This is a scam and a total ripoff. They claim to send a free sample and all you have to do is pay for shipping. Then lo and behold they bill you almost $90.00 for both products without being told. If I had known that I would be charged the obscene amounts for these two products, I would have never agreed. This is a classic bait and switch and they refuse to refund money (however my credit card company was able to get a 35% reduction - that still left me having to pay $120.00 for products I did not agree to pay for but once they have your credit card info you will be ripped off). Incredibly vile - DO NOT FALL FOR THIS BAIT AND SWITCH DESPICABLE SCAM. Highly unethical - they should be put out of business - total ripoff. I wouldn't even give them one star but they won't post your review unless you give at least one star - they deserve a minus 10 star. What ***.

You agree to TRY their product for FREE, except for "shipping and handling", and the next thing you know........You are a "SUBSCRIBER" to the tune of 2 unauthorized transactions on your account in the amount of $89.95 submitted to your account within 2 days of each other!!! There was no "fine" print unless you continued to search the company name, Radiant Revive, and then you see how THEY define that you are now a "SUBSCRIBER" and will be for the next 14 days.... and then WHAMMM!!! Just because you give financial data, that doesn't make you a subscriber!!! And if you think you're going to be able to contact this company to discuss your "subscription"...think again. I called 3 different times in 2 days and NEVER got an answer of any kind!!!

I signed up f or a free trial and they have taken money out of my bank.
The trial was NOT FREE.

While viewing WebMD an ad came up talking about Kathy Lee Gifford leaving TV to pursue her business in cosmetics which led you to believe that the Radiant Revive was her product. It said for just the cost of shipping that they would send you a sample for you to try. I didn't see anywhere that it said you were entering into a contract until I was charge $89.95 on my charge card that I had used for the shipping charge. I called them and was told that I should have called within 14 days and canceled the order to which I replied that I didn't order anything. They said the sample was the order and it was to late, anything else good bye. I order the sample under my wife's name because it was a woman product she is 79 and I thought it might help her but it did nothing.

In July, 2018, I requested a "free" offer from Radient Revive a company based in Greensboro, NC, at a shipping cost only. I received that "free" offer package but continued to receive and be billed for many additional packages at a cost of $89.95 and $88.47. My only point of contact was email; they do not respond to email. USPS informed me to write "Refused" on the box and send the product back. I did that....and continued to receive additional packages of product; I continued to return the packages and email the company. After some research, and many charges to my ***, I found a phone number for Radiant Revive, contacted them, on September 15, 2018 and told them to cancel by subscription and any and all future orders. I asked for a refund to my *** and was told they do not accept returns, therefore, I could not receive a refund. On September 19, 2018, I received yet another package from them and called again. This time I spoke to Natalie who agreed to take this latest charge off my ***. When I asked, since there is a "No Return" policy why my packages were not returned to me, she was very rude and actually hung up on me...after telling me to "have a nice day." I have total charges of $550.11 from Radiant Revive on my *** and, according to their Customer Service representative, there is "nothing" I can do about it because I did not call them within 14 days of receiving the product that I wanted to cancel. How am I to cancel something I didn't request, didn't know I was going to receive and did not want?! I asked Natalie (customer service rep) for the phone number of the warehouse so I could contact them about sending back the pkgs I returned since I have to pay for them anyway. If I'm forced to pay them then I want the product. Natalie proceeded to tell me there is no phone # for the warehouse and even the company doesn't have the warehouse #. This company is ripping people off for hundreds of dollars.

I am rejecting this response because: I asked that my subscription be canceled but received 2 additional packages and was billed for each on my credit card. When the packages arrived I immediately sent them back. Then I received two more packages and contacted Radiant Revive. I got a refund for those two packages and told I could keep them. That was agreeable. However, the four packages I returned were paid for on my credit card bill. I either want credit for the 4 returned items or I want the items returned to me. I paid approximately $350 and have NO PRODUCT so right now I have lost $350!

I am rejecting this response because: The product I received was marked 'Refuse' and taken to the post office the same day. It was returned within the 7 day period. I was told by your representative that all returns go to the warehouse and there is "no telephone number or person who works in the warehouse you can talk to." Ridiculous! Someone has to be there in a supervisory position. Furthermore, your website has a "Contact Us" email space with a message that someone will respond shortly. I sent two or three emails regarding this problem in August and have yet to receive a response. It appears you change your rules based on what is best for your company. Again, I either want the products I returned and paid for returned to me OR I want credit for all of them because I paid for them and did return them within the 7 day period.

I am rejecting this response because: I received, was charged and paid for four (4) shipments. Those shipments were returned to Reliant Revive and a refund was requested. I did not receive a refund nor were the items returned to me. The two refunds I received were for 2 items that were shipped AFTER going around and around with their customer service representative. I was told by the representative the shipments could not be returned to me, even though I paid for them, because "No one works in the warehouse to know whether or not you returned the shipments." I continue to want either refunds for the 4 shipments made to me OR have the 4 shipments I paid for returned to me. Reliant Revive has approximately $400.00 of my money and I have nothing in return because they kept my return packages.

I order a trial size for $4.95 and cancelled within 30 days. I received a credit card charge old well over$400 for more product that I don't have way after I cancelled. I have seen this on the web page that has happened to a lot of women. They are uncooperative in refunding the money for product never received or trying to resolve the issue. They need to be turned into a higher authority for a full investigation of fraud!!!!

Radiant Revive is selling their product under false advertisement involving known celebrities, which attracts consumer’s interest, similar to an attractive nuisance. In their pop up advertisement, they are misrepresenting ownership of their company saying the product is owned by such named celebrity
Upon placing an order for one trial product, the company forces other products on the consumer for an additional shipping cost only. A 14 day trial is given, however Radiant Revive calculates their 14 day outside of the normal and charges the consumer high prices for continuous order before the consumer gets a chance to cancel. At which point they say their policy does not accommodate a refund.

I am another victim here, I agreed to try out their facial trial sized product for FREE, except for "shipping and handling", and the next thing you know I am charged not only for the 1 trial sized cream 's shipping and handling but for 2 a trial sized eye cream and a rewards charge?!! REWARDS?!! On 9/6/18 I called the company and said I never ordered the trial size eye cream nor joined any rewards program and they refused to refund for the rewards charge . I find two charges on my credit this morning 9/19/18 one for $88.47 and one for $89.95. I called my credit card company and they flagged those charges and are sending me a new card. I called the radiant revive company yet again and they said I would not get a refund (for merchandise not yet delivered) and that I became a member (i never signed up to be a member!!) they said I was now a "SUBSCRIBER" There was no "fine" print unless you continued to search the company name, Radiant Revive, and then you see how THEY define that you are now a "SUBSCRIBER" and will be for the next 14 days. I trusted this company with the "trial size purchase" only because Kathy Lee Gifford was talking on television about it saying this was her cream line, etc........ and then I get SCAMMED. Just because you give financial data, that doesn't make you a subscriber!!! This is a pure SCAM if I ever saw one. I am disgusted!! very very disgusted with this company, I am disabled and on a budget and they don't care at all. Not at all

I cannot believe the depth of deception with the ordering & auto delivery of this product. Charged S/H - before I could even test product they had shipped me another delivery - each at 89.95. Their auto ship dates are so close the actual deliveries are almost back to back. Unlike many reputable products they will not allow returns for unopened merchandise - kept referring to the print on their web page - "didn't you read it?" was their answer. I am not the only person this has happened to - so now I have to pay and hope this informs future consumers of their shipping policies so they can make an informed decision.

we were part of the same scan as everyone else on this page. my husband ordered the serum and the face cream. it claimed it was ordered on the 9th of september and the trial began immediately. they didn't even wait for delivery. it was received it on the 17th of september and the trial was for one day. on the 18th they charged 93.87 twice for more of the product. we had to call and scream at the person we were talking to. she finally agreed to cancel the order. we will find out if it comes off our statement. just beware of the subscription price that is not mentioned.

I HAVE TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I DO NOT HAVE, I ALWAYS THOUGHT IF I WAS DISSATISFIED WITH A PRODUCT I COULD RETURN IT AND GET A REFUND NOT THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SO SHADY. Absolutely a rip off! They make you choose a star rating but it would be ZERO if I could do that. I agree with the other reviews that you DO NOT get a free sample just by paying shipping. There is nothing that says you will be billed $90 for each “free sample” but rest assured you will be. Kathie Lee is a rip off and a scammer. Do not participate in this scam.

I ordered 2 products for a free trial for the price of the shipping only. I never signed up for autoship. No where on the site did it mention being enrolled in Autoship when purchasing your free trial products. I would never have ordered the free trial products. According to their terms and conditions you need to go to the drop down menu and click on subscriptions which I did not do.
Much to my surprised I just received 2 more products and called immediately to return and receive a refund. I was told they do not take returns nor do they refund money back. Which is a lie according to their T & C. I was unaware that I had been charged for the full price of the trial products until yesterday when I received my statement. In 2 weeks time I was charged twice. Almost $400.00. I was charged for the products I just received which I did not receive notification for these nor did I give authorization for. According to their Terms and Conditions they were to inform of the coming charges. I am now out almost $400.00 for unauthorized charges and products I do not want. Their false advertising made it look like that these products were by Kathy Lee Gifford. This company is a total scam and does not deserve any stars. For what? Ripping people off of their hard earned money!!

The following day of my initial, original complaint, another unauthorized payment of $88+ was deducted from my account.

Radiant Revive took $89 and $88 from me, which I had no knowledge of.

Do I need to now lodge a second complaint with Revdex.com so that I can be refunded the full $177?

Please let me know what my next steps should be.

As of today, September 21, 2018, my account was refunded $89.95 + $88.47.

Thank you for your help and I will never order another product online again.

I truly appreciate what you do to make sure consumers are protected.

I saw an add on the internet about Hoda Kotb leaving the Today show and selling skin care products. Because I like her and think she is trustworthy I ordered a sample of the Radiant Revive fact cream. After putting in my credit card information I found that I had also ordered the eye cream, which I had NOT ordered. Since the total was less the $10 I proceeded to finish the order. A short time later the products arrived, then a few days late, when I checked my credit card bill the were 2 entries for Revive Face Cream for $88.47 and Radiant Repair Cream for $89.95. Since the amounts were pending I immediately called the credit card company to dispute. They contacted the company, then told me I had to contact them because I had agreed to the purchase. I called the company and spoke with Danisha who said when I agreed to the Terms and Conditions I had agreed to buying a subscription. I had no idea I had done that.

Something isn't right about the way they are sneaking in an expensive way to keep charging me money. They refused to refund the $88.47 and $89.95 but canceled future charges with cancellation # *** and # ***.

I didn't receive ANYTHING for the exorbitant amounts and would still like a refund.
I will be very grateful if you can help me.

I am VERY grateful to the Revdex.com for advocating on my behalf. I had low expectations for a satisfactory resolution, but I received full reimbursement. Thank you for being a top notch organization.

I foolishly took advantage of a "trial" of two products, an eye cream and a face cream. I looked at my credit card today and there are two charges for a "refill" of said samples. When I called the company, I felt like I was buying a used car--"Here, let me talk to my manager..." and the person would come back with a "better deal." The two charges were $89.95 for the face cream and $88.47 for the eye cream. I was given the "final deal" of getting a refund for $66.46 for one and $67.46 for the other. When I told them I wanted 100% and were disputing it with my Credit Card company AND the Revdex.com, I was hung up on. I then received 4 emails--two of them were "cancellations for your membership" and the other two were the amounts they were crediting back to my card.

While my credit card company (USAA) will get all the money returned, this company sounds bad with a capital "B." I'm hoping I'm not the only person who has experienced this.

Do not order this product unless you are prepared to pay $90 plus for each product offered as a FREE TRIAL!!!! YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR IT!!!!! I had the same experience as everyone else has explained. IT IS A TOTAL RIPOF! I called them and got the exact same response as the ones listed below each of the same complaints below. To the Radiant Revive response team---DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH YOUR AUTOMATED RESPONSE! I HAVE ALREADY HEARD IT AND YOU ARE WORKING FOR A COMPANY THAT RIPS PEOPLE OF!

This company is a fraud in the highest degree!
I was billed $88.47 and $89.95 for the "trials" they sent me because, as they said, I didn't call and cancel within the alloted timeframe. (of which I saw nothing of this in their ad!)
They would not budge on refunding any of the price...even when I told them I would be filing a complaint about them. This is a very immoral, if not illegal way of doing business.
