Hello, Thanks for the very lovely story, (I appreciated it:) I'm sorry for the delay in your order and the long time it has taken us to get every thing made and shippedWe do have listed on every single page of our website that orders can take up to business days to be processedThe 14th business day would be December 22ndHowever I do have good news for youYour order will be shipped out tomorrow, and you'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking number either the same day or the day after(Your orders will arrive in time for Christmas.) You are correct in the fact that we weren't ready for the demand that we receivedHowever we have been working with Groupon for almost three years now, and during the non holiday season we are able to receive orders and have them processed and shipped within just a few daysWe thought we were ready for the Christmas season but unexpectedly (luckily for us, and also unluckily for us) we became one of the top sold items on Groupon in the worldWe hadn't planned for this and were caught off guardWe're sorry about that, but we have been and are continuing to do the absolute best we can with the resources we haveI hope you understandAs for the email you received, we recently got a new program that is supposed to help keep our customers in the loop as to where their order is, unfortunately it has several bugs and has caused some confusion by sending incorrect emails to customersIf you have any other questions you can contact me at kent.o' [redacted] @qualtry.comThanks!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:the item was mailed after ChristmasSince I filed the complaint I kept sending messagesI received a reply stating they would be overnightedOf course, they did not send them until days afterwards which was the day after ChristmasI had nothing to give to peopleIt was very embarrassingThe reply is an empty sorryThe company has done nothing to rectify or acknowledge their major delayIt is the worst customer service everNot one attempt to make good on their major errorI should ask for a full refundI asked for a refund on shippingThe response is more than poor and again disappointing! They have fraudulent advertising! I still do not have the products!One more point, the reply says they did not anticipate the popularity of their productThat is a lieThey had the same problem last year! Furthermore, they had an advertisement for holiday help stating 24/hoursI would say from that posting they did anticipate a lot of ordersThey took on more they they could handle again and againIt’s straight greed! Thank you for your feedbackThe prices may seem higher than you would normally expect because shipping is charged per item, not per order and the cost does include a handling feeBecause our items are customized, they go through many stages and are not just pulled off the shelf and shipped out Because discount codes were already applied to the orders, we are unable to discount the orders further, including shipping
