While on Facebook, I seen an ad about Radiant Revive skin cream and eye retinol. The ad stated that all you had to do was pay for shipping and handling, which totaled $9.85 for both items, but billed separately. It never indicated that I had a 14-day trial period and after that trial period, I would be charged the full price of the products. (I was charged nearly $200.00 on the 15th day after I ordered).
Unfortunately, I discovered the 14-day trial information from reviews from others that had already fell victim to them. It was only then that I visited the Radiant Revive site and noticed it in writing there. If it sounds too good to be true to get something for only the price of S&H then it is too good to be true!!
I'm so aggravated that I allowed myself to be drawn in by this company. I normally will look at reviews and check out a company better. Shame on me. I consider this a SCAM but perhaps it doesn't meet all of the criteria for others to see it that way.

This company advertise the product, just pay shipping. Upon receiving product, there was no contact information with which to cancel any further orders. When I received another shipment the next month, I looked for a phone number with which to return the product. I ally found one after searching. I was supposed to be paying $4.95 and have been charged a total of $178.42. There is no number to cancel. This was false advertising.

I ordered an eye cream, which I received, only to then be charged monthly $180 for no product and no response from the company. This is nothing more than a scam.

They started double charging me on my credit card. The items are mailed with no return labels and no name of the company on box. I have stopped my charges on my credit card which required 20 minutes of my time. Do not use this company.

I want to share MY experience with Radiant Revive. Saw it on Facebook - free offer of
4.95 plus shipping. SCAM-SCAM - SCAM! Please beware of all offers - I feel so foolish , trying this offer. Learned my lesson. It has been a nightmare! Charges on my credit card of 89.98 and 88.98 that I never approved. Credit card company is disputing charges with this "company". Had to close my credit card account. Just a horrible mess.
Reading the reviews are so shocking and sad. So very sorry for ALL of us! So learn a lesson from this! BEWARE of "free offers" - trial products.

On 2/12/18, I sent an email to the following address (http://radiantrevives.net/contact-us/#wpforms-11) stating that I was not interested in ordering any of this product. My checking account was charged $89.95. The free trial sample packing slip is dated 2/8/18. Therefore, I should not have been charged anything before 2/22/18.

I immediately sent another email to the same email address. This webpage identified itself as a means of contacting Radiant Revive and that the customer will receive a response 3 to 5 days. I continued to monitor my checking account. On 2/23/18, my account was debited again. This time the charge was $88.47. The total charges to date are $178.42.

I again contacted Radiant Revive, but to date have not been successful in my attempts to contact the company. I decided to contact the Revdex.com, hoping the Revdex.com could be of some assistance to me. When I searched the site for Radiant Revive reports, I discovered another email address for the company, which I used the third tome contacting them.

I am rejecting this response because: the company DID NOT provide me a FULL refund; I was refunded 50% of the charge ($88.47) and not the total charge placed against my account which amounted to $177.42.

The customer representative told me that this was all that she could give me.

Our records show that on 2/26/18 you were refunded $45.46 and on 2/28/18 you were refunded an additional 44.49 on the repair and release cream. This totaling $89.95 . Also, on 2/26/18 you were refunded $44.24 and on 2/28/18 you were refunded an additional $44.23 for the Bright eyes serum. This totaling $88.47. You were fully refunded for the charges of our products.

Total SCAM!!!! DO NOT USE! Product doesn't work, and has no smell. Is is crisco?

This is truly a ripoff. When I received my package there was not packing slip, nothing with a phone number just the two trial size items. When I ordered the items there was nothing that stated I was obligated to continue to receive this on an ongoing basis. Now this company is trying to charge my account twice for over $80.00 each! I have had to cancel my card due to their highly unethical if not illegal behavior Seriously, the Feds need to look into this and shut them down. I would not give them any stars if that was an option, and I would not recommend them to anyone, just the opposite.

Do NOT purchase this product. First of all it doesn't work. Secondly, they are using Joanna Gaines and other well-known people to promote and sell this product. They say Joanna Gaines created this product and is going to sell it full time. This is all a lie. The 14 day trial starts the day you purchase. So you only have a few days to try and then you are charged $89 for the trial. They use very savvy wording and spin techniques. Please do not make the mistake I made!!! It is all a scam and then they say it is third party advertising and they have no control over it. Do you research and don't waste your money.

I purchased a trial of their product and was told I would only have to pay shipping fee's, I then reviewed the product online and I found out that they have unknowingly subscribed me to a monthly subscription of said product. I rang them to cancel my order as I have not received any order confirmation and I did not want the product. The lady I spoke with told me it would take 14 days before I get an order confirmation which means I wont be able to return the product and will be charged for the full price of $89 as they have a policy that you must return the product within 14 days of ordering. It makes no sense because they basically are not giving enough time to return the product. Anyway I finally got her to cancel the order but I have just checked my bank account and I have been charge an additional $20 plus another $20 for shipping on an order I cancelled within 24hrs of ordering. Their terms and conditions are completely misleading and fraudulent.

I just finished reading the complaints filed against this company, guess I'm not the only person that has through this horrible ordeal.
I called the company and spoke to "Py", she wasn't helpful, in fact she was rude..I, too ordered on Facebook, the $4.95 shipping fee, no problem, but nowhere was it stated that if I didn't cancel within the 14 days, I'd be charged $89.95 and $88.47.
I alos didn't see any instructions on how and when to use the product. No results are even possible in 14 days. I went back and forth wit this person, she finally said my monies would be refunded, I checked my bank account (I paid with Debit), I also told her that on the 20 February I received another charge for $89.95 and $4.95, for what? Ms. Py told me that if not cancelled, they would send shipments automatically and charge me, I told her I haven't received anymore shipments and that oce it arrived I would refuse delivery, I asked her if I would be credited, and she said "Probably not", so I said to her, will it take awhile to see the credit, she said I would most likely NEVER see the credit!
The entire dealing with this company has really enraged me, they are scamming everyone, I want my money returned, please, what more can I do?

This company sent a free sample and then billed for it after two weeks. saying that the fine print would not allow a return or credit. They are taking advantage of the elderly on fixed income. This product is 1oz and no where worth the 89.95 they billed. If I lived there I would go visit them and ???.
I have already contacted the governor's office and plan to do more. I am not done!!!

This Company is SHADY. Do NOT purchase from them!!!!!! I signed up for the trial and then canceled my subscription. I was told I missed the 14 days. But in my calculation, I ordered 1/31/18 and canceled 2/14/18. I have the email proving my cancellation. I paid the initial shipping fees which I have no problem with. But then I was charged $88.47 and $89.95. I called and spoke with a Supervisor. He told me that he could give me a 35% discount. I told him I want ALL of the money refunded ($178.42). Then he said ok, I worked out a 50% discount. I want 100% of my money refunded. He then proceeds to tell me he can give me a 75% discount. I asked him if he was not hearing me. I stated I want all of my money refunded. I do not want a 35, a 50 or a 75% discount. I canceled my subscription and should not be charged anything except the shipping which I agreed to in the beginning. Radiant Revive is a SCAM!!!!

After reading the reviews I realize that this is an ongoing scam. Today I received my credit card statement and called the company to cancel any ?SUBSCRIPTION for their product.
I also ran into nothing but bargaining but when I stated that no further product other than the sample, had been received and that I would return it, as I had not even used the sample, I was informed that they would not accept the return and would send it back to me. I was offered the 35, 50% discount and when I restated that no product had been received she was not even listening. I immediately contacted my credit card company and will also file a complaint with the state attorney's office about this company. I will continue to inform all that this company practices fraudulent business practices, as never have I heard of a company that would not accept a returned item, which had not been opened or received yet, and get a full 100% credit.

I signed up for the radiant reviive trial items in Oct., 2017 wirh my credit card. I cancelled within the 14 day period and asked for a confirmation email to that effect which I NEVER RECEIVED. My credit card was not charged ater that. however, strangely enough my daughter's credit card has been getting charged hugh amonts every month since then and they cannot explain why nor how they eveer got her credit card number to begin with. I have been dealing with the company and they say my account is closed. when my daughter disputes her charges, the bank says that they are legit. Radiant Revive also says that mu daughter has received all of the products for which she is being charged. She HAS NOT received anything. This company is such a SCAM and should be put out of business. In a quandry as to what we should do next.

I ordered a free trial from this company and was charged $4.95. It was roughly 10 days later and I noticed a charge 0f $89 on my credit card. I called this company and got no answer. I emailed and got no response. When the first shipment arrived the packing slip showed $4.95 trial purchase price and that was it. I had to get the phone number and email address from Rip Off Report. It was bad enough that I was charged $89 for something that was advertised as a FREE trial, but the following month I was charged another $89 before I even received the product! When I received the package, I sent it back "Return to Sender" right there at the post office. I have requested refunds for both shipments and have received nothing to date. I will also add that I did not see anywhere on their website or paperwork that I was to cancel or I would be auto-enrolled. I am on a fixed income and the $180 that was literally "Stolen" from me caused a tremendous hardship.

They took an additional $178.44 out of my bank account.
None of what they say was made apparent when I ordered the sample.

it is fraud to represent that you are doing one thing, when you are really doing something else. They represented that I was buying a sample and they all along intended to take additional monies from my account. No where did I check or knowingly acknowledge that they could take an additional $178 for samples from my account.

There was no meeting of the minds---because I would have Never agreed to pay that amount for samples.

I ordered the face cream from Revive and was charged twice. When I saw the charges on my bank account I called the company and was told I could not return the items even if they were not opened and that my 14-day trial started when I ordered the item, not when I received it. This is a scam to take money from the public by not providing them with the truth that all they want is your money, not for you to try the product. I warn everyone who reads this not to get taken in.

I purchased the product as advertised on their webpage http://radiantrevives.net/ "get repair and release crème free." for shipping and handling $4.90 on December 12, 2017. Then I was also charged $4.95 for a product I did not agree to purchase on the same date. I received email notice of the shipment of the two products and the amount charged above.
December 27th I was charged $89.95 with not notice and December 27th I was charged $88.47, no notice.

January 12th I was charged 89.95 with no notice and January 13 charged $88.47, also no notice.
I contacted the company January 18th and was told that the charges in December and January were for the product and the $4.90 and $4.95 were just postage contrary to the advertising on the website.
When I asked to return it I was told they have a no return policy, also never mentioned in email or the website "get free".
