My wife ordered a sample product for $4.95 and was changed $89.95 which she did not authorize. My wife called to and was told that since she did not cancel within 14 days she would be charged the full amount. At that time my wife asked to have your “subscription” cancelled. However, the next day we were changed another $88.47. My wife called back again and was told by Radiant Revive that they had no record of her first call… a complete lie. My wife and I both talked to a supervisor and we are receiving a 75% refund; however, I want a 100% refund. The individuals we talked to from Radiant Revive were very rude, arrogant, and believed they did not wrong. This company is taking advantage of people and falsifying their advertising. They claimed Ree Drummond for the Food Network endorsed their product and was leaving the Food Network to sell face cream. This claim was snubbed by Ree Drummond: ***. Radiant Revive needs to be stopped!

I signed up for a trial offer. then the radiant company started taking money out of my acct automaticly and sending me monthly product I returned their product each month. I contact them tru email and called them to cancel product. In august 2017 I fianally was able to get it cancelled. the three products I did return ihave not received an refund for Ihave called them and they can't find any info on me so they refuse torefundme. Please the total owed is $269.85 I have bank statements showing that they took money out of my acct. listed as POS terminal *** radiant revive *** nc 89.95 a monthly this was not aurthorized by me. this was a trail offer not a subcristion .

I ordered a no obligation trial of two products from this company. I paid $4.95 and $4.90. The ad I responded to didn’t mention a 14 trial or any terms readily visible stating that I would be charged anything more or that I would be signed up for any sort membership. Today I saw 2 charges to my back for $53.97 and $66.35. I called customer service and was told they refused to refund my money. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold and waited 20 minutes without anyone else coming to the phone. I tried to call them back and my call again went unanswered. Very shady business practices, do not order from this company!!

I did not order the product and I did not receive the product after seeing it on my credit card bill from *** I called and and reported it as fraud immediately. *** gave me the name and number of the company I called them they said they were canceling my future orders which I did not order in the first place by the way and that they would refund my account even though the terms of the contract spelled out that I had to return the product or something like that within 14 days. I advise them since I did not order the product there is no way I would have known to cancel the product within 14 days. *** took it off my bill and I just found out recently that the company re-charged me saying I benefited from the product again which I absolutely did not! I am blind seriously I am visually impaired but I know when I receive something in the mail and I never received these products in the mail! It’s just sad that a company like radiant revere would take advantage of so many people.

This is a scam!!!
On August 13, 2018, I made an online purchase of a free trial for 2 of radiant revive products, for 4.90$ and 4.95$. My card was charged for these products on August 15. I live in Israel, and I purchased these products when I was visiting visiting my daughters who live in the US. Today I found out that my card was charged for 89.95$ and 88.47$ on August 30, and then again on September 14, for 4.95$ and again on October 1 for 89.95$ and 88.47$.
I only signed up for the free trial, I never received any products after the free trial (as I said, I don’t live in the US), and I am not interested in those products. I want to get a full refund for the
Money stolen from me!!

I ordered a trial sample of the company's skin care line. No where in their literature did it say that I was signing up for a monthly service. The next week I see they had charged my credit card for several expensive items. Items that I never received. I informed my credit card comapny and they have denied the charges, however, I will have the inconveneicne of closing this accoutn.
I wish I had researched your website about them. This company is a SCAM.

Like others who have complained, I purchased a TRIAL SAMPLE of both the eye serum and repair and release cream for $4.95 each to handle mailing. When I received my credit card statement, it indicated two charges - $89.95 and $88.47. I called and informed them that I did not order any additional eye serum and repair cream and wanted it cancelled immediately and a REFUND of both charges. They advised that I did not respond within 14 days and no refund would be made although they did cancel subsequent orders and that the charges were for the items I received. I even advised them that the eye serum had not be used as I was unable to get it out of the container. It was too solid and would not go through. I even turned it upside down to see if that would help - it did not. The point is that their advertising is misleading. The SAMPLE is really not a sample at all. I'm sure Hoda Kotb from the TODAY show would be upset that she is promoting this line. Based on her statement, I ordered this product feeling it was legitimate. Was I ever wrong! Additionally, the cream has not made ANY difference! I want a refund minus the shipping costs applied to my credit card.

I want a complete refund not just 35%. I received the items on September 18. I started using Sept. 19th. I called today, Sept. 30 to first tell them I wanted my charges taken off of $88+ & $87+ that I did not order any additional items except for the introductory offer plus tell them I wanted to return the items BECAUSE I had a bad allergic reaction to the product and had to be put on an antibiotic, a steroid and hydrocortisone. I told the representative that I could send them pictures of my rx bottles. She wanted nothing to do with this and said I could not do this per the terms & agreements on the site I had checked. I am still on this medicine and I need to know how I can get a refund. I only used these items for 5 days and started having this reaction after three; however, did not know it was due to the product. I accepted 35% of my entire price ….. this is a scam. No refunds for medical reasons?

This company offered a free trial ($4.95 shipping only) to trial its product. I was then charged in two amounts of $89.95 and $88.47 10 days later before I could even trial their product. I phoned the company, who stated they were unwilling to refund the charges or cancel whatever bogus reoccurring charges because they claim when you order a free trial you enter a contract you now cannot get out of. I now see this fraudulent practice is their SOP based on all the complaints on line. This business needs to be investigated for consumer fraud.

I signed up for the "free" trial but had to put in a credit card to pay for shipping. No where during the order process or in the confirmation email did it say that I was signing up for a subscription and had to cancel within 14 days to avoid being charged for full retail. No where in the order process did it even list a full retail price. When I saw the charge of $89.95 on my card I called the customer service number on my order immediately to question it. They would not refund the charge because they said it was stated on their website. I just tried to look it up and it does not state on their page that this is a subscription that retails for 89.95. They refused a refund and instead offered me up to 75% off on my next order! There is no way I would continue any business with them! I find them very dishonest in their representation. I want a refund.

I stupidly responded to a free sample offer from this company, giving a credit card number to cover a shipping charge. I received an email approx. two weeks later telling me they were billing me for the next months shipment. I immediately responded telling them that I did not want any more of their product and to please reverse the charge. They responded by email telling me that I had to call a phone number to talk with a customer rep. I tried to call the number but was put on hold for over twenty minutes. I got the impression that they were never going to pick up, so I finally hung up and immediately sent another email telling them I was unable to get through on their phone number and reiterating that I did not want any of their product,, that I never authorized them to send me more nor to charge my credit card. I did not hear back from them so thought the issue was resolved. I did not receive any of their product in the mail. Then this past week I got a notice that they were shipping out the next months supply. I immediately called them on the phone, told them the whole story, and they initially offered me a 30% refund of the first charge. I refused that, they then offered a 75% refund which I also refused. They finally agreed to a total refund of the charges and said they would cancel my account and issue a refund for the charges. Since then I have received two packages from them which I did not want, and have not opened, plus checked my credit card account and found THREE charges posted to my account and NO refunds. I am furious. I told them in the end of August that I did not want their product and they had better not charge me or I would report them to the Revdex.com So here I am.

I did receive the amounts listed in the company's reply, but that represents only half of the charges that were applied to my credit card. There were charges for $88.47 on August 29th and again on Sept 28th.

There were charges for $89.95 on August 28th and again on September 27th.
I was refunded for only one of each of these amounts. I am still owed for the second time they were charged to me.

If they are truly striving to make their customers happy, then a seven day period for what was claimed to be a free trial is not the way to do it. Unfortunately I do not think that they are going to change their policy and therefore I am stuck with this result. I just hope that enough people complain about this business to force them to either change their policy or go out of business. I, for one, will be sharing this experience with everyone I can, on social media and in person. Of course, if they chose to refund more of my money I could change my mind.

I received the products and paid trial period shipping g charges. I received no notification in the product shipment of any cancellation policy. I received a second shipment of the product and was invoiced $300 + dollars.I contacted my credit card company and had a three way conversation with the radiant revive distribution center who said there was no record of them shipping the product even though I was invoiced for the $300 + dollars.

I ordered a "free trial" sample of Radiant Revive in July of 2018. I paid for the shipping and handling of $4.95. Before I knew it they had added on an eye cream for an additional $ 4.95. I thought ok I'll try that too. No where in the free trial add did I see that by ordering this that I would be subscribing to a monthly delivery! I didn't receive my free trial creams until the 21 of August. Not a problem until I received 2 more boxes of FULL PRICE items for $89.99 and $ 88.47 respectively. This order came just a couple days after my "free trial". I hadn't ordered this so I took it back to the post office refusing the delivery. They sent the order back to Radiant Revive. Then 2 weeks later I received another shipment which I again took back to the post office refusing that order too.
When I got my credit card bill there were the charges for the shipment I didn't order and had sent back! I called the company and got no where with " Jazmine", the lady that took my call. She said they do not take returns and they do not give refunds back. I told her that was a very poor business practice and that I was very upset about the charge to my card. I had NOT authorized them to charge my card after the "free trial" charge! She as much as told me too bad that's your problem.
I then called my credit card company and told them I was disputing the charges from Radiant Revive. I told them I had talked to the company and had cut all ties to them and to please block that company from charging my card any further. I hope this can be resolved and I can get my charges reversed.
My advise to anyone looking at this company to purchase a product, is to think twice and then look somewhere else. This is a very sneaky and divisive company. They are rude and not helpful at all in trying to resolve complaints. STAY AWAY FROM Radiant Revive!

Fraudulent and intentional deceiving of funds collections.... offer is $4.95 for a “15 day trial” of which you need to call and cancel. This was not noticably presented so I ended up unknowingly getting charged $89.95 with no refund possible. As I was repeatedly asking customer support for a refund she kept offering a lower and lower percentage off starting st 25%, then 50% then finally 75% off auto shipments.... I declined and asked for cancellation. Slimy business practices

The company advertise a free trial for 14 days of this face cream and then you would call and decide whether you would accept a subscription or not. But they don't tell you that the 14 days begins at that the date of order, which in my case was August 29th. I did not receive this cream until September 4th and the cream is not even open yet. They charged my card $89.95 today on September 13, I had called the company prior to that date and told them I did not want anymore cream being sent, they charged me 89.95 and I called back after I noticed the charge and they said they didn't have record of me calling. This is nothing but a big scam to get peoples money I wish they would be put out of business for their practice.

I contacted Radiant Revive to purchase what I thought was a $4.95 sampler on 9/8/18. They not only charged me the $4.95, but I was also charged for Eye Serum and shipping and handling that I did not request...I called them back immediately and was able to have them remove those charges, so I was just charged the $4.95. I was NOT told that my credit card would be charged $89.95 in 14 days or I would never have ordered the product. My credit card was charged $89.95 on 9/22/18. I feel like this is false advertising and withholding of important information in regards to the purchase of the product. I am extremely upset by this practice that this business is using and would like to get a full refund.

Thank you for resolving this issue for me...they are giving me a full refund...their customer service procedures need to be revised so that customers are "told" of their policies and product pricing...

Company charged on my debit card $382.13 for items not ordered
no authorization by me...All transactions on my Card was done within the same month. I only ordered $4.95 item for eyes. I received another item that I DID NOT
Order.....Then I looked on MY BANK STATEMENT and then there were ALL THESE CHRGESIn the SAME MONTH.....I received boxes that I have not opened as I did not Order these items...Called company which would not refund my money.
All this situation was not printed on advertising when All I Wanted
was just this one item for $4.95 as I am LOWCOME....The money was in my bank to pay mliving cost of bills as I'm on Food Stamps and 70 years old.
Being a SENIOR CITIZEN....I was Wrongfully TREATED.... Even mentioned to company none of the boxes are opened...I would RETURN THEM ALL...company would not REFUND MY MONEY.. Please HELP ME get my Money back.

I am rejecting this response because:

The total charge to my Debit Card began July 17, 2018

and then more charged stopping August 19, 2018.

Not Authorized by me, also charged shipping and handling fees

All appearing on my Bank statement TOTAL $ 382.13.

I Cancelled my bank card after speaking to this company

who would not Refund my money.

On my Debit card Bank statement for September 2018

There was noted a Credit from this company for only

$ 88.47.....NOT $ 382.13.....

Please HELP ME get my FULL REFUND

This is not right. I'm A Senior Citizen

and surely don''t need to be taken

I am rejecting this response because:
Let me REPEAT ...my DEBIT CARD was CLOSED in August 2018 after speaking with this company stating that I want a REFUND

$382.13 for all those items and their shipping and handling fee on

my BANK STATEMENT which there was NO AUTHORIZATION

from me to purchase these items. Company was made aware,

DEBIT CARD CLOSED, and company doesn't want me to return

items, company stated will not Refund money to me . Mentioned to Company I didn't want anything else from this company but my REFUND.

This September 27, 2018 and October 5, 2018 statement that this

company is still Doing Purchase Order Transactions using my

NAME... NO AUTHORIZATION ....Then company states this is

their CREDIT TO ME....

Make this Company STOP HARRASING ME I'M A SENIOR

CITIZEN.. This company s taking advantage of .me.

Is there another agency who Protects Citizens from

companys that scam the public. This is horrible.

I checked with manager of *** for explaination

of my Bank Statement transactions. As I stated before September

27th and October 5, 2018 amounts from Radiant Revive was Refunded for some totals Charged to my account at the Bank..

The Sum Total, including Shipping and Handling included.

The Refund is not totaling $382.13 that was Not Authorized

by me for these items. Please Help Me get my money back

as I am a Senior Citizen, low income and this money is for

my cost of living. Am checking with the bank manager almost every

day to check if any more Refunds is being put into my Bank account.

This is very hard on me and a horrible situation.

Our policy states that no more than 7 days and as per policy we can only refund for your more recent purchases within that cycle, which states that if you do not want the product contact us within that time frame and you did not do so. We have done everything we can do and even went above and beyond to make sure we could come to a agreement for you. At this time you have been refunded your most recent purchase within our cycle. I would like help in ending unwanted shipments of this company’s skin cream and eye cream. I have emailed this company on two occasions asking to discontinue shipments of their products. Their response online was that I would be hearing back from them shortly but never received any response.
