I was charged for a product that was advertised as a free trial offer. I ordered the product from a TV ad. On May 30, 2018 my account was charged 2.45 and 4.95 & 4.90 for S&H. I did receive 2 products, and on June 13, 2018 I was charged on my account 89.95 & 88.47. After reviewing my account I contacted the office via phone. I was told that I had 14 days to cancel the free trail order, which was never told to me, however, this was less than 14 days apart. I did get a cancellation of the account but was refused a refund. The customer rep attempted to offer me several other purchase options. I have not used the product, and after this never will, nor will I recommend it to anyone else. The policies of this company leave much to be desired. It appears to be a scam to get you to order the free trail only to charge you repeatedly as a subscription. They advised me that I would be charged monthly for more product. I would like for others to be warned of their business practices as well as their refund policies and re-charge policies.

Please do not order this product unless you actually want to pay $89.95 for it. Don't fall for the trial, because most people will not call within 14 days to cancel. They ended up giving me 35% refund off the $89.95. Lesson learned!!!

I am very up set with this company making me feel that I ordered a sample and only paid for shipping and handling... Oh I did not know they were billing me for the full product and never said I had 15 days to reach out and cancel with them no info in the box with the product....I never even opened the jar and today I received another one in the mail.... This time thank goodness the phone number was on the paper. The first one did not have any phone number or any info saying they will be billing you monthly!!! This company is a BIG SCAM also they mislead me thinking Joy Barhar from the View is behind this. I called and found out I was charged 89.99 two times. I am NOT A HAPPY person with them!!!! This company should be put out of business!!!

This is a very misleading sales practice, whereby Radiant Revive offers a 14-day trial for their product and upon the expiration of the trial period charges an outrageous amount for their product - the price of which is never revealed in the TV advertisement. My product arrived on day 12 of the 14 days, and on day 15 I was charged $88.47 and $89.95 for two TINY amounts of skincare product. Upon calling to complain, I was told that upon expiration of the 14 days the products were mine to keep and that I could not return them for a refund. I cancelled my membership (again, not revealed in the advertisement) and will incur no future charges, but I want a refund of my money. I also want Radiant Revive to fully disclose their practice in their TV advertisement. A consumer should not have to visit the website to learn: 1) how much they will be charged; and 2) that they have signed up for a subscription service.
I am a highly educated individual, with a law degree and two masters degrees, and I fell for this scam. What happens to the less educated consumer?

Radiant Revive clearly makes their money by deceiving customers with misleading language about free trial periods with products. DO NOT order from them under any circumstances. The "customer service" representative I spoke with was so horrible I asked her if rudeness was part of their employee training program. TERRIBLE company, to be avoided at all cost.

DO NOT get involved with the free trial. It is a total scam. No place except in the fine print do they tell you if you do not return the product in 14 days they will charge you $180! When you call they are outright nasty and the best they will offer is 35% off.

I was charged after receiving no product! They said that they couldn't cancel my order and then they charged me two different times for the products. It was very sneaky and without my authorization. When I called to complain it sounded like they were just reading lines that they read to everyone who calls to complain which must be 99.9% of the phone calls they get if people are lucky enough to find their number. I didn't find the number until they charged my credit cart and it was on my statement. They are scamming poor people who don't know how to get their money returned and they probably give up so they don't have to deal with these people.

I purchased the trial offer of this product. Called customer service 4 days after use to cancel any further shipments. On 04/30/2018, I was charged 66.35$ and 53.97# for another shipment of product. I called customer service and asked for a refund. Was told no.I had already cancelled the service 1 month prior. Battled via phone 3 more times within 2 weeks. On 05/17/2018 I was charged again for shipping in the amount of 4.95$. They have now charged me a total of 125.27$. No product received.

I ordered what I thought was a sample and only had to pay shipping as advertised on their Facebook page. within 15 days of the shipping charge I was charged $89.95 for product. When called to complain that it was to be free trial for sample only they said there are no trial sizes only product sizes and I had to call within 14 days in order not to get charged for a SUBSCRIPTION for future products. They refused to remove the $89.95 and would only cancel future orders. I specifically looked at every detail before ordering on line and it NEVER said you would be charged. They are misleading customers and should be STOPPED.

On May 21, I was directed to a website via an advertisement to order a free trial of two skin care products at no charge and only pay the shipping. Nowhere that I saw did it say that If I didn't cancel within 14 days, I would have to pay the full price of the product which was $88.47 and $89.95. I didn't notice until June 6 that I was charged and deducted from my bank account. I tried calling and emailing to no avail, but finally found a number and talked to a rep. She told me that I should read the fine print (which wasn't there) and They would not refund my money, even though I offered to send the unopened jars of cream back. I am so infuriated that a company is allowed to do this. I've read several other complaints from individuals who ran into this same problem. Is there anything you can do to help me retrieve my hard-earned money back from this scamming company? I would appreciate any help you can give me.

Unfortunately, I ordered what I thought was a trial sample of the Radiant Revive Cream and later learned that I had purchased a subscription for monthly orders. Upon contacting the company to cancel I was told it was a 14 day trial period and was 2 days late to receive a refund on my credit card. I called the day after I noticed the charge as I was catching a plane at the time. The 14 days started the day I placed the order, with 4 days for shipping and a 10 day trial. The charge was in pending status. They offered and I accepted a 35% refund of the charge however I would still like a full refund of the remaining balance as the product did not work for me and was breaking my face out. Upon letting them know that I was told that is how the product worked, It breaks your skin down by getting worse and then it will begin to heal. I asked for the name of the owner/president and address and was told they can't give out that information. If a company stands by it's product then refunds for dissatisfied customers should not be a problem and/or contact information should not be withheld. Their advertising is false and misleading.

Thank you for following up. I also want to express my gratitude for the partial refund of 50% (I would have been a lot happier with a full refund or a 85% to 90% refund). I guess I would be a little more sympathetic if you had a better Revdex.com grade (F) and your advertising wasn't so misleading. Most reviews, now that I have done research, state the same situation as mine. (product doesn't work, surprise that they were charged for what they thought was a trial sample) Your information about this being a trial sample is defiantly hidden in the fine print. I assume you do have some happy customers as you are still in business. The product was breaking me out after just a few days. Even though the person I talked with stated that was how it was supposed to work, that just didn't sit well with me. I have never had an experience where the product was not backed by the company when it didn't work. Good luck.

VICTORY!
I won't repeat all the details of the SCAM that Radiant Revive's selling tactics involve because so many others have already written about them. Suffice it to say, when I tried to contact them PER THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THEIR WEBSITE to cancel the unauthorized account the set up for me (which is to send an email with the heading "Cancellation" or call their number - at which no one ever picked up), I was met with silence after attempting both. And I did that within a week after receiving the products, well within the 14-day trial period. No confirmation of cancellation was given in response to my email, and no RMA# sent so that I could return the "samples."
Here's what I did that worked: I went on the website for the North Carolina Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division and filed a detailed complaint. I then received an automated response from the NCDOJ indicating that my complaint had been received and would be pursued. Subsequently, I've received another snail-mailed response that included a copy of what they sent to the Radiant Revive company in an attempt to get them to explain their position. However, so far I have not received info showing that Radiant Revive has responded to the Attorney General's inquiry.
Radiant Revive - apparently after receiving my warning to them that I had filed the complaint and, more likely, after they had been contacted by the NCDOJ - DID send me notification of cancellation AND refunded me for the amounts I paid for the samples (skin and eye creams) and the shipping. Curiously, NO RMA#, so I still have those samples, unopened, in the box in which I received them. They can have them when they send the needed info...
In addition to the above, I actually cancelled my credit card, at the suggestion of my credit union's rep, so that Radiant Revive couldn't bill me further. (It was an extreme step, but I wasn't about to let them get away with stealing from me.) Also, I copied the emails they did send me along with my responses, put them in Word documents, and attached them to my complaint to the NCDOJ.
When I discussed this with my sister, she said she looked online and found that the celebrity endorsements (I saw Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg supposedly endorsing it) were FAKED. In fact, many celebrities have complained at the use of their names, images and voices to craft the fake endorsements. Had I known this, I would have added that fact to my formal complaint.

I have returned all their product that they sent me. All I want is for this company to refund my money. I was charged 4.90 on 2/6/18 for free trial and then continued to be charged 89.95 on 2/20, 3/9, 3/12, 4/4, 4/9, 5/3, 5/31 . I have tried to call the company to have my account cancel but they would not cancel until today. But they said they would not refund my money. There was never a billing statement in the box with what you were being charged for or how to contact them. No where did I see on their website did it say their product was no refundable!!

I originally ordered a sample of 2 products from this company that said they were samples for 1.00$ each. I received the products and an invoice that had NO price on it and the company's name was not on the return address shipping label. A couple of months later I was sent another shipment of the same 2 products again with an invoice that didn't have a price on them. I called the company to find out why I received these when I didnt order them. I was informed that I agreed to have these shipped automatically every month for the price of 89.95$ I NEVER agreed to this and when I informed them of the original 1.00 $ trial price I thought I was paying they said that offer never existed. I cancelled all future shipments but they informed me I could not receive a refund! Something very shady appears to be going on.

I'm very upset with this business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I have been charged three times for that amount of $89.95. I was unaware that this was a subscription service. When I saw the charge, I immediately looked up their website and sent an email on May 3rd. I did not get a response. I was then sent another product and charged again. I emailed again on the 31st just to be told to call customer service. After waiting, I spoke with someone who repeatedly tried to convince me to keep the subscription, even at a discounted rate. Finally, the rep. heard my "no's" and canceled the subscription.
I then asked to return the two unopened packages for a refund minus the restocking fee as per the website's refund policy (https://www.radiantrevive.com/pages/refund-policy) since 1)I'm unsatisfied with the product and 2)don't want to continue paying for a product that does not work and that I cannot afford. I was immediately told that no refunds were allowed after it was shipped. I explained that the website said otherwise and he still refused to help. I'm incredibly frustrated, I just want to return the products, and hope that Revdex.com takes care of this business.

This company did not let me know there would be a reoccurring charge until after I had accepted the free trial. As soon as I accepted the free trial and saw the recurring charge notification I notified the company not to send the free trial or any other future shipments. One month and 3 months later I notified this company to stop the products and charges. After 4 months I finally got them to stop all mailings and they reimbursed me half of the money they had collected. I told them at that time that I would except the partial reimbursement but would be contacting your company for 100% reimbursement.

Please know that I never ordered these products at full price, never agreed to auto shipment. I started to response to an ad, for a free trial
for just the price of S & H under $10.00. Part way through, had second thoughts ,about giving my acct. #, so I stopped. Within minutes they
called me and assured me that I would only be billed $9.85 They said it was a new promotion to get the public to try it. Sounded reasonable. There was
never a mention of full price, auto delivery, or time frame to cancel. They said it was in their ad, but I never got that far because I had stopped the order.
He new I was concerned about the price, because I asked several times , are you sure it's $9.85? When I got my bill, I nearly had a heart attach. The
bill was for $384.00 . Each item was $90.00 and I was told by the credit people an auto shipment was on it's way. I called and cancelled and called the
post office and told them when it came through to refuse it . They did. I never got the shipment, but they billed me anyway. These people lied to me not only about the facts , but by the omission of the facts. This was a clear attempt to coerce me into buying their product, knowing full well I was not aware of the full price and that they were going to keep them coming. I would never have paid &90.00 for this product., and definitely never agreed to auto shipment.
. I disputed the purchase, but the credit card people , were not able to help. The very least they can do is credit me for the shipment that I didn't get and don't want. I have good
credit and don't want to ruin it because of this incident. . I had a zero balance before this, now it has risen to $423.00 with interest and late charges. I am very angry and upset over this. . I hope you can help. Thank you for you consideration and attention in this matter, Sincerely

This seems to be a scam in that they are doing all they can to defraud customers. They offer a $4.95 trial of the product which will be delivered "within 3-5 business days" of the order on 3/17/18—it actually took about two weeks. According to the agreement, you have two weeks to cancel, when you haven't even received the product. Then they say you will be billed $89.92 monthly, when it turns out to be $89.95 EVERY TWO WEEKS. Original order 3/17. Next shipment & charge 3/31. Third charge WITH NO SHIPMENT on 4/17. I wrote on their Contact Us link to cancel on 4/4. I also called the various numbers on their Terms and Conditions THREE TIMES. No one I spoke to could locate my order, therefore they could not cancel the order, saying I should contact my bank. Very fishy. I wrote to Customer Service again & on 4/16 received confirmation of my cancellation, yet they charged me $89.95 again on 4/17. I wrote again to Customer Service to complain, and they said to contact their toll free number so that I could be better assisted. I called today, and they said that if it's a disputed claim, they could do nothing and that I should call my bank.

I received a free trial of 2 products and paid for shipping last month. Today while on my bank’s website, I found 2 unauthorized charges from Radiant Revive in the amounts of $89.95 and $88.47!!! When I called the company I was told I had 14 days after receiving the trial product to cancel. There was NO paperwork with the product stating this, nor was there anything when ordering the free offer stating this! I was also told that they could only refund 35%, which is unacceptable. This company is CORRUPT and taking advantage of people. Also, the charges on my account are from 4 days ago, and no additional product has been received. And I don’t want the product. I threw out the samples because it broke out my skin. I hope others read these complaints and hopefully they will not have to deal with unethical practices.
