hold” may take up to 8 days to release the hold and in this case, make the funds

atProgressive Leasing.  Please allow us the opportunity to summarize the resolution and actions taken to resolve this matter.  The Lease process requires the Customer to review the entire Lease Agreement (“Lease”) prior to electronically signing the document.  We encourage the customer to ask questionsabout the Lease so they fully understand the consequences of signing a Lease Agreement. As part of our investigation, we have identified that you e-signed the Lease on or around December 3, 2015.  The Retailer also confirmed that you dide-sign the Lease and that a copy of the Lease was immediately forwarded to your email address, as provided,  [redacted]@gmail.com.  Further, you stated that you have received acopy of the Lease in the mail. Ms. [redacted], in your complaint you stated that you were charged in excess, for your four (4) phones. You also stated you were receiving unwanted calls.  With regards to the claim of excess billing, Progressive has contacted the Retailer who confirmed that the invoice amount listed in yourLease of $[redacted] is the true and correct amount.   The Retailer confirmed the cost of your 4 phones is as you have stated.  The Retailer also provided that multiple accessories for each of the 4 phones, as well as the first months’ service charges for each of the 4 lines, were included in the total invoice amount and Lease amount .  Progressive has set your account to “Do not call” status as per your request.    We would like to discuss the matter with you, but it will be necessary for you to contact our Complaint Investigations Department directlyat [redacted].                                         ... I am rejecting this response because: I've been calling that same department for almost a year and they refuse to solve this issue. I am not going to play phone tag all over again. I recently contacted that same department in the beginning of the month nothing happened. If whom ever is replying wanted to solve this I would of been contacted directly instead of telling me to retake the same steps I've been taken for almost a year with no positive result. I refuse to deal with that same manager again that was rude and refuse to help.
