Radiant Revive charged $89.95 three times to my charge card in addition to the $4.95 each time for shipping. I talked with an employee at Radiant Revive and she first said that the trial/sample cost $89.95 plus $4.95/shipping. She also said that I had subscribed to automatic shipments of the cream and that she could cancel any future shipment even though I had not ordered shipments #2 and #3. I HAD NEVER AGREED TO AUTOMATIC SHIPMENTS! That is, of course, a line that they obviously tell every customer who complains. She refused to remove the additional charges to my *** credit card. I told her that I would dispute the charges (which I have) with my credit card company because I never authorized the additional charges. Her comment was, "Go ahead, but you will lose." Frankly the product is NOT good; it does not do what their advertisement states! This company is truly a prime examples of CROOKS! I have learned today that the address for Radiant Revive is in Greensboro, NC at a UPS Store address/probably a mailbox (2618 Battleground Ave., Ste A #197, Greensboro, NC 27408-1924). Their phone number on my *** charge is 855-633-0203. Thank you so much for your investigation of this fraudulent company.

I agreed to a free trial of Radiant Revive on 7/19/18 and on 8/1/18 my checking account was charged $88.47 and $89.95. I called the company to to have them reimburse me and they said because I didn't cancel within 14 days the charge stands. And it hasn't even been 14 days!! They sent me a cancellation notice but said they will not reimburse the charges. I'm a lawyer and read all fine print but absolutely no information was made available on their free offer that I had to cancel within 14 days nor did they state that it was a subscription service. The only charge I saw was the shipping charge. I would appreciate it if you could please help get my money reimbursed.

Company adversities introductory offer at sample price online. There is no visible notice that one is signing up for reoccurring monthly charges. We product is received there is no notice of such reoccurring charges and the only instructions on how to use are microscopic on the bottle which are impossible to read.

They market via Faith Hill and I am a long time fan of hers and very disappointed she would lend her name to such marketing tatics which I think are designed to mislead consumers!

I am rejecting this response because:My complaint was for $178.42 which was made up of two charges $88.47 on 7/27/18 and $89.95 made on 7/26/18. I was refunded to my Visa card on 8/01/18 $89.95 however no refund has been received for $88.47 charge from 7/27/18. I do appreciate the efforts of Revdex.com and the partial refund from Radiant Revive of $89.95 however there has been no mention of the second charge of $88.47.

I purchased a free sample with 4.95$ S/H. I received the two bottles with no directions, no additional info on the invoice and the directions on the actual bottles were so very small that you couldn't read anything. Nowhere does it say that I will be charged for additional items or fees.
I called and cancelled any further purchases after being repeatedly offering discounts for further purchases. Shaniqua would not credit my account of the 89.95 charge.

Very deceptive business! I ordered a free product for a trial $4.95. Now I am being charged $190.00 for two tiny bottles of cream. There is no refund after the 14 day trial just learned from customer service. I called on day 15 of this so called trial! They treated it like a used car trying to get me to pay something for this product which I want to return For a full refund of $190.00.

I requested a 30 day free trial of the radiant revive skin care products and received them very quickly and was charged for the shipping (about $10.00). Two weeks later my debt card was charged the full price for the two products I received ( about $180.00). I called the company and they are refunding the charges and "cancelling my subscription ". I never realized the 30 day free trial off had signed me up for a subscription. I do not feel their advertising makes it clear that they are going to start billing you for a subscription. Their phone rep was easy to work with but kept offering discounts if I continued the subscription which makes me trust them even less. I will be watching for my refund and hope that will be the end of my dealings with Radiant Revive.

I am well acquainted with skin care systems. I can state, without hesitation, the cream and eye serum do not work and are a scam. My skin was dull and sallow after 1 week. I tried the second week and the same. Shame on this company for scamming the public!

When I was charged $89.95 for the product, BEFORE the 14 day period was up, I called to inquire why. I had ordered this product on the 5th of July and received it on the 12th of July. I knew that I had 14 days in which to sample the product, as stated on their web site. When I talked with a representative and a
supervisor, I was told that the 14 day trial period started on the day of the order.
WHAT,,,How ridiculous is that! I maintained my cool, and presented my disagreement as such. ANY 14 day trial period starts on the day that the product is received. So, I received my product on the 12th and the 14 day trial period would end on the 26th of July, and much to my dismay, My credit card was charged $89.95 on the 20th of July, 6 days early. The representatives explained the the 14 day trail period started on the day of the order.
Unbelievable!!
I called again today, and again, in no uncertain terms and language, was told that They were not going to refund and I had received just what I had agreed to.
It is a shame that a company can conduct business in this manner and get away with it, even when so many individuals like myself have been cheated.
I see from the many other complaints, that most of them were to receive refunds. I hope they do. Of course, we will never know.

I signed up for a free trial of this companies face and eye cream that was only suppose charge me for $4.95 shipping. They've now made unauthorized charges to my credit card of $89.95 & $88.47. I would like a refund for these fraudulent charges. I've e-mailed the company and tried calling and have been able to reach anyone to cancel the subscription they signed me up for.

The terms and conditions of the purchase were not easily available when making the purchase... could not be found.
The shipment contained no information to contact them and not all shipments arrived.. I question the ethics of the company and have cancelled. I feel I have been duped by fraudulent practices....shame on me.

Radiant Revive Skin products for aging offered samples and charged my account $271.84 plus shipping via Internet. I saw the add for Radiant Revive Cream for aging and eye serum associated with Joy Bahar and figured it was legit (duhhh). I ordered the free samples and gave my credit card for shipping charges. They sent the cream and serum but charged my account $271.84 plus the shipping chgs. for subsequent shipments. When I called the number listed on my credit card statement to dispute, they told me there was a 14 day trial period and I would have had to cancel before then or be charged for initial product AND automatically receive future shipments. These future shipments of $271.84 all appeared on one credit card statement before I ever got the bill. There was NO indication of this arrangement in the ad. There wasn't even a product price in the ad; I would never have purchased at this price. What a scam!! The product size continues to be the "trial size" too (teeny), for $88. Unbelievable.

However, another charge hit my credit card since this message, on 7/16/18 for $88.47. To date I have been billed $374.13 for products I was merely curious about. No refund has hit my credit card yet.

Furthermore,the terms never appeared on the screen as I was ordering the samples but even if they did, no company should be allowed to do this without full disclosure of product prices right up front. What a shock when I saw how much had been charged to my credit card!!

Finally, I shipped back all products, new & used, which have not been received by the company yet.

This company is a scam. When I ordered my free trial of the product I was only required to pay shipping charges to receive a 30 day supply of the face and eye cream. However, two weeks later I find they had charged me over $ 160.00 for the products on my credit card without my approval. I did not know or was not aware of the 14 day cancellation policy. I had no idea! This is not made apparent when you submit your order. They also used fake celebrity endorsements to sell their cream. My credit card company tried to help me but I ended up having to pay for this product. This company should be more transparent and let the consumer know up front about this cancellation policy. I hadn't even begun using this cream, unaware of a cancellation policy. This business is shady and should be out of business.

This company is a total RIPOFF. I cancelled my membership as soon as I realized how they charged my credit card. I contacted my credit card company and they tried to rectify the situation. I was assured that my account was now closed. I returned product to them but like several others here I got hooked into their program and could hardly find a way out. Credit card company suggested returning the product a show of good faith, so not only did I lose the case with my credit card company because they showed that I had signed up, but now they get to resell the 4 items sent back to them that are worth about $350+. They were unopened, unused, and on one of their sites they discuss how they will take product back and review the value. This person that I spoke to this morning told me outright that I filed a dispute they don't take product back, too bad I loose. This company does business in this manner they are ripping off people left and right, I am sure I am not the only one that has returned product and not gotten any satisfaction but then they get to go merrily along and resell. No stars whatsoever in my book for these crooks.

This still very much a RIPOFF company in my book. Any company that will not take their product in return, doesn't think enough about their product and sure doesn't have any idea of true customer service. Take a page from Nordstroms they take their products back if it doesn't meet their customer's needs, wants, etc.
Crooks in my book. Don't sign up for anything with them, their web page stating that they have a return/refund policy etc is a blatant LIE.

Biggest SCAM place ever - they continue to send me samples for 14-day trial. As soon as I received the product, I called to CANCEL - they waited a month to send it out and charged me $89.95 3 times. The reps that work for this POS business are ignorant and try to shut you down. I've reported them to my credit card company fraudulent dept. This company has got to be STOPPED...

When checking my charge card statement there were 5 charges listed from Radiant Revive , which I never heard of . They were in the amoiunts of 4.95, 4.90. 2.49 all dated June 20 2018 then the other s were dated July 4 for $89.95 & July 5 for $88.47.. I have never received any packages from them nor ordered from them having never heard of them.. I went online found a phone number & called them they offered to" close my account" (one I never opened) but refusing to refund the charges. I will be reporting this to my bank when it opens on Monday morning. I WANT MY MONEY BACK THAT THEY STOLE FROM ME!!!! I read on their website that I am not THE ONLY ONE that this has happened to.

As with all the other complaints about this company, I ordered a trial sample of this product online at $4.95. Received the product with no paperwork in the box. Today I received my credit card bill. Not only was I charged $4.95 but I was also charged $89.95. I called my credit card and discovered there is a third charge of $89.95 and to call the company directly. Which I did and was given the "company response line" that you should have read our terms and conditions which you agreed to when you ordered the 14-day trial USE of the product. Never saw any terms and conditions on the website that I ordered from. Such a scam!! After canceling my account (I never sent up an account!!) she - Ari in Greensboro NC - said as the agent should could only refund 50% of the charges. I notice here that the company has responded to ALL the complaints with a full refund?? So may I have a FULL refund which would be $179.90. By the way, I only received one jar.

Terrible experience with this company! I tried to cancel the automatic shipments by email and by phone. I was on the phone three separate times for an hour each time without ever getting to talk to a live person - just recordings. I returned products unopened back to them and they still say I have to pay for them because they will not acknowledge receiving them back. They are terribly disorganized - never answered my emails and kept sending me product I did not want. I have never dealt with a worse company!

I ordered what I thought was a sample of a radiant revive product for $4.95. I was later charged $89.95 for the product. I called them to dispute the charge, and was told that since I did not cancel within 14 days, I had agreed to pay the full price of $89.95 as indicated in their terms and conditions. I agree wholeheartedly with the complaints on this page about the Radiant Revive "free trial, just pay shipping." I only have had the product for less than a week and just saw on my credit card statement that -- in addition to the shipping costs for the trial -- on July 15 they charged my card $89. The packing slip with the "free trial" only indicated the shipping costs and did not have anything in writing that my card would be charged. Supposedly it in the "terms and conditions," but if so, they were vague and misleading, which is obviously why there are so many complaints. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM!
