Stay far away from this company. I too signed on to the "samples" and now have been charged two times for this product that I do not want. That's $178.42 x 2!!!! I called them on 3/1/2018 to complain and was told they would only refund me 35% back, and I told them several times that I did not want their product, having them repeat several times that they realized I DID NOT WISH TO RECEIVE ANYMORE PRODUCT - that the whole deal was cancelled. I received emails saying it was cancelled, but today opened my credit card statement and they once again charged me again for product, 2 days before I called on 3/1. In the space of 2/11 - 2/28 they put $356.84 on my credit card, for product I neither want or use. Outrageous. This is a scam and they are taking advantage of people, not to mention the time it takes to handle all of this. I'm calling my credit card company and I'm filing a complaint with the FTC. Something is not right with this company and I hope other people don't have this experience. Someone needs to investigate this to the fullest and I'm not going to stop talking about this to others. . .

On Jan 6th I was charged $2.49, $4.90, $4.95 which Radiant Revive says was for samples I never received any. Then on Jan 19th I was charged 89.95 Jan 20th 88.47 this was on my *** for my disibility money. I reported this to *** they did a did investigation said could not return money. I explained to them I did not ever receive any products from this company. When I called *** twice 2 different people told me I had no account with them! They told *** I did.?? I need help I didnt een know who they were till I looked them up on internet.

I was then billed for the full amount of the trial products. $89.95 and $8847 2/25 and 2/26/2018

I was then sent another shipment of the two items on 3/21/2018 and charged $89.95 and $88.47

I called the company ***. After saying I wanted to cancel these shipment 5 or more times they did so..

I called the company again on 3/22/2018 to get a RMA# to return the un opened second shipments which I do not want . Un-opened

The company stated they will not give me the RMA# for returns of these products.

What a scam. Buyer Beware.

Advertisement for free products that I would only pay shipping . Then charge me almost $90.00 for each.
I would like my money back.

Free 14 day trial just pay for shipping eye cream and face cream. I tried product, irritated my skin, SAID cancel 14 days so YOUR NOT charged. I called on the 14th day and they told me the 20th is the 15th day. I said order on 6th today is 14. I was told they count the day of 6th. In their terms it never stated they count from order, it only SAID 14 days, I called by 14 days and they cancelled me but still charged me 89.00. I was not honored the 14 day no charge cancellation from my card, and I want them to honor 14 days refund 89.00 back to my card

This company has deceptive business practices. I signed up for a free trial to see if their product was right for me. I agreed to pay the shipping costs. At no time did I agree to recurring shipments of these products. I received another shipment and called for a refund and to arrange for return of the products. I was told they would not give me a refund and that I had signed up for recurring shipments. I had to ask the rep how much they charged me because it isn't on any of the paperwork. What kind of company doesn't stand by their products? Why would a person ever sign up for recurring shipments when they don't know if the product will even work for them? I can't use this product and I did not sign up for recurring shipments. This is not the way to deal with customers. If you have to use deceptive practices to cheat your customers, it says a lot about your company!!! I want a full refund and you can have your product back.

Ordered trial size of product @ $4.95. Received trial product. Called and cancelled immediately afterwards. Received 2nd bottle mailed back return to sender. Was charged 89.95 plus $2.70 and then another $89.95. Called they refused to credit account. Want my account credited the $89.95 I was charged twice. Thank you, ***.

They advertised that I could get a sample of their product for the cost of shipping. So I gave them the info they needed and then found a $180 charge on my cc! I called and they said that this is what I agreed to when I ordered the sample (which I never received). I am such a detail oriented person, and I read the offer so carefully, I just can't believe that I overlooked something like that. Also, when they put the charge through on my card, it was past the period that they said they could accept returns. When I spoke to the customer service person, his belligerent attitude made it clear that they knew full well what they were doing and that their ad was deliberately misleading. I contacted my bank's fraud division and got my money back from the bank, but RR still has that $180, which really steams me.

I have read your response and received a phone call from your company, informing me that Jay, my customer service person, has been reprimanded. First, I have not received a refund from your company, so that is just a complete fabrication. Second, regarding Jay, it's hardly appropriate to reprimand him for doing what you trained him to do. Listen to our call again. At first, I am calm. He offers me a discount. I get agitated. He offers me a bigger discount. I get really angry and our conversation goes downhill from there. I was yelling at him. I made continuing our conversation really uncomfortable for him. Yet he never offered me a refund. In other words, he was given the authority to offer discounts on future purchases, but told not to refund money or provide information about returns. You trained him to do that. I still have your product, in a box, ready to return. Please tell me where to send it and I will give it back. Finally, I read the terms of the offer really carefully. I read the cute "Shark Tank" story. I read the fine print. If I missed the conditions of the offer, it is because you were deliberately deceptive.

Thanks for your apology, but your regrets are really not the issue. Please read this carefully, as I will not be responding again. I object to you deliberately misleading customers. Your ad says you will send a sample of your products for the cost of shipping (4.99). Then, after the "trial period" has passed, you ship the items and charge people $180. When they call to return the products and get a refund, your customer service people tell them the trial period as passed and refuse the refund. My experience is not an isolated one. It's all over the internet. You are perpetrating a scam and I am calling you on it. As of today, you definitely have NOT refunded me anything and I have the bank statements to prove it, so your records are wrong. I will not call your customer service people because they are so unhelpful and frustrating to speak with, I just can't bear to expose myself to their ineptitude for one more minute.

I ordered a trial of this products face & eye cream from an online referral. As an educated business woman, I assumed that there would be some sort of notification before an additional shipment was sent or some sort of email or other correspondence from the company about the product or on an email list, etc. There was no communication, I was sent one additional product, my credit card was billed over $80 for TWO products and there is no contact information on the company's website. Upon contacting my credit card company to help me resolve this situation and block this vendor from ever charging my credit card again, I was "offered" a 30% off on the product charge from this organization's customer service as a means to rectify their extremely poor communication about the "Terms" of the agreement I supposedly agreed to indicating that I needed to cancel my subscription within 15 days of signing up if I didn't want to receive and be billed for additional product.
This organization is operating on thin ice with the shady business practices. Not to mention their products don't do anything they say they will. False promises, false advertising, slimy business operations and zero transparency to their "customers." BTW, Visa does not allow this company to be blocked from charging transactions, even though they should. This "Company" is not even worth one star.

They charged my credit card 8 times, totally over $370. (6 UNAUTHORIZED) I never signed up for a membership. I fell for this just like everyone else. I clicked on a Facebook ad for a free trial. All I had to do was pay $4.95 for shipping. I received the product... didn't like it and never thought about it again until I say all of the charged on my credit card. I called them and they REFUSED to refund me. I filed a complaint with the FTC, which I urge everyone else to do as well. I can't believe that companies like this are even in business, how is this possible to scam all of these people and get a way with it?

On 2/9/18 I purchased a "free trial sample" of Radiant Revive skin care cream for $4.95, shipping charges only. The company then charged me an additional $2.95 express shipping that I did not agree to. I then started reading reviews of the product stating it was a scam and to beware. I sent an email to the company on 2/9/18 and told them to cancel my order and I did not want any furthur charges or the product and to cancel my order. They replied that they had recieved my email and invited me to contact them so "a representative may better assist you"". I responded with please just cancel my order. I have the email saved. I then noticed on my credit card statement that I was charged 4 separate charges over the course of the month from Radiant Revive 21 and Radiant Revive 22 in the amounts of $88.47 and $89.95. I contacted my credit card company regarding these charges and filed a dispute. The credit card company gave me a number to contact Radiant Revive. I called and spoke with a female representative that was extremely rude and I told her I had emailed them to cancel my order on 2/9/18 and she replied "you have to call to cancel". I told her that I didn't want her product and I filed a dispute with my credit card company regarding the charges that I never agreed to. She replied "you will lose" and laughed. I would like my money refunded.

I will accept a refund of $356.84, however in the email from Radiant Revive, it states they have submitted the refund. I have checked with my credit card company and a refund in that amount has not been submitted. Radiant Revive charged my credit card in 4 separate transactions. 2/25/18 they charged in the amounts of $88.47 and $89.95. On 3/14/18 they charge in the amounts of $88.47 and $89.95 again. NONE of those charges did I agree to. I have read online reviews about this company and they are not true to their word. They are a scam and I have contacted my credit card company and no refund has been issued. I have copies of my credit card charges if they are needed. I also have a copy of the email dated 2/9/18 that I sent to the company telling them to cancel my order. That was the same day I ordered the "risk free trial sample" from them. They replied to the email and I was still charged. I was also charged $12.34 on 2/10/18 for a "sample" that was advertised as $4.95. The response from Radiant Revive to the Revdex.com also stated they would be reaching out to me. They have not done that either. I would like my refund submitted to my credit card.

I would accept this as it is, however, the issue becomes when I get a "chargeback" from Radiant Revive after my complaint is closed. That is what the company did after my first Revdex.com complaint. They credited my account and turned around and recharged my account. They are fraudulently charging my account every month. If I receive another fraudulent charge on my account, or any "chargebacks", I will once again re-open this complaint with the Revdex.com. It seems they are charging my account around the 15th of every month.

Beware this is a very unethical company. They offer you a free trial and if you don't cancel within 14 days which is not clearly stated they charge you for your free trial. There is no phone number to call in packing material. If their product is so great why do they have to use such deceitful tactics to sell their product? Do not buy!

This Company advertise on TV there only charging for Shipping cost. In the beginning that is true; however, they came back and hit my checking account twice for almost 90.00 for supposed to be a trial size advertise on TV. When I called to make sure that my orders were cancelled the lady had an attitude. But she did say I could contact them back. I said "No thank you". My opinion it seems to be a scam.

I totally agree with all submitted complaints. Didn’t know I was signing up for a subscription. That was not clear at all. No return address or even name of company on invoice. Have been told I can’t return unopened boxes. I wish I had read reviews before I tried it. I’m poorer and wiser. I’ve signed up for subscriptions for other products but believe me, I knew the price and what I was doing!

This company would not let me mail back two unopened products. They gave me a 35% discount on the recent purchase. It was difficult to find a phone number or email address to correspond. I never did get a response to my email. I found their phone number on my bank statement. I would advise all to avoid working with this company.

I bought radiant Revive repair and release and Bright eyes Serum 14 day trial, I did not receive my order and I paid expedited shipping arrival Date was 2/15/2018, when I didn't receive the product by that date I called to cancel order, when $178.42 was taken out of my account on 3/13/18( I received order on 3/15/18 and this is when I called and ask how to send product back and why I was charged after I canceled it and was told I had just canceled a rewards thing, I specifically ask to cancel my order plus I emailed the address it gave directions to write CANCEL in the subject box, I was told by Wendy not allowed to give last name (Big Surprise) That there was no return policy when I should have never received anything but the 14 day trial that was $12.34, which I paid plus they took out $178.42 out of my account for another order.. This Company is a total SCAM.

I accepted a trial offer. After inserting credit card info I was also inadvertently signed up for an additional product. I realized this was a scam and tried to contact radiant revive to make sure they did not charge me any more money I found and filled out a form at http://radiantrevives.net/ and told them not to send any more product or make any additional charges. I saw on 16 mar I was charged almost 200.00 for radiant revive. There was a phone number at my credit card sight. I called the phone number and was told I had to call to tell them to cancel the trial. However I could not do this since their was no number to be found online and I thought that the e-mail I sent too care of the situation.

Radiant Revive states that you can order free samples lf their product and simply pay for shipping (4.95). Next thing I know I have an 89.95 dollar charge on my card!! When I finally found a customer services number, they only gave me 75% of my money back!!!!!!!! So out of this whole thing, they got my money I paid for shipping and then 25% of something I never agreed to. Their advertising for this is NOT CLEAR!!!! It's all over the internet that it's a SCAM!

If their advertising about this scam was understood by the customer, the internet wouldn't be flooded with complaints over the SAME issue I have. In addition, Radiant revive treated me as if I were a child. Pretending to talk to the "supervisor" to give me first 35% back, then 50% back and then ultimately 75% back was ridiculous. It was simply made-up. Also, as angry as I was and asking to have the charge removed immediately, why did the customer service rep. WASTE more of my time by offering more products and discounts????? There is no word that describes how utterly disgusted I am by Radiant Revive and how they do business. I had to waste EVEN MORE of my time going to the Revdex.com because they didn't refund ALL of my money with the customer service call I made. You are STEALING from your customers (I cannot believe that any would buy from you all). It's despicable. I wonder how many accounts you have forced to go in the NEGATIVE RANGE. I wonder how many peoples' time you have wasted with this scam!!!!

Today, my debit card account was charged $89.95 by Radiant Revive as part of a "skin care cream subscription" that I did not approve of. On March 1 I came across a link on Pinterest that appeared to be a blog post with beauty tips targeted toward women in my age group. Following the link I was directed to a website about this new skin care cream Radiant Revive wrinkle release cream that was discovered on Shark Tank and had rave reviews by celebrities such as Oprah, Ellen DeGeneres, Megan Mullally, and Sandra Bullock, and shows dramatic before and after photos. If you search this company now, I found the identical ad, but they have already changed their company name/brand to Glamor Gold, among other names. When I ordered the product, it advertised that this product could be mine for only $4.95, the cost of shipping per product, and there was no other cost. When I entered in my card information to process the transaction, there was no information about subscribing to a recurring monthly delivery. I am leery of these scams usually, so I made sure to read the fine print that was available on the website checkout. Absolutely nothing stated that I was agreeing to be charged $89.95 monthly, per product, and I ordered both the wrinkle and eye creams. When I called the company today to dispute this transaction, the customer service rep was polite at first but very condescending and blamed me for negligence in disputing my claim. She states that I had 14 days from ordering the product to discontinue the subscription, which neither the website nor the confirmation emails stated that I had to comply with, or I would be held responsible to pay full price for what I believed to be a trial purchase that only was supposed to cost me shipping. The full retail price of this product is not disclosed on the site or in any of the follow up emails, there are no notifications that an auto debit is about to be removed from my account, and again, no fine print was to be found at check out, in a confirmation email, or on the shipping label received inside the package which did no more than state the contents of the box. There was no information about the return policy or anything. The only info you receive is the company address, email, and phone number on the product package in tiny print. I received this product almost a week later, and little known to me, already almost a week into my trial period. I began using it and it doesn't appear to be having any effect. My plan was not to reorder any products. When I requested my money back for a product that I did not receive, the representative told me that my "free trial" was only a 14 day trial and not actually a sample, which was falsely advertised many times on the website. The representative refused to refund my payment, and repeatedly told me this was my fault for not reading the fine print at purchase, which was not clearly stated or visible like she claimed. After repeated requests for my money back, she finally agreed to refund 35% of my payment for a total of $31.48 and would not budge for anything more. She even told me that I was lucky to be getting such a great deal because I should have been charged an additional $89.95 for my eye cream trial, but they gave me a 2 for one offer, so I actually should have owed $179.90. I told her this was unacceptable and I'd be filing a dispute with the Revdex.com, my credit union, and the credit card company. The rep then got very firm and rude, and she repeatedly told me that because I was at fault for being negligent, my credit card company will find me at fault and will penalize me with the full charge that they paid out to Radiant Revive, and their company would not be at any fault at all since I "clearly did not read the purchase agreement" (that was not made available at purchase.)
I told her I no longer wanted the product and I wanted an address to return to, and she stated that there was no return address since they can't resell this product. I told her I was aware that it couldn't be resold, but a reputable company will accept returns and will dispose of them appropriately. She stated that that was my responsibility to use up the rest of the product. I told her I was unhappy with it and I did not desire to do that, and she did not appear at all concerned. I requested that all product delivery be stopped and again my money returned. She cancelled my subscriptions, sent a confirmation email, but did not send any confirmation of my refund. We'll see if I actually even get that. I went ahead and cancelled that card and have a new one coming, which is now going to cost me an additional $5.00 to replace.

Well, this happened to my mother, but it's the same as all the other complaints. Shady dealings, the 2 charges on her account. When she called to speak to someone they were rude, mean, and then refused to let her speak to a supervisor. They made an 86 year old woman CRY! You cannot get lower than that in my opinion.
Stay away from this scam company! Taking advantage of the elderly is the worst!

This company was not forthcoming about their 14 day trial period. The way the terms and conditions was advertised was deceptive and difficult to access. Also, when I called the company I discovered poor business practices of no money back guarantee (unless its within the 14 day trial; yet the representative on the phone stated it takes 30-60 days to see the full effect of the products). This company is out to scam anyone & everyone through false and misleading advertising.
