Terrible customer service, did not return any of my phone call messages, which are documented, and their recording says 2 business days for reply.
I needed to return a phone that was never taken out of its packaging, because it was a gift for my father's birthday, in which I learned he already bought a new phone. The order was placed on 9-29-17, and his birthday was 10-6-17. I had plenty of time to receive the phone, but on October 5th, still no shipping notification, I called. Woman I spoke with explained it was out of stock. Even though I purchased it with no inventory issues. She says normally they are supposed to send you a follow up email when a product goes out of stock. Nobody sent one. So they overnight express me a similar phone (even tho I already purchased a phone screen cover and case for the other phone) and it gets here one day after my dad's birthday. After my conversation with Quality One Rep, I called my dad, and I learned that he didn't even need the phone. He bought one already. So on the 7th when it arrived I kept it in its packaging, obviously no need to turn this phone on, knowing I'm returning it. I call immediately to start return process, only to find out they are closed. I left my first message on 10-6-17. Their recording for the answering service says they have 2 business days to handle complaints. Upon researching this jump-thru-hoops return process, I learn that all returns are subject to 20%-50% RESTOCKING FEE OF THE VALUE OF YOUR PURCHASE!! PLUS NO $20 SIM CARD REFUNDS.. PLUS $9.99 SHIPPING AND HANDLING NOT REFUNDED...Also, with refunds, they don't pay for a shipping label once they approve it! I had to purchase this thru USPS online quickly. They expect you to get all that done within the 7 days they allow for returns.. Now, at this point I needed to speak to someone about that because it's outrageous, the order initially cost me $128 for the $99 phone, $20 unlimited plan card, and $9.99 shipping. I think it's absolutely outrageous that I should lose $30 plus JUST because I ordered from the company. So getting back, I called and left them a message, October 7th. They had two business days to call me. NOBODY contacted me back, at all. I called again, Wednesday the 11th. Left another message because I got forwarded to their answering system. Meanwhile, I was trying to also get in contact thru their email support. The person they have responding keeps sending me generic stock emails of their return policy. I need to speak to a live person, on the phone, like NOW. They did not escalate me to a supervisor, like a typical company. Even during business hours, I would get forwarded to an answering system. Just finally got email support saying I will be receiving a full refund. I called again 10-17 because I want to KNOW the AMOUNT I am being refunded, as they keep using terminology in codes they understand for return processes. The lady can't tell me what I'll be refunded. As mentioned, I had to pay another $10 thru the USPS website to get this phone back to them, because even though they have to authorize the return, the authorized "RMA Sheet" they send you the link to is literally a sheet they type up in Microsoft Word with their return address as a header, your return address, and it is typed "postage required" in the corner. They are too cheap to pay return shipping, even though I know they could have shipped my phone here and back for what I paid. I work as a Rural Carrier for USPS.So when purchasing my return shipping, I made sure that I have tracking info sent directly to my phone and the email of the person from Support who was contacting me, also insured. I am taking NO chances. My refund is based on THEIR discretion, anywhere from 20%-50% of total purchase price. At this time, I want this to be over with. Sick of dealing with this company. It is now the 18th, and I ordered the phone September 29th. If they would have sent me the email alert saying the original phone was out of stock, I would've contacted my dad and the whole order would've been cancelled before it could even ship. Looking for the FULL REFUND of purchase price.

Desired Outcome

Seeking full refund of my $128.99 paid on 9-29-17 to Quality One Wireless because the products that are currently en route to the facility for return processing have not been taken out of the box at any point or altered in any condition. The box was opened to find my invoice so I could start return process immediately. There is no reason a company should be able to take my hard earned money at their discretion. These are scamming tactics. I have everything documented from the start - I have all the emails, phone dates and times, and phone conversations have been recorded. I called multiple departments within the company specifically to get someone, ANYONE, to respond. Never once did a customer service representative contact me.

The customer called in on 10-17-17 and was advised she would receive a full refund minus the $9.99 for shipping and handling. The customer was advised to mail the phone back to us and we will process a refund. We have not received the phone back at our facility at this time.

The neglect on THEIR behalf is unacceptable. Simply asking for my full order refund because it's improper to do business in such a manner, and I should not have to pay for the phone to be shipped TO me, AND another $10 shipping to return it. If I was notified when my original order was out if stock, I would have cancelled my order. The first customer representative I spoke to is recorded apologizing to me on the behalf if the company, because she admittedly said an email notification should have been sent to me as soon as the phone that I paid for went out of stock - and the funds left my account IMMEDIATELY after I purchased, so the order was already processed. This order was placed on 9-29-17. I reached out to the company multiple times, all documented, leaving messages asking for assistance and was told via your answering service after business hours that ALL inquiries were handled within 2 business days. Not ONCE was I contacted back, not even after also reaching out to email support asking the representative to escalate this and have his supervisor contact me. I left my number twice, asked him to stop sending me generic copy & paste replies, nobody tried to resolve this. Soit's now 10-19-17 because of the lack of customer service or support from the company, it has been drawn out this long. I am simply asking my full purchase price refunded, shipping included, because I had to also pay to ship this phone BACK to Q1W.

Started off ordering phone from them 4months ago. In the beginning my order got held for how many days and some says complete already with a tracking number from usps but not even moving. I was mad. I thought that program that they advertise through net10 is not real. but when I get the chance to talk to their Director Mr Steve S., then everything got sortout and started completing and shipping my orders. ive been getting phone from them for four months now. And I am very thankful and grateful' their phone is always on demand. I get to sell them out real fast. And the support when got question is very easy to reach. They can either help through live chat email or phone support. for some people who waited for their order for couple days' they got to understand that quality one is not a manufacturer and they also run out of stocks sometimes. and besides that theres also some other circumstances that can hold their order off, ie storm and hurricane lately in florida lately where quality one is located. And if got question' just call them to clear things out and theyll take care of it. until now I still order phone and nothing I can complain about. Taking to long to shipped off my order
Ok so I order a phone from mysimplemobile.com on 9/22/17 about 6:40am est so I waited until Wednesday to see if they shipped it off yet and they didn't so I called them and they said my order was going to be shipped off that day so I was like ok so then Thursday came and I check my order status and it just said the label was just made nothing else so I just waited and give them until Friday 9/29/17 and I called them in the morning they told me to call back Bc they was seeing if they truck was coming in today so they said call back about 2:30 pm est so I did then when I talked to them they said that the truck did had came in so my phone should be shiped off on 9/29/17 to the mail office so I called the mail place to see if they get it and they didn't so I want my phone to be here by sometime this week or I want my money back because it shouldn't take them this long to shipped something off when on there website says it may take up to 24-72 hours to complete your order and has been longer then that

I would like them to give me my 15$ back for shipping and I would want 30days of free service Bc they are not good

I have submitted for a credit for the shipping and handling charge of $14.99. The customer has a lease agreement that includes monthly service. However, we can provide a complementary $25 Epin that can be use on another phone.

Purchase a cellphone from SafeLink WireLess.com website and when the phone arrived it worked for two days only. Contacted the company several times to have them address and resolve the matter and was only subjected to very unfriendly and unprofessional customer services representative who also had very little knowledge about the merchandise and company's return policy. Every time I spoke with a different representative their stories contradicted each other's response. After spending tireless amount of hours on the phone going back and forth with them they finally redirected me to a third party called Quality One Wireless, LLC to whom I was told that I needed to speak with in order to return their defective phone. I received the phone on 7/21/2017,returned the phone via postal shipping on 8/2/2017 and it is now 9/3/2017 and I have still not hear anything about the refund of my money for the phone that only worked for two days. I have since contacted both companies and they keep informing me that it is being work on.

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like to get a full refund in the amount that I paid to the company for the cellphone and any additional fees for the headache and stress that I have endure and is subjected to as a result of this ordeal.

Hello Good Morning. I have contacted my bank Chase.com to confirm the refund transaction and it was verify that there was a refunded credited to my account on 8/28/2017. The company listed in the complaint never communicated this information to me even though I have contacted them since this date and spoke with a representative on 9/1/2017 to address my refund. Thank you for all your assistance in resolving this matter. It was greatly appreciated.

This company is fraudulently selling refurbished and problematic phones and advertising them as new. The costs for the phones are new phone prices.
As supported by the attached documents, Quality One Wireless (using www.pageplusphonestore.com), who is partnered with Page Plus Cellular, is selling "New" Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Lte phones and then sending refurbished phones in their place. I purchased 2 phones from Quality One Wireless that were labeled as "new". I paid $529.00 per phone, which is the cost of a new phone. Not until the purchase was complete, and they had my money, did I receive a receipt stating they were refurbished phones. This is fraudulent advertising!

I only recently paid more attention to this information when one of the phones I purchased began to have problems. The touch screen stopped working and at times the screen just goes black.

When I contacted Quality One Wireless, I was informed that since the phone was re-conditioned, there was only a 60 day warranty and I would have to look into getting it repaired myself. I consulted a repair company. The cost of a replacement screen is $200.00, the charge for labor is $50.00. The repair company also brought to my attention that the cost to purchase a re-conditioned Galaxy Note 5 through Newegg would be about $250.00, also proving how much I was overcharged by Quality One Wireless' lie about the phone being "New".

Desired Outcome

I desire to have the phone that is giving us trouble exchanged for a working phone. The cost to purchase a reconditioned Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Lte phone through NewEgg is $250.00. I think we should be reimbursed the outrageous overcharge for the phones we purchased. Quality One Wireless, through PagePlusPhoneStore should cease advertising their products as "new" and be honest about the condition of the phones and be realistic about their pricing.

You sold the phone as a new phone. That was how it was advertised! It was not described anywhere as a used or reconditioned phone until after the purchase was made. You are a fraudulent company! I will continue to seek action on this matter in any way that I can.

The point of this complaint is that Quality Wireless has committed fraud in advertising there phones as "NEW" when they are actually selling reconditioned phones. They are also charging new phone prices for these reconditioned phones. Consumers need to be aware of these fraudulent tactics. The Attorney Generals office should also be notified.
