Radiant Revive Reviews (%countItem)

I ordered the free sample and paid S&H fees and was then charged $89.95 to my account. This was very misleading and their print is so small that you can't even read it with a magnifying glass. I called and cancelled my order and requested the money be put back into my account and was told that they would only return 35% which was the employee discount amount. this is a scam and I have learned my lesson with buying anything on line. They were rude and attempted to get me to buy other products by giving me discounted prices which I strongly denied. I just want my money back.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and I accept it.

I ordered from Radiant Revive online with the understanding that this was a trial offer and only had to pay shipping of $ 4.90 and $4.90. When checking my credit card I was charged a total of $188.27. I called the company and after speaking with customer service and a manager, both said I could not return the products because I was past the 14 days and they also would not refund my money. She said I was to phone in before the 14 days were up and that it was clearly stated in their policy. I told them that this kind of marketing was criminal and it was definately not clearly stated. I agree this company should be shut down. I have not used the product.

Complete ripoff. DO NOT FALL for this scam
I ordered what I thought was a free sample for $4.95 . Received it a week ago, and now have been charged 89.95 on my debit card. When I called they said I agreed to
automatic transactions when I ordered. Said I had 14 days to cancel...it hasn't even been 14 days. Nowhere did I read that I was agreeing to pre-authorizations when I ordered the free samples. I got nowhere with them, they were unapologetic and offered me no solution. And what did I pay 90 bucks for exactly? They SUCK

I saw an ad on a TV commercial or a web site that said to go to a link on the web. There was nothing that described the terms, that I was going to be charged for the product. I thought that the product was a trail product for the cost of shipping only. Also nothing indicating that I was signing up for a reoccurring subscription and that they were going to automatically ship new product every 30 days. So when I got the second shipment on 4/5/18 I discovered that I had been charged $89.95 3/17/18 and $88.47 3/18/18 for the original products. They charged me $89.95 plus 4.95 shipping for the second shipment on 4/3/18. I phoned them and canceled, and asked for my money back. They refused to refund my money at first, then finally refunded $66.35 for the 4/3 shipment. I was only aware of the one charge when I spoke to customer service. I did not know that they had charged me for the original product. I reported the issue to my credit card company and they suggested that I cancel my credit card. I reported the company for fraudulent charges.

I ordered the company's two products which they said was a 30 day trial. I assumed I had 30 days to respond or send the product back. They charged 4.90 a product plus shipping. In two weeks they then charged me another 89.00. When I called disputing the charges, the woman kept interrupting me with discounts for another month. I realized that they were going to ship me more so I had to go through about 4 requests for me to not cancel. Looking back at their website, I don't see any info on paying more and how much more it would cost. I also don't see anywhere that they would be sending it to you monthly. I did have a reaction to the product so I can't use it.

I am rejecting this response because: the website says there is a 14 day use trial. I received the product on 3/24/18 and was charged on 4/2/18. That is not 14 days of use. It is only 10 days. Also the actual website I ordered from is not the one that customer service refers you to. On the website I ordered off of, there is no reference to the amount you will be charged for the product.

Customer Response • Apr 14, 2018

I would like to drop my complaint. The company had a representative call and apologize. They also refunded my money to my account.

On 3/17/18 after choosing a link to what I thought was a cosmetic product advertised on Shark Tank, I was somehow misdirected to the Radiant Revive site. I don't understand why this happened. At that time, I committed to ordering/paying for a FREE SAMPLE of skin moisturizer and eye cream for $4.95 TOTAL for postage and handling.. On 3/18/18 I was charged $4.95 and $2.49. On 3/19, I was charged $4.95 for a total of $12.39. I called the company and was told that there was a $4.95 charge for each product AND the $2.49 charge was for a Rewards program. I did not commit to the additional $4.95 nor $2.49 charges. So I paid $12.39 for the "Free" sample. I received the products and have been using them for only 6 days. THEN on April 1, 2018, two charges were made on my credit card, one for $88.47, and one for $89.95. I called the company and was told that since I had not called them within 14 days of ordering (not receiving), I had agreed to continue to purchase their products. I told them I did not commit to ordering anything else and I did not wish to receive these products; they stated they would cancel the service but will not refund. AND since I canceled the service, they will not send the full size products. So they are charging me for products they refuse to send. This is fraudulent advertising and intent to defraud the customer. This company is not interested in serving the customer as agreed with 2 sample products, they are in "business" to cheat the people who trust them. Why not spend all this time and effort in doing something beneficial for the customer who will gladly pay for good products and service. What a bunch of crooks! I'm also filing a complaint with the FTC and North Carolina Department of Justice. I hope everyone else who has been stung by these crooks with file complaints too. Thanks to the Revdex.com!

I am rejecting this response because:

Thus far Radiant Revive has only refunded $89.95. There were other charges for $88.47, $4.90 and $2.25 that have not been refunded.

And, the statement made by Radiant Revive shown below is patently false.

For the same reasons I rejected it before. They didn't refund all the amount. They say to call the company. I'm going to be not ready to say this complaint is resolved. Thank you Revdex.com for providing this service.

Customer Response • Apr 06, 2018

Hello, Radiant Revive has only credited part of the charges although they state they will refund the remainder in 4 to 7 days. It is odd that the first refund came the day after you posted my complaint but further refunds will not be made for 4 to 7 days.

In any case, I would like to keep my complaint open until they fully refund the amount as promised.

A million thanks to the Revdex.com for your service. I really appreciate your assistance. This refund would never have happened without you.

Customer Response • Apr 10, 2018

Thanks to the Revdex.com, all the charges made to my credit card by Radiant arevive have been refunded. The company would not refund until I contacted Revdex.com and posted my complaint. Also thank you to the State is Department of Justice Consumer Protection division who also sent the company a letter. The entire incident was extremely time consuming and stressful but I succeeded in being given a refund. However Radiant Revive won’t return the money they fraudulently obtained unless “encouraged” to do so by Revdex.com and the Department of Justice. I hope this gives others hope that they can get their money back too.

Ordered trial size for 4.95$, full size jars came, then billed 90$ for each after 14 days. No details given re: "subscription" on order site or that full size product would be sent and billed. Called to cancel and was given sales pitch over and over. Finally I had become rude and insistent to get the cancellation put through. Nice customer service woman, but very persistent and pushy. Product not worth 90$ Now am out 180$ for lotion. What a scam and waste of money.

I believe this company engages in predatory practices. I was charged Nearly $200 because they claim I did not cancel within a 14 day period, which put payment on recurring pay,ent cycle. I did not see any such terms when I bought a sample of a cream for s/h only. The ads are very chaotic, using different fonts, and the terms are not at all clear because the ads emphasize “for shipping and handling only”. Only after I got my credit card statement, did I see that they charged me. I ggot their ph # off my credit card statement, and was offered 75% off the 1st charge, but the supervisor would not do anything about the second charge. I would have never ordered something so expensive, especially if I had known the terms. I do not think they do enough to make the terms clear to people. No literature outlining the trial period, phone #to call, etc came with the first cream.
This is exactly the kind of business practice that the Consumer Protection Agency and the Revdex.com warn us about: lack of transparency, false advertising, difficult to find phone number/ address/ terms, and an unwillingness to rectify the situation.

This company offered a "free" trial of face and eye cream with only having to pay for shipping/handling of $4.95. First, I only received the face cream. Never received the eye cream but didn't fret about it. This was charged on 3/11/18. I got my bank statement today, 3/29/18 and saw the charge of $89 to my card. I immediately called their customer service and was told I needed to "read the fine print" and would be charged after 14 days if not cancelled. They charged me on 3/12/18, the day AFTER originally putting in the shipping/ handling. That is not even 14 days, they didn't refund me, and didn't care if I received the eye cream to begin with. Even if they charged my card AFTER the 14 days, which is stupid, they made that part so hidden and that's wrong.

This was not forthcoming with their 14 day trial period the way the terms and condition was advertised was deceptive and difficult to access also when I tried calling I got the message our line is currently busy And I was on the line for over hours and nobody answer I could not reach anyone. This company is out to scam everyone with false and misleading advertising. I only sign up for the trial size for $4.95 + took $89.95 out of my account. It is not right for them to do this.

RADIANT REVIVE advertised for two skin products. I ordered one. The second product, an eye serum, just popped onto the "Cart" order. Nowhere obvious in the advertisement or ordering web page did it indicate that there is a '14-DAY TRIAL PERIOD BEGINNING ON THE DATE OF THE ORDER PLACEMENT".

I ordered two products (a. Repair and Release Cream; b). Bright Eyes Serum. The serum was the product that just popped onto the order web page.

The order was placed 3/15/2018.

I received two products in the mail 3/27/2018 and per USPS Tracking, it was delivered in my mailbox 3/21/2018.

I called Radiant Revive Sunday, 4/1/2018, to cancel any further orders, and to get an RA# for return of the two (2) UNOPENED AND UNUSED products(s)

Three representatives, including one supervisor, refused to generate an RA#, stating that the 14-Day Trial period was over, and I had to pay $89.95 plus $88. for both products.

I disputed the initial "Trial" charges of a total of approximately $12.85 ($4.95 + $4.95 + $2.95). with my Credit Card Company.

I wrote Radiant Revive, explained that the Trial period was ludicrous, because the customer doesn't even get the product until six (6) or more days after the order, and I refused to pay the exhorbitant prices that were not apparent during the first order session online, or $89.95 and $88. for the sent products.

I would appreciate a full refund from Radiant Revive, minus the $5.00 "Restocking Fee" they require.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and I accept it.

Thank you to the upper management, who resolved my issues with this internet purchase, and thank you to Revdex.com. I am now satisfied with this resolution.

Radiant Revive is out for your money and nothing else. They have you sign up for a "free trial" but do not tell you they are sending a full size product and that your trial period starts from day of order not day of receipt. Once you receive your "trial" there is no receipt in the box telling you the terms of your purchase nor is there any contact information for Radiant Revive. I received at $79+ charge on my credit card and immediately called to cancel. They did not want me to cancel and offered me 25%, 35%, 50% then 75% off a month if I would continue my subscription. The day after I cancelled my subscription I received a second charge of $79+ from Radiant Revive. They had shipped my second subscription box prior to my cancellation. I tried to refuse the package BUT Radiant Revive does not put their name of the return address of the delivery box. They refused to accept returns of unopened product, the shipping boxes were not even opened. The initial email receipt you recieve for your trial is for the shipping amount, it does not discuss the terms of your contract or contact information. I feel that this company goes out of the way to defraud the consumer. They make it difficult to know the terms of your contract and to contact them. They also are using Shark Tank in their ad. I have always trusted in Shark Tank and they should be aware that they are being used to help pull in customers.

I purchased this product and advertising in BOLD print indicated trial and only pay $4.95 shipping. It took at least 7 days to even receive the product. When I tried to find product the spokes person was totally different and not the spokes person when I purchased trial. I feel the advertising is misleading and false. You cannot really try a product with only 7 days to see if there is any different. I refused any additional product delivered to my house. When I contacted the company and told the operator I was very unhappy with three charges to my charge card within a 2 week period totaling $268.37 for something I had not even received at the time of the billing charge. Again, I believe their advertising is very misleading. If their was a clause indicating I would be charged immediately upon end of 14 day trial period, it was very small print whereas the rest of the ad was large print. Again, I am very unhappy and I have returned all of the items shipped to me.

Radiant Revive is a huge company with very shady business practice. I ordered face cream through them over the phone and provided thm with all information they asked. I was charged around $6 for the product and waited for it to be shipped to my home. I received the product after a week and have not used it as of yet. Over the past 48 hours I have had around $180 charged to my account which I did not agree to. I called customer support and they said I agreed to it with their terms and conditions which I never read nor agreed to. They falsely advertise that their product is yours for only $6 but charge you $180 two weeks after your original order.

"Risk Free" Radiant Revive Repair and Release Cream and Bright Eye Serum .Pay for Shipping only. 1)List of Ingredients was never presented (just wanted my credit card # and shipping info.) 2) "Terms and Conditions" list was never presented (just wanted my credit card and shipping info.) Two items received, only shipping label in box.Ingredients are listed on the back.I am allergic to these products.A month later,I receive another shipment of two more products. I called Radiant Revive to send back the products and requested a refund. They said no refund, but will cancel any future shipments. Would not give me any corporate contact info.or let me talk with anyone higher up than the floor supervisor.I only authorized my credit card for a one time shipping fee for two products only! I never saw an "ingredient list" or a "terms and conditions" form.I talked with the floor supervisor about all of this and she said I should have talked with my dermatologist BEFORE buying these products!!I told her I have documentation from my dermatologist (***) of what I am allergic to. When both shipments arrived their was only a packing slip in the box.NO name of this company, NO return address on the packing form, NO RECEIPT, NO TERMS and Conditions info., NO Ingredient list,NO form saying I need to consult with a dermatologist before trying this "risk free"product.I was shipped a total of 4 products and billed $366.69. I ONLY authorized to pay for a one time shipping fee of $4.95 for the cream and eye serum. That is all.Charges kept showing up on my credit card. This company refused to give me the phone number for Corporate Headquarters. Customer Support *** said repeatedly, "It is my fault for not contacting an M.D. before trying the "RISK FREE" RadiantRevive"!I request a full refund plus shipping, which totals $374.13 due to the time I have spent on hold, talking with Customer Support and filling out complaint forms. TOTAL RIPOFF. Sure you get a "trial period" but it isn't long enough to test the product. By the time you receive the product you have about 10 days to assess it. They do not notify you before they start billing. They bury the information about automatic "subscription" and the ridiculas price they charge -- about $90 per jar of product. If you try to opt out by email, bad news. The customer service (and I say that jokingly) told me they don't respond to emails. They billed me $88.47 on 2/23 after having billed me $89.95 on 2/22. I shipped the Trial product back -- they never acknowledged receipt. I found the product horrible which is why I sent it back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE AND COMPANY!!!

I don't know how this company stays in business. Frankly, I feel sorry for the Customer Service staff. I carefully read the Terms and Conditions when ordering from a new company and expect their practices to reflect them.
On the RadiantRevive website the Terms and Conditions say that cancellations can be done by either calling or "simply send an email with the written subject heading "Cancellation", to ***@Radiantrevive.com." But know that according to the Customer Service staff, a cancellation can ONLY be done by phone. And if you don't call, you will continue to be charged monthly....even without receiving any more product.
And even though their Terms and Conditions say....
"Cancellations
If you elect to cancel prior to the 14 day trial use as stated above, you will not be charged for the product (though the Company will not refund amounts paid for Shipping and Handling), your enrollment for a monthly Subscription will be cancelled, and you will not receive any further delivery of product from the Company. " ....know that you will be charged anyway.
And it will take a demand from you to speak to a Supervisor, in order to get a promise of a full refund of a second full charge, a month after you already paid full price.
If the refund does not come through on my card. I'll be reporting the company to my state's Attorney General.
