I am rejecting this response because:

They refunded me for August charge but they refused to pay me for June charge 2 charges in June 18 2018 and June 20th 2018 also they refused for July 13th charge and July 16th charge even though I returned product unopened they said that they do not accept reti\urn items and that the post office will return them to me which they have not they have been terrible to me about this they did not tell me about returning product in 14 days they said 30 day free trial so I used the product for 30 days in May and cancelled future orders I paid them for May 2018 product which is fine since I used the product but that is not the agreement 30 days free but I am willing to forgo May as I used their product which did not do what they claimed.

I ordered a free sample from this company for (2) products at $4.95 each on July 31, 2018. A total of $12. 45 was charged to my account. The order was received without an invoice or directions on how to use the product. On August 14th and 15th (2) additional unauthorized charges of $88.47 and $89.95 were charged to my account. I did not authorize these charges. On 8/15/18 I called the number on the shipping receipt and was offered a 75% refund, several other so called deals and the account would be closed. I would like all monies refunded except the original shipping amounts listed above.

Advertisement on Instagram for a risk free trial that required payment of a 2$ fee only for shipment. There was no disclosure that I could read nor fine printing saying that there will be an automatic subscription that necessitates automatic monthly payments of 89$ along with additional charges. I did not authorize the use of my card, nor did I subscribe for such a product. Basically this scam from Radiant Revive led to unauthorized and unexpected charges and unresolved refund disputes are ongoing.

My bank -***- contacted with fraudulent activity, and they contacted the 3rd party "Radiant Revive", they were very disrespectful over the phone and the lady was yelling, as if yelling will make it ok to scam people. She claimed that I did not read there policies - which were non-existent on the add otherwise I would have read them - and I had to eventually end up the conversation and my bank had to follow up with them as the level of disrespect on that phone call was beyond acceptable.

My card has been shut down now as we are scared they will continue to use it. After the fact I researched this and saw that they have scammed multiple people, and they need to be shut down!

I ordered a sample of face cream for $4.95. After that they charged me an absorbent amount of money for the product, stating I was suppose to cancel by a certain date. I have cancelled twice with them and still keep getting charged $4.95. I am so frustrated, what a fraudulent company. So frustrated and angry I have to take my time to deal with this over and over again.

I saw an ad online for a new cream Radiant Revive developed by Dr. Oz and Kate Middleton. The ad stated the first few buyers would receive the cream free with only a small shipping and handling fee. When I ordered the cream an eye cream was added on with again, only a small shipping and handling fee. Fast forward, cream arrives, I use it once and have an allergic reaction to it. I went back online looked up Radiant Revive to see if there were others who had gotten skin irritation from the cream and stumbled upon all of the complaints from unhappy "scammed" customers. Apparently Kate Middleton and Dr Oz have nothing to with this cream. At this point, I receive another set of eye cream/skin cream, which I can't use because of my allergic reaction, call company again to find out they don't accept sealed returns. There were a few cust service reps that were understanding and I was able to get a 35% refund but the facts remain...I was scammed into purchasing these items by false advertising charged because I didn't cancel within 14 days (which weren't terms on the ad I saw) charged for sealed products that I am unable to use because their product makes me break out in hives. All around unscrupulous, miserable company and experience.

this company offered a free trial on twitter and my wife did it and they charged her full price monthly for their product instead of just the shipping charge that was promised on the advertising... terrible customer service total scam took an hour to even speak to a person...clearly they are borderline criminal...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND NEVER GIVE THEM ANY TYPE OF PAYMENT OUTLET THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FULL FOR EVERYTIHNG

Tried to order one trial size, had to order two (should have realized the scam). I did attempt to cancel but was told I would be charged a restocking fee as I was calling before the end of the 14 day trial. To avoid the restocking fee was told to call back on the 14th day to cancel to avoid the restocking fee.

I ordered this product (huge mistake) in January 2018. Nowhere on the website did it say you would be billed the full price on a monthly basis. When I saw the charges for the full price, I called Radiant Revive to dispute the charges. They said I signed a contract (which I did not) and could only give me a partial refund. I was not happy but agreed. The customer service representative told me everything was cancelled and there would be no more charges from their company. Fast forward to today (August 2018), I noticed a charge for $4.95 on my account. I went back and looked and I had been charged $4.95 every month since February. I called RR again (only place to locate any contact information is on the product...glad I hadn’t thrown it out). I spoke to a customer service representative who said she could only refund the August charge but would get her supervisor for additional refunds. The supervisor said she could only refund me for 3 months. I asked to speak to her manager and not only did he belittle and talk down to me but refused to give anymore than 3 months refund. I know the total is only $34.65 but it’s the principal of the matter. I was told in January there would be no more charges. This is a sneaky company with employees that do not solve anything and treat you poorly. I want my full $34.65 refunded. Please, DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I signed up and received a free sample (plus shipping) of Radiant Revive repair and release cream and bright eyes serum (ordered 7/6/18). I noticed on my credit card statement this month (on 7/20 and 7/21/18) that I had 2 additional charges from this company of $89.95 and $88.47. I have not ordered nor have received these products and don't want to order them. Somehow there is a scam in place that is not evident from that initial "free offer". Please remove my information from this company. In looking online it appears there have been complaints about this happening to other people. I do not want these products and will not pay for them. I have contacted my credit card company to stop payment on these charges.

I too have been SCAMMED by this horrible company. I wish I would have checked on here as I usually do before buying from an unknown company. They send you creams and charge your card without letting you know. When calling "customer service" (I use that term loosely) they read off a script offering you higher and higher "discounts" to keep the product going. They do not listen to you, they repsond in a robotic fashion. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. Is 189 complaints not enough? We should have a class action suit over this scammer.

I just had the exact negative experience described for this business. The fake article featured Hoda Kotb, which I have been unable to find again. It featured the other endorsements mentioned in your review. The 30-day trial was really a purchase with an option to cancel in 14 days. The order for the cream product automatically added an eye serum with no option to remove. The order also added an expedited shipping charge without authorization. I immediately called customer service, they told me I couldn’t undo any of the order and that I had agreed to the terms and conditions. While I did check the agreement box, I did not go to the link; however, the critical terms were not clearly presented in the advertising and the order did not clearly represent what I thought I was getting. The service reorientation said they could not cancel the added eye serum. As he explained what I had “agreed” to I became concerned and said I wanted to cancel the whole order. He said I couldn’t. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, he said they would only tell me the same thing. I insisted and after a several minute wait, was connected to Miss B, the “floor supervisor”. After explaining everything, and listening to her statement about how I agreed to the terms and conditions, I again asked to have the whole order canceled. After some back and forth she agreed to the cancellation. I received confirming emails and will follow up with my bank. I don’t know if there is any legitimate aspect of this business, I sure didn’t see it. Hopefully there will be no negative impact on me. Thank you.

RADIANT REVIVE. This COMPANY is so misleading to the consumer. The product is offered for free and you are told you pay for shipping only. I have two charges on my credit card currently for $88.47 and $89.95. When I called customer service I was told I checked the box that said if I do not mail the product back within 14 days I will be charged for the product. This company knows how misleading they are. I have not opened one of the products yet and they will not returned the unopened item. Both customer service reps know the script to tell the mislead customer that they checked the box. It is SO discouraging they are allowed to operate and mislead the consumer. They should not be in business.

I decided to take advantage of a facial product and eye cream trial offer prior to my son`s wedding. I had called the company to cancel my order which the representative stated she had cancelled.I then received a bill on my credit card with two charges one for $ 89.95 and another for $88.47. My problem with this company is that it never fully displayed the purchase price on the trial offer,so not only did I have to pay the trial offer price of $4.95 and $4.95 for products but now the full purchase price.I had my credit card call this company not only were we treated very rudely by the representative but when asked to play back the so called recorded conversation that I had initially had with their consultant they refused. The representative stated that my account was cancelled but that did not mean I would not be charged for the products I had already received due to cancelling one day late from their 14 day period.(which is from the date ordered not the date received )This company is just pulling customers in with their promises and hiding their true purpose which is getting your money. I have dealt with other internet companies in the past and have never been dealt with in this manner .I am really hoping that you can help me with this situation since I feel that I was very misled on the pricing of this product .If any further information is needed please contact me via e mail. Was enrolled in a monthly subscription that was never agreed to. Site was not connected to the company website to display these terms. Charges also included a subscription to discounts but discounts for what?

Contested agreement with the company but did not receive notification that these charges would be reversed/refunded.

Product was not as advertised.

Ordered trial sample for $4.95 then they added the eye serum and I could not go back to cancel order. They have charged my account for the trial sample and 4 charges of $88.97, $89.97, $89.95 And $89.95!! I have not received ANY product from them and I want all of these charges refunded.

I ordered a sample of Radiant Revive Repair Cream and paid the shipping cost. Only 10 days later I was charged $89.95 to my credit card. I hadn't even tried the product yet.

I signed up for a free trial. I did not realized they put me on auto0ship for the product. I refused the first shipment and emailed the company to cancel. They told me to call customer service. I then received a second ship, which I refused and e-mailed the company. I called and received high pressure tactics to keep the products. They finally canceled my account. Now they are re-billing my credit card for products that I refused and the post office sent back!!! I can't get them to stop charging me!!!

My niece used my card and ordered 2 items, I immediately called the company and canceled both. The lady said she was canceling both. 3 days later I checked my bank account and not only did they go ahead with the charges but charged another$2.49. I have been calling them today but can’t get hold of anyone!

You explained nothing! I had to threaten charges before you finally refunded me. First of all you have false information about the product, you advertised that this product was Kathie Gifford s Kathie says she does not have a skin care line! This was the only reason my niece ordered this product. I knew the advertisement was false I then called and explained my situation, I was told that the order had not been charged or sent so the refund would be no problem, but you charged me knowing the order was canceled and then charged a fee which was never disclosed! The second time I called I was told it prevented sun damage plus I had to be rude to get this ordered cancelled again! I will not argue with you about anymore of your excuses for this product! Everyone knows it was false advertisement?

This Company Radiant Revive advertise sample and trial on their product for $4.90 and $4.95 then charge my account $89.95 before they ask of my opinion of the trial product because they know this product DOES NOT WORK there was no where on the site did I see I was signing up for trial sample and offer that I pay a total of $9.85 would cost me an additional $89.95 this is so disgusting and unfair how in this country people would just think how to take ones hard earned money I hope Revdex.com could help and protect consumers from companies like Radiant Revive

*** neither me have a record of the $89.95 refunded to my account on 6/18/18

Please check with your bank because you have a chargeback on your account which means that the money was returned to your account on (06/18/2018) on our end.
