On September 14th I seen an add for a free sample of face cream and eye syrium. I clicked it and ordered the free sample. Unbeknownst to me on October 10th they took out $88.47 AND $89.95. On November 8th they took out another $88.47 AND $89.95. I called them today from my bank to let them know my bank and I were going to file fraud charges. The company agreed to give me back 59 percent of one shipment. For a total of $44.23 and $44.97. Something needs to be done about this company. they are scamming people for thousands of dollars. What ever you do don't ordered anything from them.

I too had the issue with the supposed "free" product. I called them today and after all the initial "it's on our website what you will be charged" and the "my supervisor offered you a 35% refund and than a 50% refund" I was refunded the full amount and my future orders were stopped. The girl I spoke with a very helpful and understood everything I was telling her. I would have never ordered this if I had seen a 14 day trial period on it. Please stop scamming people. You "may" have a good product but you do not get ahead with screwing people over. Thank you Alexis for helping me to get a full refund. They only got a 3 star rating because I had to keep saying, NO I want a 100% refund. I realize these people you speak with "have" to follow the script.

purchased advertised trial being sponsored by celebrity; placed order online. Read the agreement but did not see anywhere noted that it had to be returned w/in so many days or it will be auto billed at the full price. Also, during the check out process, somehow another product appeared for a trial, and the amount was not that high, so I accepted as I was not able to back out of it and start over. At first I thought it was me. Then I some how was opted for express or rush shipping. The amount wasnt high and it was a free trial never again.

I didnt realize anything until October 1st when I received another shipment. I called immediately and went through four hours of pure hell. I fist called and waited for an agent (approx half hour) -- Then once I got through to the agent, she told me that I had agreed to the terms and if it was not cancelled and returned it would be charged full price -- which happened on the previous month. I somehow overlooked this on my credit card. The amounts were crazy -- when I inquired more about the charges, I was told no returns -- and no refunds; It then became a negotiating game , offering me 30% off, 50% off or have the employee discount of 70% off. I was furious as the agent was extremely rude and very forceful; I asked for a supv, and I was placed on hold for over 90 minutes. I had them on speakerphone. I finally had to take my son somewhere and had to hang up;

I called my bank to dispute the charge. once home; bank told me that I must have accepted the terms & they could not do anything. This further disgusted me. It was over $350 total that I was being charged and they were blaming me. The bank finally held with me until I got an agent at Radiant -- who again was a bully; would not let me talk, told me I agreed to everything and there was nothing I could do. Being so upset & disgusted -desperate 2 get some $ back, accepted partial credit but still upset &wanted 2file complaint- so wrong

I purchased a sample of a product and it stated that I would only have a shipping fee of $4.95 then it asked for my credit card #. I provided it. Today I checked my account and there was a charge of 89.95 and asked what was it for only you learn that when I entered my credit card # for the 4.95 shipping fee,
it automatically enrolled you for their product forever! I did not authorize that I be enrolled in their program for any future product but they charged my account anyway automatically with the acceptance of a free product at 4.95 for shipping. They also stated THAT IT WAS A HODA KOTB PRODUCT which is not true so said John, but this is FALSE ADVERTISING and putting a stars name on it. Perhaps you should bring His Job in on this because she is not receiving her advertisement fee, royalties, and should my face fall of with this product, I am liable to name her in the lawsuit.

I also tried to cancel the product before submitting it and it would not let you cancel it at all and it just stayed on a frozen screen and I did not press the submit or acceptance button and it never went through on my end because the screen froze. I believe they controlled it from that point because when I did not push the acceptance button it was not processed, but yet it went through. John even stated it was done on my Android phone.

They committed theft and fraud.

I ordered a bottle of $4.95 face cream from this company, Radiant Revive after seeing it advertised in a Television commercial. A few weeks later, on 10/04/2018 they billed me for $89.95, and $89.95 again on 11/02/2018. After complaining with their 3rd party customer service, they refunded me all but $20.00. However I didn't ask for an "account" to be set up and there was no advisement over the phone that I was going to be billed anything, especially $89.95 a month, every month. This practice is unscrupulous and unethical. I have not used or even opened the product that I paid $4.95 for, and I am willing to return it or dispose of it at Radiant Revive's direction. Please help me get my $20 back.

They are misleading place. I signed up for a trial size. They never tell you to cancel in 14 days or you will be charged astronomical amounts of money. Not once but twice. My outcome would be to get my money back they stole from me. Also, they say they don't use celebrity's to endorse their products. That is bull face lie. They do and they should be shut down. I need my money they stole.

I am rejecting this response because:That did not happen they sent a letter to my bank after my bank gave me my money. With a paper that was never on line when I agreed to a trial size for 4.99 that I supposedly signed it was not the paper at all. So my bank believed them and they took that money from me. I would not be complaining about how crooked they are. So, they got the money they stole from me in the first place.

I clicked on: order my free sample of Kathie Lee Giffords cream online, being advertised as Kathie Lee Gifford's product. Radiant Revive lied about where their product was coming from. Kathie Lee Gifford has nothing to do with this product. Now I've been sent a second shipment of this product and charged $89.95. So this is a twofold complaint. This was fraudulent advertising and now they're sending me products that I didn't order and charging my credit card. They are claiming that I agreed to auto shipments which I did not. I called and asked them to send me a return shipping label, that I wanted to return the product which I did not order and refund my credit card which they refused to do. They did however offer me a 35% discount on their scam. I told them I didn't do business with dishonest companies and that I want a full refund. The girl I spoke to there actually called me back to give me more crap after I hung up with her.

Responded to an offer for a free sample, paying only for postage. Discovered weeks later charges posted to my bank account in the amount of $178.42, charged for a "monthly subscription" for two products. I had not ordered a product at any price nor had I authorized the establishment of a monthly subscription. Contacted customer service 10/29/2018 to complain and was advised the time limit for refund and return had lapsed. After discussing my shock and surprise at the shady dealing, the customer service rep offered to give a 30% refund. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, the rep. offered a 50%. I did not speak to a supervisor. I can see by researching this company that many people are complaining about this operation as a scam that is intentionally luring customers into their system, then slapping them a huge bill, such as $178 for a "free" sample.

This company offers free or very inexpensive trial products but beware! If you don’t read all the fine print and cancel within 14 days, you will be repeatedly charged, EVEN IF you refuse the shipment and return the product unopened.
I was charged close to $270 even though I returned the only shipment received and called to cancel (but not within the 14 days I was not aware of.)
I called to request a refund but was told they do not issue refunds nor do they accept returned products even though unopened. I stated I thought this was a terrible way to do business.
I know the mantra “buyer beware” but want to warn others.

I purchased this online when they said it was a trial. I paid the 4.90 for one and 4.95 for the other. Then 2.49 for something I didn't know.
I called them when I got a call from the bank that I was charged for 89.95 And 66. Something. They said I'm in the club. I don't want it and would never order it. Anyway it just got worse. She said no manage could help me that everyone would tell me the same. I want my money back and they don't and won't help me. Nasty people work there. They cancelled my membership next month. Wow how nice. Not a good company. They are very nasty.

I would NEVER order from this company again!!! BEWARE...They advertise a 14 day trial for $4.95, BUT this is NOT TRUE! After that 14 days, you are automatically charged $89.95 for that supposed trial that you paid $4.95 for originally. That is NOT a payment to receive additional products. Also, I was charged an additional $4.95 a couple days ago for some rewards program that I have no clue about. Apparently when you are forced to press “I agree to the terms, just to get your trial, you agree to allow them to deduct an additional $4.95 per month for this rewards program. So...the total amount I paid for the advertised trial for $4.95 was $99.85!!!

Advertisement was for a "free sample" of Radiant Revive Repair and Release Cream and Bright Eye Serum, only pay shipping and handling. I was charged $4.95 and $4.50 shipping and handling, as well as $2.45. I have now been charged $89.95. I was advised by Radiant Revive's customer service that this charge was, in fact, for the full size "free trial" that I was sent and that I had not contacted them within 14 days to cancel my account. Now they have hit my CC with a second charge for the 2nd 1 oz jar. I believe this to be false advertising. Also, the jar I received today has a broken lid but I have not taken the seal off yet but you can see the lid is cracked. I ask to return it and only credit be issued but they refused. The same product is available on eBay for $20.00. This company does not practice good business and should be shut down.

Their business practice is deceptive and fraudlant.

I too ordered the free trial face cream and eye serum. They almost make you order the second item and then they had the nerve to charge my card 14 days later for the full price of $89 and $84 dollars. Those charges were not authorized and I have to thank my bank for alerting me of fraud activity and cancelled my card. So now I am inconvenience and have to wait for a new card. Does Kandi know this is how her company is representing her. I am very disappointed.

I ordered a sample of Radiant Revive eye and face cream for $4.95 each. I received the items no invoice or any other information was included. On 10/15/18 I received another sample of the eye and face cream, I thought that the company made a mistake so I called to inform them. In this delivery there was an invoice but no $ amount. I talked to customer service and asked why I received a second sample. I was told that it wasn’t a sample or a mistake and that I didn’t call and cancel the contract. What contract? I did NOT know of any contract! I told the lady that I was sending the products back and she told me that they don’t accept returns. I asked how much I was charged and was told $88.47 and $89.95 and then she asked me if I would accept a 50% discount on future deliveries and I said NO, then she asked if I would accept a discount of 75% for future deliveries and again I said NO but said that I would accept a refund of my money and that I would never do business with a company that is so dishonest. She had nothing to say. And to add insult to injury this junk doesn’t even do what they say it does so they trick you into an unknown “contract”, take an extreme amount of money and for something that doesn’t even work! I work hard for my money and they may as well have robbed me at gunpoint!These people are crooks and need to be made to pay for their dishonesty. This is a scam and scamming people is illegal in the USA!

I received a full refund for one of the products $89.97 and a PARTIAL refund of the other product $66.35 and was told by the customer service representative that that was all that they would do. So I’m PARTIALLY satisfied with the outcome. Thank you Revdex.com for your assistance with this matter, I truly appreciate it.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL!! Radiant Revive (aka TUT Enterprises, Inc.) falsely represents what they are offering. They offer a "free sample" and send you product with an invoice that reflects postage ONLY. They then charge your credit card for full price ($155++).
I contacted my bank but TUT Enterprises said that the price of the product was in their "terms and conditions". This company is very sneaky!
I haven't even opened their product. If their sales technique is so slimy they have to trick people into ordering this product, I sure don't want to put it on my face!
By the way, I never did receive a "free sample", which is what they offered.

When I originally placed the order it was for a sample product at 4.97. Since then, the company has been charging me 90.00 month for 2 different products that I did not order. This has been going on for 4 months. I was finally able to get in touch with them today (10/17/18) after multiple attempts to cancel the order. I would like a full refund on the products that I did not order but were charged to my bank account.

I order a free trial of face cream and eye cream it was stated that I only had to pay shipping handling. It wasn't stated that I had to call and cancelled in 14 days or I would be charge. The only way that I found out that I was being charge I was checking my account. I Call customer service and they said that I couldn't get my money back because they had a no refund policy which I didn't see on the ad because if I had seen that I wouldn't have order it. they charge me for a free trial plus 89.95 for the same prouduct. I call them to get my money back and they only gave me 35 percent of my back. I need all my my money back because they said free and all I had to pay was shipping. they are useing these ads saying free and misleading people I didn't agree to them taking money out of my account.

I am rejecting this response because:

They said they refunded me me full purchase price but they only refunded me 31.48. The purchase price they deducted from my account was 89.95

Was to receive product for shipping charges only, was charged full price, when I called to get email confirmation it says is needed to send back and get a refund, I was informed that they could not send me the email confirmation. I've seen many others complaining about this companies practices now also.

Radiant Revive engages in deceptive advertising. No easily identifiable conditions were noted when I agreed to the free trial of the face cream and eye serum on the website. When I received the free trial in the mail, there was no information about the terms and conditions of the offer, only a receipt for the free trial. Complete surprise to be charged full price after 14 days, when I never saw any information regarding this when I agreed to the free trial. Full price for the Repair & Release face cream, $89.95 for one (1) oz. Full price for the Bright Eyes serum, $88.47 for 0.5 oz. Ridiculous prices for creams that are no better than drugstore products. Do not fall for this scam! Buyer beware!

On July 4 I placed an online order for free "trial product". I was only responsible fro the shipping/handling charges. I did receive the product but was not ready to try it as I had other product I wanted to finish up first. On August 9 I received more product. I called the company to find out why and was told I was on a 30 day auto delivery. I told the CS Rep that I did not want auto delivery. She offered a lower price and a quarterly auto delivery and I declined. I said I wanted to return the product and she said returns were not allowed. I told her to cancel any future orders. The next day I received another package (different item) and placed a call to the company again. I said I wanted my account canceled. She stated that she could not find me in their system and verified that I would not receive anything further. Nothing further has been sent.
