Hello ***,Thanks for your emailI apologize that you received your order day lateWhen we shipped your order out we were assured by the USPS that they would be delivered before Christmas, and we have had several other customers that arrived day late as wellDuring November and December we processed over 100,orders and only were not delivered on timeFor us, that is a 99.8% success rate, but I realize for you that is a 100% failure rate for your order which does not make us happy at allOur goal is 100% satisfactionIn addition, we don't stain our products at allThey all come in their natural wood color so I am concerned that you said there were problems with stain on your order - because we don't stain anythingI am wondering if these either got wet or damaged in the postal system? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Per the instructions on the Groupon that your company provided, the link takes consumers to the actual product page, not your company home page where the notice is postedThis purposefully routes customers around the message and places expectations on the turn around of your product.Thus, those going via Groupon, such as myself, are not shown the message about placing orders after the 8th of December until they get their confirmation orderThis after being promised "shipping within 3-business days" and a "quick turnaround for personalized gifts"I sent both screen shots in to your team during my string on unanswered emails to show the advertisingMy confirmation email says that I should get my order in 10-days...today is day and it shows shows unfulfilled on your website While I understand that you're backed up with the holidays, you have a promise to keep to your customersThat promise is not being upheldAdditionally, on your "contact us" page, contact is said to be answered within hours (or business days)"In most cases we are able to answer emails within hours however please allow 1-business days for our response."I have not received a single answer to any of my emails or callsYou could avoid half of these complaints if you just COMMUNICATED with your customersWith non-existent customer service, the only option is through avenues lie the Revdex.comPlease let me now when I can expect all of my cutting boards, properly engravedAlthough my expectations aren't very high after reading all your Yelp reviews and additional complaints through Revdex.com Sincerely, **

Hello [redacted] ,Thank you so much for your email. It looks like the problem we had on your order was your address. When we went to process it, the USPS system came back as unable to verify your address (see attached). This is coming directly from the USPS verification system, and our system won't let... us send out an order unless the address is valid because it will just come back to us.
