Quality One Wireless requires the consumer to pay for shipping for return items, charges the consumer $9.99 mailing the phone, and 20% restock fee.
Quality One Wireless LLC refund policy is a ripe off to consumers. The company requires the consumer to pay for shipping for return items, charges the consumer $9.99 for the original shipping and handling fees of mailing the phone, and 20% restock fee. In addition, there is a lack of customer service. I called the company's 1-800-330-1876 phone number and no answer. I was directed to voicemail to leave a message. I submitted an online message and did receive a response back from Steve S. Mr. S did provide information about the return policy and at this time, I learned about this company ridiculous return policy. Overall, the company will charge me $170.00 plus $9.99 to return an unopened phone. No consumer should have to pay this amount of money to return an unopened phone. In addition, I paid to mail the phone to Quality One Wireless. Something needs to change.

Desired Outcome

I just would like to receive a full refund of $849.00 for the phone. After all ***, provides customer free returns and it is less hassle to return the phone.

I have checked in to the customers order and see that the customer did submit an RMA request and the refund was processed on 05/15/19 on our end. Our return instructions state that if the phone is not defective and if the customer returns the device under buyers remorse, they are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer also never reached out to our customer support center. The 1-800-330-1876 phone number is not our customer support phone number. Our phone number is 407-856-2679. If the customer has any further questions or concerns, they are more than welcome to contact our customer support center.

I purchased a LG Tribute Dynasty phone from *** The process was simple, I received my new phone very quickly (4 days,if I remember correctly). Activation was a snap and the and transfer from my old phone was simple. The customer service person was knowledgeable, helpful and made the whole process stress free. I defiantly recommend

I have been dealing with this company for years. Always great service, technical support and resolution to every problems.

I can't get a refund for the phone that I mailed. I have called many time. It is a scam line.
I spent 538.92 on and [phone]***. Used safe like wireless to purchase phone due to being my carrier. The phone was purchased on March 14,2019. The order id# ***, I have bee in contact with many different people from *** and ***. I spoke to Oscar, Mary, Johnathon and John and they all me the same number to call 18556777895 for quality one. I have contacted them merged phone calls and was hung up on each time I called that number. On top of when the phone was answered they say congratulations you won a gift card. That phone number has nothing to do with quality one and or the refund of cellphones. I returned the cellphone by ups one April 13,2019. I've called to confirm delivery of the phone and refund status and I get nowhere

Full refund of the 538.92 and for these business to be shut down and taken off the internet!!

We have checked further in to this customers order and see the order was delivered to the customer on 03/18/19. Unfortunately, the customer was not given the correct phone number for our company. Our phone number is 407-856-2717, we do not have a 1-888 phone number or a recording that mentions anything about a gift card. We would be more than happy to assist the customer with any issues they may have with their device.

*** or *** which ever you call it say it's not there when it was delivered there on April 17. They still are refusing to give me my phone back.

Unfortunately, we are unable to further assist the customer regarding a refund until we receive the device back in to our facility in Orlando.

I like this website and this network, affordable price on the phone and services a month, I choose $35 a month and it has great satellite,good network, good signal. and the phone they have is great they have the latest phone like iphone and ***.

After looking in to the order notes, the customer contacted our customer support line on 04/22/19 and provided a tracking number for the return of their device. Unfortunately, the device was not sent back to our facility, but was sent to *** directly in Miami, FL. We would be more than happy to replace the device or provide the customer with a refund but we would need to receive the device in to our facility in order to further assist.

I sent the phone to the address I was given over the phone by ***. I wasn't informed about a third party until after I returned the phone. Now that the phone is in Miami no one there was able to connect me to anyone who could return the phone to me or third party. But all tracking shows they have the phone.

*** has a reference number that they want me to provide Quality One Wireless letting them know they have the phone back but Quality One Wireless Refuses to cooperate why am I losing money for a mistake and miscommunication made between the two companies

The customer spoke with our company on 05/10/19 and a representative further explained the process of trying to retrieve the phone from ***. Once we receive the device in to our facility, we are more than happy to process a refund for the customer.

On 3/1/2019 I ordered and paid for the a *** phone. he $ 89.00 was debit from my checking account.Please see the attached documents.
on 3/1/2019, I order and paid for a *** phone from the safe link web site. The order was to be full through Quality Wireless. The order number is ***. the order was to be shipped from Quality One Wireless through ***. When the phone arrived there were maeks on the phone and an old sim card was in the phone. I contacted *** and was told since it's been more than 24 hours there was nothing they can do but send me a new sim card. I received the new sim card and put it into the phone. Since that time there has been numerous problem , the screen will stop function, there is a robotic voice that start to talking anytime it want to. The camera take very poor pictures, most of the time the only function I am able to use is to answer the phone. I have spoken with both *** and Quality One Wireless. Each time I am lie to and giving the run around. I am stuck with a phone that do not function as it should.While *** and/or Quality One has my money and giving me the run around. Please help. attached is the letter, and other supporting documents.

Desired Outcome

I want help in getting the company to replace the phone with a phone of equal quality or more, If they are unable to replace the phone then refund my money.

This business did not answer any of my calls. I am having trust issue with this business because I've tried to get the business to process me a refund. As of this date, the business have not contact me. I am requesting that Revdex.com stay involve until I receive a refund for the used and damage phone. That this business said is a new phone.
Please have the business send me the prepaid label and I will return the phone as soon as I receive the label.

Quality one wireless is playing games. The prepaid labels they sent I was unable to upload because the labels were not there. I did informed Quality one of the problem with the label not uploading. I have copy of the both emails. Please tell quality one to send the prepaid labels via U.S. nail or send them again by email with a link that can be upload to Microsoft Office.

I ordered *** and a phone Feb 18th. The service was $23.91 which was refunded already after I cancelled. However the phone which was $350+ was not refunded. I was told by email that if the phone is found to be defective there is a 20-50% restock fee and a $10 handling fee which is applied to all refunded goods.No where on their *** website did they mention this. But every where on the site they mention the refund of the plan within 7 days.I feel I was misled and I am upset. I am upset because they misled me into believing that the handset could be returned also with no penalty.I tried the service, didn't like it and should be refunded for the phone also. Other carriers give you 14 days to return handsets with no penalty.Your company does no such thing. Instead you tell me that I have to contact quality one wireless, which I did and it goes to voicemail, I contacted the credit company *** and they tell me I have to contact ***. So this appears to be a loop that I am stuck in and still stuck with a $350 phone that will ultimately cost me $467.97 if I don't pay it off before the contract date ends in FEB 2021. This is not fare to penalize those who want to try your service. I work for the *** and you want to treat me this way?

Other (requires explanation) Accept my return of the handset. Inspect it for damage as there will be no damage. Tell *** you will accept the return of the handset so that they can close the contract and refund any money I have paid them. Also advertise that there is a 20-50% charge for phone returns if the customer does not like your coverage.

We would be more than happy to assist the customer regarding their device. We are an authorized third party distributor for *** and are not *** directly. We can only provide customer support on devices purchased from our website. On our website, under the warranty/rma section, all of the instructions can be found to submit an RMA request. Looking further in to the customers order, we received an RMA request (RMA #***) on 02/21/19. The customer would need to send the device in to our facility under that RMA to receive a replacement or refund. We would be more than happy to send the customer a prepaid label to send the device in to our facility.

Yes I need a prepaid label. Yes the RMA was requested 2/21/19 and today is 4/30/19. It is a shame it takes the Revdex.com to get involved to mediate an issue like this.
I have already switched carriers and currently am using an apple device so I do not need an exchange.
I opted to use the Revdex.com because I was told there would be fees involved for me to return a device that did not work with the *** service. IE: shipping fee,restock fee,processing fee. How is this even fair?

Ordered unlocked cell phone through ***/ Coverage was poor so I switched carriers and had to get a different phone and provider
ordered mint mobile service and a phone Feb 18th. Got the phone and had no coverage. Not sure if it was the phone or carrier. I requested a refund and an RMA on Feb 21.
Was told there is a 20-50% restock fee on phones and a $10 handling fee which is applied to all refunded goods.
Not cool. No where on their *** website did they mention this.
They did refund the cell phone plan right away.

I am stuck with a $350 phone that will ultimately cost me $467.97 if I don't pay it off before the contract date ends in FEB 2021.

I used the phone Feb 19 and 20th. 2 days.

Quality said they will send a return label.
I don't know if the credit company will refund the phone. What is wrong with your company???

I have been in contact with the customer via email and have sent the customer a prepaid label via email to send the device back in to our facility. Once we receive the device, we will process the refund for the customer.

I like this business. I have gotten excellent products with excellent customer service. Shipping is fast and if you have any problems they are there 24/7. Its the best I have ever worked with.

Very quick delivery of my phone and a three month gift card for a mint mobile phone plan- it was usually $15/month, which is more than I used to pay, but after having it for 3 months I decided to switch to the year-long plan. The phone is basic but the best value for money that I could find looking for a smartphone with all the capabilities of my old phone. Very hassle-free.

He experienced issues from the beginning - can't save contact numbers, can't get online, etc. He finally contacted company on 03/20/19 and asked for replacement. Company provided a return shipment package and Consumer put it into the mailbox for return via USPS. Company later provided a replacement phone but it also does not work properly.

I have checked in to the customers order and see that a RMA request was submitted and authorized by one of our customer support agents who he spoke with on 04/04/2019. We are more than happy to provide the customer with a refund but they would need to send the device back in to our facility under their RMA. We will send a prepaid label via email to have the customer send the device back.

So thankful for Smart Pay! When my last phone broke I couldn't afford to buy a new phone at the time. With Smart Pay I was able to get a good quality phone and it came in extremely fast. No hassle with order either. I'm VERY satisfied with my phone and the experience all around!!

Order was cancelled and company sent out phone and billed me anyway.
I inadvertently ordered an Iphone from Quality One. Immediately afterward, I submitted correspondence via the support icon on the bottom of the screen to cancel the order. I did this twice. I followed up with a phone call where I was assured that the item would be cancelled and not be shipped. Two days later, I received notification from USPS that the phone is en route to my address. I have been calling and leaving messages without success.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund for this phone. I was never supposed to receive it.
