Hello, I sincerely apologize for the frustration caused this holiday season by the delay in not only getting a response but also your orderWe were unable to predict the popularity of our products this season and tried our best to meet the demandI see that your replacement order was shipped and is expected to be delivered on Dec29th.We hope you had a wonderful holiday despite the disappointment we may have caused

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This item will not be delivered on the agreed upon time unless they upgrade me to expedited shippingI request they ship this expedited at no cost to me in order to get it in a timely manner so that I can ship it to the recipient by ChristmasAt this point it has been days since I ordered the item and it still has not shippedThe expectation is that it will ship no later than tomorrowIf they can't get that accomplished and sent to me expedited, then I would like a refundThis is terrible service Sincerely, [redacted]

I have already received my shipping refund and was told my items would be here before Christmas and they still have not arrived and they would need to be here by tomorrowSo if I do not receive the items by tomorrow your company is falsely advertisingIf you do not want to make this right by sending me my items at no cost now and if they do not arrive before Christmas I am reporting your company for advertisingI cannot believe the struggles you have put your customers throughNever again!
