Radiant Revive Reviews (%countItem)

I ordered this product for the facial cream without knowledge of a repeated charges to my credit card. A cancellation clause that was obscure at best. Very false and misleading advertising. When dispute attempts failed, I was forced to get my credit card company involved, which also did not result in credit for unexpected product or any reversal of unauthorized charges. I should note, the product did not represent the value promised in size or product success results. After obtaining a letter of assurance there would be NO RECURRING CHARGES FROM RADIANT REVIVE, I received yet another billing the following month. Something needs to be done with this company. 64 registered complaints and they are still out there abusing consumers with false promises and deceitful business practices. I paid under protest and would appreciate any assistance in a full refund of $270.36.

I am rejecting this response because:

They offer to send me more product and even after refusing the delivery of this product, I was forced to pay these charges under protest. With 64 complaints I don't feel alone having been misled by your small print and misleading practices. To pay for product after refusing it is the ultimate insult to a consumer. Offering to send me more product is not a satisfactory resolution.

I feel as though I have been duped by this company. I saw their advertisement online to purchase their product for a $4.95 shipping fee. Well, after being charged a $4.95 shipping fees and an additional fee of $4.90, I was also charged $2.49. I received two products from them in the mail about a week later which look like a trial size. I haven't even opened them yet. On 1/31 and 2/1, I was charged $89.95 and $88.47 respectively and I called their company only to be told that I had signed up for a 14 day trial for the product, and that after that, I would be charged monthly for the products. I was livid as the advertisement does not make clear that I was signing up for such a service. The customer service rep that I spoke with on 2/2, told me that she would give me a 50% discount off on the product and would refund half of my purchase price. She further told me that she would give me a 75% discount if I would continue with the product. I believe that she gave me this so-called discount as this company realizes that they are ripping people off. Well, today I check my bank account and I now have another $4.95 charge. I was LIVID. I called the company yet again to complain and the Rep I spoke with today told me that she didn't understand why I was so upset. Seriously??? I told her that I never received the product that I eventually paid $44.97 and $44.23 for after the "discount" and she told me that the original product I thought was only $4.95 shipping was the products that I paid all this money for originally. I told her to cancel any further shipments. I guess the old saying of if it seems to good to be true, it is. After reading other reviews, I see that I am not the only one truly unhappy with this company. Ladies, be warned - DO NOT do business with this company.

I apologize for your experience and I assure you our goal is never to dupe our customers but provide them with our excellent products with great convenience. I apologize for any misunderstandings you encountered that prevented you from calling before the end of your 14 day period. During this time is when our representatives ask about the product and you are able to determine the parameters of your subscription if you wish to continue with our amazing products. A lead representative will be in contact with you shortly to ensure your satisfaction.

I want to share an experience about Radiant Revive that was on internet on January 18, 2018 for a free sample with you paying only the shipping charge of $4.95 for the one item (skincare).
There was nothing obvious regarding a 14-day trial, only a sample. The item never arrived. I looked at my credit card statement over the weekend and noticed I was charged from Radiant Revive two totals, one for 89.95 and one for $88.47. I was misled, there was nothing in the verbiage that mentioned the fact that I had agreed to automatically order more product and certainly there was no obvious information about the price of this ongoing scam.
They had made unauthorized charges without my permission. I disputed both charges immediately and cancelled any future orders. I called the company and I spoke with a Tanika S who tried to tell me it was a 14 day trial and they would continue to send each month. She said she couldn’t do anything for me as a Supervisor over floor sales. I explained to her I had not received the item and she tells me that isn’t their fault. So, Radiant Revive is charging me for product that I haven’t received. I wanted to share with everyone to not fall for this trick from this company. You need to contact them and cancel the account immediately and request confirmation. Wish I had searched reviews on this company on line before trying the sample. I have seen other reviews from the company and they reported the same experience that I had. Beware! Do not do business with Radiant Revive, they do not stand behind their product, there is no trust in a company that charges you fraudulently and then doesn’t send the product that was supposed to be free, only pay the shipping.

I apologize for the experience you had with our customer service agent. I will be reviewing your call and disciplinary actions will be taken. I apologize that you never received our product and for any confusion you had about our subscription offer. A lead agent will be in touch to ensure your satisfaction.

I ordered my 14 day free trial from Radiant Revive on 1/25/18. I set an alarm for 2/8/18 so that I could cancel on time. I did just that by email and by phone. I received a confirmation email for the cancellation. On 2/10/18 my bank account got charged for the product that I had cancelled. When I called about it, they said I had been a day late and should have cancelled on the 7th. I disagreed with their math and we went through a series of will you take a 35% refund, a 50% refund, a 75% refund. I was adamant about a 100% refund which I finally got after about 15 min of deliberating. Then I got on their website to get their address and they charged me for another trial! They automatically have my info I guess when I log in. I never checked any boxes or said I wanted any product. This company is dishonest!

I am sorry about the experience you had with our customer support. I do not see where you were charged again for the offer. Did you visit radiantrevive.com? We will be in touch shortly.

I too was SCAMMED by this unreputable company! I fell for the FREE sample for just the cost of shipping "line" on Facebook. Nowhere was there mention of signing up for more product or paying full price after 14 days. After receiving the product with NO information, return address or ANYTHING, I became very suspicious and started looking into the company. When I realized what was going to happen, I called my credit card company and put a block on them for my card. However, they are as slimy as they come and somehow were able to by-pass the block and charge me the 88+ and 89+ dollars! I called immediately and cancelled the account after digging for a phone number. This company should be shut down. NO REPUTABLE COMPANY WOULD DO BUSINESS LIKE THIS! Please don't bother to reply with your pat answers Radiant Revive. I'm not interested in hearing how honest and straight-forward you are. I've experienced the REAL truth!

I saw an "advertisement" on my Facebook feed from Radiant Revive, for a "free" 14 day trial for their Repair and Release face cream, and Bright Eyes serum, they would just charge for processing and shipping. When I clicked on the link to place my order, they only wanted my contact info, and credit card info. There was nothing stating that they would be charging my credit card on an ongoing basis or sending more than the 14 day trial worth of their product. I received the product in mid December, with charges to my CC on 12/12/17, three separate times $2.49, $4.90, and $4.95. In early January 2018 I received another shipment of the Repair and Release face cream and Bright Eyes serum. The packing slips contained no contact information for Radiant Revive. I reviewed my December CC statement, and there were charges from Radiant Revive on 12/25/17 for $89.95 and on 12/26/18 for $88.47. I contacted my CC company on 01/17/18 and told them that I had fallen for a scam, asked them if they had contact information for the company, and asked them what could be done so this company could no longer charge my account. I was asked if I wanted to file a dispute, which I did at that time. The customer service rep then told me she could see more charges from this company, on 01/11/18 for $4.95, 01/11/18 for $89.95, and 01/11/18 for $88.47, which I included in the dispute. That CC account was closed and I was given a replacement CC. I never received the products that I was charged for on 01/11/18. As of today, 02/08/18 my CC company dispute is ongoing, I spoke to Adria at Radiant Revive, and told her that I was charged for products that were never received and would like a refund. She said that she had a US mail tracking number that said the packages were dropped off at my address. She said there was nothing she could do since my account with them was closed d/t my filing a dispute. I did get verbal confirmation from Adria that they would no longer charge my credit card or send me any of their products.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and I accept it.

The ad was for a free jar of face cream just pay for shipping. You must click yes if you want the product . The ad then takes you to another page. On this page it tells you of the shipping amount. At this point it asks you if you want to proceed to the next page. Apparently on this page it asks if you want rewards points of some sort. This is the page that confused me because I wasn’t really sure what reward points were all about. I just wanted to proceed to the next page so l could give my card information. This was so they could bill me for the shipping and I would receive the free product. After thinking about this for a while, I was worried that I might’ve signed up for something I wasn’t aware of. I called the company and told them I did not want my card to be charged for anything in the future. The only money that was to be taken out was for the shipping cost. I told them I wanted my card information taken out of their system. They told me I would have to call back at a later date to get that taken care of. I thought this was kind of weird and insisted that they take it off immediately but they said they could not until a later date. I was to call back in a week and then they would cancel me out. So that is what I did. Apparently they did not cancel me out entirely because I just noticed in my checking account that they have been taking money out on a regular basis. I called the company to get my money back. The company will not refund my money. They said I signed up for a reward system of some kind. They said I did not cancel that part of the agreement. They said they could not give my money back. They said they would now cancel me and they gave me a cancellation number and that no more money would be taken out of my checking account. This took place on February 6, 2018. This company needs to reimburse my card on the basis that I told them I wanted my card information taken out of their system. The amount of money taken out of my card was in the amount of $27.14, The money is not the issue it’s the principle of the thing. I want the company to own up to the fact that they are doing business in a very sleazy way. These are the kind of companies that need to be responsible for their actions.

Thank you for getting back with me, the company said that they would reimburse all of my money and I appreciate all you have done for me thank you very much Signed

Your entire account was refunded. The amount of time for a funds transfer is determined between financial institutions.

Be well.

I would never buy anything from this company again and would warn others from doing so, as they are very deceptive!! I ordered what I thought was a "sample only" of 2 of their products for $4.95 shipping, for each product. Nowhere on the site did it say anything about subscribing to future shipments nor did they have a phone # or address to contact them. I have since been three times, between 12/28 and 2/7, for a total of $379.32. I searched the web for contact info to no avail. I finally got their contact information from my bank, an 800 number which can only be accessed from the US. As I am out of the country and will not be back to the US for several months. When you try to cancel via their website, you're taken to a page that reads "error, page not found" so that is not an option. I have attempted to contact them via their website. I have filed a dispute form with my bank in hopes that I will get my money refunded.

I apologize for any confusion you had about our subscription process. I assure you that radiantrevive.com is live and running and also that our customer support contact information is listed directly on our bottles as well as provided in the terms and condition you were advised to read when submitting the initial subscription offer. The charges on your account were shipments of our product to your address in Florida. I will have a support agent contact your number on file so that you do not incur any intl fees. We want to make sure you as one of our customers is well taken care of.

I purchased this product on Facebook which was advertised as a free trial in which I paid just $4.95 for shipping. Nowhere did it explain that there was a trial period of 14 days, or that I would then be charged $89.95 for the product, and thereafter continued to receive the product monthly at the price of $89.95 each month. I called when I received the second jar of cream in an attempt to return the product and was told that the "warehouse" does not accept returns. No reputable company has a policy where they do not accept unopened returns of their products. This is such a scam. I was completely duped! Please beware!

Radiant Revive Response • Feb 07, 2018

I apologize for any misunderstandings you had with our subscription process and that our support agent was not able to assist you. Our intent is never to scam but to provide our excellent product with superior convenience and great customer support to all of our customers. We will investigate your calls and account and a lead rep will be in contact with you shortly. Thank you.

I have read through many previous complaint regarding the same issue. I am one in a many consumers that were lead to believe that a "sample" truly meant that - and that 4.95 as the advertised cost was truly just that. This is deceptive and I realize after reading over 50 complaints about the SAME issue that I will get a generic response that 'we are so sorry that you feel this way, please continue to use our products.' I have rights and I have been mistreated. Your generic apology means nothing as I see if is as generic as the product itself. Further I will continue to take it as far as I need to have that refunded. It is what is right.

I responded to an ad online for a free sample of Radiant Revive cream. All I wanted was the cream. I didn't want the eye serum but I had no option to decline the eye serum. As a result, I was charged shipping for both items and sales tax. At no point when I was filling out my shipping information or credit card info, was there wording that said I would be automatically enrolled in a monthly membership where my credit card would be charged automatically. I tried multiple times to speak with someone but only got recordings. I even left my phone number and no one called me back. This company charged me a total of $356.84. I cancelled my credit card because I thought these were fraudulent charges. The only way to find out about the automatic enrollment is if you go to their website and search under terms and conditions. This company provided all kinds of documentation to my credit card company showing "proof" of their terms and conditions, all of which I never saw when I filled out my shipping and credit card info. This company must be making millions off of consumers that thought they were getting a free sample. So Wrong!

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and I accept it.

I am filing a complaint against Radiant Revive (also doing business as ZilaDerm and multiple other constantly changing entities).
On the Internet, the product advertises as Radiant Revive--but in more recent ads has been "renamed" ZilaDerm. The company requires payment of "shipping only" for trial size cosmetic products. Before purchasing, I read to make sure there were to be no monthly recurring charges where they would automatically send the product and keep charging my credit card. I did not see anything of the sort, so I went ahead and ordered two Radiant Revive products (facial cream and eye cream) and paid for it to be shipped at a charge of $4.95 for each product on November 12, 2017.

I received full-sized products in a timely fashion. There was no mention of possible further charges on the packing slip and absolutely NO COMPANY INFORMATION (name, phone number, address, etc.)

I became suspicious and started doing more research on the internet. After reading Radiant Review complaints on ***, I
immediately emailed "customer service" at Radiant Revive, telling them that there were public records of the company billing customers "after the fact" for this product and that if I received additional billing, I would file a formal complaint with my State Attorney General. I offered to return the product (which I have NOT used). I heard nothing from the company regarding this email, and was therefore unable to return the product, since I had no address to return it to!

My husband then called our credit card company and they agreed not to let Radiant Revive place further billings on my card. However, Radiant Review had already charged me $89.95 and has subsequently charged me for $88.47 AFTER the credit card company assurances that they would "block" charges. I am protesting these charges.

In addition, , my husband contacted Radiant Revive on November 30, 2017 after the first charge appeared, and they agreed (after much wrangling) to "cancel" my "order" (which never existed!) . They emailed a cancellation notice on order #***. He called again January 22, 2018 (after the second charge appeared) and they informed him that their policy was "no cancellations" and he should take it up with his bank.

Please help! I would like to be reimbursed for the $89.95 and $88.47 charges, plus $9.90 in shipping charges. And I want NO additional charges from Radiant Revive.

I had a pop-up show up when I was on the computer for a free trial of a moisturizer, you only were required to pay $4.95 shipping. I ordered and received product (never opened). A couple weeks later I received another jar of moisturizer. The packing slip had no price listed, but it also didn't indicate either an address or phone number for the company. I tried to go online to get a contact number to call to find out why I was receiving another jar of product. Their website has no way to contact them - no customer service phone number. I checked my online credit card statement and saw that I had 2 charges for $89.95 each! I disputed the charges with my credit card company. When looking online for more information on this vendor, there were numerous postings from other people who were also scammed by these people. It was through one of these postings that I was able to obtain a phone number to contact them. I called them and advised that I only signed up for the free trial and they said by clicking that I agree to their terms that I was agreeing to a monthly subscription and would be receiving a monthly order along with a charge every month for $89.95! I told them to cancel immediately and that I wanted a refund and would return the two jars of product. They said they don't accept returns and they don't refund for products shipped. They offered to give me a 50 percent discount for future products received, I advised I would never use a product that was so deceptive. I told her to cancel immediately. She then offered me a 75 percent discount for future orders. I told her to cancel immediately and I wanted a full refund. She indicated she would cancel my order, but that I would not be receiving any refunds. She went on to tell me how great their product is. I said if your product is so great, you wouldn't need to trick people into buying it. I went back online to go through the ordering process again (without putting in my credit card info). At no time is there any mention of an agreement to buy every month. The rep told me you needed to cancel within 14 days. I said how does someone cancel when you don't put any contact information on your packing slips or even on your website!!! This is a complete scam.

On November 26, 2017, I ordered two samples (supposedly created and endorsed by Faith Hill) which required me to pay $4.95 shipping cost, but I did not authorize any payment of $89.95 for any product. Upon reviewing my bank account online, I called them them on 12/11/17 as I did not recognize the charge. They refused to remove the $89.95 charge telling me it's what I paid...for the FREE sample. I was told that I had subscribed to automatic shipments of this cream and that she would cancel future shipments but would not refund the $89.95 charged to my debit card. Since then, I have not received future shipments, but I have been charged twice for $4.95, once on 12/28/17 and again on 1/25/18. This is a scam! I wish I would have checked reviews online before ordering, as I am finding MULTIPLE complaints about this company and the fraudulent charges.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and I accept it. All funds were returned.

Thank you

Recently, I purchased two items from Radiant Revive. The ad indicated I would be purchasing samples of their products. NOTE: This was not a free trial! I paid a reduced amount for these two items, plus shipping. The appropriate charges showed up on my credit card and I received the items. Note that I always read all the fine print on these items! Nowhere did it indicate that there was a trial period, or that I was signing up for any type of subscription to receive future product!

Now, I've received two additional charges ($89.95 and $88.47). When I called today to (1) cancel any future charges; and (2) inquire about the reason for these charges, the girl explained that since I had not contacted them within 14 days of receiving my product, I would now automatically be receiving additional products and being charged for them.

I explained to the girl that this was not noted on the original documentation that I completed! I asked "How would I have known that this was going to happen when I ordered the product?" Her response: "This information is noted on our website under the "Returns" tab." She confirmed that this was NOT on the original information I completed! Why in the world would I have gone onto their site and checked out the return policy? It clearly stated on the ad that this was just a purchase of a sample product.

I believe this is very fraudulent - and certainly immoral - behavior. I responded to an ad and purchased a sample (again, not a free trial)! The only way I would have known that I was supposedly "enrolling in a monthly subscription for future products" is if I went onto their site and checked out their return policy. Again, this is what their customer service told me.

I want the money refunded for the additional charges. I am not requesting the money back for the original purchase, but I will return the unopened product if Radiant would like it! I am a retired lady on a fixed income. I don't have the money for this!

This behavior is outrageous! What kind of company operates this way? I also believe you need to reconsider your rating for this company! "C" is way too high for them!

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and I accept it.

I bought on line 12-14-17 a trial jar of creme for 4.95 on this site for the trial , I read no discloser period. I always check my cc after making purchases and the 4.95 was there.

12-26-17 iam checking our cc balance and I noticed a 89.95 charge from radiant revive creme, I know for a fact, I did not give radiant revive creme any permission to debit my cc at anytime.

naturally, I immediately, call radiant revive customer service dept. spoke to a woman whose name I cannot spell, I believe it was chensa. we argued back and forth with her saying there was a disclaimer and me saying there wasn't, so I stopped giving her a hassle, she's not the problem.

called my cc company right after I spoke with her and iam disputing the charge.

this company is a scam.

I also filed a complaint to the Revdex.com in greensboro nc.

At this time your account is canceled and you have been refunded. We assure you we are not a scam and we only wish to provide excellent products with extreme convenience and great customer support. Want to share an experience about Radiant Revive that was on internet on December 5, 2017 for a free sample with you paying only the shipping charge of $4.95 for the one item (skincare).
There was nothing on the internet regarding a 14-day trial but a sample. The item arrived arrived the next week. Then on January 4, 2018 I received a package in the mail containing the exact item with a packing slip included. It had no name included, no contact number or anything. I contacted my credit card company to see if any charges had been made against my card and sure enough they had made an unauthorized charge without my permission. I disputed the charge of $89.95 charge immediately and cancelled the card. The credit card company provided the number listed on the card for me to make contact. I spoke with a Sonya who tried to tell me it was a 14 day trial and they would continue to send each month. Explained to her that the item stated free trail and pay only the shipping. I working on getting this resolved now but wanted to share with everyone to not fall for this trick from this company. You need to contact them and cancel the account immediately and request confirmation. Wish I had searched reviews on this company on line before trying the sample. I have seen other reviews from the company and they reported the same but more charges. Beware! It is wise to search out a company before ordering.

I only ordered samples in agreement to pay only one time shipping. There was no small print for sending more product than that. Radiant Revive kept sending me products and had no return address in the box. I ended up being charged over $500.00. When I finally found contact info for the commpany I called and told them I wanted to return the product that I never auhtorized. They said no they couldn't take returns. This is the biggest SCAM ever.

We have looked into your order for our Repair and Release Cream and Bright Eyes Serum. The original order for our subscription was placed on 10/23/2017. You paid $4.95 for shipping and handling toward the Repair and Release Cream and $4.90 toward shipping and handling for the Bright Eyes Serum, in order to begin our subscription offer. In the terms and conditions provided to you during the checkout process, you were directed to call us before the end of your 14 day offer in order let us know how our product is working for you and to either cancel the subscription if you decided that it wasn’t something you would like to continue or customize your subscriptions with your own determined shipping cycle or even receive any discounts going on if the retail price doesn’t work with your beauty budget. Since you did not call, on the 15th day you were charged full price for the retail products you have received and were enrolled in the subscription. You were also charged and shipped product in November and December which USPS tracking confirms were delivered. We have no intention of scamming our customers. We only wish to offer great products at extreme convenience with great customer support. A lead representative will be in contact shortly to settle your account and ensure your satisfaction. If you decide to try out our products that you received and fall in love with them like many have please give our support number listed directly on the bottles back and we will have excellent discounts available to you for this inconvenience. Be well.
