daughter *** ordered leggings from fabletics a year ago and keeps getting money taken out of her account each month, Such false advertising as daughter did not sign up to be a member, She was lured into buying two pairs of leggings for $24.00 and never signed a membership. She has been charged membership fee monthly since. She is underage as well.

I am a customer of Radiant Revive and am due to have a delivery in September 2019 but would like to cancel my subscription. The phone number advertised and in my paperwork for them no longer works. 855-633-0203 I have sent them an email from their website but have not heard back from them.

RATING IS REALLY -100 STARS! Scam. Doesn't work and will NEVER stop sending and charging. They charged my account 6 times for $89.95 after I cancelled when I realized the cream is a scam. They are very snotty when you speak to customer service and keep repeating over and over "you did not cancel or we would not have sent the product". The "general manager" top boss talks very quickly and it is hard to under-stand her...this is all an attempt to get you to give up.
WHAT A R I P O F F !!

Yes I am complaining because of 2 products I ordered online, Radiant Revive and Radiant Revive Eye Cream, I paid 4 something each for them to be shipped and then after the money was charged to my bank account, I recieved a call asking me to confirm my
information so they can ship my 2 things. They had me confirm my address, expiration date on cc and then they asked for my full credit card number and I realized then, I was probably scammed. However, because I thought that, I told them I didn't have my card on me and they could call me back. Which they haven't. I wasn't about to give them my full cc #. I have seen some of the same complaints as I have and I don't want them to be able to take any more money from me. The need to refund both shipping fees and not charge me anything else.

On October 10th, in the amount of 183.37 was withdrawn from my *** Credit Union account. This was paid for 10-10-2018. I called and stated to them to close my account. Another charge of 183.37 was withdrawn on November 9, 2018. I called customer service and they said that a refund was made back to my checking account. They sent me an e-mail showing the numbers that were supposedly deposited to my bank account on December the 7th. I called my credit union and they checked for those amounts and they were not deposited. During this time, I spoke with several Radiant Revive representatives including the supervisor. I went to my credit union in January and had a conference call with the supervisor Trey, a credit union employee and myself. Trey stated he would contact corporate and a would receive an e-mail within 24 hours and corporate would be sending a check in the mail. I never received an e-mail nor the check. I called customer service again and they gave me the corporate e-mail address so I could contact them directly to resolve this issue. Since then still no answer, e-mail or refund. This issue has yet to be resoled.

I ordered a free sample of cosometic products had to supply credit card information for shipping only.
They advertised their products were used by celebrities but this was not true. They claimed that there was a time limit to cancel monthly shipments of $89.95 to my credit card. I received no paper work about this. When I complained to my credit card about this they contacted the company & they sent all these papers to the credit card company telling them I received these papers but I did not reply. I returned 2 unopened packages to the company. On October 19, 2018 I mailed packages back, certified mail return receipt, insured . I have not received the signed return card or has the package been returned. I feel the credit card was wrong in their decision to charge me twice, when they know this company is a fraud. I contacted the Revdex.com in North Carolina & they have a huge number of complaints on this. Company. I truly feel the Credit card company was Unfair in their dicision.

This business is a total SCAM. This was suppose to be a trial period but they didn't have any fine print in their advertisement regarding the "14 day trial period" and be enrolled in a membership program! I periodically checked my credit card account and noticed unauthorized charges of $356. I called to ask them about it and they said they could not refund me for the products and that they would not accept returns. I told them since I haven't even open the product to try I am going to return them because I do not like to deal with businesses that take advantage of their clients. But they said I will still be charged the full amount because of the Terms and Conditions which they never stated. When I tried to completely cancel they were pushy and offered three other "options" to keep my business which I was clear I did not want to part of. There is no reason for me to even try their product and the ones that I received will be in the trash. Just be warned not to be fooled and sign up for this crap. Too good to be true. Lesson learned.

This is a complete and utter scam. There was nowhere on the form when I signed up to get a free sample and all I had to do was pay for shipping. There was nowhere on there that said any other information that this company claims it says. Yes on the website it says that but when I sign up to get my free sample and pay shipping 495 it didn't say it was going to charge my account any more money. I don't even have money to buy Olay in the drugstore why would I want to buy $90 lotion for my face. They're advertising is a scam somehow they're getting around this because it has happened to so many people and they're actually winning I want my money back and I want it now this company is f* ridiculous for anyone that can live with them self knowing that they're scamming millions of people it's disgusting otter disgrace. I don't understand how they keep getting away with this I know what this response is going to be there going to clean that it's clearly stated. But no it's not it's not clearly stated because if it work then all these other complaints over 200 of them wouldn't be going through the same problem I went through where my money was stolen right out of my account. Well as soon as it happened I changed my card number because this company is going to have nothing to do with me ever again or anyone I know.

Read the add on internet, thought the free trial price was fair. Month later I get three charges of $89.95, $4.95 and $88.47. This has gone on for 6 months! I have e-mailed them multiple times asking them to cancel this order, tried calling their number only to get a message all their operators are busy, and then started sending the boxes back marked REFUSED through the post office. I asked USBank not to send them any more money, but they said all they could do would be to completely close my account! I have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and read that many other people have fallen prey to this scam. Just last week, *** TV ran a segment on fraud cosmetic companies. As they reported, these companies change their names, as they did on my September statement.

This is a SCAM... they do not disclosed the fact that your card will be charged after 14 days... what is so crazy is that your trial period start the day you order the product instead of the day you receive the product... what kind of sense does that make? I ordered my product on 12/12/18 and I called them today 12/27/18 to cancel and was told it’s after the 14 day trial period when I was not in possession of the product until after 12/12/18. My charge card was charged and the company refused to refund me in full, claiming its pass the trial period. I did not have a legal 14 day trial period... this is illegal and it’s a SCAM!

I signed up for a $4.95 trial offer for Radiant Revive. There was no mention of a subscription, yet Ii started receiving monthly shipments for Radiant Revive (89.95 monthly) and Radiant Revive Eye Cream (88.47 monthly). I never opened the containers and never saw the return policy, but now am told I had only a 14-day window for returns. I will return the containers in new condition when I learn I will get r a refund.

Deceptive and fraudulent advertising to scam people into a trial offer then billing you and sending additional products and billing a ridiculous amount. they claim they tell you you need to cancel within 14 days, but I never saw that anywhere. They also use celebrity names to promote their product, when I'm pretty sure there wasn't permission given

Disgusting and shameful!

I have e-mailed and called Radiant Revive numerous times by e-mail and by phone to cancel my account in order to stop them from withdrawing $4.95 on the 19th of each month from my bank account (through debit card number).

My first request was by e-mail on March 01, 2018. They have continued to withdraw $4.95 from my account since then in the amount of $44.55.

Cancellation Number, which Radiant Revive sent me on March 02, 2018 is #***.

Fake Celebrity endorsement with free month trial offer, billed after 2 weeks & shipped cream & eye serum automatic following month without my consent after charging $4.95 for shipping and being told I signed to continue shipments. Called company for refund and was told NO refunds allowed and also creams could not be returned. After insisting on a refund the representative keep offering me his family discount only of 35%,then 50%, then 75% on the 30 day trial only. And had to pay the full price for the next shipment I received but did not order and did not want to purchase. I am very angry that this company scammed me for $200.. After seeing this on Good Morning America I had to file this complaint.

They advertised free bottle of face cream. Only pay shipping of $4.95. I ordered it. They sent me eye cream also for same shipping price which I did not order. I kept it anyway. They billed my card for it. Advertisement said nothing about receiving another shipment if I didn’t cancel in 14 days. I received a shipment of face cream for $88.47 and eye cream for $89.47 on 11-26-18. I called them and told them to cancel it and that I would send this back. They said it was too late...... that I should have read it. The advertisement said nothing on there about 14 days. The cream doesn’t work. I want my money back!

Ordered from the company as supposedly a free offer with the only requirement being shipping paid via my card. No visible references to any follow on charges or ongoing automatic charges and shipments of further products and there was nothing in the packing material for the shipment. I was surprised when about 30 days later a charge for 89.95 showed up on my card. Called the company, the customer service rep refused to consider a refund - I offered to return the product which I did not like and explained I thought it was a free trial offer. I told her I did not want any further products and to cancel any automated purchases/subscription/payments as I no longer wanted to do business with them. She agreed and hurriedly hung up on me when I attempted to discuss a refund further! They did send an email saying my account with them was cancelled.

I did not authorize this company to charge my credit card as when I read on the website that it was a sample that was being sent out to me. I did not read that after 14 days they charge your credit card and it is an automatic monthly charge unless I call and cancel. They refused to refund me my money and kept asking if I wanted a discount and I did cancel it with 2 confirmation numbers. I asked if I can send back the unopened product and was told no.

10 3 2018, using my Prepaid Credit Card (PPC), I ordered online Radiant Revive's "Free Trial Offer" for:
1 Repair and Release Cream
$4.95 Shipping
Upon order confirmation automatically added:
1 Bright Eye Serum
$2.49
Attempts to remove Serum order I confirmed the order.
Shipment 4-10 days.
10\9\2018, I re'cd products without any pprwk.
10\19\2018, using my PCC to pay bills. And, noticed
Radiant Revive charges:
10\4\2018
$4.90 Repair and Release Cream*
$2.49 Bright Eye Serum
$4.95 Shipping
Total UNAUTHORIZED charge:
$4.90
*charged for "Free Trial Offer" Cream
10\18\2018
$89.95 Purchase (?)
10\19\2018
$89.47 Purchase (?)
(And a "PENDING" $89.95 charge)
Total (UNAUTHORIZED) charges:
$183.32

10\19\2018, I called radiant review customer service regarding the "UNAUTHORUZED" charges to my account? And told becuz I didn't cancel the 14 DAY "Free Trial Offer". Automatically, a new order is generated (cream\serum) and $183.32 charge to my PCC account.
I explained I did not see any 14 DAY "Free Trial Offer" option to cancel future product orders. Evidently, a second page to the order process regarding cancellation information.
I was denied a refund of my money $183.32.
They agreed to cancel ANY future orders of any sort.

The "Free Trial Offer" homepage website is purposely set up to mislead customers. Profiting Radiant Revive access to accounts.

To whom it may concern,

I would like to know how to reach the headquarters and the management executives of the Radiant Revive Company producing the products in the attached photo. The information on the web site and the products themselves refer only to a customer service number to an extremely inefficient and powerless sub-contractor that they have hired to be their "front gate" and "shield" from the consumer.

I will happily send back the balance of the unused portion of both the moisturizer and eye cream that I was scammed into purchasing at full price. I want my money back. And, further, I want to lodge a complaint with as many state Attorneys General as possible! This business practice is a scam.

I read many of the over two hundred comments on the Revdex.com site as well as Ripe Off Reports. Many of those customers did, in fact, "cancel" their orders within the 14 day trial period and were still charged full price on their credit cards! I did not even see that there was a "trial date" when I placed my order, however, I can assure you that at end of the fourteen day trial period, my credit card was charged $89.95 and $88.47USD, respectively. I would have made the return within the 14 day trial period had I been aware. The customer service department said, "It was not their policy to give refunds."

Let me make myself crystal clear. I do NOT want these products. I WANT a FULL REFUND and to return the unused portions of the products. I want to REPORT to any and all consumer protection agencies that these sales practices are unscrupulous and probably illegal. I further want to let every consumer know this information so that they will not be lured into this trap!

If you could please assist me in ascertaining the information to the executive board as well as the management team behind the Radiant Revive products, I would be extremely grateful.

I ordered a free trial of a cosmetic cream for $4.95. Upon receiving the cream, I noticed I had four subsequent billings. Two for $89.95 and two for $88.47. I received another box and promptly returned it unopened to the company. I called customer service to inquire as to why I had been billed four times. They indicated that it was there policy to bill and send more product if you did not cancel within 14 days. Nowhere in my packing information did it show any type of cancellation policy. I asked for a refund and they offered me 30%. I am still being charged for two charges for product I did not keep and do not have. They are unwilling to answer the phone and customer service does not call you back even though their message states that a rep will return your call as soon as possible. I see there are MANY complaints similar to mine on Revdex.com website for this company. I don't understand how they can continue to deceive people and put unauthorized charges on customers accounts. They show the second order was placed at 12:56 AM on 07/07/18. I did not place nor want to place this order they automatically charged me for. I personally was not up at 12:56 AM.
