Radiant Revive is a scam! I ordered 2 skin care products (Repair & release cream and Bright eyes serum for $4.95 each) from Radiant Revive in Oct. 2017. After I received 2 little jars of cream 10-10-2017, one of my friend told me that it's a scam. I called them the next day to cancel my account. I received an email 10-12-2017 from them with 2 cancellation numbers and it stated that no more charges will be made. Since I rarely use my credit card (the one I used to order the cream), I didn't check my statement. Recently, I have started to use this credit card and I noticed a $4.95 charge from Radiant Revive/PRCAREPRODUCTS. Looking back further, I can't believe that they had been charging me $4.95 monthly since Nov. 2017 after sending me the cancellation email. I sent them an email and was told to call 1-855-633-0203. After holding for 30 minutes, a person named Laura said that I cancelled the product 10-12-2017, but I didn't cancel the "my skin care rewards." They are charging me $4.95 monthly because I can buy their product with a discount price. She transferred me to her supervisor Jessica. I was told that they can cancel my "rewards" now and no more monthly charges, but they can't give me my money back for the past 9 months. This is ridiculous! If I had cancel my account last October and clearly informed them that I didn't want to be involved in a scam, why I want to be in their "rewards"? In addition, I had never signed up any "rewards". I had never ordered anything, nor they had sending anything to me since my cancellation, why did they charge me every month without a single email notification? Anyway, I reported this to my bank and filled a claim report. My bank was very helpful and they will block Radiant Revive from now on and I hope to get my money back. I want to share my experience about Radiant Revive scam to warn others. Thank you!

I ordered a trial size of two products and paid for both plus shipping...about $12. In less than two weeks a new charge of $89.95 appeared on my credit card. I called to cancel and close my account and refuse any future products. I was told the charge was for the full amount of the trial sizes I ordered!!! No, that's not what your offer stated. I asked for a full refund; they offered 30% back, then 50% back, then 70% back. I refused anything but a full refund and said I would dispute it with my cc company and file a complaint with Revdex.com. They agreed to refund the total amount of $89.95 and I received an email confirmation stating this. It says it will take 4-7 days for the credit to show on my credit card. It has been 7 business days and no credit has shown.

I am rejecting this response because: They rescinded the $89.95 credit that was pending. Then I received a call yesterday from Radiant Revive saying they will re-refund the money in 4-7 business days. That is another scammy move on their part; to act as if they are refunding, and say that they are, and then take it back. I will post once the refund is fully processed and finalized.

I am relieved to report that thanks to Revdex.com, I have been given my $89.95 refund from Radiant Revive. It was pending on my credit card, then it was rescinded, but now has been reinstated and processed.

I ordered a trial sample of this product for $4.95 but before I could even finish using it, I was charged $89.95 on my credit card which I did NOT authorize! I called the company and was informed that because I didn't cancel within 14 days there was a full charge for the product!. The woman also said that if I dispute this with my credit card company, that I would not win as it was in the small print that I had to notify the company within 14 days and that the company was in their rights to bill me! I was not aware of this as I only ordered a trial to see if it will work! After arguing with the woman she said they would only refund 35% of the price. I cancelled all future orders but I am NOT happy with only receiving 35% refund. I am a 73 year old woman and I have been taken advantage by this company! This is a scam and I am very angry!! I will not use this product and will tell everyone I know not to order this. This company is taking advantage of people, especially senior citizens! I want my money back as I can't afford this!

This company stated that Lara spencer of good morning America endorsed a product and there was a free trial
I never received the free trial and they charged me 8 times for product never received in the amount of $374.20.
I called the company and they offered a percentage of the last two charges. They were rude and didn’t believe I never received the product.
I told them to consider the call a cancellation of anything snd everything. The said I could report it to whomever and I wouldn’t get my money back because I didn’t read the terms and conditions.

I asked to speak to a manager it sounded like these two people were operating a business out of their home. Vet rude argumentative and unprofessional I am asking for help to get my money back.

The company advertise a free trial for 14 days of this face cream and then you would call and decide whether you would accept a subscription or not. But they don't tell you that the 14 days begins at that the date of order, which in my case was August 27th. I did not receive this cream until September 4th and the cream is not even open yet. They charged my card $89.95 today on September 10, 2018. I called this morning and told them that I did not want the subscription and that I had not even opened the trial bottles. I asked for a refund and that I would return the unopened bottles. They said they have a NO RETURN policy. She all of this was in the terms and agreement, of which I did not see anywhere. I'm sure they were there in some small print some where you could barely see. I told her that I was going to report them to the Revdex.com because this was terrible business practices. She offered me 30 percent of my money back and I told her if you can offer 30 percent back why not the whole thing? Then she offered 50 percent and she said that was it. I can't believe they would not refund the whole amount. I think this is a scam and this should be noted. I would like to have the rest of the money refunded to me.

This company offered a free trial ($4.95 shipping only) to trial its product. I was then sent a full size product and charged full price WITHOUT MY CONSENT in two amounts of $89.95 and $88.47. I phoned the company, who stated they were unwilling to help me because I should have understood that the free product was trial only and that they would not refund my money for the subsequent shipment. I want a full refund. Period

Advertisement on Instagram for a risk free trial that required payment of a 2$ fee only for shipment. There was no disclosure that I could read nor fine printing saying that there will be an automatic subscription that necessitates automatic monthly payments of 89$ along with additional charges. I did not authorize the use of my card, nor did I subscribe for such a product. Basically this scam from Radiant Revive led to unauthorized and unexpected charges and unresolved refund disputes are ongoing.

I signed up for what I thought was a free trial and later discovered additional unauthorized and/or unexpected charges to my credit card for two additional amounts ($88 and $89). I spoke with a Radiant Revive representative on the phone and was told that they don’t do refunds. I am a widow of a retired U. S. Marine, Viet Nam Vet, on a fixed monthly income. As I have read many customers are given the impression that they will receive a free trial and make a decision whether to purchase this product or not. I too paid shipping and handling for a product and then with a week of receiving my bank account was hit with $104.00 charge for the actual product sent to me that was suppose to be a free trial. I was very upset over these "hidden charges" when the company advertises a free trial only to be charged for it once received. I called immediately and asked to cancel any future deliveries because the product does not work and how could I tell anyway with just a short period of time to use. When I contacted customer service the girl on the line must have had complaints all day because she was ready to answer me before I could finish my sentence. She was rude and very short with me. Her first response was to offer me a discount, I didn't even get a free trial! Warning to all, don't fall for this scam.

This company poses to offer a trial sample of the product and doesn't make it clear the cost of the product and that monthly product will be sent. Also they refuse to refund my money despite sending the product back. This is very unscrupulous activity. If a product is good, customers will reorder a product. I have been charged just shy of $600 and haven't even used the product yet. This is very disturbing.

I am rejecting this response because: I have refused 6 shipments of unopened products/shipping packaging and I expect to be reimbursed for the remaining 4. I have the receipts from the post office reflecting this. It appears that your “policies” change; Felicia refunded me 35% initially on 2 products and then I was given the full refund after I contacted the Revdex.com and told this was not typically your policy. Your company’s business practices are unethical and I would imagine your products are as well if this is how you disrespect your customers.

I am rejecting this response because:I have refused the mailed packages unopened and they have been returned to you. This matter isn’t resolved until my money is refunded in full.

I ordered a free sample that stated I only needed to pay 4.95 for shipping, I was then charged 3 times on my debit card 88.95. I never signed up or authorized this amount on my card . In the 20 + times I have tried to call the number I have never gotten through. One time I waited for over 1 1/2 hours. This is a scam. I had to shut down my debit card and am disputing these charges through my bank.

This is the same complaint issued by over 200 other people . Radiant advertised two products: Bright Eye Serum and Repair and Release Cream. They was advertised as samples, with no strings attached other than the payment of $4.95 and $4.90. Today I noticed that I have two pending charges from this company for $89.95 and $88.47. I had a lot of trouble contacting this company. When I finally got through to them, the representative said that the charges were for the full retail prices of these products.. I ordered them to give me a full refund. I was only able to get a 50% reduction in these charges. They said that they would apply this 50% refund within the next 7 to 10 business days.

I want them to make fully whole for these fraudulent advertising.

Radiant Revive is the best example of the worst company in America, the South to boot! When calling the “customer service” number, the agent on the line was well-trained in that she knew the nature of my call before I stated my need to have the account cancelled. She immediately went into the scripting, stating my responsibility as the customer is to read the terms and conditions. Wow. I didn’t get a full sentence out before she began talking over me. This tells me that there are countless others who were suckered into a “free trial” that actually costs the customer $89. There is a 14-day window in which one has to cancel the order. The caveat—14 days from the ORDER, not when the shipment arrives. How on God’s green earth am I supposed to cancel something when I have not yet received it? She never let me finish my sentences. I had to tell her to “stop, back up” so we could discuss in detail the scripting she reviews with all her customers. A company who advertises a product as free and then charges you a crazy amount to then blame the customer for their own incompetence for not reading terms and conditions does not deserve to be in operation. Also, don’t give me that baloney with yet another scripted response that I’ve seen posted on others’ complaints. You can have whatever legal jargon listed that wriggles you guys loose from the vice grips of everyday America, but you will not prevail. There will be enough irate customers who bring justice to this absolute deceitful way of doing “business” that is in NO way business at all...it’s a scam. You say one thing, offer that product (as free), send said product, charge an insane amount for the free product, and then tell your customer base that they are wrong. Wow. Perhaps a session on ethics for your next business venture is in your horizon. I hope for the sake of our country and others, you will consider ethics to be part of your next business model. At this rate, your’re going to need a plan for your next business.

Thank you, Revdex.com and Radiant Revive. I was pleased with hearing from a kind voice (I will leave her name off this message) who left a very kind message on my voice mail regarding my refund. I just wish this could have been done the first day I called rather than resorting to these measures.

I ordered a free sample of eye cream. As I went to finish the transaction an offer popped up for another facial cream product. I could not clear it off my order and proceeded due to the fact that it was only $4.95 per each, for shipping. I receive my free samples and within a few weeks I was shipped four more bottles and charged $90 for each on my credit card. I returned all of the product and have tracking numbers from the USPS. I called to complain when my money wasn't returned and ended up haggling with a customer service rep. I was able to get $180 back but have been fighting for months to receive the remainder of my money. Since ordering this product I have found many stories the same as mine. Extremely aggressive marketing.

Advertised free product paying shipping charges only. Site would not let you read info about monthly charges for product until after giving card info for free product. Immediately after giving card info I called customer service to cancel order. I was given cancellation # plus email confirmation while charges were pending. The foiling day I received emails saying the product was shipped. Now it seems I will have to pay those shipping charges plus additional shipping charges to send the product back in order not to be charged a large amount monthly for this product.
