I purchased a trial offer of "bright eyes serum" and "repair & release cream." I READ every word on the offer because I didn't want to agree to something expensive. Prices were $4.95 & $4.90 with a ship fee of $2.49. That was July 23. I received emails confirming that order and never received another email. On 8/6 and 8/7 my credit card was charged $89.95 & $88.47. On 8/20 charged another $4.95. Today, 8/22, another $89.95. I called & was told that I had 14 days to cancel & bec I did not call, I owe the full price for the "trial." The phone rep insists it was in the fine print. They will not cancel the 8/20 & 8/22 charges, although no product has been shipped. They will not credit my account for these charges. I reviewed their website, & it clearly states that "if the Subscription option is chosen from the drop down menu, you will enter..." I did NOT choose a subscription menu or use a drop down. Please assist.

Advertise discount trail cost, two week later charged full Cost. Call into company, representative said no trail bottle made, that is why the additional cost was deducted. From $4.95 to $88.47. Than two weeks later another charge of $89.95. No additional product received and called to cancel, was told no refund will be given. When I originally Oder, I asked if I could cancel at any time, I was told within 30 days. This is a rip off, and company refuse to tefuns and no product was received for the additional chargers. I cancelled this product back in February 2018 and told them I no longer wanted any charges. Each month thereafter they have continued to bill me $ 4.95. I called to tell them I had cancelled and they insisted that this was a "VIP" charge and that I hadn't cancelled that. When I called I reference their charge and they said they would cancel. The gal that I spoke with, Kelsey, said that was for the product, not the charge. I don't even know what a "VIP" charge is for , nor do I get any benefit from it. She hung up on me but then called me back with a cancellation for any future charges. Let's hope they comply. This is a sham and they should be turned in to their States Attorney General for their practices.

I ordered free sample, being charged for shipping.
Received a call from my credit card company fraud dept. Saying the company charged my account $89 , and tried to charge $88.71 twice after that, without my permission.
When I called the company about these charges and asked for a refund, they would not refund my acctount.

I was willing to try a face cream for FREE
I was charged $4.99 for postage and handling
I received my FREE trial. Then
Two charges of 89.95 appeared on my credit card.
The company policy and disclosure are not clear in their advertisement for a free trial
I was totally unaware of any additional monthly shipments of the product
When I did become aware I cancelled immediately
I contacted my credit card company and filed a complaint
I received another jar of cream. And returned it unopened , immediately ,with a tracking number

A $4.99 jar of cream has cost me close to $200.00
I am on a fixed income and would NEVER buy cream at that price
I am requesting help with getting a refund from this company
The policy and disclosure for returned was also really obscure and confusing

I called *** again to no avail I then cancelled my credit card after being a loyal customer for 13 years

I can not understand why I must pay for a product I sent back unopened #*** ups tracking

I also don’t understand why a FREE TRIAL is costing me $179.00 total for a product that doesn’t work I ca also send back the original jar of 1 oz cream that I tried once. But they won’t accept it

Three days ago I foolishly fell for the claims of several well-known celebrities on behalf of a product being sold by a business purporting to belong to another celebrity. The initial product A was supposed to be free, but there was a small shipping and handling charge. When I was hooked by the offer for product A, I was told, oh, but to complete my transaction, I also qualified for product B, which was also free, but had the same shipping and handling charge. I did not want product B, but I could not find a way to back out of the transaction, or say that I only wanted product A. So, I thought, it's only another $4.95, and I agreed to product B, which I did not want. When I printed out the final invoice, I saw that there was an additional "Expedited shipping charge" that I had not agreed to at all! So, the total was $12.34. At this point I came to this site and read all of your reviews and complaints.
I immediately called my credit card company, who told me to wait until the transaction is no longer "pending" but "posted", and at that point their Fraud Department will help me resolve it.
I also tried to call the business myself, I heard a recording saying that "my call was very important to them," but no one answered the phone, ever.
Three days later, it was posted, I called again, and Fraud is very familiar with this sort of scam. They knew all about how it will quickly escalate into $89.95 next month and each month afterwards. They immediately closed my card, issued me a refund for the $12.34, and are sending me a new card, so that the scammer cannot charge any more next month and every month afterwards.

Do not buy this product!!! The return policy is the one where if you don't cancel, they continue to send you products that you don't want....and of course accumulate charges on your credit card. I was going to return everything for a refund and looked up the return address. It's a metal trailer building with a square cardboard sign that says UPS!! Pretty sure this "business" is overseas.

I ordered a "free"sample of Radiant Revive and agreed
To pay less than five dollars for shipping. I received the sample jar. I did not order any additional product. I received a notice that they charged my credit card for $89.95 for an additional jar.
I called the company to tell them that I did not order any product. They refused to refund my money and cancel the order. I made sure to look for any gimmick like this before I sent for the sample.
This company is engaged in FRAUD. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!!!

Do NOT fall for this SCAM! Radiant Revive offers skin and eye serum that is supposed to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. I cannot speak to those claims, however, I can tell you that, although the product samples were offered for free with the charges of $4.95 ea. for shipping and handling, you WILL be charged $88.47 within 14 days receipt of the products if you don't call and cancel their auto billing/shipping. I did not see any indication that this was the case when I placed the order. IF it was, it must have been extremely small print or imbedded somewhere in the "terms of sale". I forgot to mention that they marketed their products as being endorsed by Kathy Lee Gifford. So, in my opinion, this is a SCAM all the way around. If you are a legitimate business with a good product you do not have to use these kind of deceptive practices'.

I ordered Radiant Revive cream that was 30% on sale from a website that popped up with an ad showing celebrity named Joanne and included other celeb names like Ellen. That was all I ordered. I wasn't sure when I ordered if I was to receive two orders or two types of the product (jar and roll-on). The next three months I received more product and had $89.95 (late May 2018) charged to my credit card. ASSUMING it must have been two orders, I did not contact the company to cancel. The next month, I again received product. I knew I hadn't ordered it, so I went to the website to leave a message with them to cancel. This occured in June, July and now I've received more product in August. I was out of town when June/July product came. I had thrown those boxes away and couldn't find contact info. Today I waited on the phone for 40 to 45 minutes for customer service. I requested charges be removed and I would return product. They offered discounts 25, 50 and 75% but said they could not remove charges. The said they'd cancel all orders and confirm it be email. How can I retrieve $269.85 or have it removed from my credit card?

Just today I found out how important it is to read and re-read everything on an Internet advertisement of this company. I thought I was paying the postage for a sample of a product, started through the process to check out, another page for a companion product appeared, I selected to checkout and not order that “sample”.
Within several hours, I received TWO emails indicating that I had ordered both products and was being charged the mailing for both. It was not a lot of money but the principle of being charged for something I didn’t order was not acceptable so I tried to call to (I thought) cancel that order. Finally gave up after 15 minutes on hold. Received a return call within probably 30 minutes and was informed that I HAD NOT ordered a sample but instead had signed up for the actual product and would be billed for the full amount at a later date. When I protested that this was not what the ad appeared to advertise, I was asked if I had read the “terms and conditions”. Since I had not and had based my decision on what I construed the ad to mean, I asked that my orders be canceled. I was informed that this could not be done. Additionally, when I asked about the second product which I did not order, I was asked if I had gone directly to the checkout option - which I had. I was informed that this triggered the purchase of the product, that I should have taken other steps. I continued to protest and request that my orders be cancelled. Finally, the employee agreed to void the orders and return the funds to my credit card.
Buyer be aware. I would not trust this company’s advertisements ever again!

I have been scammed as well and kicking myself. The robotic responses to these reviews are telling. Clearly your terms and conditions are not posted responsibly because people do not all have the same issues when they are.

I sent for a free trial of facial cream, wasn't give a choice about the eye cream because I couldn't cancel it anywhere. I received 2 small bottles, and about a week or two later I see two charges on my account, $88.47 and $89.95. But I haven't received anything else, as soon as I saw the charges on my account I immediately tried calling but couldn't get ahold of anyone. So I called the bank to see what could be done, they canceled my card and I got a new one so no other charges could come out from Radiant Revive. I have called radiant revive 3 more times and have not got one answer. I emailed them and they respond by telling me to call, how can I contInue to call if no one answers the phone there! This is an extremely negligent business with poor customer service. I keep trying to get refunded but how can you if you can't get a hold of them!

They sell facial cream and serum for small amounts and shipping fees as samples. They charged $4.95, $4.90, and $2.49 and later charged additional of $88.47 and $89.95 to the same credit card. I didn't even open either of them and offered them to return them for a full refund, but they refuse to refund.
It is totally a misleading advertisement and scam. They put Kathy Lee's photos on the ads.
I would like to get a full refund of the two products which are still untouched and sealed. Total payment of $190.76 but at least the additional payment of $178.42 should be refunded.

This product was advertised as a free trial. Before I came close to finding out whether it worked, I was sent another set of the product. Then I received a credit card bill for $361.79 for two shipments of the products. So much fir a free trial!

as with many, I ordered the 'free trial' of this product. To test it out 'scientifically', I tried this product only on one side of my face, and also with another person for 10 days. No noticeable difference! Then I found they were going to send another order without any agreement, any information on cost, or consent. This is a fraudulent business, and needs to be stopped in its tracks. Not only deceptive, but the product is misrepresented,m showing immediate effects on TV, totally fabricated...

On July 31, 2018 I ordered 14 day trial Radiant Revive Repair Release Cream and Bright Eyes Serum products online for the cost of shipping and handling. My credit card was charged $4.95, $4.90, and $2.90. Received the product via shipper August 4, 2018. On August 14, 2018 my same credit card was charged $89.95. I called Customer Service number 855-633-0203 on August 14, 2018 to request a refund of charges. Unfortunately I spent over 1 hour on phone being transferred from a customer service agent to a supervisor and a manager named Amber to request a refund of charges. I was informed I would not receive a refund due to company policy. I explained to both I had not even received the product until August 4 and was still within the 14 day trial period.
I am requesting a refund of $89.95 be promptly credited to the credit card charged. Thank you.
