Radiant Revive Reviews (%countItem)

I responded to an add on line for a free sample of Radiant Revive facial cream. The deal also included eye cream. The only thing I paid for was tax of $4.90 and $4.95. About 3 weeks later I received a similar shipment via UPS and I was charged $88. I didn't wish to receive any further product nor did I sign anything in that regard. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with them. I called one day and got a recording saying the weather was bad and no one was available to take calls. The next day I called again and was told the call volume was high with a recorded message. If I wanted to be called back when an operator was available I could do that. I left my number but never received a call. I called back today and got the same recorded message that the call volume was high. This time I waited for an operator for over 15 min and no one ever answered.

It looks like you placed an order for our 14 day subscription offer back on 12/07/2017 for the Repair and Release Cream and Bright Eyes Serum. In the terms provided during the checkout process you were instructed to call in before the end of the offer period to let us know how the product is working for you and either cancel the subscription or continue. We apologize for any misunderstandings with the subscription process. Further we apologize for the difficulty calling in to our support center. We recent had some bad snow in the area and snow isn't common there so we were lacking a sufficient amount of support reps at the time. I apologize for this inconvenience. Your account has been refunded. We hope that you will continue to try our products and when you fall in love with them give us a call back and wonderful discounts will be available to you if you decide to re-enroll. We also offer customer re-ship cycles to cater to your beauty needs. We assure you you will never have to wait that long again and that was only due to the snow!

We wish you well.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and I accept it. They said I would be refunded. Should I mail back the product that was sent to me?

I ordered a trial of 2 skin care creams from Radiant Revive. I agreed to the charge of 4.90 and 4.95 and received email receipts for both charges immediately on 1/4/2018. Today 1/16/2018 I received additional charges to my credit card account - only 12 days after ordering.
I have not received a receipt from the vendor for these charges. When I called Customer Service to question the charges, I was told that these were charges to my card that I had agreed to. The representative stated that because I had not cancelled within 14 days of I was not entitled to a refund and they would not accept my return of the trial size product because they could not use it again.
When I noted that these charges were never provided to me, nor was a receipt sent to me as it had been in the original order for 'shipping charges' I was told that the prices of the products are all over the website. I immediately notified that I was cancelling my order. I was then offered a 30% discount for future orders. I explained that I had no interest in doing business with a company that had poor customer service and was not willing to accept a refund. This experience was deceptive and did not provide me with the comfort to do business with such a company.
I explained that I requested my order be cancelled and I would be returning the unused portion of the trials I had received. The rep repeatedly stated they would not be accepted. Either way, I stated I would be returning them and my order should be cancelled. I explained this was not good customer service and questioned unfair practices. This company was not even abiding by their agreement regarding the 14 day cancellation policy, being that I was contacting them at day 12.

I ordered this product, and they gave me 14 days to cancel, but did not send a phone number or email to cancel. Instead they sent me 2 packages in charge $59.18 and $89.95 for them. When I got my bank statement I called them, it was past 14 days, they don't give you any information so that you can cancel before then, I called for a refund and they wont give me 35% of the price.

I called to cancel a subscription I unknowingly signed up for by ordering the product initially. I inquired into the amount they had charged me. I then figured out I was billed for 2 products, one I did not receive. I inquired into the company, products & billing. I was billed $ 88 for 1 product & then $ 89 for another which I did not receive. Tiffany who I spoke to initially, stated they had a tracking number which stated I received the other product. I then asked for her supervisor, Rachel, who ended up canceling both of my subscriptions and refunding the cost of the 1 product after I threatened a class action lawsuit. I inquired into the parent company who owns Radiant Revive and she was unable to tell me who she even worked for. Shame on me for not reading fine print but this company takes advantage of people with their company policy of 'no returns'. Their website offered no information on how to contact them. They completely lacked any transparency. The only thing I can compliment them on is the courtesy of the employees because Im sure they get call after call with the same complaints. Supposedly I will get a refund applied to my card in 3-5 business days- if not I plan to cancel the credit card.

Charges are a SCAM! I signed up for a trial offer of two products with the understanding that all I would pay is shipping and handling of $4.95 and $4.90 on 11/28/17. It turns out it was a subscription to a 13 day RECURRING shipment of a product. This is not indicated on the registration for the trial offer. I never received any kind of notification that I would be billed for this product next time around in JUST 13 days and my account charged $89.95 + $89.47 and then 13 days later AGAIN for $89.95 + $89.47. As it turns out the company has popped me for 3 shipments! I contacted the company by email and phone. I cancelled the "subscription".

Radiant Revive has withdrawn $195.71 out of my personal banking account without permission. I paid for shipping on a "free trial" offer in the amount of $12.34 and since the company has withdrawn $183.37 additional funds from my account. I have tried to contact the company and they stated that in their terms and conditions it states that they would charge for the product if you did not cancel within 14 days. When signing up for the "free trial" there were no terms and conditions in the advertisement and I did not check any boxes authorizing this company to continually withdraw money from my account. The shipping charges were withdrawn from my account on 12/4/17 and an additional charge of $89.95 was withdrawn on 12/17/17 and another for $88.47 on 12/18/17. I contacted the company on 12/17/17 and tried to dispute the charge and they basically said too bad we are not going to refund you. They cancelled my "account" that I didn't know I had and then charged me the very next day and an additional charge just came through on 1/3/18 for $4.95, again unauthorized.

I signed up for a free trial of he product (ski care). I searched their web site thoroughly to make sure I was not agreeing to receive additional products in the future. There is NOTHING on the web site regarding further shipments or any obligation. I should have known something was u when I did not see an e-mail confirmation The product did not meet expectations. I did not order additional product. I just received another unauthorized shipment,. The invoice has NO prices listed and no contact information. I desire not only a refund but also no further shipment of product.

I am rejecting this response because: I never received e-mail confirmation. The links for contacting customer support via phone on their web site were grayed out and did not work. I called the number associated with my credit card billing for this transaction and all I got were repeated "offers" from everything for lawyers for wrongful injury to supplies for diabetics but was never connected with the business. Terms of "subscription" are NOT posted n their web site. I sent them a message via their web site contact form and got no response.

I would like to add that I contacted my credit card company today and they will not pay any more money to this company. In addition, my credit card company will be seeking a refund.

I would also add that if the company would like to have me ship their product back to them, they merely need to e-mail me a prepaid shipping label and I would be happy to do so.

Customer Response • Jan 17, 2018

I have received my refund. Thank you!

I ordered the free sample on October 20th for the shipping price of $4.95. The company charged my card $53.08 and 44.97 on November 08 this is 20 days after the first charge. I emailed them in October to cancel with no response and they said it was not sufficient, you have to call. The packing slip has no phone number on it. You find a working number after they charge you. I have never received any other products from this company other than the small sample. I had to cancel my credit card to stop the charges from continuing. Radiant revive says because I cancelled my credit card and filed a dispute that they do not have to refund me. My credit card will not cover the charges because the company sent them a bogus report. That has the incorrect amount and charge dates. No matter what you do to cancel they give you an excuse, you called the wrong number, no emails accepted and then one rep told me to send the sample back. Another said no you can't send it back. It is a really good scam.

I signed up for a trial offer of a product with the understanding that all I would pay is shipping and handling of $4.95 on 10/26/17. It turns out it was a subscription to a monthly shipment of a product. This is not indicated on the registration for the trial offer. I never received any kind of notification that I would be billed for this product until 12/26/17 when I had an email that indicated a shipment had been made and my account charged $89..95. As it turns out the company has popped me for 3 shipments. I have received one in October and the one from 12/26/17 which I am sending back to the company. I contacted the company by email and phone. I cancelled the "subscription". When on the phone with the customer service person, she asked me if I would want to continue the product at 30% discount and then at 50% discount. I basically had to tell the service person to stop talking and to cancel the product. I asked for a refund of the charges to my account which now total $269.85 as I did not authorize ongoing shipments and was under the impression that I would only be charged for shipping and handling of the trial offer. No where on the first two pages of the sign up process indicate an ongoing subscription or that the price of the product was $89.95. I would never had ordered it.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and I accept it. My account has been credited with the funds that were taken without my approval I am satisfied with the resolution. I have no desire to ever do business with this company again. There are multiple complaints against them and it is obvious that they are deceptive in their procedures.

Sincerely, G

I ordered two "samples" of a face cream purportedly created and endorsed by Joy Behar on Dec. 5th, 2017. Nowhere in the advertising did I see any information indicating that if I didn't "cancel" within 14 days, I'd be billed the full amount for the products (totaling almost $190). I called the phone number on the jar once I saw that this company billed me almost $190. I called to insist on a refund and was refused. THIS IS A SCAM. I didn't check the Revdex.com complaints before I succumbed to this SCAM and didn't check the negative reviews online (my fault). NOWHERE DID I SEE INFORMATION ABOUT CANCELLING WITHIN !4 DAYS before being billed $190!! The CLUE that this is a SCAM is that NO FACE CREAM can be evaluated for efficacy over a period of two weeks of use and they suggest MONTHS of treatment in their advertising. This is FRAUDULENT ADVERTISING at the very least and reason for my requesting a refund.

This company falsely advertises its price hides behind "fine print" that was not made available. The real price of the product was never disclosed. They continued charging my credit card a hugely different amount of money on a monthly basis. They refuse to take the unwanted/unordered products back or issue a refund.

I purchase two products as "samples" from this place. They said they would charge me only the shipping charges for the samples. I was charged a total of $12.35 for the shipment. When you order you receive no purchase receipt neither when you get the "sample" products.
Today I received another package that I didn't order from them. There was no number to call, just a packing slip with no company information address or phone.
I checked the address in the box. Thay was the only information I had so far.
I called my credit card and open a dispute, reported this Company for there practices, charging for products I didn't authorize. Sound like scam and fraud.
Now I am reporting it to Revdex.com. Got there number here.
Called the Company. customer support and ask for a refund, I was told I can not return the products, I can not return the products coming my way even though I haven't even receive them.
They have already charged my card for that twice. Customer support informed me that the "FREE Samples" are not really free,
They had charged my card for the "samples" after 14 days for $178.42. As of customer support there is a fine print that tells about the 14 days and a monthly subscription in the terms,
I do not recall seeing this even though I read everything carefully. So for me it is a scam. They have charged my card a total of $356.84 for the product ,
this include the ones in transit , and they told me I can not return it. I just can't believe there good intention in their business if they don't let me return the package unopened and sealed and in transit from them.
These Companies with tricky practices, that don't mention the subscription upfront and have, no Company name or information, neither phone number on the packing list or package, no receipt in the package should be taken out of business.

December 13, I purchased two products as a free trial. There was not a phone number on their website to cancel the subscription. The only thing that arrived in the box with the product was a slip of paper with the words Radiant Revive. There was no explanation of how to return anything or cancel anything. I did the only thing I could and that was to email the company immediately stressing to them my wish to cancel. I did not care whether I liked the product or not. I did not trust this company who had all my information now. I did not receive a response back from them. Christmas came and went and I figured my cancellation went through and it was handled and all was well. Then December 27, I had two charges, each in the amount of $89.95, on my bank account. I called my bank disputing the charges and they were able to provide me with a phone number. I called the company and they denied that I cancelled my account even though they said they "had my cancellation email on file". They told me I was supposed to call the company to cancel. I explained there was not a phone number listed on their website or with the product, and they argued saying that there was a phone number and they would offer me 50% of a refund. I cannot accept half a refund when I did exactly what I was supposed to according to the information I was given or lack of information given. After my conversation with this company I went straight to my bank and stopped my debit card and filed a dispute against them. This company is a scam!
Thank you.

Ordered a sample which required me to pay $4.95 shipping cost but did not authorize any payment of $89.95 for any product. Upon receiving my credit card statement, I called them them on 12/30/17 as I did not recognize the charge. They refused to remove the $89.95 charge telling me it's what I paid for the sample. I persisted and they finally said they would remove a part of it (approx. $44.00) and then said if I return the sample they would only charge me about a $9.00 restocking fee. At first she said the sample cost $89.95 and that the $4.95 was for shipping. She later said that I had subscribed to automatic shipments of this cream and that she would cancel future shipments but would not remove the $89.95 from my credit card. I told her that I would dispute this charge as I never authorized nor received merchandise for this amount.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and I accept it. The company originally told me I could dispute the charge but would not win this battle. They telephoned me and issued a refund, but only after I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, disputed the charge on my card and cancelled the card. Thank you Revdex.com for looking out for the public!

I am writing to dispute two charges on my most recent credit card statement. The first charge was made 11/22/17 for $89.95 by Radiant Revive 13. The second charge was made 11/23/17 for $88.47 by Radiant Revive 15. The phone number listed for both is *** (NC).

I called the listed number on 12/21/17 and spoke to a customer service person. I was informed that when I paid shipping for a free product trial for two items, I had 12 days to cancel the trial. I was informed by the customer service person that this information was provided in their Terms. I requested a refund on both charges. I was informed that according to their Terms, they would not refund the charges. I requested to speak to a supervisor.

While on hold to speak with a supervisor, I had ample time to search for the original offer. The information the customer service person cited is in their Terms, if someone was to search for it. However, I do not believe I was ever required to accept the Terms to complete the shipping payment for the trial. At no point was the trial period and pending charge noted in an obvious way for the consumer.

The “supervisor” (I believe I was speaking to another general customer service person.) cited the Terms and refused to refund my money. She cancelled my enrollment. At this time I let her know I would be reporting to my credit card company and the Revdex.com. She asked if I had filed a claim and I explained that I was trying to resolve the issue with her company first. At that point, she offered a 35% refund and said that was the most she could do. I accepted the offer. Regardless, I think the full charges are bogus and should be fully refunded. (I have also reported this to my credit card company. I have however paid my bill in full to avoid interest charges.)

I would appreciate any assistance you are able to provide to resolve this matter.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and I accept it.

I responded to an online advertisement for a trial sample of the Radiant Revive moisturizer and eye cream. I was only supposed to be charged $9.85 for trial samples of both products, plus $2.95 for shipping. I did not receive any confirmation email or any tracking information for the shipment. Moreover, I did not receive any information from the company informing me that I allegedly signed up for a monthly order of these products for a total of $178.00 per month, or advising me that I must contact the company to cancel the monthly charges. Re: the product, when I tried it, it made my skin extremely dry and cracked, which is the most severe reaction I have ever had to any facial product. I didn't use it anymore, and almost threw it away. A couple of weeks later, I received a second shipment, which I marked as "Rejected" and shipped back to the company. It was then, that I checked my credit card statement. I was shocked and appalled to find out that I had been charged almost $400.00 over the past 30 days for this "free trial." When I called the customer service number and explained all of these details, I was told by a representative that I could not receive any money back, and that I should "try the product." When I asked why I did not receive a confirmation email that would have alerted me to the future charges, the representative told me that this information was on the company website, therefore they "legally do not have to inform the customer". Smells fishy to me!!!

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and I accept it.

I purchased a "trial" of Radiant Revive Bright eye serum & repair cream. The product doesn't work. When I ordered this "trial" I made sure the only question I answered yes to was if I was over 18. The company states there was a "Terms and conditions" tab next to that but I did not see one. I think it was masked. I intentionally looked for anything that would bind me in anyway, to continue to buy this product in case I didn't like it or it didn't work. Then I get a charge on my credit card for $89.95 & $88.47. I called them up to return the product and I am told they don't take the product back, I only had 14 days to cancel the product which was all in their supposed "terms and conditions". Then I received another package in the mail yesterday with the face cream in it! I truly believe they masked the "terms and conditions", otherwise I would not have purchased this product. I had to ask for a supervisor because all the representative would do is offer an approximate discount of 50% off future product. Ridiculous when the product doesn't work! Why on earth would I continue to buy it???!!! It would be one thing if it worked, I would totally like to keep the product. However, it doesn't work! It doesn't even moisturize! So the supervisor gave me an approximate credit of $30.00 refund on both products. That is all she would do. I explained I just wanted to return the product and get my money back and she said they don't take product back! What legitimate business sends out a product that doesn't work and won't accept return of the product? It is my opinion they are scamming people with an inferior product and making a lot of money because they refuse to allow a return of bogus product. That is a scam. I just want to return the product, the new unopened one they sent and get a full refund. They still owe me $116.66! That is ridiculous for a product that doesn't work.

Looks like you initially entered our 14 day offer on 11/11/17. The purpose of our initial offer is to give you a chance to try the product before you enroll to our extremely convenient subscription or decide to cancel out. Not unlike other trials on the market. We apologize if you somehow overlooked our terms and conditions but I assure you they are there. I am also sorry to hear that our product did not work for you. With all natural ingredients it is possible that the product works differently for different people. However, I apologize that you specifically didn’t get to experience their great benefits. We only wish to provide quality products at superior convenience with great customer support. At this time your account has been refunded. We are sad to lose you as a customer.

I hope this message meets you well.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and I accept it. I was very happy to receive a refund. Thank you for your assistance with this as they clearly were not going to give me a refund.

Thanks for your help with this.

internet ads and signup mislead customers to receive a trial product, but behind the scenes (embedded code) you are actually signing up to receive full size product and be charged full price. I cannot use the product because it irritates my eyes, due to allergies. never consented to receiving more product, and the will not refund if you send it back. I am out almost $300.

You received full sized products to try for the time period. If you did not wish to continue, you were instructed in the terms and conditions to cancel the subscription and you wouldn’t be billed or shipped anything more. You were charged on 11/04 and reshipped product on 11/21 and 12/20. We apologize for any confusion you had about our subscription process. Further, we are sorry to hear that our product didn’t work out for you. A lead representative will be in touch with you shortly.

I cancelled radiant revive within the 14 day trial period, which was 5 months ago. For the past 5 months they continue to send me the products and charge my credit card $4.95 and $89.95 and $88.47 each month! I return the products at my expense and they do not credit my charge card! Even after notifying them each month and cancelling...they continue to send me the products. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Radiant Revive Response

I would like to apologize for your inconvenience. However, I do not see any notations on your account regarding a cancellation. We would have cancelled your account immediately and provided cancellation numbers had we received contact from you. Please call the support number provided on our product bottles (***) to have your account cancelled. Again, I apologize for any frustrations you have been experiencing. I hope this message meets you well.

I am also been scammed to this company business. I didn't agree to any terms for free samples just postage. Their website that I was on is gone. The
packing slip had no address or telephone just a blank packing slip. The product information is so small I wouldn't even use it. I was scared to even try it. This is a real scam when my credit card company gave me a number to call the agent said I had 14 days to cancel what? I never agreed to anything, just to try free samples. I been ripped for $364.28. Disputing this feud with my credit card company. I was told by agent that their address is ***. But also have an address in Highpoint, NC. They are moving around their so called business.

Radiant Revive Response
