Radiant Revive Reviews (%countItem)

My complaint is similar to the one shown for 6/28. I've been billed by Radiant Revive $4.90, $2.49, $4.95. and $89.95. I returned the products to the address on the envelope. I called the company and was given a runaround, and she finally agreed to "something." That was June 1. Now my July 1 statement came from *** showing Radiant Review did not credit my account as she agreed, and charged me 89.95 June 2, posted 6/4. What else to do? I want this all credited to my account--not more charges!

I ordered from an ad on my cell phone a sample of Joy Behr "Radiant Revive Repair Release Cream". I paid by credit card $4.95 for a sample size. Before I knew it they, included eye serum for $4.90. I tried to remove eye serum but would not let me. Then I was charged 2.49 for shipping. I have used these products a total of 3 times in the last week. You are supposed to use it twice a day, which I did not. I am a recent widow at 75 and was feeling depressed, so I ordered thinking it might pick me up. Today, June 29, I checked my bank account and was shocked at what this company had done. One June 28 (yesterday) they took
$89.95 from my account. Then on June 29 (today) they took $88.47 from my account. I immediately called very upset, I did not order this or give my permission to charge me. I called their shipping office in Greensboro NC and got the biggest run around from the young lady. I was getting mad because all they wanted was to verify shipping address after I gave them my name. I refused at first because I knew it was on the computer in front of them. Then I gave it to her. She said that they shipped me a 30-day supply instead of the sample. I was told when I gave my info, in small print, that I agreed to more cream. I disagreed and told her when I received the products all I had was a packing slip. No where did I read that they had free access to my *** card. After 9 minutes I asked for supervisor and got the run around from her. Finally Xavier T, the supervisor in Alabama came on and told me the same story about the fine print. He said I would not be credited for these two charges totally $178.42. I told him I was getting in touch with my bank, the Revdex.com and whoever I had to, then hung up the phone. If this is not deceptive selling, I don't know what is! My bank will let me know what they are able to do since it is the weekend and have to wait until Monday. I live on social security and a small pension my husband had. I cannot afford to spend $178 in 2 days for wrinkles.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and I accept it. I called the company because they only credited me for one expense when they had charged me for two. They replied on the phone and have submitted a credit for the second order. I am satisfied with their response.

Thank you for your assistance.

Radient Revive uses very deceptive practices when they offer free samples of their product, before you have a chance to respond you fine that you are charged an exorbitant amount for the supposedly free sample I believe that they should be more upfront about how they deal with the free sample issue and not hide it in the small print

My complaint has been resolved. My credit card has been credited for the complete amount.

Thank you for you assistance.

NEGATIVE- THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM!! Please if you have been scammed by this company, please take the time to go on the Attorney General's website and file a complaint. This needs to stop. You can also call *** to file a complaint if you are in North Carolina. I agreed to pay $4.90 for shipping only over the phone after I did not complete the form online. They charged me $4.90 and an additional $4.95. Today they took another $89.95 from my account. I was never told about a 14 clause or anything about 14 days because I specifically told them that I did not want any type of continuous shipping of this product. I called immediately and demanded a full refund. They offered me a 35% refund then 50% and I told them that I wanted my full refund since I did not authorize the deduction. They continuously called me until I agreed to the samples only and told them so. THIS IS A SCAM AND I PLAN TO PUT THIS ALL OVER THE INTERNET WHERE POSSIBLE. I did not complete the order online.

This is a scam and I hope Radiant Revive is shut down and stop taking innocent peoples' money. My order was completed over the phone and not one time did he mention anything about a continuous billing,14 days or products. I told him that I specifically did not want continuous shipments or deductions and it was never mentioned to me and was not included on any paperwork in the product. They continued to harass me even after I agreed to the samples. I had to get absolutely ugly so they would stop calling me. Terrible company!

I've called several times. Only need my total refund. Don't care to speak to these scammers anymore!

I ordered a trial of the radiant revive repair release cream for $4.95. There was a box already checked that I would receive the product monthly and I unchecked it before ordering. I just received another cream and my credit card was charged for $89.95. I called the customer support number and said to cancel this order and I would be sending the product back. I was told that the product could not be returned but moving forward she would give me her employee discount for $22.00. I told her I did not want the product. I didn't see any difference in my skin and I wanted my credit card credited because I was sending the product back. She did cancel the account but continued to tell me I could not return the product and I had to pay $89.95 I asked to speak to a supervisor because I could not afford to pay $89.95 for this little jar of cream. I still had almost a full container of the trial left. I held on for a long time waiting for a supervisor. I finally hung up. I am still sending it back.

This company has charged me *89.95 x2 for a product that is way overpriced and for which I did not knowing authorize on my credit card. I sent for a trial and they have been charging my card ever since. &89.95 for a .5oz jar of cream that I could get at *** for under $% if I could buy that small amount. I called the company to get this cancelled(which I thought I had already done) but they would not give me any refund of this money. I really think this is extremely unfair pricing! I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and called my credit card company to stop these charges.

Radiant Revive advertised a free product for which I responded. There were no terms/conditions present @ the time of ordering. Imagine my confusion when charges began to appear on my credit card for items never ordered from this company. When contacted, a representative stated because I did not cancel within a 14 day period I agreed to receive future shipments. There was no mention of this when I ordered the FREE sample. This company has many complaints filed against them from consumers. I have received one refund, but ask for all monies to be refunded. This includes a $89.95 charge on 5/30, $88.47 on 5/31, $4.95 on 6/15, $89.95 on 6/16. These charges were not authorized by me.
This company is now advertising under a new product name for the same product. Instead of Radiant Revive, it is now Instant Elixir Cream. When I first responded to this deceptive ad, Amy Robach, a Good Morning America co-host was used in the ad. She is now being used in the new ad. I have made copies of this deceptive ad.

I am on disability for schizoaffective disorder and rheumatoid arthritis, and my mother passed away in January. I have been under an extreme amount of stress and not sleeping. There is no way I would have ordered this in my right mind. I vaguely remember when their ad popped up in the middle of the night, thinking about my mother and how beautiful her skin was and how she took such good care of it, and that it would make her happy. I play repetitive free games to help me with insomnia. I was in a half dream state and very vulnerable. I must have thought it was a free sample and a message from my mother in Spirit, which is a pattern when my schizoaffective disorder is recurring. I was in shock when I went on my account and I was overdrawn, with only $8 left in my savings, because they had taken over $160 out. I get $675 a month right now. I called this company in tears and explained this, and all they would do is quote legal technicalities like a robot. They gave me half of it back. I offered to send the cream back (which doesn't work as they claim) but they said no. I know they didn't know my situation when I ordered, but I have explained it since then and I feel like they are taking advantage of my disability. My friend who was in a similar situation had a company return the entire amount when she explained that she was on disability. I also incurred a $30 overdrawn fee. I don't have money for food for the last week of this month. Living off of church charity.

WARNING! This company commits fraud by using celebrity names like Lara Spencer from Good Morning America and advertising you only have to pay for shipping and handling, there is no mention of "14 days trial and you must call to cancel". This must have been in ridiculous fine print on the website and was not included with the package. Obviously, they are hiding this in order to rip more people off. I am sure that Ms. Spencer would not want to associate with a crooked company policy, nor would she or anyone else appreciate this type of scam. The representatives will shame you into thinking it is your fault, and refuse to accept the products back and will not refund you.

Telephone Complaint taken by Cleveland Revdex.com staff (***)

The consumer stated that she saw a paper ad listing a product that appeared to be endorsed by Good Morning America. The consumer stated she ordered the product on a trial basis for $1.00. The consumer stated that she did receive the item but received another item last week. The consumer stated she called the company and was told that she was supposed to cancel within 10 days if she did not want any other items and because she did not, they could not issue her a refund of the two charges of $89.95 that had already been processed. The consumer stated she asked if she could just return the items to get a refund and she was told no because she did not have a "RMA". The consumer stated no one explained to her what a "RMA" was but they cancel the service to prevent future charges. The consumer stated the item is not endorsed by Good Morning America and no where on what she read listed any other charge besides the $1.00 trial amount.

On April 19th I was browsing Facebook and came across an add for smoother looking skin. The add has said the cream was free as long as you pay the shipping cost of $4.95. Which I did. I only wanted one item. A couple of days later I received a phone call from a man from the company who did not speak english to well. He wanted me to verify my debit number over the phone and I told him that I refuse to do that. He mentioned that I ordered 2 products. I told him that I only wanted only one. so he mentioned that he would change it to one. but he kept hassling me for my debit number over the phone. I did not give in. Two weeks went by and did receive the product in the mail. Yet never opened it. another week went by and I received another product which was different. then another week went by and I received another product that was the same as the first shipment. Then I knew that they made a mistake. I checked my email and there was an email in my Important file with a an order comfirmation for repair and release cream. order total $4.95. No other emails are in my gmail for the other products that were sent. The end of May I went to the bank ATM to take money out for groceries and the screen said insufficent funds. I went inside and talked to *** Customer Service Specialist. We both realized this was a scam so we filled out paper work and disputed this case with a claim. However, the company is disputing this back and I have less than 25 days before they take the money back. On april 20 they took $4.95. May 4 they took $89.95, May 7th the took $88.47 and on May 22nd they took $88.47 which wiped out my account. According to their paperwork that they faxed to *** at *** DAY 1:$4.95 Initial product shipment of 30 day supply. Day 15 :$89.95-no product shipment, but the money is taken out. day 45-$89.95-second shipment of 30 day supply. Day 75-another $89.95 taken out-third shipment of 30 day supply. dates don't match up with the days.

Radiant Revive had an ad for a sample of it's Repair Release Cream. I saw nowhere in this ad that you must contact them in 14 days to cancel or you'd be signed up for their monthly deliveries! The sample was $4.95 I believe. Before I knew it, I received another jar of the cream for over $89.00!!! I can't afford that! I couldn't find their initial ad anywhere on the internet. So, I emailed them and told them to take me off their list and that I had not signed up for a recurring subscription! They emailed me back to say thank you for my concern, but I'd have to talk to their Customer Service dept. I forgot to call them, and bam, there's another shipment for me! I called them and was told that I HAD signed up, which I vehemently denied. I told them I have two boxes of their cream that I would like to return and get my money back. They told me that it's their policy to not give anyone their money back and they don't accept returns! I told them I think their whole business is shady and if they weren't going to accept my returns and refund my money, I'd be talking to the Revdex.com. They didn't agree to the returns or refund. I told them to make darn sure that my name is no longer on their subscription/mailing list! Total rip off! Very expensive! Most companies have a return policy and refunds if the customer's not happy!

This company falsely advertised trial period and then started charging my bank account several times. When I realized what was happening, I called the company and they were very adamant about verifying their reasons for charging me. I only signed up for a trial and did not see where I would be continually charged. When asked if I could return the products unopened to them they refused to take them back and would not reimburse me the $88.47 and $89.95. I was charged this for two months. The supervisor took some of the money off but would not let me return and get a refund. This company needs to refund for the 2 two months I was charged.

For the first time in my life, I fell for an advertisement on FB for wrinkle cream that they advertised as a Kathy Lee Gifford product. This is not a Kathy Lee Gifford item. It was for a free trail of the face & eye cream just paying for shipping and handling of each $4.95 each product and tax of $2.79 for a total of $12.69. The 2 products arrived on June 3, 2018. I was using up the rest of my cream on hand before opening these - which I finally did last weekend (17th) and have used the cream only for 3 days.
I logged into my credit union account yesterday morning to see 2 approved/pending charges of $88.47 and $89.95 that I did not agree to nor did it state anywhere that this amount would be charged! I used my debit card - so I went to the credit union yesterday to get a new debit card to ensure that no further charges could come through from them. Because those 2 charges were in a pending status - I could not stop them from processing through my account.
I was finally able to reach somebody at Radiant's customer service this morning (19th). They said that that they would not reverse those charges because it was a '14-day trial' and since I hadn't returned the items, they were charging me - amounts that were never disclosed. I did not even open the products until the 17th (so, past the 14-day trail?) They did offer to give me a 35% discount on those items as long as I remained a customer. I offered to mail the products back to them but they said it would make no difference. I made sure then that they cancelled everything related to me so that I would have no further contact from then. Cancellation #'s: *** & ***.
However, I am still out $178.42 at this point and I have ordered a new debit card. I believe they were misleading from the beginning with the Kathy Lee Gifford approach and they DID NOT disclose what the cost of the products would be. I am hoping to receive my money back.
Thank you for your assistance!

Thank you - I have received the 2 notices you see below but the refunds have not processed through my credit union yet. I verified that with today. My credit union has given me 'provisional credit' for those 2 amounts BUT still waiting to actually receive the verification from my credit union.

This refund notice below for $88.47 was emailed to me on June 26th. The other refund notice below for $89.95 was emailed to me on June 21st. But neither have posted back to my account. Thank you, ***

Thought I was ordering a free sample of a face cream and paying shipping charge of $4.95. Found out that I was charged $89.95 for this free sample that was falsely advertised with Joy Beher from the view show. Called customer support number to see about the charge and was told rudely that I wasn’t getting a refund cuz I agreed to be charged this $89.95 amount monthly!!! I would have never agreed to this shady agreement. This company “Radiant Revive” is about as shady as they get. They are criminals and should be held accountable for theft. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE SORRY ??

I got the free trial of radiant revive and paid the $12 or $13 for shipping, however, I was not expecting the $90 charge to my card a couple of weeks later. If this was stated when I purchased it must have been in very fine print! I have emailed the company but have yet to heard back from them. This is not the way to do business. I just want want my money back.

Trial offer is frees/ 4.95 postage/handeling. I received subsequent billing on my credit card of 88.47. 89.95 and 88.47. When I called they said that they charged full price for the trial offer if not returned within 14 days of original order, not receipt and they would not accept returns if opened. This is not listed in the trial offer ad. Their terms and conditions on that site never mentioned this or that I was signing up for a monthly subscription.

You must go to another site http/radiantrevive.com/pages/terms and conditions to actually find the true cost and terms and conditions of the free trial. This site says if you don’t cancel they put you on a monthly subscription and billing basis. When I called, after arguing with them for 10 minutes and 20 minutes of waiting they gave me a credit of 178.00 against charges of twice that amount .

This is most certainly a scam and fraud. This company should be closed down for fraud

I do not want to receive any more products from this company. I did not ask for more of these face creams and I am currently getting two products that I did not ask for every month for charges of approximately 80-90 dollars EACH. I do not want these products to be charged to my account and do not want to receive any more. It is not worth the excessive cost---will be returning the last two items.

I canceled my subscription in February 2018, they continue taking $4.95 each month out of my account without permission. I have called and emailed them. They still take the money. My next step will be closing the account and get a new bank account.
