I am rejecting this response because:
#1 I am NOT Mr. [redacted], as it states, I am MRS. [redacted] (another of many discrepensies)#2 The only representatives that have given their names via email are Hailey and Talin.#3 I would like to resolve the complaint against progressive asap, I would in fact like statements regarding my account. Email is fine, I can respect the paperless policy as long as I can receive some sort of transaction record, as I have paid twice this month on 12/05/2015 and 12/21/2015 and would like my account to reflect this, again, email is fine. Progressive has my permission to contact myself via email regarding a fair resolution and so I can provide the company with proof of abusive calls from various numbers, and several emails without representatives names, and proof of 2 payments made this month. If and or when progressive can provide an amicable/fair/agreeable resolution, address myself correctly (Mrs [redacted]), this again can be done via email(in respects to progressive's paperless policy) with my, [redacted]'s permission, then I will be more than willing to close out this complaint with the Revdex.com and continue effortlessly to obtain a pleasant customer/business relationship. Once an agreement is made, I will gladly close out this complaint with further good reviews

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:   I have contacted Progressive Leasing numerous time before filling this complaint and progessive Leasing always gave me the runaround by saying it was [redacted] that charges the $85.53 fee and not progressive leasing.  When I would contact [redacted] they would say it was progressive leasing that charged the fee.  Now that I am filling a complaint with the Revdex.com they want me to contact them, so they can tell me again it is not progessive leasing it is [redacted].  I would just like a cash refund. 
The only way I will contact progressive leasing if they are attempting to give me a cash refund for the fee I paid that clearly stated it was a payment in my contract.

The business has agreed to a partial refund and I accepted as long as this agreement is kept per Angie 9/6 from prog leasing I lost communications with her and was not called back but I think we were finished wither the issue
