I ordered boots from *** and *** canceled boots saying they're out of stock. *** says they refunded me on January 31,2019 and Quadpay with no number to be contacted keeps sending me a generic response saying that once they receive payment from merchant they will refund my money. I'm paying for boots I never received!!! Now, I thought that since *** used them that they had to be reputable but apparently I was wrong about *** also Quadpay. Quadpay needs to refund my money because they have no problem taking money from my account. Terrible customer service . *** should drop your company because it also gives them a bad rep

I bought boots from Ugg which had a payment option to pay through Quadpay. Ugg canceled order because of stock issues so I never received boots. Ugg refunded Quadpay money and Quadpay continues to answer my emails concerning the refund with a generic response saying when merchant notifies them they would refund my money also that they will continue to take money out my account until I pay for boots that I didn't receive in which Ugg has notified them on several occasions also refunded them for boots.. But they continues to take money out my account for boots I didn't receive. I ordered two pair. I received one which results in overpayment because second pair was canceled.

I purchased a pair of boots from UGG of Australia. I returned the item which was confirmed by UGG. The company that collected the money for UGG is QUADPAY,. The money of $199.80 was paid to them. Upon contacting QUADPAY l was told that UGG would have to notify them before they would refund my money. I contacted UGG myself they sent me proof of my return they also stated that notification was also sent to QUADPAY. QUADPAY refuses to give me my refund,they stated that until all paperwork is complete l will not receive my refund. I have sent copies of all communication to they with no satisfaction. This has been going on since November of 2018. Please can you contact them in my behalf. They continue to ask me to send in request and it seems as if they haven’t looked into this matter in a thorough manner.

Hi there,

Your order total was for $361.81. We received a notification to apply a refund of $199.80 to your order on November , which was applied successfully to cancel the 3rd and 4th installments and reduce the 2nd installment by a small amount, leaving a balance owed for the remaining order of $162.01. To-date, you have paid $90.45 and $85.56 towards your order, for a total of $176.01.

The additional $14 includes 2 fees which were applied due to late payment on your remaining balance after the refund was applied.

However, as a courtesy, we've also refunded that $14 in fees as of today. You should receive the remaining $14 shortly.

Once those fees are returned we will have refunded exactly $199.80 to your card for the order, exactly as desired.

Hi there,

I think you may be attempting to reach the merchant directly. As I mentioned, we did process a refund for $199.80 on your order of $361.81. Which means you would have paid $162.01 total.

On November *** you paid $90.45, and on November , you paid $85.56, for a total of $176.01. Taking out the $14 in fees we charged for paying late, this adds up to a total payment of $162.01 for the order. Those $14 in fees were refunded on February .

Let me show you how the refund of $199.80 from the merchant worked:

If you had not received the refund, your 2nd and 3rd installments would have been for $90.45, and your 4th installment would have been for $90.46.

The refund of $199.80 was applied as follows - your 3rd and 4th installments were cancelled entirely (you did not have to pay these installments), for a total of $180.91 deducted from the refund amount. This left $18.89 left to refund. Your 2nd installment was reduced by this amount, to $71.56.However, again since you were late paying the 2nd installment by more than 7 days, $14 in fees were added, and you were charged $85.56. Again, those fees have since been refunded on February .If you are expecting an ADDITIONAL refund, you will need to contact the merchant directly. Once they notify us of the additional refund amount it will be applied to your order automatically.

I use quadpaid for the very first time, I’m not that impressed about it, it’s is not a loan they use your own money from your bank account to conver the cost of the purchase. Once you do the transaction you never heard from them about the shipping and handling.

I TRIED TO UTILIZE THIS COMPANY TO PURCHASE A PAIR OF UGGS. THIS COMPANY WAS ADVERTISED AS A CHEAPER ALTERNATIVE THEN PAYING FULL PRICED THEY OFFER NO INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS. THEY OFFER IT TO BE HASSLE FREE AND ANYTHING ELSE TO SOUND GOOD. THEY ASK ME FOR MY NAME AND MY EMAIL BUT AS SOON AS I "APPLY" FOR THE PAYMENTS IT TELLS ME I DONT MEET THEIR CUSTOMER STANDARDS. I FEEL AS IF THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT DUE TO THE NATURE THAT DONT HAVE ANY DISCLOSURES STATING THAT CUSTOMERS HAVE A POSSIBILITY OF BEING "DENIED " EVEN THOUGH YOU ARENT APPLYING TO ANYTHING. THEY ASKED FOR LITTLE TO NONE INFORMATION BUT I AM CONSTANTLY BEING DENIED FOR NO REASON. THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT

Hi there,
Sorry for the continued confusion.
As mentioned previously, approvals are automated, and done on a case-by-case basis for each order.
QuadPay allows you to split purchases into 4 bi-weekly installments, so you only need to pay 25% of the total amount at checkout. However, you still need to pay the remaining amount for the order, every 2 weeks.I'm sorry you feel the company is fraudulent.

This is my first time and LAST time using quadpay. I have literally a PENNY left to pay, and they did not accept all forms of payment. I am having issues with the customer support because no one ever responds and now I’m being charged a late fee. Don’t use quad pay!!

Hello, I have a payment of $0.01 left. A contact support named Robert Reid told me he would remove the charge because it was $.50 or less. I was having trouble making payments because quadpay would not accept any forms of credit and now I am worried because my account says “defaulted” which means you guys are going to charge me a late fee. I am having trouble with your contact support because they are very unresponsive and I NEVER want to use your service ever again.

I’ve been waiting on my refund for over a month! I’ve been on 5 chats with merchants as well as 2 phone chats about the issue. I’m told it’s a Quad pay issue and I can’t get anyone to reply from quadpay. They even charged me a 7 dollar fee before the 2nd payment which was an error on their part ! I’ve got all the emails and bank statements! The return/ refund process is a joke !!

QuadPay has horrible customer service, no phone support. I have 38 cent balance generated by a merchant refund for item out of stock. QuadPay's payment screen will not accept a 38 cent payment, I've tried on multiple cards the past two days (funds available/valid cards). When I emailed inquiring about the original refund I only received a canned robotic response which did not address my question. Now I am having yet another problem and nobody to call. Phone number listed on Revdex.com page is disconnected. I am hoping to get this resolved immediately, by a human.

I ordered some boots from the UGGS website and they introduced me to several forms of payments which "QUADPAY" was one of them.. you can pay for the items in installments which I went with that form of payment they took my money out immediately and what happen was when I received my order my boots didn't fit and had to return them it took 2 weeks for UGGS to received them by then QUADPAY took another payment out my account and I'm fighting with them to refund my money back on my card since January , 2019 and you can only reached them by emails

I purchased 2 pair Ugg boots through QuadPay in November of last year!!! I cancel one pair and returned one pair!!! QuadPay drafted 98 dollars twice from my account and 52 dollars also for boots I returned!!! I have tried in good faith to get my money back but they are terrible about responding back!!! The last email I received from them was I will be refunded 171.24 cents on January , 2019 and they only deposit 84.97 cents to my account. I been trying to email them to ask them why I didn’t get the full refund and no one will respond back!!! They have deposited 14 dollars earlier and 26 dollars!!! They cowed me approximately 247 dollars and won’t pay me but have on my account like they refunded me!! Please help!!!

I placed a order using quadpay on jan 18th & as of today the 31th I still haven’t received my order! It’s either delayed or lost during transit because according to the tracking info provided the last update on the package was the 26th! My 2nd installment is due on the 31st & I’ve emailed both soludos & quadpay customer service & still no resolution! I’ll like a refund! What person pays on a order they don’t have???

We were notified by the merchant to process a refund and did so immediately on February 4. We have also refunded the fee assessed.

I purchased a pair of UGGS on December , 2018 I chose to do installments through Quadpay. I received an email from Quadpay on January , 2019 at 9:00am stating that my payment for my order from Decker USA which is UGG is due in 4 days which would be January , 2019 this is my 4th and final payment. I received an email on Monday January , 2019 at 8:17am stating that the payment was unsuccessful...but yet I had plenty enough funds available and my bank told me there is a hold by Quadpay in the amount of $48.60 on Monday January , 2019 which is the date my final payment was due. My bank also provided me with a "confirmation" number for the pending payment to Quadpay that is on hold which is ***. I have since received emails stating that I have accrued a late in the amount of $7.00 and they still have not received the payment. You have NO WAY besides email to contact this company I sent three emails and I have called UGG they can't help! it has now been two days and still nothing!!! NO RESOLUTION WHAT SO EVER!!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.... I MEAN UBER RESPONDS FASTER THAN QUADPAY

Placed an order with Deckers Ugg on 01//19 using Quadpay. Cancelled that order less than 30 minutes later (wrong size). Waited a few days for refund to post to credit card but nothing. Called Ugg, who stated they put in a request directly to Quadpay to refund me and cancel future payments. Waited a week and no refund. Contacted Quadpay via email and no response. Send Quadpay another email and was responded with a customer service survey. Quadpay then took out another installment payment. Send Quadpay ANOTHER email (3 times now) and no response. Called Ugg two more times and they said they even put an “urgent” status on their request to Quadpay. Said they have had lots of issues with them. Ugg has now told me to dispute my charges to my credit card. There is NO way to contact Quadpay and NO response ever from them.

I made a purchase and completed my final payment. I received an email saying that Quadpay did not receive the payment but yet the funds is on hold and my bank provided me with a trace number for the transaction. I emailed Quadpay no response as of yet but I also received another email now saying that I have incurred a late fee of $7.00 but yet the funds are still on hold. Not a good way to communicate with Quadpay to resolve billing issues, on that note I'm dissatisfied.

When an attempt at a charge is made you will see that pending charge sit there. If the charge is successful then it will go through after 24-48 hours.

If the charge is not successful then the charge will be removed from the account after 24-48 hours, although in some cases this can take up to 10 business days.

In this case, I checked your account and the charge failed due to insufficient funds. Your trace number is for a pending charge that will simply fall off your account unless the order completes.

Please ensure you have enough funds to cover the amount due, then log in to the Customer Portal to make a payment.

It looks like you were able to place an order as recently as 10 days ago, which still has outstanding installments.

When your more recent order was not approved, you should have seen a note that said "...If you are an existing customer, you can still pay with QuadPay by paying your existing installments in your QuadPay account."

Try logging into our customer portal, paying your existing installments, and placing a new order. It should work!

I did an exchange well my item was no longer in stock so *** refunded my money back to QuadPay. Well that was 2weeks ago and QuadPay still hasn’t refunded me back my money. Straight rip off

I purchased phone case from lumee but it was damage so I return the item. They issue a refund for $50.37 and quad pay spouse to refund me $37.77 on december , 2018. I tried to email them several times and they respond me that the refund should take 5-10 business days and until today January , 2019 I still doesn’t receive my refund back to my bank. This is so stressful to me because the only way to contact the is thru email but it take them a week later to reply my email. Im really disappointed with this company. So unprofessional.
