Quality One Wireless Reviews (%countItem)

I bought 2 new straighttalk iPhone 11. One phone was a dud. The other could not be activated.
I ordered two new iPhone 11 from I thought Straighttalk Wierless. After they were delivered one of the phones could not be activated to straighttalk. After going to an *** store to see if they could activate they could not. I called *** support and they asked for the phones ime numbers and promptly told me one iphone11 was a brick phone meaning it will never be activated. The other couldn't either. I have a case number for that phone call. It is 1-800-*** support. December 17 2019 case number ***. I also called the legit straighttalk company. Same answer as ***. My emails to whoever Steve S is at quality one wireless was like emailing a very unhappy employee. I was refunded 1,118.40 for a 1,398. Purchase. I want a full refund. I was charged a restocking fee because the phones were found to be non- defective. Which is not true. I would never advise anyone to deal with this company. My credit card company is investigating also. So I will leave you with account numbers order number ***.

Desired Outcome

I would like the rest of my refund. Please look into this company. Thank you

We greatly apologize for all of the troubles the customer experienced. We have refunded the remaining amount for the customer. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect.

The website I used to place the order looks identical to Straight Talk website. I had no idea I was not dealing with straight talk! Misrepresentation!
I thought I was ordering a new phone through Straight Talk. After the order was placed I received a payment confirmation from *** saying the payment was to Quality one. if I'd had any idea at all I was not dealing with straight talk I would never place the order. How can they get away with making their web page look identical to Straight Talk? They're not straight talk! After seeing who the payment went to I did some quick research on them and found nothing but bad things. Phones that don't work. Phones with no warranty and worse. I've sent them an email and left them a voicemail to cancel this order. I've also contacted *** who can't do nothing unless they actually follow through and process and send the order. I've requested cancellation! I want them stopped from impersonating Straight Talk! And I cannot emphasize how much I want this order cancelled! I have multiple screenshots saved of the web pages viewed when placing the order. They all lead you to believe you are dealing with Straight Talk! I believe that's fraud!

Desired Outcome

order cancelled and these people stopped from impersonating Straight Talk.

Quality One Wireless Response • Jan 13, 2020

We appreciate the customers feedback but we are an authorized third party distributor for Straight Talk and sell devices compatible with their service. The customers order was cancelled and refunded.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I accept their response pertaining to the refund. I do still believe absolutely that they should prominently display that they are not straight talk on the web page but in fact are a third party vendor.
The webpage I placed the order from looked like a straight talk web page and had me absolutely convinced I was buying directly from straight talk. If I had I known they were in fact not straight talk up front, I may have bought from them anyway. But I should not have found out only when the receipt came from *** that I was buying from someone else . I should have known who they really were up front. As far as I am concerned I am done with this matter. I do however wish other people to not be mislead as I was.

Phone was not damaged when I sent it back, assurance says it was damaged today and received it December 26, I spoke with the same person sense the 27
I ordered a phone from assurance wireless on December 20 I recently the phone on December 23, the phone was not compatible with my house phone virgin mobile so I sent it back*** to assurance wireless, they received the phone on December 26 in the same condition I got it in, I got several emails from Steve S telling me they were converting the phone to virgin mobile, I said no cause my husband's already has another phone just send my deposit back, got 2 more emails saying the refund was bring processed yesterday, now this evening on January 2, 2020 they saying the phone was cracked, I dont believe that cause why didn't he say it 4 days ago

Desired Outcome

Cell phone, assurance wireless zte, cell phone case, black, i also have a claim with ***, the phone was not cracked when I sent it back to them ***, im not happy with this because of all the mixed up emails, then they stop talking to me like it was my faul . I dont believe that was the same phone, how am i supposed to know thats the same phone i sent them, my husband cant use the phone. Whats the big deal, its my money why are they trying to keep 75 dollars like its a million smh, i would like my money back for the phone and case

We greatly apologize for all of the troubles that the customer experience. The customer needed to submit an RMA request stating the device arrived damaged. We received the device back with no RMA and no reason for the return so the device was returned to the customer. Due to the device being damaged during shipment, we will go ahead and email the customer a prepaid label to return the device again for a refund.

I received an opened phone with both seals cut and accessories all over the place. Quality One is trying to charge me a 20% restocking fee to return.
On 12/26/19, my Samsung Galaxy S10e that I had purchased through mintmobile.com was delivered. Mint Mobile uses Quality One Wireless as their phone supplier. Upon opening the package I instantly notice that both seals were cut on the Samsung box in addition to the box being partly open. I opened the box to inspect the phone and accessories and the accessories were all over the box, and the phone was not in its secure spot. I did not turn the phone on because I knew I had not received a brand new phone as I ordered. I specifically order brand new phones to avoid this kind of thing from happening. With the seals cut, I cannot be sure it was not tampered with nor that it was not damaged during shipping. I have only had the phone for 24 hours now, and have not turned it on at all. I processed a return on 12/27/19 on Mint Mobile's website, and the representative Alex stated that I should not have to pay any restocking fee (20%+) since the error was Quality One's (I attached the transcript of that conversation to this complaint). I contacted Quality One to verify that I will not have to pay a restocking fee, however they treated me as if I was inconveniencing them and were not taking fault for sending me a used phone. The customer service agent was short with me and acted like I was crazy for wanting to return the phone. This phone cost me $549.00 and I paid through Affirm to get it financed, however I will still have to pay over $100 for the restocking fee in addition to return shipping!? I should not have to pay this kind of money for a situation that was entirely Quality One's fault -- with this shady business practice in addition to the terrible customer service I received, it is a wonder that Mint Mobile has chosen to partner with Quality One at all. I sure hope Mint sees how their customers are treated and makes the appropriate changes.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund of the entire amount ($549.00) that I paid for the phone. I will pay for the return shipping through USPS but I feel I should not have to pay any restocking fee due to the issue being ZERO fault of my own.

Quality One Wireless Response • Jan 07, 2020

We would be more than happy to assist the customer with this issue. We will refund the customer the full amount. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect. We greatly apologize for all of your troubles.

I accept this response as I have received a refund for the full amount paid.

I ordered a new phone, and received a used phone that doesn't work. I am requesting a refund, and am getting the run around.
I ordered a new Samsung Galaxy ON5 through the mint mobile website which is fulfilled by quality one wireless. I received the wrong order, and received a used phone that doesn't work. I have requested a refund since I did not receive my order, and have offered to return the phone with a prepaid shipping label. They want me to pay to ship the item back to them, and are not issuing me a refund. I have contacted mint mobile, who gave me 2 phone numbers from quality one wireless. I have called both and no one answers the phone. I have contacted them through email, and they have not replied. I have even used mint mobile chat and mint mobile is refusing to help. At least mint mobile answers their calls, and email, but quality one wireless thus far has not even answered a single call or email. I believe they sold a used phone as new which is fraud. I have since viewed there yelp information and have found out that they have done this to lots of other people as well. I'm lost at what to do to get my money back. The problem date is 12/26/2019, the day I received the used phone. I purchased the phone on 12/22/2019. The model number is ***. Order number is Order id: #***. Sales rep is their website https://phones.mintmobile.com/Samsung-Galaxy-On5-LTE.html. Payment amount is 89 dollars plus tax. Payment method is capital one credit card.

Desired Outcome

I am looking for a full refund for the phone and any applicable taxes. I am also looking for them to provide a prepaid shipping label so I can ship them back the phone I did not order.

Quality One Wireless Response • Jan 10, 2020

We would be more than happy to get this resolved. The customer was emailed a return label so the refund process can be finalized.

Customer Response • Jan 20, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have an email that shows they would issue a full refund. The only reason they contacted me to begin with is because my credit card company withheld the amount of the phone. I legally could have kept the phone, because I did not order it. I did the right thing and mailed them the phone back. Once they received it, they still did not issue a refund. They want me to tell my credit card company to remove the chargeback so they will supposedly give a refund. Any legit company knows once they issue the refund ***(my credit card company) would remove the chargeback. They still refuse to give the refund and want me to trust them to remove the chargeback first. I have no reason to trust them and every reason to distrust them. They only contacted me because of the chargeback. So they only contacted me so I will send the phone back, so they can sell it to another customer as new. They never had any intention of giving a refund.

Quality One Wireless Response • Jan 30, 2020

Without the charge back being removed through the credit card company, the charge back can take anywhere from 30-180 days to be completely resolved, so we suggest having the customer remove the charge back so they can receive their refund in a more timely manner. The customer was notified via email that they would would receive a full refund but due to the charge back still being under review, our system does not allow the refund to process on our end. Once the credit card company is done reviewing the charge back on their end, the customer will receive their refund.

I have an email stating they will refund $169. Spent countless hours trying to speak to someone. Was told to call back and speak to Andres or Liz.
Order no. ***. Only holdup according to Andres is need to hear from Assurance to find out if phone is active or not. This company (Quality One) is impossible to get through to on the phone. First you listen to a very long message twice. Then you get music for awhile. Suddenly you hear a click and get very hopeful that FINALLY you will speak to someone. But no, all you get is a busy signal. This has happened dozens and dozens of times. Once I did get through and asked to speak to Andres or Liz(which I had been told to do because they were familiar with the situation and the agent just hung up on me. The one person who has tried to help me was Andres but I haven't been able to reconnect with him or anyone else for that matter

Desired Outcome

Send me a check.

Quality One Wireless Response • Jan 10, 2020

We would be more than happy to assist the customer. The refund of $169 was processed on 01/09/20. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in to the account.

Ordered my phone a week ago. Was told I'd get tracking in 72 hours and nothing still
I ordered my phone a week ago and still have not recieved tracking information. When I contacted Safelink they had no record of my purchase and directed me to Quality One Wireless, but the number was not a working number. I made my purchase on 12-10-2019 at 8:58 PM. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S8 and the Order receipt # is 518519

Desired Outcome

I would like the phone I purchased.

Its been resolved

Phone received can not be activated with Straight Talk-no indication given of that possibility.
On November 21st I placed an order through a financing provider for an iPhone 11 on the Straight Talk service. Later I received a confirmation email that my order was received and I noticed that Quality One Wireless would be sending it. I didn't think anything of that and waited patiently for my phone. After waiting for 3 weeks (I was told they were on backorder so I didn't question it) the phone finally arrived. I began the process of attempting to activate my service. After numerous phone calls to Straight Talk customer service over a two day time frame and many confused representatives later I was finally told that the phone from Quality One Wireless could not be activated on the Straight Talk service. As of writing this I have requested a refund and am wanting to send the phone back. I am hoping to be contacted soon about the return shipping process.

Desired Outcome

I just want to send the phone back as soon as possible for a refund so that I can resolve my account with my financing provider.

Quality One Wireless Response • Dec 19, 2019

We greatly apologize for the issues the customer experienced. A prepaid label has been sent to the customer via email to send the phone back at no cost.

FRAUD!!! This company has the worst customer service. Ordered a phone on December 4 for $1,499 and still have not received it as of December 18, 2019. Called and emailed QOW and received "it's intransit". Trying to get a refund.

Need to return item for refund and they will not answer phone or return calls in order to process return/refund.
I ordered a phone through straight talk and it was financed through Affirm and fulfilled by Quality one. The phone is not compatible with straight talk and they have no record of my order for some reason even though they sold it to me, sent me emails and sent me a tracking number (at this point I have no idea who I actually ordered the phone through since they are unable to locate my order). That being said, I want to return the phone because I have no use for a phone that can't be activated. I can't reach them to initiate the refund and they will not return my call. I need them to reach out to Affirm and process the refund but I do not just want to mail the phone off without speaking to someone first. I have no idea what to do from here or even which company should be receiving a complaint since all of these companies should be receiving them but I do need this resolved, as it is a very expensive phone that is basically useless to me at this point. I have email receipts, a letter that came with the phone and conformation information, if needed but I am not sure where that will get me at this point. I just want to return the phone.

Desired Outcome

I want to return the phone and have the payment refunded to Affirm.

Quality One Wireless Response • Dec 12, 2019

We are more than happy to assist this customer to get this resolved. A prepaid label has already been sent to the customer for them to return the device at no charge. Once the device is returned, we work with Affirm to get the order refunded and closed.

This company is charging me a 20% restocking fee, on top of return-shipping fees, for me to be refunded a product sent in the wrong condition.
On November 9, 2019 I purchased a NEW Samsung Galaxy S10e from *** Mobile for $549 through PayPal, which I later learned would be fulfilled through Quality One Wireless. Upon receiving my phone, I immediately noticed that the tamper-evident security seals had been broken, and found that my phone was not new at all, as it had been scuffed on the back, and was loosely shaking around in the box as the Quality One Wireless technicians had not repackaged it properly when they tried to pass it off as a new item. I specifically ordered a new phone to be cautious in regards to tampering and illegal software installation. Without respecting Samsung's product security seals, Quality One Wireless willingly took away my peace of mind and gave their product a "Used" designation by opening and tampering with the product.

When I made several phone calls to get the return/refund process started, I was never informed of a 20% restocking fee, which the company is now trying to charge me with. On a $549 phone this would come to $109.80, and with the $33.19 return shipping cost that is a staggering $142.99 out of my pocket because of a company's shady business practices.

Desired Outcome

I would like a FULL refund of $549 from Quality One Wireless. I am not seeking compensation for the $33.19 that it cost to return their incorrect and shoddy product through the United States Postal Service.

Quality One Wireless Response • Dec 10, 2019

We do greatly apologize for the inconvenience. We will go ahead and refund the restocking fee but we unfortunately cannot refund the return shipping that the customer paid since the charge was not made to us. Again, we greatly apologize for the inconvenience.

Customer Response • Dec 15, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
The company refunded me the complete purchase price of $549, so I am satisfied with this conclusion.

Ordered iphone 11 white was told after 4 days they didn't have it in stock changed color order cancelled by company without my permission
I ordered a phone through finance company on November 22 on the 25th still had not got shipping info so called told out of stock by straight talk turns out phone wasn't through straight talk but quality one found this out November 27th changed color of phone to one they had in stock. Sent email asking about shipping cause I was told it would be to me latest Dec 2 or 3 get an email Saturday Nov 30 from Steve *** saying my order was cancelled I didn't ask for it to be cancelled I need the order uncancelled and shipped to me asap iphone 11 mint green 64 gb. This is insane this company has all of these issues and yet they still in business

Desired Outcome

I want the phone shipped to me cause they have already been paid for it

Quality One Wireless Response • Dec 05, 2019

Should be here tomorrow it's at my local post office. Thank u.

I have been calling Quality One for over 10 days trying to return a SIM card. Calls and emails unanswered. Need to return SIM card for $180 refund.
I ordered a phone and SIM card on 11/5/19(Order #***). I paid for expedited shipping, I received the order on 11/15/19. I initially emailed *** Mobile (the carrier that I switched to). They told me that they could not help because this was contracted out to Quality One Wireless. They gave me a number to call Quality One Wireless. I called Quality One Wireless starting on 11/16/2019; I called them and left a message that day. I left another message on 11/19 and 11/21. After none of those calls were returned, I went back to *** Mobile. They told me how to file a web request for a refund. On 11/22 I received an email from Quality One Wireless from a "Mia." There was no help or information in her email--it just directed me to their website. I emailed them back to clarify what I wanted on 11/22, 11/23, and again early this morning (11/27). None of those emails were returned. I called *** Mobile again today. They affirmed that they could not help me and gave me a different number to call for Quality One Wireless that went to the same voicemail box that was never returned.

Desired Outcome

I just want to return this SIM card and get my $180 back.

Quality One Wireless Response • Dec 05, 2019

We would be more than happy to get this resolved for the customer. I have checked in to the order and see they successfully submitted an RMA request to return the SIM card and get a refund. The RMA was authorized and the customer would need to send in the SIM card to finalize the RMA. Once we receive the SIM card we can get the refund successfully processed.

I dropped my return in the mail on 11/30 to the address they told me. I included the order number and RMA on the envelope. I have not received confirmation that my package has arrived, nor have I received my refund. So it has been 2 weeks with no communication from them nor any update on my return.

Quality One Wireless Response • Dec 19, 2019

I have checked in to the customers RMA and do not see that we have received the return in to our facility yet. Once the return is received, the customer will get an email with a status update regarding the RMA/refund.

I was finally given my refund after several more emails with their customer service. I consider this to be a successful resolution.

would like a full refund of 449.00 for cell phone thought to be purchased from straight talk not quality one wireless. *** order #.
order *** on 11-27-19 at 9:33 am receipt from straight til wireless. fine print said order fulfilled by quality one wireless. I am a long time straight talk customer over 10 years. went to the straight talk site to purchase a I phone 8 plus. Entered into a chat with sales rep and indicated 2 times in chat that I wished to purchase from straight talk directly not a carrier such as *** etc. rep never represented herself as quality one wireless. She said it would probably be shipped in 24 hours. Receipt was from strait talk wireless and site uses straight talk colors and identification. Total misrepresentation. I called straight talk and gave them all the information, order number, receipt etc. and they had no information of my purchase. They did not say anything about quality one wireless. I called my bank to stop payment and it has already been processed. I sent an email to quality one wireless to cancel order and request 449.00 be refunded to my account immediately. No response. I called my complaint division of my bank on 11-30-19 to dispute the purchase and they said to contact the company-Q1W directly. I called and left a message at the only number I can find for them. I also contacted straight talk to complain that q1w was representing themselves as straight talk , using their website and name in addition to using their name on receipts sent to customers. They said they would look into it. I purchased from what I thought was straight talk because if there is an issue with the phone I can talk to customer service and return it. Right now I am out 449.00. I have no cell phone, no tracking number, no information about it and have not received any response from quality one wireless. This is total misrepresentation of who they are using the straight talk name, likeness, and their sales agents pretending to be straight talk agents. I would like them to refund my bank account today for 449.00 and cancel this order. I am considering cancelling my straight talk account as they have accepted no ownership for this issue and would not give me any information about this purchase. I found out about quality 1 wireless from Revdex.com complaints similar to mine and on the fine print on the receipt it said the order would be fulfilled by quality one wireless. I expected this purchase to be filled by straight talk as that was the website I was on. Also in code was a notice that it would appear one my bank statement a q1w which it was. They did process my payment promptly and I could not stop payment. They have not responded to my mails or phone calls. I have screen shots of the receipt they sent me misrepresenting themselves as straight talk and the fake straight talk site that q1w uses to get unsuspecting people to buy from them.

Desired Outcome

I would like my bank credit-debit card refunded in the amount of 449.00 today from quality one wireless-Orlando Florida, for order *** of an I phone 8 plus gold which was allegedly purchased from straight talk on a web site identified as such. I would like prompt cancellation of this order and a confirmation email at ***@yahoo.com that the order has been cancelled and that a full refund of 449.00 is being issued.

Quality One Wireless Response • Dec 05, 2019

We would be more than happy to assist the customer with this issue. I have attached a copy of the refund on our end. The refund was processed on 12/02/19. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in to the account.

I ordered an iphone 11 through what I thought was StraightTalk, but it turned out to be Quality 1 Wireless. It's supposedly on back order but it's not
I tried to purchase an iPhone 11 through my phone carrier Straight Talk, but then after I bought it, it tells me that Quality 1 Wireless will be sending me the phone. I ordered this phone on November 1st. The 1st was on a Friday so I waited until Wednesday of the next week due to them asking for 24-72 hours to process the order. I waited the 24 - 72 hours to receive my tracking information and it didn't come. I wrote this company and I was told by Steve that I will receive my tracking information by the end of the week when my phone ships. This was on November 6th, the day that my order was supposed to be shipped by at the latest. I write back and ask if the phone is on back order or something like that and he replied that they are behind on orders due to delays from Apple. My iPhone 6s started to act up, so I asked when he thought the iPhone 11 would ship, this was on November 7th. On November 8th, he then changed the story and said it would be released early the next week, instead of later that same week. Then, later on that day I received the email that said "We are in the final stages of processing your order. You will be able to track your order via the tracking number below once it has been accepted by the shipping carrier. In some cases it may take up to 72 hours (M-F) before being able to track your order online." Also, on the 8th, a shipping label was created by USPS and says it is awaiting item. I waited and then wrote Steve again on November 13th. I asked did he think I would get my phone by the 15th and he wrote back "The inventory is currently constrained by Apple. We are expecting to release the order this week." I wrote back the next day, which was a Thursday, and asked if I they were going to ship my order the next day (Friday) since he said my order would be released by the end of the week. He writes back and says "Unfortunately, there are no new updates at this time. You are welcome to cancel the order if you do not want to wait any longer and be refunded in full." I replied and said I don't want a refund because this is the only Straight Talk iPhone 11 that is available. I've looked everywhere around me for one and can't find one except for this one. However, I decided to call Apple today (November 18th) to see if they could tell me there was a back order. The sales rep called Straight Talk customer service and they said they don't even see where I paid for the phone. The money for the phone came out of my bank account the day I bought it. I just want my Straight Talk iPhone 11 that someone took my money for. After I get the correct phone (Straight Talk iPhone 11), I hope to have nothing to do with this company ever again.

Desired Outcome

I want my Straight Talk iPhone 11 in a very timely manner. It needs to be the correct phone as well since most of the complaints against this company is that they sent them the wrong phone or not Straight Talk compatible. Obviously Apple is not experiencing a delay so I expect to get my phone by the end of the week or a couple days considering I also live in Florida. I just want the phone I paid A LOT of money for. If this can't be done I want a full refund of the $747.93 back in my bank account in a timely manner. I really want the phone since I bout expensive accessories for the phone.

Ordered phone on 11/9/19 (said I would receive in 3 business days) it's now 11/19 still no phone and cannot reach company for explanation.
I ordered an iPhone 11 on 11/9/19, through Straight talk wireless, paid with *** financing. Received 2 emails from *** saying Straight talk had received payment and an email from Straight talk saying my order was processed and would be shipped and I would receive phone within 3 business days. I never got an email saying it had been shipped, like the previous email had stated I would, so on Friday 11/15, I called straight talk. They were unable to find any information on my order (even though I received an email from them and was logged into my account on straight talk) I was given the run around for 2 hours before they finally found my account. I was then told it was being prepared to ship. I received shipping info but today is the 19th and it still says "preshipment" as the status on USPS. I called Straight talk again today and they were again unable to find my order. I called *** who immediately found all of my info and they called straight talk with me on the phone. We were finally told that it was a third party company responsible for fulfillment and that company was Quality One Wireless. We called several times and were never able to speak to anyone. We finally left a message but I have yet to get any sort of information regarding my phone that I have already been charged for and have not received and have no idea why or where the phone is or whats going on with my order.

Desired Outcome

I want my phone shipped immediately and a credit for my phone bill for next month, as I had to pay for another month with the company I was switching from bc my phone has taken nearly 2 weeks (will probably exceed 2 weeks once it arrives) and it was only suppose to take 3 days.

We greatly apologize for the delay. Apple is late delivering devices in to our facility, which is causing orders to be delayed and put on back order. We can keep the customers order active or cancel and refund immediately. We look forward to the customers response.

I paid for an Iphone 11. Bank shows the money came out and that Quality One Wireless received the money. I have not received the Iphone still.
I purchased an Iphone 11 for $699.00 through www.***.com on 11/6/2019. I was sent a confirmation email and receipt. The money came out of my bank 11/7/2019. I received a tracking number *** 11/8/2019. The shipping time was supposed to be 3-4 business days. It had been a week and USPS has yet to receive the package so I contacted Total Wireless who I had thought I purchased it from and they had no clue about the order number #*** or order. So I looked more closely at my receipts and who the money went to(investigating with my bank) and it was Quality One Wireless. I called the phone number associated with the bank account that received the money 4 times and there was no answer.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a full refund of $699.00 for the Iphone 11 I never received.

We do greatly apologize for the delay. Apple is late in delivering devices to our facility and due to that delay, the customers order is currently on back-order. We have cancelled and refunded on 11/19/19 the customer for the order. Again, we do greatly apologize for the inconvenience and delay.

steve sucks, rude, very brief and all around customer service was sub par
bye.

I spent 235.00 on a new cell phone& 6mos airtime but the phone was defective returned within the 7 days of receiving phone I was given 92.00 back.
I purchased a new Samsung J3 phone along with 6mos of data and air time, the day I received the phone upon trying to activate it the phone it wouldn't read the sim card after an hour on the phone with*** Mobile they could not get the phone to work. Again the next day which was Saturday I was back on the phone With*** and after speaking to a couple of different people I was told I didnt buy the phone from them I bought it from Quality One Wireless that I should have noticed that in the small print, so I would have to contact them on Monday. On Sunday I spoke with *** who*** piggybacks the cell service off of,they couldn't help me either. On Monday I called Quality One Wireless they said there was nothing they could do but I could send in the brand new phone to see if they could fix it, at this point I'm so frustrated I just want a refund so I was given an RMA# and I should have received a full refund as the phone was sent back within the seven days and through no fault of my own I was never able to use the phone or the airtime

Desired Outcome

But for the fact that the phone would not read the sim card none of this would be going on. I paid $99.00 for the phone and $120.00 for the 6mos of airtime but was refunded $92.00 so they made money from me without me receiving any service.I just want the remainder of my refund back.
