This is absolutely the worse company I’ve dealt with. They charge you $4.95 for trail cream that Hoda represents and then they charge you $89.95 per month if you don’t cancel within 14 days. Please don’t order this product! They give everyone the same excuse and not everyone can be wrong. I was given back all my money after I told them I was reporting them to be Revdex.com. Stay away from this product!

Do not purchase anything from this company. I thought I was ordering two sample products. I agreed and was charged $4.95 and $4.80 and shipping of $2.49 on 9-21-2018. Then I was charged $89.95 and $88.47 on 10-5-2018. I was not aware of these unauthorized charges until I received my charge card statement on 10-20-2018. I called on 10-21-2018. The customer service person was very polite and informed me that I agreed to the additional charges with the purchase. She said you only get your money back if you return the products within 14 days. This info was not on the order confirmation or the shipping confirmation. I told her I was going to dispute with my charge card. She said they always win. She said this info was on the order screen I don't remember seeing that on the screen. If I knew I was signing up for two products that expensive I never would have purchased the sample offer. I will never purchase anything from this company.

They do not answer their customer service line. Impossible to cancel without being given multiple offers of discounts if I continued the product. No more!

This company gets zero stars. It is fraudulent and deceptive. Order a "sample", no info on full price, trial begins day of order and product not received for days after. Exorbitant charges show on credit card after "trial period" is up. Extremely dissatisfied with company service. Do not fall for this rip-off!

Much like everyone else in here. I never saw anything in the initial ad starting about the 14day trial, etc. I got a 2nd shipment and was like, why am I getting more of this stuff sent to me? Looked on my bank statement and found the charges for the 2nd shipment, and also found the ones for the 1st shipment that I was only to pay shipping for! I called and got the whole thing where they read me the terms and conditions from the website, but that's not the site I ordered from and never saw these just as everyone else is saying. I also called back to get the email confirmation that it says you need to send items back for a refund and I was told that they couldn't process it or send me the email needed!!! Very bad customer service, I was trying to exactly what it said on the website to get a refund and they told me they couldn't send me an email!

how about a NO-STAR rating? this company is a complete SCAM! goes under different names all the time! RADIANT REVIVE, DREAM SERUM, SKN, LIVA DERMA, etc. etc. etc. they also have different addresses in NC, GA and CA as far as I can track them. they have ads in the yahoo home page involving famous personalities like ellen degeneres, meredith viera, etc endorsing their creams. now the latest scam involves the queen of england and megan merkle in a fight because the queen does not approve of megan's beauty regimen!
I fell for it but my bank reversed the charges. now this company is harrassing my bank to pay for the charges again. I have the time and resources to go after them and I will try my best to stop them.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I have also tried to dispute charges, one of which was for product never received. The statement that comes with the product has no mention of what is owed. When you sign up for “ Trial Offer” you don’t know that you have signed on for a monthly shipment or even what that might cost. Also the trial is suppose to be shipping only but I was charged full price. Please do not purchase a thing from the company. To add insult to this the product does less then a cheap store brand product.

I ordered the Radiant Revive repair cream and eye serum trial sizes for a charge of $4 dollars and some cents. When I called to cancel I was told I failed to cancel within the trial period by 2 days. However, the trial period was not made clear at the time of my order. I have read the many complaints filed by others, and I can see we all have the same problem to resolve, I will be charged over $80.00 for each of these 2 products. I have read over the statement enclosed with the product and nowhere is the trial period stated. I did talk to a customer service representative and asked to talk to a supervisor, and as I said I was told that everyone followed the same policy. I have learned my lesson. Never order under these conditions again. I have not received the products yet and will return them when I do.

Radiant Revive is a rip-off!! The free trial period is misleading. Your trial starts 4 days before you receive the product. I've never heard of this before. DO NOT order from this company.

This company offered a free trial ($4.95 shipping only) to trial its product. I was then sent a full size product and charged full price WITHOUT MY CONSENT for $89.95. I phoned the company, who stated they were unwilling to help me because I should have understood that the free product was trial only and that they would not refund my money for the subsequent shipment. I want a full refund. Period

Honestly, I should know better. Whenever something is so reasonable; there is always a reason why! So, they offer you very reasonable products to try and somewhere in small print it says you have to ring "within 14 days" to confirm your sample size or you will be charged full prize which is almost $160 for two products... insane! You could purchase a Chanel product for that.
Anyway, I did not like the product. I saw no difference in my skin and most importantly I HATE these type of schemes. I have cancelled and the customer service team was very polite and dealt with my request to cancel my account with ease.
I travel alot and therefore, I rely on reminders for things to ensure I don't miss these type of actions, but in this case I knew nothing about it. I would have thought a reminder at least or for this to be very obvious in large writing/notice/etc. But nothing. It's not on my original purchase, my shipping notification, nowhere. So Be Warn! Stick to what you know best and use products that are worth their value. I would not deal with this company ever again.

This business is a total scam. This is suppose to be a trial period but never did they had any fine print in their advertisement regarding the "14 day trial period" and be enrolled in a membership program. I periodically checked my credit card account and noticed unauthorized charges of almost $180. I called to ask them about it and they said they could refund 35% to my account. I told them since I haven't even open the product to try I am going to return them because I do not like to deal with dishonest businesses. But they said I will still be charged the full amount because of the Terms and Conditions which they never stated. There is no reason for me to even try their product and the ones that I received will be in the trash. Just be warned not to be fooled and sign up for this crap. Too good to be true. Lesson learned.

Although the "free trial" offer did arrive a week after the payment of "shipping charges", there was no mention on the website or during the check out process that I would be billed the full cost of the product 14 days from and including the day of the order placement. I called exactly 13 days after the order was placed to dispute a charge on my credit card. I was told that September has 31 days, so I was on the 14th day after the order, so I was going to be charged for the next bottle of product. The bank had placed a hold on the transaction, but the support operator at Radiant said they would repay my original charge in installments with a reduced cost of $22.50 per month for both products. The hold on the transaction was removed, and I recalled support at Radiant, and was told that they would not ship me anything, but I was still going to have to pay the $89.95 for the product that was sent as a trial. NO FREE TRIAL This is a major scam!

Radiant Revive - THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM. Promoting a "pay only $4.95" purchase and then charging $89.95! They do not make the terms clear.
The customer service representatives do not listen, are rude, and do not care about their customers. They stated they make the terms clear OVER and OVER again, interrupting me and putting words into my mouth, even though I told them that the terms WERE NOT clear.
Unbelievable business practices. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

There is no option for no stars.... that is what I'd give them. This company is taking advantage of consumers; continuing to charge large amounts for a product you never ordered repeatedly; and you can't contact them and/or stop them from billing because the numbers they provide will either just put you on hold for hours or if you are lucky to get someone on the line they will argue with you about cancelling the orders; and when they finally figure that you won't give up they will tell you that they have to transfer you to another person and then they will hung up you.
Don't order from these folks, they've actually used celebrities names without their approvals to t are supposed to be sponsoring this product, but as it turns out it's all a fraud and those celebrities never actually endorsed this product. The product is actually very bad for you; has chemicals that I wouldn't use on my floors let alone my face.

I saw an add on my phone for a FREE Sample of Radiant Revive Release Cream and Radiant Review Bright Eyes. Since it was free I ordered for my wife. It ask my if I was 18 yrs of age or older so I hit that button. It also ask me for my credit card # to pay for shipping and handling. In about a week it came with only a packing slip, with nothing stating I had 14 days to cancel anything. In aug we received some more of the product, I immediately called my credit card company and they told me that I had a charge of $89.95 Jul 18th and a charge of $88.47 Jul 19th this was suppose to be free. I also had a charge of $89.95 Aug 4th and a charge of $88.47 Aug 5th. Again when the 2nd shipment came only a packing slip was in the box, with no prices. (When I called the company they told me that because I pressed the 18 or older button, that authorized them to charge me for the free and keep sending the product, because I had not cancelled within 14 days.) I seen nothing that said that, did not see how much the product was. Had I, I would have cancelled immediately. So far the company Has done nothing. When talking to them last they told me to work it out with my credit card company. Right now the company owes me $356.87.

This company tricks you into a "free" sample for shipping costs of $4.95 then automatically signs you up for a monthly subscription and charges the full price of $89.95 if you don't cancel within 14 days. I didn't see this information anywhere. I called 2 days after the 14 days had passed and asked for a refund or even a partial refund. The answer was no and she said there are details of this when you check out. It must be in tiny print so nobody can see it. I asked her to cancel my monthly subscription which she did. I would like my money back. This is a complete scam.

I purchased as a trial for $4.90 bright eyes serum. It was ordered on July 10, 2018. *** called me on July 24 indicating a possible fraudulent charge on my account from Radiant Revive for $89.95. I told them I had only bought the eye serum and I knew nothing of the additional charge. I phoned Radiant Revive and they said I had 14 days to cancel if I did not want additional monies charged and since I did not cancel then I was charged the money. However, I did cancel on July 24, bu they refuse to refund my money.

Please not the company id not give me a refund and as you can see the dispute was not in my favor. What I said as that *** gave me a refund from them because I am a good customer. It did not come from Radiant Revive. I have 14 pages fro Radiant Revive that were sent to ***. I could mail these because the quality is poor and would not can well. Please advise.

I did speak to the company and they said had they known I would dispute the charge, they would have worked with me. Not true.

Radaint Revive has charged my credit card several times unauthorized. The customer service staff, refuses to help at all, telling me to contact my local authorities to pursue criminal charges for fraud, which is ridiculous. I have the products, unopened, ready to be returned and they refuse to do so. I am not under their so called "no return policy", and I have wasted quite a bit of time trying to resolve this with them. They should be reported to the State Attorney General, and local authorities in Greensboro, North Carolina for fraud themselves. This should be resolved IMMEDIATELY.
