the documentation (Capital Beltway Invoice, my cancelled check showing where

the invoice had been paid, etc.), that because they do not have confirmation from Capital Beltway Express LLC that the invoice has been paid, they could not close out the account. The representative said she will turn the concern over to her supervisor for review and that I should call back another time to determine if the matter is settled. I requested that I receive a confirmation letter from LES showing the account being settled. She said that

LES does not send account settlement letters and that it would be my responsibility to call in to determine the account's status (very interesting system of accountability between LES and Capital Beltway Express, to say the least!).

Review: PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNT MGM has reported invalidated information to the Credit Bureau's (Equifax, Experian or TransUnion), said action might constitute fraud under both Federal and State Laws. Due to this fact, the negative mark is found on any of my credit reports by your company or the company that you represent may be cause for legal action against you for the following:

• Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act

• Violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act

The are reporting a debt of which I have no knowledge of or why they are reporting a $95 debt. , this is not a refusal to pay, but a notice sent pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 (b) that their claim is disputed and validation is requested.Desired Settlement: Please provide me with the following:

• What the money you say I owe is for;

• Explain and show me how you calculated what you say I owe;

• Provide me with copies of any papers that show I agreed to pay what you say I owe;

• Provide a verification or copy of any judgment if applicable;

• Identify the original creditor;

• Prove the Statute of Limitations has not expired on this account;

RE: Revdex.com [redacted], [redacted]

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint filed by Mr. [redacted].

Review: This agency Professional Account Management (PAM) handles collections for [redacted] Parking tickets. The arrangement they have with the city is that once a ticket has been paid any mention of it is removed from the resident's credit report. I had several parking tickets and paid them. PAM is no longer writing me asking for money. The city records me as having paid all my tickets. However, there is a ticket reported as unpaid on my [redacted] credit report. When I saw this I called PAM to try to pay it. However, they show no outstanding balance. I called in early February and the rep did a system wide search on my name and plate to confirm that there is nothing outstanding. At the time he said he would elevate it to a supervisor and they would request a deletion from [redacted] that I should expect to see within 2 weeks. It's now 2/26 and the information is still on my report. I called PAM again today and spoke with another rep who said "I don't understand the problem, you don't owe us any money". I asked to speak to a supervisor and was sent to voice mail which does not inspire confidence. I would be happy to pay the small amount for this ticket but apparently it doesn't exist.

As a second related problem there is a ticket listed as paid in full, account closed on my [redacted] report. Again, the arrangement they have with the city is that once a ticket is paid they will remove all record of the collection. I understand this a collection agency and I see that they have a very poor Revdex.com rating but since they do business with state and city governments I assume they are legitimate. My concern is that if I simply dispute this with [redacted] it will just bounce back to PAM and get lost in the shuffle. Both agents that I spoke to were polite and professional, they just couldn't solve the mystery.

If there is an outstanding balance I need someone to find the record and allow me to pay it and have it removed from [redacted]. If there is no balance I need that correctly reported so that any reference to collections from this agency is deleted from my [redacted] report. The closed/paid ticket should also be deleted from my record.Desired Settlement: That Professional Account Management request a deletion of all records of collection by their agency from my [redacted] report.

RE: Revdex.com - [redacted], [redacted]

Dear Mr. [redacted],

Review: I received a letter from Law Enforcement Systems, LLC collection agency telling me that despite previous notices I have failed to pay toll violations with 495 Express Lanes (originally a $1 fine that was bumped up to $101.05 through the collection agency with no charge details) and it would be reported to the TransUnion & Experian credit bureaus and could negatively affect my credit rating. However, I have spoken with this agency and told them that the account was paid months ago (directly with 495 Express Lanes) and provided a copy of payment receipt. Even so, the agency continues to tell me that I owe them a fee, will not allow me to speak with someone who can help clear up the issue, and continues to harass me with letters saying that it will negatively affect my credit rating.Desired Settlement: I would like for this violation to be reconciled and considered "paid" as I have done, and I would like any report made to a credit bureau to be withdrawn so that there is no negative affect on my credit rating.

Business

Response:

I reviewed our records. In our conversations with the citizen they never mentioned that they previously paid the violation. They stated they disputed the violation with our client (which was rejected). They also told our representative they wouldn’t make payment. The violation is valid with the balance due of $101.05. Please have the citizen call to make payment.

Review: Professional Account Management LLC, intentionally reported false information to the three Credit reporting agencies. Three photo tickets were placed into collection; however I was never notified of these tickets. The District of Columbia Govt sent the enforcement notices to the wrong address. The evidence of this was on the ticket, I informed Professional Account Management LLC of this and requested that they inform the District of Columbia Govt. They did not. Cant be in default on a debt if unknown of debt and that is not contractual or reoccurring. Additionally, this was not even the address of the registered vehicle.Desired Settlement: 1. The derogatory information placed in my credit report be removed immediately.2. The enforcement tickets be sent back to District of Columbia Govt so that it may be sent to the right address to allow due process.

Review: While doing my annual credit report check, I noticed his company reported a collection on my credit which turned out to be a $30 parking ticket fee with $25 late fee in DC who tried to send the parking ticket to an address that I haven't lived at in 10 years! After seeing it on the report and contacting the company the next day, I paid the $55, since it seemed to be valid for my time in VA in late March 2013 and was told that it would be removed from my credit report in 2-4 weeks. I have the name of the person that told me this. It has been one month and it is still on my credit report. They reported this to one of the three credit agencies without ever notifying me and it has destroyed my credit. I have worked tirelessly to keep my credit in excellent shape! I am an expatriate living overseas and feel totally helpless. I am extremely livid about this entire situation. I also feel they have been unprofessional. How does a company deem themselves professional when they lie to people? I do not appreciate being lied to and cannot express enough how upset I am.Desired Settlement: I would like the collection entry completely deleted/removed from the credit agency that they reported it to (Transunion).

Business

Response:

We have resubmitted the credit report deletion request for this citizen. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

Review: I keep getting Collection notices from this company, from a toll that wasn't paid by the person who Purchased my car! They requested a copy of the change of ownership from the California DMV, I paid the funds to get a copy from the DMV and sent it to this company, thinking that is was after more than 2 years a done deal! Well about a year later I received yet another threatening letter to report me to the National Credit Bureau....! OMG!So I then had my husband call as I was too upset to talk to them, he was then told that I needed to get a stamp from the DMV as even though it was an official letter from the DMV that I sent them , they say that they won't accept it as it doesn't have a stamp on it!Desired Settlement: I would like them to stop harassing me and sending me threatening letters!

Dear Ms. [redacted],

Review: I received a bill dated march 24, 2014 for $63... something about not paying the toll on the south norfolk jordan bridge. but i've never even been over that bridge! I paid the fine out of fear or it damaging my credit but would like a refund unless the company can provide documentation of when I went over the bridge. documentation should include my license plate number, time of the offense and pictures. Even if I did go over the bridge, how the hell am I being charged $63 when the normal fee is $4??? The notice I received on the 14th was the FIRST notice I received and it was for $64... I did not even get a notice for the regular $4 amount, I just got a notice for the amount + the amoral amount of interest! $63 for a $4, what is that 1000% interest per day?Desired Settlement: refund by check

Review: The representative, refused to tell me abou the nature of the debt, who they work for; my rights to dispute the debt, nor any ifnormation related to the debt. When I asked questions about the call, such as account number, where notices of alleegd indebtnessess were sent dating back to 2001 and 2002, Albert and other representatives became agitated and beligirent, told me to to stop talking and then hung up on me. I had to call back three times to ask for the supervisor, named [redacted].Desired Settlement: Erase the alleged debt

Business

Response:

The citizen would not verify identity so we couldn’t discuss the account. Please have the citizen call back if not resolved.

Review: Apparently I received a ticket violation from [redacted] for not having licenses plates. However, I never saw the parking ticket nor did I receive a notice in the mail. Now I am being told the price went up to 104.00 from this collection agency. When I contacted the DMV, and told them it was their fault because I never received the plates they told me I was not in violation as long as I had the sticker in my front window which I did. Why do I need to pay 104.00 for something that is not a violation and I was never given any information about this ticket so I can appeal.Desired Settlement: This violation to be cleared

Business

Response:

Notices were sent to the citizen at [redacted]. The collection agency cannot dismiss the violation. If the city wishes to dismiss pleas ehave them contact the collection agency.

thank you

Consumer

Response:

They are a collection agency trying to get money for a a parking ticket violation that the dmv said was not valid. You cannot site someone for not having their license plate. Otherwise driving off a dealership with their plates I could be sited for 90 tickets for the 3 months it takes to get my licenses plates. And be stuck with $4,000 worth of tickets? It is illegal to site someone for not having their plates yet. This collection agency is trying to collect for something that the dmv states is illegal. I talked to the [redacted] about the ticket and they said there's nothing they can do its up to the collection agency at this point.

Business

Response:

We only collect on assigned debt from the municipatity. If the tags were in the window the issuing officer would have seen them at the time of issuance. We understand the citizens frustration however, we unfortuniately we cannot dismiss the citation.

Review: I spoke with a representative of this company this morning to resolve an unpaid parking ticket notice. The parking ticket had been paid, but the customer service person demanded additional money. When I questioned why the amount was different than the amount I had paid on the ticket, he threatened me. He told me if I questioned it, he would damage my credit. I told him I was happy to pay money that I owed, but since the ticket had already been paid, I was simply asking why he was trying to charge me additional money. He told me to figure it our myself. At that point, I asked to speak to a manager. He said the manager was there but that I could not speak with her and that if I didn't pay, he would, again, damage my credit forever. I told him he was unbelievably rude, and he again threatened me. With all due respect, this employee obviously has serious behavioral issues which should be addressed. He appears sadistic and appears to enjoy threatening and intimidating people. I regret that I did not obtain his name (I am sure he would have provided an alias), and want the company to know that they have a problem with their personnel. I also want an apology for being treated like this over $17. I expect that I will pay the $17 so that I can move forward with my life without damaged credit- although same should not be the case- again, this employee is extorting money from me I no longer owe. I also want my $17 back and my credit confirmed to be undamaged by this employee's actions. by threatening to damage my good credit.Desired Settlement: I want the $17 back that I am paying under duress and an apology.

Business

Response:

We immediately pulled the call recording listened and determined the citizens claims inaccurate. The representative could have been more friendly however at no time did the representative threaten the citizen in any manner.

I am willing to replay the recording for the citizen or anybody else for that matter. Please have the citizen contact me directly to listen to the call together.

Review: I paid 3 parking tickets my son received through the City of Milwaukee [redacted]) on 3/26/15 via the City of Milwaukee's website. The total paid was $156.00. ( I had to place a space between the 1st and 2nd number because the system thinks it's a SSN)

On the next day 3/27/15 I checked the status of my Wisconsin State Tax Return and was notified that $110.00 was taken from my State tax return for the payment of 2 of the above mentioned tickets.

I gave it some time to show up on Professional Management's end and called ###-###-#### on 4/9/15 and spoke with [redacted]. I gave him my account number 1 2599675 and let him know what had happened. (I had to place a space between the 1st and 2nd number because the system thinks it's a SSN). He told me to send the following information and that would start the process of me getting my refund: Copy of tax letter, account number and a summary of what happened. I mailed this information on 4/13 to the address he gave me: Professional Account Management [redacted].

I called on 4/17 and spoke with Erica to verify that my information had been received. She stated it had be received and that I should call back in 2 weeks since the refund will take up to 2 weeks to go out.

I called again on 5/4 and spoke with [redacted] and was now told that it can take up to 4 weeks to get my refund and to call back.

I called on 5/12 because it feels as if I'm getting the run around and spoke Erica who stated that she would have her supervisor look into the matter.

I did not receive a call back so I called again on 5/15 and spoke with Bianca and she transferred me to a supervisor named Alexis J[redacted] at ###-###-#### and I had to leave a message and till this day has not received a call back.

This same date I called the ###-###-#### number and requested a supervisor. I spoke with supervisor Sabrina at ###-###-#### and was given another account number of 2 0841140 because this account number has all the notes about the refund matter. The other account number just shows the tickets as being paid. Sabrina looked into it and told me that checks were sent out yesterday, 5/14 and I should receive mine within the next couple of days. I was told that if I don't receive it by 5/22 to call back.

I did not receive anything in the mail so I called Sabrina back on 6/3/15 and was told that she will research and call me back. I have not receive a call back yet and it's 6/17/15.

I left Sabrina message on 6/9/15 at 4:43 p.m. and also on 6/16/15 at 12:05. Still no call.

I am trying to get my $110.00 back that was paid twice to them and I am getting the run around. It has been 2 1/2 months since I first tried to get my money back.

Please assist me in this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like my $110.00 as soon as possible. There is no excuse for keeping an overpayment for this long. Collection agencies want their money ASAP so why should people that overpaid not expect their money back ASAP.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: In February of this year I received a notice that my taxes had been intercepted due to unpaid tickets. One of which, I had already paid. I called Professional Account Management and spoke with a representative who told me to mail a letter requesting a refund and to send in a receipt showing it was paid. I sent all this information in and waited, and waited, and waited. When I called in I was told the system was down, then that my letter was not received and to mail it again. I did so. We are now at the end of November and I am still trying to get my refund. Today's agent told me my letter was received on June 11th, but they don't know where they are in the refund process and cannot give me a time line. She said it takes 90-120 days, I informed her that from June 11 to now is had been well over 120 days and they have no clue what is happening. Nor do they follow up or keep their word to communicate.

This is ridiculous, all I want is a refund of the overpayment.Desired Settlement: I would like them to get me a check within 10 business days, if they have to fed ex or ups it, they should pay the cost for that as I have done all they asked and they still are acting as if they have no clue what is going on
