Ordered a "free sample" from this company, paid a small shipping fee, charged twice for that. Then checked my checking account and notice I have two separate charges again for $89.95 and $88.47, no where does it state how much your card will be charged, when it will be charged, let alone twice. When I finally found a phone number the representative told me no refunds and then proceeded to tell try and sell me another package for 75% off, I stated NO I just want a refund for the two charges and proceeded to try and sell me another package, I guess they don't understand the word NO, very frustrating. There have been many complaints regarding this company and the way they handle their business. I am very upset I was charged two separate fees and want a refund for both.

I ordered from an advertisement for 2 free trial products on 10/14/14; one was a repair and release cream $4.95 and the other an eye serum at $4.90 plus shipping for the products to be billed to my credit card. I notified the company as soon as received my credit bill to cancel on 10/29/17. This was all done within a 15 day period from the time of the order.
I was told that they canceled all future orders! Receiving my credit card statement today and found that I was charged for the trials, cream $89.95, serum $88.47 plus a membership fee of $4.95 per month. What was the free trial?
According to their customer service rep Marissa, I was told that the later charges were for the product I received that was ordered as trials. She did offer a 35% discount off of the later charges but what a total scam. I will never do business with this company and shall never recommend the company to ANYONE....

I tried to return this product when I first called your customer support and was told that your company does not accept returns.
I did not want the "free trial" which turned out that it was not a free trial. I did not need the grief or the expense of this product and
wanted to return it.....instead it was thrown in the trash.
My husband was recently diagnosed with brain cancer and I did not need the aggravation or expense that I have encountered by ordering
what I thought was a free trial. I do not and will not ever use nor recommend your product or company to anyone.

This review is not about the actual product. It is about Radiant Revive business practice and ethics. Radiant Revive: I foolishly ordered from an advertisement on *** because appeared the product was sponsored/created by the Fix it Upers from Waco Texas. I ordered 2 free trial products from this company. I tried the product, and resulted not good for my skin and forgot about it. Last night when I checked my credit card charges, I noticed a charge for $89.95. I immediately read the web site which says "If for any reason you do not find that the product is right for you, you may call our Customer Service center at 1-855-633-0203 to process a written cancellation, or simply send an email with the written subject heading "Cancellation", to [email protected]." I sent the email their support email address with a Immediately stop any charges, and automatic orders on 11/21 at 10:32 PM. A few minutes later, received an email with a phone number to call. I called twice. They told me that I had 14 days for the trial or else my CC would be charge. I review the trial policies on their web site.. and I put in writing the cancellation on the 14th day. I called on the 22nd, (today) and they cancelled my account but not the charge. Then after reading the policies, I called again. This time I was offer, first a 25%, 2 minutes later 35%, and finally 75%. I attempted to read the policy to the Rep. who did not listed to me, and finally hang up on me. No customer service whatsoever. No ability to listen. They do not know their own policies. A minutes later, after the abrupt call, I called my credit card company... and we saw another charge on the 22nd for another $89. Now I have two non-approved charges for the two products. . This is an auto-order scam that I did not sign up for. On top, the confirmation emails for the two trial orders, do not have a disclaimer, or even a link to the trial policy. The receipt does not have a phone number, or email to contact. The email receipt does not have a company address or web site, neither it has details on the actual trial. It does not informed that I had signed up. I cancelled the subscription and the orders...Yet no ability to get my charges back because they said they cannot do it. I was misled, there was nothing in the obvious verbiage that mentioned the fact that I had agreed to auto-orders and certainly there was no obvious information about the price of this ongoing scam. I hope this business amend their practices and if they want to grow, they treat customers right, with just and fairness. In regards to the product, the presentation is nice... but for my type of skin, it actually dries out my skin too much. Would not recommend the product either.

ordered a free trial face cream for an advertised price of $4.99 for shipping and handling only. When the product arrived a saw an article in the paper that the deal was a scam and that people were being charged high fees for something. I went back on the e-mail that I requeseted the free trial and told them I did not want anything from them. I just got a charge on my debit for $89.00. I have no idea what the charge is for. I hae not asked for or received anything for$89.00 I have notified the company and my bank and the Revdex.com about the scam. I would like to get my money back from this company.

Saw product advertised on Rachel Ray Show, as a TRIAL SAMPLE ONLY. Show told website info, and one could order a trial sample. I did. Read every single line on website meticulously, as I ALWAYS DO, as I know when people don't, and one can get ripped off if they don't pay attention. I got the product and paid for shipping. THEN, MORE PRODUCT ARRIVED IN THE MAIL. I called immediately, telling company I did NOT order anything else. They said, I didn't cancel, as noted on the website, that it is continuous delivery, and I now owed a lot more $$$$$$ !!!!!!!! I insisted they are conducting fraud. They said they'd cut the bill 50%, that I still owed almost $100.00, that it's already paid for, that I need to deal with my credit card company, and they have this recorded phone call to prove their case. I was disgusted. Today, Monday, Nov 20, 2017, I received a bill from my credit card company for $272.59 for product I DID NOT ORDER. Free sample with shipping was ONLY $12.34, which I PAID !!!!!!!!!! I looked online, to see they have scammed other people as well. Today, Nov 20, 2017, I contacted the Rachel Ray show to let them know of my vile experience with this alleged vendor, that she promoted on her show. Alexis at the Rachel Ray show took my call stating she'd forward it to their legal team. ! Someone needs to shut these people down, and now I have to fight tooth and nail to get *** to credit my account for this disgusting charge applied by these disgusting, exploitative individuals !!!!!

I decided to take a FREE offer of the product (s) Radiant Revive. it is purely advertised as a FREE trial by simply paying the shipping and handling. A very few days later, I saw that I had been charged to my debit card the two amounts of $88.47 and $89 .95. a total of $178.42. My heart nearly stopped when I saw this, I am a 70 yr. old lady on fixed income. I handled the shipping ok but did not and will not wish to pay out of my SS $178.42.
I called the company ( only after I called my bank to get a phone number)to which I explained the dilemma. " this amount will cause me to be in the red in my acct. " I said, and pleaded with her to retract that amount. ..to which she replied quite snarley, ' " did you receive your order? I said " I ONLY received the FREE sample. I did not want to order a full order no matter because I knew I could not afford it.. She again simply seemed like I was talking to a wall. She informed me that that particular order WAS the first order to which I was charged.

The advertising on this site is completely and utterly deceptive and misleading. No way I wanted to pay such a price. Again, I've called twice and emailed 2 times., to no avail. I have pleaded with them. Something is not FREE WHEN you get charged with it. She said something about 14 days trial... I asked her " how can I possible try a product, and mail it back or not when it too 7 or 8 days to to arrive in my mail box.? so so deceptive to the public. I understand a written, signed in my hand, contract. This is NOT SO... Should be a crime. By suggestion of my bank, I relinquished the debit card and had to order another one which cost me another $7.00.

I saw an ad for a free sample of one of their products, and ordered it. I did not mind paying the shipping associated, and was offered another free product sample for an additional shipping fee. No problem. About 3 weeks later I get a box in the mail with one of the products, and realized immediately that they had assumed I wanted to be on an auto ship. I looked at my credit card statement and saw that I was charged $89.95 and $88.47 for two products that I did not ask for, along with one shipping charge of $4.95. I called them immediately and was told that by receiving the free sample I had agreed to this auto shipment of their products. On the ad that lured me in, there was no mention of an auto shipment. I told the woman several times that I wanted to return the products and have my credit card refunded. She then offered me a 50% discount, then a 75% discount, to which I always replied that I wanted to return the products and get my money back. She never did give me an address or RMA number for returning the products, but told me I didn't need to return the products and gave me a confirmation number for my cancellation. I went to my credit card company and disputed all three charges. They did reimburse me for the shipping charge, but not the others. I called them again today, and was told there "is no return policy" when I asked for an RMA number and address so that I could return the products.

I filed a previous complaint with Revive Skin care and I found out that the product was sent through another company. That company is listed as Radiant Skin Care, out of High Point, NC. I called them and told them I wanted a refund and they just repeated what the last person told me. And it was suppose to be a 14-day trial which it does not mention I the webpage I logged on to it just says a free trial but does not mention the 14 day trial. When I spoke with the person before this one she told me I ordered the product on November 6th and today would been the 14th day to decide if I wanted to cancel but they went ahead and charged me anyway. I also was told that I needed to call them to cancel. This is just a scam and I want a full refund. I logged on to Ripoff.com and there are many complaints about this company and that company needs to be out of business. I hope you can help me in some way because I need that money refunded to pay for my existing bills.

Radiant Revive advertised two free products (a facial cream and an eye serum) for less than $10 in shipping charges. They did charge me that amount, but later, they charged me almost $200 for the "free" products. I called them, and they said that they made the additional charges because I did not cancel. I cancelled any future purchases, but they refused to refund me the $200 for the two products that they already sent me. I have not opened either product, and I am going to send them the two facial products back.

You, Radiant Revive, and Rachael Ray are all terrible. You pretended that a trained member of your support team would be in contact with me, but you never did contact me. Furthermore, even though I RETURNED THE PRODUCTS TO YOU, UNOPENED, you refused to refund me my $200. You are scammers and I hope that nobody will believe in you or your products. I responded to a 14-day free product trial offer in which I was to be charged shipping only. I received two items--Bright Eyes Repair and Repair and Release Cream on 10-19-17. I also received a second shipment of the Repair and Release Cream on 11-17-17. I checked my credit card account today and only then realized the following charges had been made by the company: $4.95, $4.90, $2.49 on 10-16-17; $88.47 on 10-30-17; $89.95 on 10-31-17; $4.95 on 11-14-17; $89.95 on 11-16-17 and $88.47 on 11-17-17 for a total of $374.13. On the invoices I received for the two shipments, the company's name, charges and contact information is omitted. The first shipment was from a *** the second box was shipped from ***. Again the company's name is omitted. From the name on my charge account, I went on the Radiant Revive website and found the company's telephone number. I called and spoke with a rep, Lakeysha, and told her I wanted to cancel the membership that I didn't realize I had made and that I also wanted to return the products for a refund. She informed that they were straight sale products and were non refundable and at various points in our conversation, offered me discounts from 35-75%. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She said the supervisors don't take calls. I told her I wanted an RMA # so I could return the products and she said I could return the products but the money would not be refunded so I would then have the incurred the cost but no products. I received the "trial" products on 10-19, so the 10-30 and 10-31 shipments wouldn't have even allowed me to complete a 14 day trial. During the call, she cancelled my membership with reference #***.
I spoke with my credit card company today and asked them to dispute the charges and made sure that they would block any further charges requested by them. The CS rep said he would start the process, but wasn't hopeful that they could get them reversed. As stated above, I have received 3 items so far--two that are supposedly "free trial products" and one that is from the "membership". I may receive the other products as they have charged for 4 altogether. I am requesting a full refund of $369.18, which is the total amount they've charged my account, minus the $4.95 I agreed to for the shipment of the trial product, as although they charged me three amounts for the 10-16 shipment--$4.95, $4.90 and $2.49, the two trial products came in the same box.

I ordered an allegedly free sample from this company ( was only supposed to pay a nominal shipping cost), I received the product and then within days my credit card was charged the full cost of the product. When I contacted them, they said that in order to receive the trial, one is required to subscribe to a renewable order. There was nothing about that in the offer. You can see many similar complaints on Facebook about this company. I asked for a refund for the products I have not received. They declined my request but cancelled any future orders. I am now being charged $89 for product I never received. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Their advertising is false and misleading and should be stopped. Consumers need to be warned about this sham operation.

While on Facebook a couple weeks ago, there was an advertisement for a free product sample. All I had to do was pay shipping and handling. As I was trying to finish up, they added in another product...skin cream to the eye cream sample. I was billed about $5 each. Today, I looked at my online credit card charges and saw that they charged me about $89 twice. I didn't even know how to contact them. I called my credit card company to file a complaint and got Radiant Revive's phone number. I called them and after talking with them, they said they would refund 50%. I told them that was not enough. I hung up on her and called my credit card company again. While I was talking to them, the rep from Radiant Revive called me to say that her supervisor was allowing me to use her 75% off discount. I said that was not enough and that I was still going to file a complaint. I called my credit card company again and based on their experience, I closed my credit card because I don't trust Radiant Revive at all. They have very deceptive business practices. I want all my money. I told the rep that I had not even opened the product and I would send it back. She said they would not accept it because I had not contacted them within their timeframe.
I don't have the exact amounts because my credit card account was closed and the info is unavailable for a few days.

On 11/01/2017 I started placing an order for a trial size of Radiand Revive. When I got to the section to enter credit card information I changed my mind and did not enter my credit card number. The next day I received a call wanting to know why I canceled the order. I explained and was told that for my trouble they were sending me a .5 oz Eye Serum and a 1oz Cream for a one time charge of 4.95 for cream and 4.90 for Serum. I asked twice if there would be any other charges later. I was told “No”. She said if I liked the product I could call and reorder. On 11/17 I noticed a charge to my account for 89.95. I called and was told that I had to pay the 89.95 because I did not cancel within 14 days. I was not told over the phone that this was a trial and that I needed to cancel.

This review is not about Radiant Revive products, because I have not had a chance to use them yet, but it is about their business practices. I made the mistake of clicking on an ad for a "free trial" of some skincare products. Hidden in the terms and conditions was the fact that the "free trial" is 14 days from THE DAY OF THE ORDER, meaning that it was significantly less because the product wasn't even shipped until a day later and then took a few days to get from NC to CA. This morning I got a notice from my credit card company that they had charged me $89.95 for the "free trial." I should have read ALL the terms and conditions, but this type of business practice is what give internet merchants a bad name. I have called them and they reduced the price to $45, but still pretty expensive for a "free trial."

I have been charged twice for a product that I have not received. I did order a trial offer and paid the shipping and handling. Afterwards, my bank account was charged the amount of 44.23 for a product that I never received. I was told that it was for the product that I already received. (the free trial offer with paying shipping). Today, November 14, 2017 I was charged another $44.23 without any product received. I was told FINALLY that they would refund me this last amount however, it was for only one product. (the first offer was two products) I find it odd that I was being charged the SAME amount for both months and still receiving no product.

until the money has been returned to my account, I want to keep this complaint open. Also their website is fraudulent. It says free trial with shipping only. They need to change it so others do not get scammed the same way.

Radiant Revive offers a free trial. Post the trial without knowledge or consent of the individual purchasing the trial, your credit card is charged for $89.95 Online there are many complaints about customers being charged post-trial and when I called to discuss a refund the customer service rep hung up on me.

This company offers a free sample of a product, actually up to 2 products on their website as long as you pay for shipping and handling. When you receive these products they are small samples sizes. After 14 days my credit card was billed $90 for each of these samples, for what was $180. When I called the company I was told those samples, which I didn't even open yet were now no longer free, they were $90 a piece and since I didnt call to cancel the 'trial' I'd be charged for it . I said I'd return them unopened, I would contact my card company, and report to Revdex.com. I was given no option of resolution. I wonder how long this company will be permitted to operate in this deceptive practice.

I encourage the Revdex.com to keep this in mind just because I was refunded, does not mean it is okay.

I bought some makeup/cream online a couple weeks ago. Read all paperwork, popup screens, fine print, etc..... Now they are claiming that I signed up for a subscription. I was allowed a 14 day cancellation..... during which time my father passed away. I am two days past the 14 day period and they will not allow me to return the product. The box was never opened! They have debited my account for two seperate charges that total 175.08. I believe this is fraud!

Radiant Revive put me into an autoship program after my initial order which I thought was my one and only order. I called to cancel, was told I could not return autoship product. Cost of the product went up 700% on autoship.

I am rejecting this response because:

Whereas I appreciate that Radiant Revive has chosen to credit my credit card with the November 3 charges of $89.95 and $88.47 which were never approved, they are refusing to credit my credit card for the charges made on October 18 and Oct 19 for $89.95 and $88.47 respectively. I consider these charges to be made under misleading pretenses.It is nothing but deception to charge full retail 14 days after initial order date if no cancellation is received. Burying this type of program in fine print is deceptive. If this is the way the program works, it should be up front and in bold print on the product website.

I am ready to return the unused product for the additional credits of $89.95 and $88.47. My premise for this complaint is that the entire program is deceptive. I have two products in hand to return for the refunds of two charges made on October 18 and Oct 19.
