I saw the advertising for free trial for 14 day of an aging product. On 8/8/18 my credit card was charged $4.95, $4.90, $2.49 for packing and shipping. On 8/26/18 @ 0135 I canceled #*** and ***. Tonight While checking my credit card Accnt on line, I saw 2 charges on 8/27/18 from radiant revive of $22.49 and $44.23. I haven’t even tried the products. I was out of the country, came back on Sept 1st, found the small delivered box behind my door. Sunday 2nd I opened the box, removed the clear plastic sheet only to see what they look like. It doesn’t seem this little container will last 30 days. I have not yet used the products.
I have canceled within the time frame. I AM BEING RIPPED OFF, I WANT THE MONEY REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT.

They say it is a free trial for shipping only, then they charge your credit card over and over and send nothing!! When I called the company they said they did ship product but can’t prove it’s delivered!! The product is terrible and it is just a scam, I would like my 89.95, 84.95, and 22.49 refunded to me.

DO NOT REPOND TO THIS So-CALLED BUSINESS IN ANY WAY! Radiant Revive keeps charging my bank account a VIP charge each month even though I contacted them via email after which they responded and I had to call in to cancel their service. There is no doubt that I cancelled everything yet I just saw another charge from them. They are *** and rip off artists who need to be stopped by someone from doing this! Their accounts need to be frozen so that they can’t suck money out of peoples’ accounts! What the *** does it take to get this done? Is the American consumer protected at all from this? They are so full of it and such liars! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Advertisement was for a "free sample" of Radiant Revive Repair and Release Cream and Bright Eye Serum, only pay shipping and handling. I was charged $4.95 and $4.50 shipping and handling, as well as $2.45. I am still unsure what the $2.45 was for. I called the company and disputed the $2.45, which was refunded to my card. I have now been charged $89.95. I was advised by Radiant Revive's customer service that this charge was, in fact, for the full size "free trial" that I was sent and that I had not contacted them within 14 days to cancel my account. I believe this to be false advertising.

Advertising is misleading as it only stated a free trial and had to pay shipping only. Although the customer service rep. Stated it was in their terms and conditions with a check mark stating that you had to be 18 yrs. old and after 14 day trial you would automatically be enrolled in receiving the product on a monthly basis. This was not clearly stated on the internet site nor did it inform on the paperwork that was sent with the product. Otherwise I would not have moved forward with the trial. There was no information on how much each product was where the check mark the customer rep mentioned. This is false advertising. I’ve been on other sites where the companies are explicit in their information. I was charged 88.95 and 89.95 and I did not authorize this amount. I will be contacting my bank to report this.

You agree to TRY their product for FREE, except for "shipping and handling", and the next thing you know........You are a "SUBSCRIBER" to the tune of 2 unauthorized transactions on your account in the amount of $178.42 submitted to your account within 2 days of each other!!! There was no "fine" print unless you continued to search the company name, Radiant Revive, and then you see how THEY define that you are now a "SUBSCRIBER" and will be for the next 14 days.... and then WHAMMM!!! Just because you give financial data, that doesn't make you a subscriber!!! And if you think you're going to be able to contact this company to discuss your "subscription"...think again. I called 3 different times in 2 days and NEVER got an answer of any kind!!!

The company did not indicate this was a subscription based product based on the subscription and without disclosure began charging my credit card for the product. When I called the company to inquire and cancel the subscription they are unresponsive.

This company has charged my *** acct $67.46 for merchandise I never ordered. They were contacted immediately after I was notified that I'd made a purchase & told not to bill my acct for this fraudulent transaction. They do not answer the telephone.

I have read majority of the negative reviews and am 100% in agreement. It is a very dishonest sales plan. I learned a lot from the negative reviews. I did not want to get caught in the "autoship" of the products. I attempted to cancel this within the 14 day period and they gave me an extension until October 18th to cancel with the promise that I will get no further products other than the initial "trial" products of which I have. I was told that on October 18th they would charge me for the products with a 35% discount. I wanted this settled so I offered to pay for the products immediately with the 35% discount but was told that it could not be done until October 18th. In order to protect myself, I have canceled my credit card. My credit card company advised me to call again within the 14th day period to end this nightmare. I have also emailed the company but Katy Williams (representative) advised that I not do this but call instead as they don?t always get the emails. This makes no sense to me.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I feel like it was a classic bait and switch, and I fell victim to it. I agreed to pay for samples. Evidently I did not see in their terms that if I did not respond in 14 days, I would be charged the full amount, which was charged on my credit card, totaling $ 178.42. They refused to refund me. In fact they stick to the script, and when I demanded to speak to a supervisor, I was told the supervisor would say the same thing.
My issue is with the unscrupulous practice. I would leave a no-star rating if I could. This business is tied to a celebrity, and she should be ashamed.

My mother is a hard working woman and decided to treat herself to some nice anti aging products she saw online after she retired. But the Radiant Revive cream was such a scam! She was advertised that she would have a free trial with the company and if she CHOSE to, there would be a separate option to sign up for a monthly subscription of the skin products. However, nowhere did it say that by buying the initial free trial product you would be automatically signed up for their cosmetic subscription. At first because it was some sort of "deal" she paid around $90 for the first set of products, 2 creams, which came in undisclosed packaging that had no shipping or branding information on it. I repeat, no information on the box or product tube. They were honestly worth around 12 dollars, if that. Then not even two weeks later she was sent more products as part of the subscription that she never signed up for! This time around however she was charged 400 dollars, because she was out of the "free trial period". But she didn't agree to subscription and never requested to be sent 400 dollars worth of products (that honestly were not even worth the amount she paid). She had not even opened the first set of creams. When she tried to returned ALL of the unopened and unaltered creams she was told that subscription items are NOT available for a refund. The subscription that she never signed up for, that the company discretely signed her up probably under some loophole in the terms and conditions (that are by no means legal or ethical), sent her products she didn't want to use and that she didn't ask for, and the refused to give my mother her money back. Refused to give my mother her 500 dollars back, even though the creams were untouched and unopened. To make matters worse calling this company to figure out this information out is such a pain. The wait time on the phone is extremely long and the customer service reps are rude and answer like they have a prepared script. Refund!

I was charged $89.95 and I did not authorize this deduction and I have called and emailed the company 6 times with no answer. They apparently do not answer their phones . Radiant Revive had a free sample offer on the internet for two samples. You had to pay shipping on these samples, which is where they got our *** card number. Then they put a charge on our credit card for $356.80 for products that we neither wanted nor received, nor did we order.
*** was contacted and they said to contact Radiant Revive. Radiant Revive said to contact ***. We want a refund for $356.80, for four products they billed [email protected], and [email protected] which we neither wanted nor received. Our card ending in *** was originally billed on June 6, 2018. I am 68, and my husband is 71, and we are the only ones in the household.

*** says that Radiant Revive hasn't credited our account. I just checked this morning. They say that Radiant Revive just has to credit our account with the $356.80 they owe us for two charges of 89.94 and two charges of $88.46.

The Bank says that Radiant Revive should credit our same account that they used to charge us. Radiant Revive should send us a check to our address if they can't credit us properly through ***.

We did dispute the charges. They are shown here on our August *** statement. Radiant Revive was contacted by ***, and Radiant Revive told *** that we did not cancel in time. We canceled within a week of the free sample offer, but Radiant Revive doesn't read their e-mails apparently. I've sent them multiple e-mails without even one answer. Then Radiant Revive told your Revdex.com that they had credited our account, which was false information.

*** charged us since Radiant Revive wouldn't issue our refund. In Oregon, it is unlawful to send anyone products that they don't order. Radiant Revive has caused us a tremendous amount of grief, and to talk with someone at our *** you are put on hold. Since your last contact with us, I spent two miserable hours on hold with ***, and still didn't get to talk with anyone.

Please, please try to get Radiant Revive to credit us with the $356.80 they owe us. We neither ordered nor received, and certainly did not want their products.

On 8/20/2018, I ordered Radiant Revive Repair Cream for a trial price, $4.95. They then added eye cream for a total of $9.90. They then tried adding more money to the total and when I questioned him he said he would remove the extra charge and the total would be $9.90. This was for a two week trial and if I liked it I could order a three month supply. I do not want to order anything additional and when I call to notify them of this I cannot get through to anyone.

I saw a product advertised to help with facial fine lines and we used to give it a try as the advertisement stated a free trial offer only to include the shipping fee. They also suggested another trial cream for eye puffiness for the same trial offering that was also only the cost of shipping. Upon receiving the 2 products I did not initially try them as I was using up a current drug store product. I did initially try the fine line cream, but was disturbed by the number of ingredients; shortly thereafter I noticed 2 separate credit cards charges from this comapny: one for 88.47 and one for 89.95. I called the comoany inquiring about these charges and was informed that I had agreed to terms of service of 14 days trial offering, and that I was charged because I did not respond for a cancellation within that period. I of course was totally unaware of anything on fine print as they claim I agreed to. So I said I have barely used one of the products and have not even opened the other one; they would not take them back refusing to give me a return address. I complained to them about how unfair and fraudulent thus business practice appears that if they were so proud of their products to offer a free trial and then stick it to the customer, they must have trouble legitimately selling their products. You shouldn't have to hide things in fine print or encrypted print??? The product I have not opened contains over 50 ingredients--- don't think I would ever try it--seems scary--questionably safe at best?
However, I would never have tried either of them for 80 plus dollars and I would not ever want to try a product with so many ingredients as well. I am more than happy to return the unopened bottle for a full refund. And then take it as a learning lesson to be more extremely cautious in the future on ordering anything like this again. This company wpuld not budge off of their continued repetition of you agreed to the terms and my response mirrored back to them was What Terms!

I ordered what I was told was a free Sample of their product & pay only S&H of $4.95, only to have an additional product added on which I did not order but could not back out of at that point, so got charged for S&H for that. At NO time was I informed this was a Trial order with a time limit. So, of course I did not think about dates. My bank card was charged before midnight for one product for $89.95. I began initiating phone calls with the merchant for a credit back; I should never have been charged! I was told this was a Trial period & two different clerks gave me two start dates, but same amount of time: 4 days to receive product, 10 days further to try product. Regardless of start date, trial has NOT expired. I contacted my bank reps who said I needed to try to resolve issue with merchant first. Rep from Radiant Revive first offered 50% refund; another stated full refund but only if conference call between myself, my bank & them to which my bank rep said they do not do that. Contacted RR again, spoke with an alleged supervisor who stated that trial had expired & no refund given I had contacted my bank where a claim had been started, which it still has not, and therefore lost my right to dispute charges from RR!
I am a disabled Navy veteran & widow of Navy veteran & parent to disabled child. The unauthorized actions of RR has caused financial hardship for me!

I made the mistake of asking for a trial offer without reading the fine print. They have since July 11th sent me four packages of product under some kind of subscription plan that I did not want. They have charged my credit card for approximately $400 for face cream that doesn't do anything at all. When I returned the first two packages I received another two. I then called and was told that they had a policy of no returns! The best I was able to do was get a 35% "discount" on the last two packages. After the fact I did some checking and this company has a history of similar complaints and shady business practices.

I did not authorize this charge.
I have been on the phone holding for an hour to try to talk to someone about this, to no avail.

I recently purchased a skin care product from this company Radiant Revive which stated it was selling its product for $4.95 on a trial basis. I then received 2 small cremes in a sample size . Then 2 weeks later I get billed for $89 on my credit card. I never agreed to spend that money on this product . Nowhere was it written that I would be charged that amount of money .I then called them and they said it was in the terms and agreement the price of $89 . I did not see it anywhere and they lying and trying to scam me out of my money. I even told them I would send back their items and they told me it was too late .. I never authorized this company to take money from my credit card.
