Just like all the other complaints, I was duped into a 30 day supply for $4.95 shipping and handling. According to the representative on the phone I agreed to pay the additional charges of $88.47 and $89.95 respectively (one for face cream, one for eye cream). The confirmation email I received never mentioned any additional charges nor was there any paper sent with product with a number to call and cancel after so called 14 day trial. I feel they have found a legal loop hole where they can scam people out of money. I spoke with representative and manager, got the exact same runaround. To this day I do not recall EVER seeing anything stating I would be charged anything additional. I certainly would NEVER pay this amount for any sort of facial cream.

Actually that is a blatant lie. When you go on the website, and I’ve gone over it several times, these terms and conditions are not displayed anywhere. There was nothing in the packaging with the product stating these so called terms and conditions. If they are on the website they are so small I can’t see them. Your canned response that you give to everyone is not good enough. If you have to do business in this way it says a lot about the product you’re trying to hustle. Enjoy the job while it lasts.

I did receive a phone call yesterday and have been given a full refund. I appreciate the refund, however, I also realize it would not have been given if I hadn’t complained here. My reasoning on the phone with them completely fell on deaf ears. Not a good way for any company to conduct business.

I purchased some cream based on a print ad. The product was endorsed by a national morning show personality who left her job to become more involved with this product. I had no idea there was going to be an expense of this nature. I was floored when I received my Visa statement. In 17 days I had 5 separate charges to my card totaling $340. I called a requested a refund. The products were unopened (and still are) and I offered to return them. The supervisor I was transferred to would not give me a refund. She said I was over 18 years old and not eligible for a refund.

I ordered this product for an introductory price. Within 14 days, I was billed two charges on my debit card that I never authorized. In fact, no where on website did it even state the cost of the product. I have filed a fraudulent complaint with my bank. They also never stated that the product was unrefundable. When I asked to speak to supervisor, I was put on hold for almost an hour. I was never able to get this settled with company.

This company Radiant Revive is deceptively promoting and advertising their products on line, on Face Book. They offered a free product (customer responsible for shipping only) and after ordering the one item, the online format will NOT let you check out (after giving them your credit card information for the shipping) without forcing person on line to sign up for their other products to come later. I called customer service today (7/16/18) and was told that "You have to call up and cancel the rest of the order" once you receive the 'free' item, if you do not want it any more. They refused to credit me the invalid charge of $89.95 charged on 7/15/18, my credit card company Chase alerted me by email about the possible fraud and I told them I did not authorize this purchase and they were not going to pay it, but the customer service rep told me today they will NOT reverse the charge at all and I would be responsible.

To: Revdex.com of N. CarolinaI have received credit from the company for what I was owed. They emailed me they would credit it today. Not sure if it was because you contacted them or what, but please close this claim.Thank you for your help.

On 7-2-2-18 I responded to online ad to try the product for the cost of shipping. Received emails confirming $4.95 cost. On 7-16-18 my bank was charged $90. In talking with Radiant Revive customer service I was told I had agreed to a monthly product delivery. Nowhere in the online ad during the order process or on the product shipping materials was I informed of:
1) No recourse by consumer due to product harm
2) 14 day trial
3) trial period that started on the date ordered
4) policy a reference to monthly shipments
5) NO Return policy
6) $90 product charge after 14 days from order date

Any information about a 14 day trial, no return policy on shipped product, $90 charge for product, continued monthly shipments that the Radiant Revive Company claims to be provided by the ad was either not present or deceptively hidden. This is deceptive advertising.

I fell victim to an internet scam on Twitter. I saw an ad posted to Kathie Lee and Hoda's Twitter page to get a trial offer for $4.95 each for face cream and eye cream. I ordered this in early June 2018.

I got the cream and there was no invoice, no packing slip, no info at all. On July 3, 2018, I got another shipment of the creams. The packing slip had little info. Just the product info, and telephone number. I called them and spoke to a supervisor named Shea. She refused to take back the product. She said I had 14 days to cancel the subscription. I had no idea this was a subscription service. There was no notice in the original shipment or on the Twitter page.

At first, Shea offered me a 35% discount. I told her I was going to report this to the Revdex.com and Attorney General of Mass. She then said if I don't report this, she would give me a 50% discount. Another tip off to a fraud.

Today, July 13th, I got my credit card statement and I was billed $356.84 less a 50% credit of $89.46 for a total that I owe of $267.38. I called Radient Revive again and they basically hung up on me. Refused to give me a credit and refused to discuss with me.

I purchased the free trial offer for the eye and face cream. I was charged $90 for each ($180) and then received a shipment for the next month which I received today and was charged another $190. I called and they refused to work with me because the fine print claims that I had 15 days to stop the offer before I was charged. The fine print is in a light grey at the very bottom of the form. Hard to read and clearly missed. This is a total scam. I can't believe they are still in business. I am sure that the Revdex.com has received numerous complaints. I found your address by reading one of the complaints on line.

I believe that this company has a wonderful product, based on the celebrity endorsements. I was very excited to get a trial size for only $4.95! So, on 6/30/2018, I ordered from an ad on my cell phone a sample of Joy Behr "Radiant Revive Repair Release Cream". I paid by credit card $4.95 for a sample size. Before I knew it, they included eye serum for $4.90. I tried to remove eye serum but the screen would not go back. Then I was charged 2.49 for shipping. Well, after seeing the other charge for $4.90 for eye serum, I began to research the company and was saddened by all the rip-off claims/negative comments. I learned that by ordering the $4.95 sample, you are accepting terms for monthly shipment and must cancel automatic shipping within 14 days of ordering the sample or you will be automatically charged. Therefore, on 7/3, I sent an email to Radiant asking for cancellation. I received no response. I called the 800# and even chose Option #3 but never got through or a callback. On 7/6, I sent a 2nd email to cancel and also called several times without reaching a representative or a callback. On 7/7, I received the 2 samples with packing slip but no confirmation of further charges. I called on 7/9, 7/10, 7/11 and did not get through. Even with Option #3, they did not return my calls. I have not used the product because I would like a refund. On 7/13, DAY 14 OF ORDER, I received 2 charges on my credit card for $88.47 & $89.95 from Radiant. I called & stayed on hold for 1 ½ hours until I got a representative! She informed me that it was too late to cancel. I explained that THIS WAS DAY 14 AND I had several “sent emails” proving my attempts to contact them, but she would not remove the charges or allow me to return the product. I politely asked for supervisor and She put me on hold for 1 ½ hours and I fell asleep waiting and never spoke to supervisor. I'm on disability and this $178.47 hurts my budget so badly. Why won't they work with me? !

Answered ad on 6/19/2018 to try their facial cream and eye serum products the cost of shipping and handling. On 6/20/2018 I received via email shipment notifications that both products were on their way. My credit card was charged $4.95, $4.90, and $2.49 on 6/20/2018. On 7/4/2018 and 7/5/2018 my same credit card was charged $89.95 and $88.47 respectively. Since I was out of town on vacation I chose to call Radiant Revive upon my return home. Call was made 7/14/2018. I spoke to Tabatha. She informed me since I didn’t cancel my order within 14 days of purchase, I was charged the purchase price as indicated on my bill. I told her I never ordered the products. That I had ordered a free trial of both products. Tabatha informed me I agreed at the time of the trial purchase I agreed to their policy that if I didn’t cancel within those 14 days, I was responsible for the cost of the products and would be charged. I explained I never read such a statement. She did offer a 35% discount off the original prices if I agreed to receive the products on a monthly basis. I told her I certainly did not want the product and wanted my money back. Tabatha stated that a refund was not possible since I agreed to the statement mentioned above. She did agree to cancel any future orders. The emails I received for both products said “This email is to inform you that your subscription status has been recently updated and any ongoing or all future charges have been cancelled as per your request “. Needless to say I was shocked to find that I wasn’t the only person to fall for this scam. Nowhere did I ever read that I agreed to be charged for the products if not cancelled within 14 days. I now see others have had the same issue.

My credit card was charged the aforementioned amount as well as $88.47 for order 760765 for which I did not receive a refund notification. So I do not consider this case closed. This company uses unethical practices to send unwanted products to unwary consumers. They refuse to issue refunds, even though they charged $90 on my credit card without my awareness. I was told that there is a clause in the “terms and conditions” but really, most people don’t read those carefully. This is taking advantage of consumers naïveté regarding the possibility of unwanted charges.

I ordered a sample of the cream only to pay shipping charges of $4.95, but also was charged for the serum shipping $4.95. I received the sample, product seemed pretty good. Then without my knowledge they charged my account $89.95 and $88.47 that I did not authorize. This is a complete scam. I called the company and they cancelled my account.(which I didn't know I had!) Time will tell if my charges will be reversed, but at least I was able to cancel without even getting the full size product that I paid for. They are using celebrity names without their knowledge! Do not get roped into this scam, I'm so disappointed in myself for being naïve, I should and now do know better!

Was charged 89.95 and 88.47 June 17 18 charges
Then July 3 charged 4.95
July 4 charged 89.95
July 5charged 88.47.
When ordered I looked carefully to find where to cancel if not want more sent and there was none specified.
I received a jar of cram and a serum on June order and no in July I received two boxes that I have not opened.
Called company, they would not give me their address. They agreed to 35% todeduct, then 50% then 75%. But only on th July two Billings of 89.95 and 88.47.
I did my transaction on line. The girl I spoke to today said she was in Montgomery, Alabama and old not give me the address. The shipments came from 2618 Battleground Ave STE A #197. Greensboro, NC 27408
My total charges came to $361,79
I was offered $133.81 to be refunded on my credit card. I told them to take it all off and I would pay the trial of 4.95 and 4.90 charges only

Still not happy with these results. I signed up to pay the sample price of $4.95 and $4.98
This is far from that amount.

I am rejecting this response because:

There was no place where there was a notice to cancelin 7 days. In reading comment made about this company, the other customers are stating also that there was no cancellation policy included. I look hard to see if there was one and as I was trying too red “the sample” the pages were changing fast.

I feel this company is not to be trusted and they want to refund me only half of the costtheyhavecharged my credit card. I purchased two samples for just under $5.00 each and they charged my credit card$361.79. They credited my account $183.37. I feel they need to do better than that.

I ordered "samples" and specifically did not choose the option for automatic shipping of future products on a subscription. My products arrived within a few days and I was surprised that they were actually full size products. I did a little research & found numerous complaints. I sent the company an email as directed in their terms & conditions with the subject of CANCELLATION and provided all of the information including my cr, order number & products received. I specifically told them not to charge me for the products and not to send me any additional products. I also requested a return merchandise authorization so I could send back their products.I received an auto generated email that they received my emailed and "invited" me to contact customer support. A few days later I received a fraud alert from my credit card company that they attempted 3 days in a row to charge my credit card. This is a total fraud, I followed your terms, asked you to send me the paperwork to return your product and you attempt to charge my account and I receive nothing to return the product?? This is not the way to build product loyalty!! VERY disappointed that they take advantage of consumers. I was lucky that my credit card company caught the charges, unfortunately, others have not been so lucky. If they ever send my RMA, I will return their products so they can throw them away!

This is a total scam. I saw an ad, and sent for a free trial of a night cream, all I had to do was pay shipping...$4.95. I look for scammers and con artists in my job...I read all the small print, and searched everywhere for any clauses...Nothing. My free trial order came in the mail...all was good, until they charged my bank account $89.95 yesterday. I didn't have any way to contact the company...no packing slip or anything came with the product when they shipped it to me. I went online to their website and followed a 'contact us' link. I sent an email through that link but I'm doubtful that I will hear back. Very upset! The charge yesterday took my account into a negative balance. I live on a fixed income and this is simply something I would never ever have done. So disappointed...

I called...and in fact am on the phone now with Litivia. She has cancelled my account so that there will be no future charges, but stated that "I accepted the terms and conditions, as well as the product" so you are getting what you asked for. I told her I would return the product, but she stated there are no returns. I've asked several times for a supervisor or someone who can authorize a return/refund, but she says "we're all under the same rules". I'm glad there will be no more charges, but I never authorized the one...I guess for now it's a very expensive learned. I will never again trust a comment that says "Free - Just pay $4.95 for shipping and handling". This is a SCAM.

Litivia did finally send me to a supervisor...I didn't get the supervisors name unfortunately. I explained what happened, and she told me I "accepted the terms and conditions" that are clearly stated on the website. I asked her if I could go to that website now, I wanted to see where it's "clearly shown". She gave me the following web address: https://tryradiantrevivetoday.com. I went to the website and got the following error message. "Forbidden. You don't have permission to access / on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request"
I told her what error I got and she said ok, try our main website: https://www.radiantrevive.com. I told her I hadn't ever seen this website before last week when I went searching for them when they charged me $89.95 without my authorization. In the end, she told me, not in these exact words, but basically tough..don't care. And she hung up on me. I am still in shock at the lack of customer concern in their customer service department. I guess it goes back to buyer beware. I will not purchase anything again from a company I haven't already done business with, or have been referred to by someone I trust. You can trust what they put in print. I am beyond upset. Oh..and in their system, I'm listed as *** (my legal first name and my new married last name). I haven't gone by Rickie since I was 5, but that's the name they have.

Thank you very much for the refund. I have to say I'm surprised based on my conversation with your representatives. I'm glad that the company ultimately handled things in a reasonable manner.

I recently purchased Radiant Revive face & eye cream. The purchase price was $2.49,$4.90,$4.95. Nothing in the ad said that you had to cancel in 14 days. Now my account was charged $88.47 & $89.95 for products not received. This company needs to be shut down. They would not refund my money. The person I spoke with was Alicia on 7/11/18 at 10:09am.

Radiant Revive charged made 2 charges to my credit card account, $89.95 & $88.47, 3 weeks after charging me $4.95 + $4.90 + $2.49 for the "free product, just pay shipping". No where on the site did it talk about a recurring charge or after the trial there would be any charges. Have tried finding the original ad but it has been removed. I have contested these charges on my account.

The advertisement that I responded to used The View’s Joy Beher as the creator of this cream. It stated that she was leaving The View to devote her time to promoting this cream since she designed it. They were offering a jar of this cream for just the $4.95 shipping cost. NOWHERE in this advertisement was there a mention of having 14 days to cancel or that they would charge you $89.95 for the jar. There was no packing slip with the product when I received it, so therefore no company contact information or any mention of canceling or being additionally charged. It wasn’t until I received my credit card statement that I saw I was charged the $4.95 shipping and than 14 days later was charged $89.95.
I saw on my statement that there was a phone number listed with the charges so I called & spoke to customer service. I reported to them what I wrote above & was told that everything was clearly stated when you checked out. I again told her that in fact nothing like that was nowhere to be found on the advertisement I responded to.
I received no satisfaction to my complaint nor would she refund my $89.95. I made sure she canceled any future orders of this product and told her I would be filing a formal complaint with the Revdex.com against this deceptive company and their deceptive business practices. Also as a side note, Joy Beher is not leaving The View nor is she at all associated with this company & their lousy cream!!!

I agreed to a free trial of Radient Revive on 5/3/18 and on 5/21/18 my checking account was charged $88.47 and $89.95. I called to have them reimburse me and they said because I didn't cancel within15 days the charge stands. I saw no information on their free offer that I had to cancel within15 days or they would charge me. The only charge I saw was the shipping charge.

I would appreciate it if you could please get my money reimbursed.
