I would never buy anything from this company again and would warn others from doing so they are very deceptive!! I ordered what I thought was a "sample only" of 2 of their products for $9.85. Nowhere on the site did it say anything about subscribing to future shipments nor did they have a phone # or address to contact them. I have since been billed $356.84. I searched the web for contact info to no avail. I finally got their contact information from the Revdex.com in Cleveland, then called and cancelled my "subscription". I have filed a dispute form with my bank in hopes that I will get my money refunded.

Horrible scam, do not purchase. I bought the trial which was $4.50 and a few days later had 2 charges- $88 and $89. Called to dispute the claim and they tried to give me a partial refund stating I should have read the fine print in the terms. Extremely unethical. Customer Service person had below average customer service skills, placing me on hold several times while I was in the middle of my sentence.

I ordered a sample of their products which was supposed to cost me only shipping for a trail of their products. Today I was charged 89.00 by the company which I did not authorize. When I called them to tell them I did understand why they charged me, they told me that I only paid for the shipping and that now I was signed up for a monthly shipment, which I did not want and was unaware of. They said that somewhere in the fine print it said that I had agreed to this, but I did not see anything of the sort on the web page.

I am very disappointed in this company and I regret ever giving Radiant Revive a try. The 14 day free trial ended up costing almost $100. The fine print says you have to cancel within 14 days of "shipping" not actual trying the product. I did not mind knowing that I would be charged for not cancelling, when I assumed that this was a legitimate company and I was getting charged for the following months product, not the 14 day"free" trial. Total scam.

I ordered a "free" trial of one product from Radiant Revive. I was only to be charged 4.95 shipping from date of order and had 14 days to cancel if I was not satisfied with the product. The product(s), I received two somehow, and the order was placed on 11/8/17 at 9:11am. I cancelled by telephone on Friday, November 17, 20187 at 1:18pm. Since I received no confirmation of the cancellation I then emailed the email address on their website, ***@radiantrevive.com of which I have documentation. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute for the amount of $178.42. I did not think about it again until today receiving another two shipments with packing slip saying order date 1210/17. I looked at my credit account, and sure enough there are three charges, on 12/9/17 they charged $4.95, on 12/11/17 they charged $89.95 and on 12/12/17 a charge of $88.47. I then called my Credit Card company to file a dispute for these charges as well. I then called customer support and after a lengthy wait I was told that my account had not been cancelled. No record of my call. And was told the e-mail address was automated, and cancellation can not be done by email. I also dispute the address on the delivery. The address of *** on the return label of the shipment seems to be a furniture store of some sort. When I asked for the address the customer rep said they did not an address for me to return the product. They don't accept returns and he just kept stating it was in the terms. Worse than the false advertising of their products is that they have no contact information available. I truly hope that this scandal be addressed before any other consumer gets ripped off. The amount of time spent trying to resolve this far exceeds what should occur with a reputable business. I assume they hope you will just give up trying.

On 11/04/17 I ordered a trial jar of Radiant Revive facial anti wrinkle cream. Initially I was charged for a shipping fee of $4.95 as stated in the advertisement. On 11/23/17 my card was charged $53.97 and again on 12/13/17 $89.95. When calling to dispute charges, I was told that I was suppose to call back to cancel the subscription within 14 days to avoid additional charges. This information is not listed on the website! I was also informed that a shipment had been sent, but to date I have only received the initial trial jar. I requested a refund of the $143.92 total that I did not authorize, and the cancellation my subscription to their product. After researching online, I have located several websites where there are numerous complaints by other consumers who have fallen prey to this scam.

Total rip off!! How do I give no stars? I ordered the "free" sample on facebook because I thought someone I knew there had forwarded the ad. There was no information about future shipments. I never would have agreed to that. The company refuses to accept unopened returns. After getting into an argument with their customer service rep, she called me back eight times to harass me. Customer service refuses to allow callers to talk with a supervisor. I will now file complaints with the FTC and FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center, as I believe this is a scam, and I hope that all the other victims of this do the same.

This is a ripoff. I did the trial and I was charged full price. Then I received a second bottle and wanted to return for a refund. They refused saying I could only return the 14 day trial bottle within the 14 days. I read the return policy and it didn’t say anything about not being able to return the product. In fact it gave very explicit instruction on how to return. Still I got refused. I am so mad I can’t believe it.. The CUSTOMER SERVICE was rude and not accommodating at all. I agreed to & paid for the shipping charges for the "FREE" samples of Radiant Revive Bright Eye Serum & Radiant Revive Repair & Release Cream. These charges of $4.90 & $4.95 along with $2.49 came out of my checking on 11/17/17. On 12/04/17 $88.47 & $89.95 were drawn from my checking account.
I called Radiant Revive & was told by the representative that since I did not call within 2 weeks of the order to cancel I was charged the full price of the products. I questioned that being the charge for Trial size/free samples. Was told by the Rep that they do not have Trial Sizes I Was also told that my account had been cancelled on 11/30/17 (I had not done this since I did not know of their 2 week rule). I had reviewed the ad thoroughly before placing the order for the Bright Eyes Serum & Repair & Release Cream & did not see anything about full price being charged if not cancelled within 2 weeks.asked to return the unused & unopened jars but was told they do not take returns. I also asked what the $2.49 shipping charge was for since I only received 2 of their products & was told that was for a service. What would they have done had I cancelled the account I did not know I had within the 2 weeks???

I had ordered some furniture from Macy’s and at the
end of the order there was an additional item.
This item invited a person to try some leftover
samples for the price of shipping. Since it was
attached to a Macy’s advertisement, I thought it was safe to
agree.
That was October 11th of this year.
Somewhere around the end of November, I
received a small package with a .5 oz container
of Radiant Revive Bright Eyes. No paper work
was included. I assumed it was a sample from the
Macy’s advertisement.
My *** Credit Card bill for November had 3 charges on it
for $2.49, 4.90 and 4.95 on it for Radiant Revive.
All I had received was one item but I assumed
2 more items would arrive.
As of December 8, I have received NO MORE
ITEMS FROM RADIANT REVIVE.
HOWEVER, this month’s *** bill has a charge for another $4.95
PLUS CHARGES FOR 89.95, 88.47, 89.95 and
88.47.
I called Radiant Revive and was told that since
I did not call and cancel they just keep sending
items; however, I was not made aware of this stipulation.
I DO NOT WANT THE PRODUCT; I had only believed I was going to get some samples of various products. I RECEIVED ONLY ONE
.5 oz container and they are charging me for nearly
$400.
In addition, they offered over the phone to return
30% of my bill; and after a time of discussion50% of the bill.
I DID NOT AGREE BECAUSE THIS IS NOT
RIGHT; I am being charged for fraudulent advertising
and products I DO NOT WANT OR HAVE EVEN RECEIVED.
I would appreciate your help in resolving this deceitful
and dishonest business transaction and the recovery
of my unauthorized *** credit charges.

I talked with Jacquecca who told me my

charges had been removed from my

credit card. Then, she asked that my

complaint would be dropped; I told her

that I would drop it when I would see

the credit on my next statement. (I didn’t realize that I cannot drop the complaint).

She said the credit should be posted

within 2 to 3 days.

So, I checked this morning around 10:00

and have found my account with ***

credited for the amounts they had charged.

I believe this would not have happened

had I not contacted the Revdex.com. Thank you

I previously wrote a complaint about the product and the reaction I had as well as the unfortunate and unfair charges I received on my credit card, but I have received a call from a company representative that I will receive a complete which I since have received. This representative was polite, respectful and reasonable. She said she listened to the phone call that I made to the company and was convinced that I had been treated unfairly. So, I believe that while the product did not work for me, that the company is new and is trying to figure out how to handle their marketing. I think them for their ultimate fairness. I promised I would explain on the Revdex.com website.

This business has scammed myself and many others believing we are getting a free skin care cream sample just for the cost of shipping $4.95. Well that is not the case as my credit card has now been charged a total of $194.71 this past month. They stated when I called to find out why I was getting charged for these various charges that after 14 days you are charged full price for product and put on an automatic monthly billing. Well they must have that buried deep, NO WHERE did I see that in the advertisement or in the payment process. I consider myself pretty savvy, although not in this case, and I do look for automatic signups, hidden cost, etc. I honestly did not see anything relating to that in this company's advertising/sales.
I have since looked up reviews from consumers and saw several women in the same situation as I and many have also sent in complaints to the Revdex.com.
I just don't want this company to be getting away with this type of false advertising and not making a clear disclosure of what you are signing up for.

I found a web advertisement for Radiant Revive face and eye cream that said "Free Trial, just pay the shipping." I gave them all my information for the cost of shipping. A week later I received the two items in a box, no invoice. About 15 days later my checking account had a withdraw of $89.95 and $88.47. I immediately called my bank (***) and asked if they could help me. They found the phone number of the business and said they would send them a letter.
I called R.R. the next day and complained. The telephone spokesperson told me I should have read the information you see after you check that you are 18 or older. So basically I had to read the fine print to find out I had to send the stuff back within 14 days or I would be billed and it would be a monthly subscription! If nothing else the invoice should have said " Here is your 14 day trial". She first offered me 50% off my next order, I really fussed at her then! She then agreed to cancel my subscription.
The Bank's letter obviously arrived because on December 4, I received two emails with the following message;

Thank you for using Bright Eyes Serum. This email is to inform you that your subscription status has been recently updated and any ongoing or all future charges have been cancelled as per your request.

If you h ave any questions about the cancellation of this subscription, or if you would like to re-activate the same in the future, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team.

So I expected to see a deposit for the money they took out of my account, instead they did another withdraw!!! Once again I called, she told me it was a mistake and to expect a refund in the next 3-5 days! I should have had the original $178.42 AND refund the2nd withdraw !!!!

Although my financial issues with the company seem to be resolved, I still feel their advertising is purposely misleading and should be reviewed as false advertising. I hate for this to happen to anyone else.

Free trial offer on face product. Sent email to cancel and they say you cannot do it that way. Was charged for the free trial and before I realized they sent out another shipment that I thought was cancelled.No number on site and no statement saying they will charge for free trial. my charges totaled 361.79 for 4 items . I spoke with the company after getting number from bank and told them I was unable to use product and they would not help.

I tried the sample. I was not aware that it would be recurring. I got my credit card bill today and saw the sample price of $4.90 and $4.95
for 2 items on 10/29. Then 2 more charges of $89.95 and $88.47 on 11/13. I called to cancel and have the charges taken off my account.
I have not received the 2nd shipment and do not want it. I said that I would send it back if it arrived. I was told that I could not send it back and that it just would be sent back to me. Also was told that they would not take the charges off. This company should be shut down as soon as possible.
They are horrible and unreasonable and totally dishonest.

I ordered a product for $4.95 ONLY. within a month they charged my card twice for teh $4.95 and twice for $88, twice for $84. The only product I have received is the first shipment for $4.95. I called and told them I wanted a refund on the other amounts, and was told they were in the process of shipping me another shipment and would not cancel the shipment or refund.

I ordered a sample of a product and the web page 'added' another product so the total went from $5 to $12.95. I received the products a couple weeks ago and they poor quality and is unused by me. I accepted the $12.95 loss. THEN, on Nov 20, Radiant Revive charged me $89.95. I called their customer service to return product and dispute the additional charge. The third party call center representative, Latasha, used phrases like "it was in the contract" "you had 14 days to return the product" etc. I told her I wanted to return both products for a 100% refund and told her I would dispute the charge to my credit card and report to Revdex.com. Latasha offered me a 35% discount, then a 50% discount then a 75% discount to not dispute the charge. She said the call was taped and would not give me info how to .get a copy of the telephone conversation. Call was on 11/29 from 6:10 to 6:22 west coast time. The ads online are a scam and their products are a scam. There was no info in the packaging for me to return it and it was a $12.95 loss. The $89.95 additional charge is an insult, unethical, and probably illegal because I (I am a contracts officer with an MBA) saw nothing automatically adding to a charge of the $12.95. A SCAM.

When I purchased this product through a "14 day free trial," I read the terms and conditions. At the very top of the page of the terms and conditions, it mentioned their return policy if I was not satisfied with the product. I was satisfied with that explanation, so purchased the product. I failed to cancel the product within that 14 day period, because I was out of town and forgot to do it. Meantime, they sent me another of this same product two weeks later, which I received.
Just today, I reviewed my credit card bill and I WAS FLABBERGASTED to read that they had charged me twice for this product in the amount of nearly $200 for EACH shipment. I called their customer service department from the number listed on my credit card bill. They not only refused to accept the return of the second shipment, which is unopened, but they also insisted that the terms and conditions stated that I was completely responsible to these payments with no returns possible. I told them that the terms and conditions that I understand said that if I was unsatisfied with the product, that I could return it. OK. So, here's how they got me. There are SEPARATE terms and conditions for any purchase on their 14 day trial offer, which you have to scroll down to find on the terms and conditions list. It stated that I am fully responsible for the entire purchase if I do not contact them within the 14 day period. Also, I did not know how much this product was going to cost under this agreement UNTIL I GOT BILLED FOR I IT! When I read THOSE conditions, REALIZING MY ULTIMATE MISTAKE IN PURCHASING THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE, I admitted my human error and pleaded with them to take this second shipment back for a full refund. They flatly refused, again stating the terms and conditions of the 14 day trial offer agreement, emphasizing to me that their legal agreement is indisputable and if I tried to dispute it through my bank, I would still be held libel.

My biggest complaint it that this COMPANY, RADIANT REVIVE, used tricky tactics to get my money and had no intention of helping me, the disgruntled customer who wanted to return a perfectly unused and returnable product for a return of my money. Their only concession was to give me a 35% discount credit on the full amount which was already charged. I would want to warn anyone looking the purchase this product through this company to understand, completely, the 14 day trial offer terms and conditions, and NEVER expect them to accept any returns or refunds for an exorbitant amount of money. $178.42 for each shipment of Radiant Revive S0 and Radiant Revive S1. It was a total rip off.

In early October through a “Macy’s Closing Giveaway” advertisement in which I took a skin care quiz, I ordered a trial size of an eye cream and a face cream for $4.95 and $4.90 respectively and paid $2.49 for shipping which I paid for with my credit card. I never received a trial size but received the full product size containers. On October 23 and 25 l was billed $89.95 and $88.47 respectively for the product. My husband paid the credit card assuming I had ordered the product. In early November I again received the product and thought it was part of the initial “Giveaway”. On the November credit card bill, there was an identical charge as October. My husband thought it was a duplicate charge and called the credit card company to correct the error. They directed him to Radiant Revive to resolve the issue. Radiant Revive stated the initial trial size sign up was to a program where we would receive a 30 day supply automatically every 30 days unless we contacted them within 14 days of the signup and cancelled. We never received the trial size nor any information about cancellation. They refuse to allow a return of the product even though it is still sealed and has never been opened nor will they refund any of the purchase price. They offered a percentage payment for future products (50 and 75 %) but no refunds nor returns. I do not want the product, I want a refund.
