Quality One Wireless Reviews (%countItem)

Wasn't informed on product being out of stock until I reached out to customer service people. I just want to know when my phone will be delivered.
It has been almost a month since I ordered my phone. I ordered an iPhone 11 on Oct. 8th from Total Wireless with Quality One Wireless being the payee (Order number ***). On Oct. 9th I was told by multiple customer service representatives that my order wasn't found but I had been charged a total of $699. On Oct. 10th I finally spoke with someone (Steve ***) who confirmed my order and he later told me that the processing stage of the order would be completed on Oct. 11th. On Oct. 11th I received the email stating that my order had been completed and that a label was made and awaiting USPS to pick up. Another week went by so on Oct. 18th I began trying to figure out why my phone didn't deliver since I did choose Priority Mail at checkout which only takes 1 to 3 days. So I emailed Steve asking why I haven't received my phone and he said it was because, "Apple was late in delivering the product to them." I then asked him when did he think they would get the product and he answered with, "we are hoping for early this week" on Oct. 20th. I should've been informed about the seller waiting for the delivery with product without me having to reach out to the seller about it. Yesterday, Nov. 2nd, I once again contacted Steve since it has been a week since we last talked about this problem and have yet to receive a reply from him. Here I am on Nov. 3rd still no reply or phone. I've been given the runaround about a phone that I paid MY money for and still haven't received it.

Desired Outcome

I would like to know when the seller will get the delivery from Apple. I want to know the specific date the phone will be delivered to me, as ordered NEW. I've already waited almost a month for my iPhone, if nothing is resolved and I can't get the iPhone soon, I would just like a refund of my money.

We would be more than happy to assist this customer. Unfortunately, there is a delay on Apple shipping the devices to our facility. At this time, the order has been canceled and refunded for the customer because we do not have an exact date of when the devices will be received in to our facility. We do greatly apologize for the inconvenience.

Thanks! Definitely one of the outcomes I hoped for. Just wish I would've been informed beforehand of the situation instead of a month later.

Per shipping confirmation phone was to be shipped 10/24 at the latest. Phone has not been shipped. Already paid for, no shipping date given.
I purchased a *** phone with financing provided by *** on Wednesday October 16th, 2019 at 6:01 p.m. I received confirmation of this order on Friday, October 18th at 1:46 p.m. via email. This email contained a statement saying the phone I purchased may take up to 72 hours to be able to track, and delivery times vary based on shipping speed. I received written confirmation that my order would be shipped in 2 days to my location by Quality One (*** 3rd party whole seller) employee Steve on Friday October, 18th at 12:30 p.m. This was for order #***. On Monday, October 21 at 10:27 a.m. I contacted Quality One/*** employee Steve once more since the tracking information with USPS had not updated from Friday. At this time it was still showing the phone as "pre-shipment". He then said Apple was behind in getting the phone to them. I was under the impression that the company had amble supply to provide me with the phone I purchased. (see email receipt from ***, the financier I purchased the phone with.) On Monday October 21, I also spoke with *** employee Jeff. He said my phone would be delivered this Wednesday 10/23 or today 10/24. After this conversation, I reached out to Steve again and asked for confirmation of this information and none was given. See direct conversation attached. Today 10/24 is the full 72 hours specified in the confirmation email that *** would be shipping out the phone that I purchased. The phone still has not been sent to USPS. I reached out to another *** representative, Ruel to get any more clarification but he said he was unable to track my device on 10/24/2019. See attached confirmation. It is 10/24 at 4:23 p.m. and the device still has not been shipped with no explanation besides"Apple has been late." Employee Steve says I may have my phone sometime early next week, without any date given. These are unacceptable business practices.

Desired Outcome

I just want my phone to be delivered ASAP. I need it for work. I already paid for it, I just need it to be shipped to me. Straight Talk or any of their 3rd party whole sellers should not be able to sell phones they do not have.

Quality One Wireless Response • Nov 11, 2019

We do greatly apologize for the inconvenience and delay. There is a severe delay on Apple shipping the devices to our facility. At this time, we have fully refunded the customer because we cannot provide an exact date of when the phone would be shipped out and we do not want the customer to continue to wait for their phone. Again, we do greatly apologize for the delay.

Customer Response • Nov 11, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I received written correspondence that the facility had inventory from employee Steve *** on Friday Oct, 25th 2019. I told him my phone needed to be shipped, or they'd be violating the terms of purchase. He then cancelled my order without my permission directly following this email. This happened AFTER I stated in writing I did not want to cancel my order. I sent the email stating I did not want to cancel my order on October 25th at 1:02 PM. He cancelled my order without any warning at 1:04 PM. He then stated that I would have my order reinstated if I was willing to wait, without a date being confirmed. I initially agreed to this, but later cancelled due to the sheer lack of concern this business has. I found the phone on Apple's website and it was delivered in 4 days.

Quality One Wireless Response • Nov 18, 2019

We do greatly apologize for all of the troubles the customer has experienced. Due to the delay and no exact date of shipment, the order was cancelled so they customer could receive their money back and either purchase the device from another vendor or try to order again on our website once the device became available again. Again, we do greatly apologize for the issues.

I ordered an Iphone 11 Pro Max off of a site that was posed as my cell service, straighttalk for my fiance and never received it.
I ordered an Iphone 11 Pro Max from ***.com which in fact isn't Straighttalk or *** (which is a loan company). on Oct. 14th, 2019, paid an extra $10 for 1st class shipping which claimed to be here in 1-3 days. I ordered a phone from the actual straighttalk website about a year ago and the phone was here in about 4 business days, didnt have to wait for a receipt or tracking number. On the 15th I emailed them and asked for a tracking number, saying my ID# that they sent me wasnt matching anything. Mia *** emailed me back on the 16th and said that since I ordered late my phone wouldn't be ready to ship until the end of the week. Mind you I ordered monday after hours, granted that. I didnt get a traking number until friday afternoon almost 2 o clock. So I my nerves calmed a bit, then I went to track it on the usps site, and it said it was still in preshipment. okay whatever. I email them and say I cant track my product and low and behold Mia responds with my tracking number on Monday! And I start getting impatient so I call the actual Straighttalk company and they tell that they have no record of my payment. Im freaking out asking whats going on. So Im going through emails, looking for any kind of customer support phone number and I find the *** number so I call them and they are a loan company but I didn't use a loan to buy the phone. They were really trying to help me. And then I see at the bottom, Fulfillment made by Quality One Wireless. Only an email address which I thought was weird. I look them up and only thing I find linked to them is this site for Orlando Revdex.com and all these complaints on this Q1W Web Sales!

Desired Outcome

I want a refund in full. Nothing less, this place is a scam! Im really upset that whoever can do this to people are actually live content with their lives screwing other people over. Id like to have the refund back in at least the next month is the least you Mia Jones can do!

Quality One Wireless Response • Oct 24, 2019

We would be more than happy to get this resolved for the customer. Due to a delay on Apple shipping the new iPhone's to our facility, a good portion of our Apple orders are on back-order. We do greatly apologize for the inconvenience and I would be more than happy to get the refund processed for the customer. If the customer can, just please provide the order number so we can start the refund process immediately.

Two and a half weeks with no phone
I ordered a pair of iPhone 11s through *** Mobile on 9/20/2019 (Order number ***). This order was paid for by an independent financing company called *** who have confirmed that the phones have been paid for. As of this date, 10/9/2019 I do not have the phones. Additionally I do not have the *** sim cards as they are being held to ship with the phones. This is a 1500.00 order which I am about to be charge the first financing fee for and I do not have the equipment that has already been paid for. I have spoken with Steven *** at Quality One Wireless on Several occasions and sent numerous emails. Each time I receive a response saying that it would be 24-48 hours until they could ship or that Apple has oversold their production run and they are waiting for a shipment, again in 24-48 hours. The last time I spoke with Steve was yesterday at which time he said very clearly that he would place the phones in shipment by the end of that day. Today the tracking number from USPS still does not show the phone as having shipped. While I do not have recordings or transcripts of the phone calls, I will be attaching the email communication we have had. This company is engaging in fraudulent business practice and is holding equipment for which they have already been paid.

Desired Outcome

I would like the phones and sims I ordered shipped immediately and overnight. Failing that I would like the whole order canceled without the known restocking fee this company charges. This cancellation should include the refunding of the money paid by Affirm so that the financing can be settled.

Quality One Wireless Response • Oct 15, 2019

We have checked in to the customers order and see that per the tracking information, their order was delivered on 10/12/19 (USPS: ***) We do greatly apologize for the delay but there was a delay on Apple's end with sending our company the devices.

Customer Response • Oct 15, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I received a shipping notice within two hours of filing the complaint. I understand if there is a backorder situation with the manufacturer. However, the complaint could have been avoided with some proactive communication and better estimates on timing. The statements made to me were word for word the same as have been given to others At different times and for different orders. This leads me to believe they are scripted responses as opposed to real responses. I think a little preventative communication would go a long way toward heading off angry customers. Thank you.

Exceptional service. From this I3 received phone so fast it was great

Pre-Ordered a phone. Still have not received it weeks after it was released and paid for.
Pre-Ordered the new iPhone 11 Pro Max on September 16th from ***.com and it was to be fulfilled by Q1W. It is now October 2 and the phone still has not shipped. A label says it was created last week and still has not been dropped off to USPS. I've made multiple attempts to find out when it will be shipped. I'm always given the same response hours later, which is USPS will update when it ships. I've also paid for priority. My order number is ***. I still have no idea if I'll be getting this phone anytime soon.

Desired Outcome

Send out the phone I have paid for. If nothing happens, I will be canceling the order and leaving Straight Talk, Smart Pay, and never purchasing anything with Q1W attached to it.

Quality One Wireless Response • Oct 11, 2019

We would be more than happy to assist the customer. Unfortunately, there is a delay on the orders for the new Apple devices due to the popularity and a delay on Apple's end with sending the phones to our facility. If the customer would like to cancel the order, we can go ahead and get that cancelled immediately so the customer can receive the full refund.

Customer Response • Oct 15, 2019

I was finally sent the phone but missed out on a whole month since my first payment. A refund of my first payment would be great as I have to make a second payment.

ordered a new galaxy s10e cell phone from *** mobile. could not open an app (samsung pay) could not find a solution on the internet so I called samsung. he asked for the phones IMEI number and when I gave it to him he told me that I had a international phone instead of a phone manufactured for the USA. I called *** mobile and all they said was they dont have any USA models for the s10e and if it was within seven days of purchase I could send it back for a refund less 25% handling fee.
if I send it back I am without any phone for who knows how long. they should send me a galaxy s10e that was made to work in the USA and I will sent them back the international version

We would be more than happy to assist the customer. Per our website, the customer needs to submit an RMA request to send the device in for a refund or replacement (***.com/rma). We unfortunately cannot send an advanced replacement for the customer at this time. If the customer would like a full refund under their RMA request, we would be more than happy to process that without any fees, as long as the phone is not defective or damaged.

Had 2 different phones neither worked. 1 was used.
I financed a phone with affirm and it came from quality one. It didnt work I spent hours on the phone trying to get it fixed. They told me to purchase a different sim which didn't work. It said phone wasnt able to be activated and to send back. It cost me 16.04 to return defective device. They sent a phone that was also supposed to be new. It was definitely used and also not able to be activated. I had the same issues as the first phone. Only this time, it came with a near dead battery at 6%, no paperwork and no protective plastic. Again they told me to return defective phone. 18.99 it cost. I want my return shipping refunded for sending defective and used devices when it was supposed to be new.

Desired Outcome

Return shipping costs refunded

Quality One Wireless Response • Sep 26, 2019

We would be happy to assist the customer. The full refund for their device was processed on 09/20/19. Unfortunately, we cannot refund a charge that was not made to our company.

Customer Response • Sep 27, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Company sent me defective used items 2x. Of course there wouldn't be a charge to the company when I had to pay out of pocket to return. Theres no way I'm keeping defective material. Nor should I be responsible to have to pay to send defective material back. They knowingly send defective materials. I have all emails to steve *** from this company about the defective items and me asking for refunds on shipping.

Quality One Wireless Response • Oct 11, 2019

We do greatly apologize for the issues the customer has experienced but at this time, we cannot refund a charge that was not made to our company. The customer received the full refund for their order on 09/20/19.

Hello,
I shopped on https://phones.mintmobile.com/ and ordered a phone (order #***) on Sep 4, 2019. It was not apparent that phone sell on above website is through third party seller (Quality One Wireless) and that their return policy is very malicious, unreasonable and unacceptable. Phone is very expensive ($1255.28 including tax). When USPS tried to deliver it on 9/9/2019, no one was at home so they left a note on the door. My wife came to know about it and she had talk with me about this. She had some other financial commitment and so together we decided to not spend high amount of money on the phone. So, we decided to return the shipment to the sender as is without even seeing it. I just updated online on usps.com website about return to sender. But, during this entire process I came to know that Quality One Wireless will charge me 20% restocking fee which come around $251. It is a very high amount and very unreasonable from the merchant. That kind of restocking fee only make sense when item has been tried out and then returned. In my case, I have not even received a package/item/phone. I tried several times since 6am PST today morning to reach out to support (human being) of Quality One Wireless, but all attempts failed. I tried getting email support and so far the support person (Steve ***) is not agreeing about waiving the restocking fees. I experience this transaction as a very high fraud activity from the merchant. My case is very genuine and I cannot pay for this phone or very high restocking fees as a penalty for returning their unopened shipment. I and my family is so stressful because of this transaction and not able to do our routine daily work and sleep at night.
Product_Or_Service: iPhone XS
Order_Number:

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment I would like Quality One Wireless to not charge me restocking fee for this order as I have never received the item, never opened it or tried it. Their return policy was not apparent while ordering. Their return policy is very malicious, unreasonable and unacceptable. While ordering on Mint Mobile web site, It is not apparent that there is a third party seller for the phones and they have their own return policy which is not at all consumer friendly, charges hefty penalties to consumers.

So far, Q1W has not helped. They have my phone AS IS and in NEW condition, UN-OPENED and directly RETURNED without being ACCEPTED from USPS. Yesterday, they have charged me restocking fee (20%) = $251.06. You can see in my attached document. They are not ready to listen anything. Since 10th Sep, 2019, I have been sending lot of information to all three parties (*** Mobile, Quality One Wireless, and *** Inc) involved in this purchase explanation and providing them the proof of why this is a fraud and malicious business practice. Please let me know if I still need to provide any more information on this. Attached document contains entire email conversation that includes all necessary information including proof that they have received my item as is, there is a return receipt email and much more.

Sales keep lying about my order shipping information!!!
I placed my order for iPhone XR and sim card on September 3rd. Until 10 days later, they only give me a tracking number from USPS which USPS says that they never receive the package from Quality One Wireless.
(First time LIE)The Sales person STEVE *** told me that they ship the package on Sep 6th when I email them on Sep 5th. after a long weekend waiting (imaging that the whole weekend without cell phone, you will understand how I fell). (second time LIES)They told me that they ship out on Monday Sep 9th. After two days later, the tracking number still dosent have any update. I contact Steve *** again. (Third Time LIES) He said my order was hold until today, and USPS will receive it today(Sep 11th). NO apology, No explaination, nothing but LIES.

One day later, guess what? the tracking number still the same: NO UPDATE!!! And this GUY! STEVE *** just say "USPS has your package." Again, no apology, no explain, nothing but LIES.

Desired Outcome

I want get my iPhone XR and sim card ASAP!!! no more lies. just send my order!!!!

I have checked in to the customers order and see that they ordered an iPhone 11. That device did not launch until 09/20/19. The order is shipped and expected to be delivered on 09/23/19 with the following tracking number from USPS:

We purchased four (4) iPhone XR on 09/01/2019 and paid for overnight shipping, we still have to receive our phones. Vendor does not cooperate.
On 09/01/2019, we placed an order through *** Mobile, order # ***, purchasing four (4) iPhone XR, for the amount of $3255.67, including FEDEX overnight shipping for the amount of $19.99. *** Mobile partners with Quality One Wireless for the sale of the cell phone devices, and Quality One Wireless is the entity responsible for the sale and shipping of the devices to the customers. I have contacted Quality One Wireless several times and as of right now I have received different stories and dates of shipping. I have been communicating with Mr. Steve ***, email ***@***.net, who first told me that the package was shipped on 09/04, then when I did not receive the phones on 09/05 he stated that FEDEX had the package and was going to update the shipping details at the end of 09/05 to show shipping. On 09/06 the shipping was updated to NOT show a date of delivery as the package was still showing as not picked up. I communicated today and I was told "FedEx received this package on Friday." (email received at 11:13), then "FedEx picked up the package on Friday. They will need to scan the package to update tracking" (received at 12:11), then when I emailed them back stating "I just spoke to FedEx and they confirmed that they did not pick up the package from you. They said that simply a label was created and that is it. They advise you check your in house boxes and re-schedule pick up a delivery.
I understand that maybe you find these emails annoying but we paid for a service and would like to have a resolution before we escalate to different means. Thank you. Marika" (sent at 12:31)
they responded: "We are looking into this matter on our end. The package may have been picked up by USPS instead of FedEx." (received at 12:29)
so far my last email has asked for a resolution ASAP. "We would like an update today as we paid for over $3200 in phones that we should have received by now. We expect a resolution ASAP. Thank you"

I doubt we will receive the phones as they are not trackable if picked up by another shipping company and therefore they may be lost/stolen.

We want to receive our phones and the reimbursement of overnight shipping.

Desired Outcome

We would like to receive the phones we paid for, and be issued a refund for the shipping.

Quality One Wireless Response • Sep 10, 2019

I have checked further in to the customers order and due to the recent hurricane that was on track to hit Florida, our facility was closed for multiple days and deliveries are slightly delayed. We have successfully processed the shipping fee for the customer. We do greatly apologize for the delay.

Customer Response • Sep 13, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
We did not receive a refund for $19.99.
We would like a refund for that amount.

I am trying to receive a full refund for a phone and SIM card system that did not work in my area.

I purchased a device and plan thru the mint mobile website in April 2019. Upon receiving the device it did not work. I called immediately and was told you would help me in getting things set up. We tried several things and the device was still not working. I was told that since my initial request was made within the 7 day period I would be "fine" and under the warranty. After much trial and error, it was assumed that the phone was broken. I mailed it to Quality One for service. This process took 1 month. Quality one felt there was a problem with the SIM card and had me go back to mint mobile for a new SIM card. Again, this did not help. Unfortunately, my area is a dead zone for your service, even though the website said it was good. Who is going to refund me for something I purchased that never worked.

I paid for service and a phone that never worked. I got nothing, and now I am being told that I did not request a return during the 7 days. Yes, you are correct I did not request a return, I was told that you would get my service working, one way or another, so I believed the glitch would be resolved and it would eventually work. So after purchasing a phone and 3month plan on your website, I paid $139 in all and I am being told I need to incur a restocking fee for the phone and no refund for the SIM card. The have refunded me $75.20.

Quality One and *** Mobile are passing my phone calls back and forth and apologizing for the inconvenience. I purchased an LG Phoenix 3 phone with a 45 day SIM card. The phone number on the account is 586-*** and the order number is ***. I have emails from the company representative stating the the products are only compatible 60% of the time with their service and yet they are sold as a bundle on their website. I was given an RMA and I returned everything to them to only receive 54% refund.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund. Meaning, the 20% remaining refund for the LG Phoenix 3 phone in the amount of $18.80 AND $45 for the SIM card that never worked.

Phone not working on Affiliated network
I went to the straight talk website looking for a phone and saw an advertisement for "affirm" that provided for a $200.00 off discount. I found the phone that I wanted and put in an order, assuming that the purchase was direct from straight talk. After I completed the purchase of the item (NEW Samsung S10+) and waited 3 business days for them to finally ship the device, I received it on 8/24/19. After transferring the data to my new device, I attempted to activate it. The technical support at straight talk worked with me for 90 minutes to attempt to get this phone onto their network, it would initialize onto straight talk network for a short time and then drop signal and then it would lose access completely and the following error message would appear: "Sorry, your device can't be activated on another carrier's network right now. For help, contact *** at 800.*** or 888.***." Per the Straight Talk Technical Support this phone was activated previously on the *** network. As this phone was sold as "NEW" I am confused on why this is an issue. Furthermore, I am additionally confounded as to why this phone is a "Bring Your Own Phone" set up and when I spent an extra $50.00 to get a *** capable item, that I am having an issue with the phone getting onto the Straight Talk Network when I purchased this phone from an alleged affiliate.

Desired Outcome

I want Affirm to resolve this issue and help to get my phone to work immediately. Additionally, I would like an explanation as to why an advertised affiliate of ***, which is specifically documented on the *** phone purchase page, is sending out a phone that is not able to easily integrate onto the partner website. This is quite an inconvenience as I am unable to use my telephone until I can personally call *** and then deal with *** immediately after that.

As you can see in the file, a refund does not appear. Also, there is no mention of the deceitful practice of not stating that this purchase would be a 3rd party bring your own phone item.

Awaiting refund and confirmation of online language update to denote the 3rd party byop items.

Customer Response • Sep 26, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
As stated in the original complaint, quality one very well may be an authorized 3rd party distributor for*** wireles, however, this information is never stated. As a result, clients go to the *** website to purchase a straight talk branded phone and end up getting a bring your own phone program device which may or may not work on the service. There should be a disclaimer to provide transparency to the client. Had I known that the program would not send me a straight talk phone, I would never have bought it. There is nothing stating this on the website, and seemingly quality one wireless has no intention of being transparent.

Quality One Wireless Response • Sep 26, 2019

We are very sorry that the customer had to experience the issues they did. At the bottom of our website, it is stated the the orders placed on this website are fulfilled by Quality One Wireless.

This business sold me a phone that was supposed to be new, but it was a reconditioned phone and not compatible with the network.
I purchased this phone from the *** mobile web site under new phones and they contract with quality one wireless. The phone I purchased was a *** and it stated new on the website. When the phone arrived and I opened up the phone to power it on, it said *** by *** on the phone. When I contacted *** Mobile to activate the phone and questioned about the *** by *** on the phone I was informed by the representative at *** Mobile that they contract with quality one wireless and the phone was new that they sent me. Well, I have now come to learn after speaking with a supervisor at *** Mobile that indeed the phone that I paid for was refurbished and was not supposed to have anything with *** on it. In addition, the phone has never worked right since I got it and I couldn't get a signal on it, well I came to find out today that was because the phone was not compatible with the *** Mobile network which runs off of ***. In addition, I paid for a 12 month calling plan which I am unable to use because I can't get coverage or a signal in the city I live in, even after being switched to different towers. This company is charging customers for new phones and selling them phones that are refurbished, not compatible with the network or service the customer is purchasing them for and causing the customers extra money for another phone that I had to purchase through another provider. Now I am stuck with a phone that can't be unlocked so that I can use on another provider, a 12 month plan that I can't use.

The invoice number is *** and the transaction ID number is ***.

I want all of the money that I paid for the phone and the 12month plan refunded back to me in the amount of $379.

Desired Outcome

I want the company to refund me $379 for the cost of the refurbished phone (that was listed as a new phone from the factory on the web site) that they sent me and charged me for a new one and the cost of the 12 month plan that I have been unable to use after several contacts to *** Mobile and *** Mobile unable to fix the problem.

This business requested that I send the phone back to them by August 3rd and I sent the phone back yesterday and gave Pay Pal the tracking number. It cost me $20 to mail the phone back. I wish to have the $20 refunded back to me.

Here is the tracking number for the phone*** and it scheduled to arrive on July 30, 2019.

This business told *** that I had to send it back to them by August 3 or I would be penalized for the phone. I want the $20 I paid for shipping costs refunded back to me. This company is committing fraud, by charging customers for a new phone and sending them a refurbished on and it is not even on the correct network, then you can never get a hold of them and they do not answer there phones or return phone calls. I WANT MY SHIPPING COST REIMBURSED BACK TO ME FOR $20. IT IS THE LEAST THEY CAN DO FOR SELLING ME A NEW PHONE AND SENDING ME A REFURBISHED ONE ON THE WRONG NETWORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We would be more than happy to get this resolved for the customer but unfortunately, we cannot refund the customer for the shipping that they paid separately, because the charge was not made to us.

Did not get refund amount that was promised
Ordered a phone on 6-15-19 that was found to be defective when it arrived. Originally I told the company that I needed to return the item because I could not get it to work properly and neither could local cell phone affiliates. Since the same phone was not available at that time to be replaced with, I was offered to have a similar phone or get a full refund since it was defective out of the box. When they got the item back they only gave me 80% of the refund since a typical return would have a 20% return fee but since it was defective they were willing to make an exception. The amount that is still due to be refunded is approx $70.

Desired Outcome

Please refund the remaining amount which was 20% of the selling price to my original payment method

We refunded the customer the full price of $349 on 07/10/19.

After reaching out to them and letting them know that I contacted you guys, they finally responded but we're still resilient to help at first. when I explained how ridiculous it was and how would they feel if it happened to them they finally decided to refund the rest of the money to resolve it and put it behind them. But I still would like you guys to have on file if they are not following through with their best of work ethics.

Boada contacted me though email offering a $25.00 gift card for 4 reviews and she does not answer followup emails nor send the gift card.
*** Boada who works for Quality One Wireless emailed me on May 14,2019 to offer me $25.00 to do 4 reviews. I did the reviews and sent them to this person *** Boada who never replied back nor gave me the promised gift cards. I requested the gift card twice weeks apart waiting for a reply. I updated one set of reviews and emailed *** Boada again while I waited weeks for a reply which never came.

Desired Outcome

I am requesting the promised $25.00 gift card I did reviews to earn.

We would be more than happy to get this resolved for the customer. If the customer can please provide snapshots of their reviews, we can further assist.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I can not screenshot all 4 reviews. I only have 3 reviews I could screenshot because Quality One Wireless now has an invalid link and page on Facebook so my review can not be accessed. The screenshotting reviews was not part of the original offer anyway. If your company sends out offers ask that they be screenshot in the original requirements and stop removing the links you send consumers.

We have looked in to this issue for the customer and do see that they left our company reviews on multiple websites. We will make sure the customer receives what was offered via email within 5 business days. We greatly apologize for the confusion and delay.

The solution is acceptable. Thank you.

I ordered a Moto g7 power phone and it has not worked right since I received it, so I called access wireless, they go thru prompts then tell me to call 407-*** I cave called every single day for almost a month and left several messages and cannot talk to a human or NOONE will return my calls. I need to send this phone back and I need help in doing so. I spent 300$ on a non working phone that won't even give me working service. Also I spent money buying airtime twice in June that I cannot use that will be expiring and cannot use what I paid for because of a non working new phone I purchased thru access wireless.

We would be more than happy to assist the customer in returning their device. The customer has left our company multiple voicemails but we have also attempted to call the customer back multiple times, with no success in getting an answer. The customer is more than welcome to submit an RMA request on our website regarding their device, for a refund.

Phone never worked but they won't issue a refund since it's past the 7 day refund time though I've been dealing with this since day one.
I have been going back and forth between Mint Mobile and Q1 Wireless sine the day I received the product. Long story short. I got the phone it didn't work, sent it back to company. They sent it back to me saying there was nothing wrong with it. I got a replacement SIM. Still didn't work. Told Mint I wanted a refund. They told me that was on Q1. They were very hard to reach. Rarely answering during business hours. When I did reach them they told me it was past the 7 day refund policy.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund of the $274.00 I paid for phone and service.

We have been in contact with this customer since May 6th, 2019 regarding this matter. The customer requested to return the 12-month plan that they purchased in their order on 02/27/19. Per our website, it states that plans cannot be returned after 7 days of receipt. The customer did not contact us regarding wanting to return the plan until May 6th, 2019. The customers original RMA request (submitted on 03/07/19) was only for the LG Phoenix 3 5.0, which was sent in to our facility and processed through our RMA department to find that the device had no defects. That device was sent back on 04/01/19. The customer did not mention anything about the plan until May 6th, 2019.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
After the phone was returned and still did not work, I requested a refund for the entire order. They said I had to make another RMA request. In that request, I was unable to click the box next to the SIM card (additional 12 month plan). It was then that I began emailing them. At one point they told me that it was mint mobile's responcibility because they only handle the electronics. Then I got told that they wouldn't refund it because it was too old. Then I finally got a refund for the SIM card but not the phone that still does not work.

Quality One Wireless Response • Jun 10, 2019

We successfully refunded the customer for the plan on May 31st, 2019. The customer returned the device and our RMA department found no issues with the phone after extensive testing. The device was then sent back to the customer with no trouble found. If the customer is looking to return the phone, we can open up the RMA again to send it back in for a refund.
