found this product on FB while using my phone. clicked on it and took me to site. offered free trial of wrinkle/eye creams. had to pay S/H so gave CC info. HAD to click agreement to get free trial. Shipment came 2-3 weeks later. tried it, face broke out, displeased with product performance. 2 weeks after first delivery, another shipment arrived. could not find website or contact info. found packing slip with customer support No#., called waited 20 mins for assistance. After viewing my CC bill, I was charged $88.47 for free trial and two more charges for 2nd delivery $89.95 & $88.47. 2 small containers that would fit in 1 box, sent in separate boxes. $88.47 S/H fees from NC to PA through USPS Domestic delivery service, That seems excessive to me. No S/H fees or product values were available for viewing at time of ordering the FREE TRIAL. According to phone rep I had 14 days immediately following the initial free trial order to cancel auto delivery. I was unaware of he 14 days until today's call. 1st order was late arriving/ after 14 day cancellation window. The auto order was hidden in the fine print of the agreement that you HAD to click to complete the free trial order. I did not see it in the agreement. I requested a refund for charges and asked to return product because of skin irritation and was told to keep and give to someone else. NO RETURNS, I guess, even though the second shipment is unopened. I canceled the auto delivery today, over the phone. I'm still willing to return the un-opened products for a full refund. calling my CC Co and filing a dispute on the charges. I was told that I had plenty of contact info available to me through their site and time to cancel auto delivery and no charges would be reversed even if I returned the un-opened products. I informed them I would be contacting the Revdex.com. The phone was disconnected. I did receive another call immediately after. Looking at my phone I see 2 missed calls from the no# I provided this site. No messages though

When I made this purchase the website I was on became very blurry and appeared to crash. The purchase did go through, only with a few additions. I was buying a sample of an eye cream for only a few dollars. What really happened was I purchased two products and somehow signed up for continuous monthly shipments. I discovered this when I saw the charges. The original payment was for $12.34. Then 2 weeks later I was debited for the real price of the products. One was $88.47 and the other one was $89.95. I called the company to question the charges and to cancel the order on 5/4/18. I told the lady that the website had crashed on me. She chuckled and said an emphatic "Nooooo"!" Another chuckle. I told her to cancel it and she tried to convince me that it was a great product and was I sure. Finally she said she would send me an email with the cancellation info. I thought it was all taken care of. A few days later I checked my bank account and there were 3 more debits taken out. The dates were 5/3/18, 5/4/18 and 5/5/18. I had spoken with her on 5/4/18. I called again to ask if I could return the 2nd shipment for a full refund. The lady said that it was against their policy to take product back as it could have been tampered with. This product is very well sealed with a plastic cover over it so you can tell if it has been opened. They obviously do not care about customer satisfaction! Very shady website and business practice !

As so many others have complained, I too fell for what appears to be a scam by Radiant Revive. I ordered the free samples, expecting only to pay shipping charges, but they continued to ship the products and charged my credit card a total of $557.50. The last charge included a $88 for eye serum that I didn't even receive! After attempting to contact them several times, I finally got through to a representative who went through the whole process of denying any responsibility and offering discounts and partial refunds. I feel sick not only because I fell for this, but also because I am truly sad that this company has taken advantage of so many people. The representative cancelled my "account", told me I should have known better, and offered a refund of approximately $130 out of the $557 and acted like she was doing me a huge favor. I have all the product, unopened... I didn't want it, didn't order it. I wanted to send it back to get fully refunded but they refused. So, even if they did give me a partial refund, I am still out over $400. I am worried that I will never be refunded and also afraid that they will continue to charge my card.

The total of charges is $557.50 minus the $12.34 shipping I agreed to (first three charges) and the refund of $178.42 means they owe me $366.74 that they have charged to my account under some sneaky scam that says that I gave them permission to do so. This company needs to be stopped. They are cheating good people and making them feel like it is their fault when the agreement they speak of is either a link that is not noticeable or illegible because the writing is too small for anyone to read. I could have sworn there was no agreement to begin with.

I decided to try the sample of this product and a second product. I understand the sample cost was $4.95 and $4.90 which showed up in my bank account. However, another charge of $2.49 was also taken and I was never informed of this cost. So I receive the sample products and after 14 days, I was charged $89.95 and $88.47 for more products. Upon seeing these charges in my bank account, I called to see why I was charged. They informed me I had 14 days to cancel the product or I would be charged. OK fine - I'll take the extra product is what I was thinking. The customer service person told me I should be receiving my products soon. I informed her I would accept these additional products but I canceled my account because I wasn't going to continue to pay that much for a product I wasn't sure I would continue using. So I let several days go by and still no product which I should have received by now so I called again. Upon this second phone call, I was informed that I wouldn't be receiving more product and I couldn't get a refund - that the $89.95 and $88.47 were additional charges for the samples that I had already paid $4.95, $4.90 and $2.49 for. This whole process was very frustrating and misleading, and clearly I was given incorrect information by their customer service representative. They made me believe I had paid for my samples and that I could get a refund of the additional charges or additional products. Horrible, horrible misleading customer service. Not only that, how can you know if a product works for you in only 14 days? I will never use this product, nor will I lead anyone to use this business and/or product.

I ordered the 'free' trial offer on April 26th. It's still in the box. I was charged $4.95, $2.49, $4.90, $89.95 and $88.47 all between April 26th and May 10th. I have emailed them and called them and nothing. I'm on hold again with them? This is a scam...Do not fall for it

I had the exact same experience described in the notes for this company. When I ordered the trial samples I could not find anything telling me I would be charged the crazy amounts - 89.95 for the face cream and 88.47 for the eye serum - if I didn’t call to cancel in a certain period of time. There was also nothing on the packing slip that came with the products. No phone number to call, no prices for the items. And unfortunately I did not look at my credit card statement in time to see what the outrageous charges were and cancel before I got another shipment! So I was charged twice. After the second products arrived and I figured out what was going on I called to cancel and to request a refund. they took my cancellation with no problem but refused any refund telling me I agreed to the terms when I got the trial samples.

I ordered samples of a cosmetic product, paid 4.95/ each hoping to try a new brand. I'd heard of them from an online magazine ad.

Since March 2018, I've had my credit card billed for another $545!!!! Apparently there was a subscription service I was signed up for when that was NOT advertised.

I saw Radiant Revive on line in January. It said Sally Fields uses it. The first box came from Greensboro and I don't think Sally Fields would get this product from here. Would like to see proof of that. I was called and placed order 1/9/18. I was not told that I had to cancel in 14 days. Received product trial sample for $4.95 and was charged 88.00 on my card. They also sent another box with eye cream that I did not order and charged me for that also. Sent 2 more boxes a few weeks later and had not even used the first jar up. I could not find a phone number on line to call and stop the product. Sent them an email requesting to stop the product and they sent another box a week ago. I now have 6 boxes of product that I don't want and can not find a number to call them. I called Revdex.com to get a phone number. I see many others have had the same problem and I believe this is a scam. Asking for help for a refund.

I keep trying to write it. Then lose it before I can press send it. I will try again. I got a call 2 days ago from Radiant Revive representative. She offered 100 % of the last 2 boxes but refuse to take back the other 6 unopened boxes for a full refund. I had no choice but to except her limited offer. She said it was in the contact on line. I told I was called by a salesman and did not see the contact. He did not explain how much the future charges were or the 14 days to cancel. She apologized and was polite but firm about no further refund. So I am stuck with product that did not work and 3 months of charges.

I enrolled in a free purchase offer stating that the price was only $4.95 for shipping on a face cream for wrinkles. This was completed through Facebook and I looked for any information that I may have needed to opt out of so there would be no further charges or obligations to purchase any products. There was no other information disclosed to me when I made this purchase. I purposely searched for it to be sure it wasn't a scam of some sort. 14 days later they charge my debit card another $89.95. I immediately called the company and they asked me if I had read the disclosure stating if I didn't cancel within 14 days I would be automatically enrolled in receiving the cream monthly. I would have NEVER enrolled if there was any kind of disclosure like this. There was nothing enclosed with the shipping of the product either. I have not received any other products from them. They said they would credit me $31.48 but not the full amount. I haven't seen any credit to my account. I am fine with paying the $4.95 which I agreed to pay but not any other charges. I offered to send back the product but they refused that too. I should be rebated the full $89.95 since there was no disclosure or address given to return the product on the invoice and it was a FREE sample. This company is taking advantage by saying there was a disclosure when there wasn't any I could find through the Facebook site on my Facebook feed when I ordered it.

Ordered trial products. Product came with no information. Contrary to company statements, there is no information on their website that indicates that there is only a 14 day trial period before being charged for products. There is no information on their website that indicates that they will refuse to allow you to return and receive a refund for their products. I cancelled to their customer support website on 4/9/18 and they have continued to ship product and charge my credit card. They are refusing to refund charges even after my cancellation email. this company is a total fraud and I look forward to being part of a class action lawsuit.

I am rejecting this response because:Contrary to company statements, there is no information on their website that indicates that there is only a 14 day trial period before being charged for products. There is no information on their website that indicates that they will refuse to allow you to return and receive a refund for their products.

The merchant uses deceptive and misleading advertising offering a “risk free trial” for the cost of shipping only to find unexpected charges from them on my credit card in the amount of $89.95 per month. The order form did not provide terms or conditions, a return address, email address or customer service number and there was no packing slip or invoice with the product purposely making it difficult to cancel the order. I was then placed on monthly automatic shipping which I did not want and pricing was never disclosed.

The merchant did NOT issue a refund. I did file a dispute with the credit card company and a chargeback was issued but later reversed. After reviewing the merchant response I contacted the credit card company again and pointed out that the merchant charged me again after I canceled the order within the timeframe according to their terms. The credit card company then issued a credit in my favor to my account. I don’t know if the credit card company took the hit to provide customer service or if it wil eventually collect from the merchant. I’m satisfied with the way my credit card company handled this dispute but am disappointed with the merchant’s lack of customer service. I consider this complaint resolved.

This company had an add that came up on my phone stating that Joy Behar the longtime host of The View announced she was leaving the show to work full time on her very successful skincare line. It showed photos of her glowing skin and how she looked so young for her age. I ordered my free trial. It then asked if I wanted the eye cream to go with it. I did, then it only let you move forward if you ordered using express shipping for more money. I didn't but whatever, I got it. Next day Joy Behar is on The View saying that she is not leaving the show and there is a scam going on about a skincare line that she has nothing to do with. I was scammed. I decided to call the number on my invoice. She very rudely said that was not part of her company, and would not discuss refund I requested.

Radiant Revive has scammed me out of a lot of money. I have reported this to my credit card company. I ordered a sample of face cream and eye serum in late March of this year for $4.95 which I thought was the total cost for the samples including postage. If there was "microscopic" writing that stated a horrendous price of $89.95 and $88.47 each or a "contract" or a subscription with Radiant Revive for 2 expensive products each month I saw absolutely nothing to that effect. They continued to send and charge my credit card for more products (4 total) until I called them. They said they will take 50% off of 2 products and cancel future shipments. I refused one of the packages and sent the other 3 products back when I realized I was being scammed. This has devastated me and is affecting my health. I am an 83 year old widow on a fixed income.

Oh how I wish I'd read these reviews before getting involved with this company. I ordered two trial products with the understanding of paying for shipping only. The products arrive with no information about further shipments. I kept watch for emails assuming they would attempt to lure me into continuing with the products. No such emails ever arrived. Then I see charges for $89.95 and $88.47 on my charge card. What?!?! When I call customer service I'm told these charges were for the "trial" offer I received and I was supposed to call within 14 days of the trial offer to cancel. I never received any information referring to that and I think it's a deceptive way of doing business. Do not get involved with this deceptive company.

Radiant Review is a complete scam and the product can be compared to a face and eye cream that you purchased from the ***.
My credit card was charged over $350 without my consent. The ad states you can receive a sample for the cost of shipping. Shortly afterward my card was charged over $170 for the SAMPLE. Seventeen days later I received a second order and was charged $170. When I contacted them I was advised the charges were made because I had not canceled in
14 days!
There was no mention of this requirement and there was no info on the packing slip....not even the cost of the product.
Unauthorized charges, a poor product and no resolution is what to expect. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney generals office in my state.
I was able to receive a refund by contacting my credit card representative and filing a fraud complaint.

Online order on 3/29/18, for free trial of facial cream and eye serum,,,just pay shipping charges for each item..Order Confirmation #*** and Order Confirmation #***.
Payments processed on credit card on 3/30/18 for $4.95, $4.90 and $2.49.
Received products in mail ~ 4/10/18..in one package.
On 4/13/18 additional charge for $88.95, on 4/14/18 for $88.47. These charges were never authorized and I was never informed that Iwould be charged full price for both items and would NEVER have agreed to pay this much for the products.
To make matters worse, credit card has another charge made on 4/29/18 for $89.95 +4.95 and I haven't received anything. Customer service phone number keeps me on hold, for hours and never picks up.
