Hi [redacted] and thanks again; this case can be closed. They did follow through and issue my credit today. I would still like the record to be made public for others because for lack of a better term, this company sucks!     Thank you,  ...

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: The replacement facemask shipped to remedy the wrong-sized facemask were still wrong.  Not all the facemask just one box.  Whatever is on back-order please cancel and refund my credit card.  I would like to ask for reimbursement for the facemask I was forced to buy which was approximately $545.00.  I have made many unsuccessful attempts by phone and email to my sales rep.  My emails go unanswered and phone goes to a answering machine and no one calls back.  Hence, I had to contact the Revdex.com to get a response.
Regards,

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/09/02) */
This is a frivolous complaint and there's no evidence to support the [redacted]'s comments. Additionally, this is a legal matter and the [redacted]'s have embellish their story to best fit their needs. The history and complexity of this whole...

situation is extensive and this complaint platform is not the appropriate platform to dispute and/or argue this type situation. As I'm required, I followed the [redacted]'s instructions and I presented all purchase contract offers to the [redacted]'s and they had the option to select the best contract to meet their needs. I have minimum control over appraised values and I did talk to buyers about making up the difference between the low appraised value and contract price.
In lieu of the [redacted]'s fulfilling their contract obligations with me I had proposed a $2500 contract buyout. I'm not in breach on any contract as the [redacted]'s are uncooperative and have refused to put their home back on the market with me.
Additionally, I cannot do whatever I want as I'm licensed and regulated by the Colorado Real Estate Commission and have to conform to strict RE/MAX Professionals operating guidelines.
I'll be happy to respond to any valid complaint and/or identifiable violation of license law, rules or regulations.
This is a legal and confidential matter and should not be publicly posted as there's been no identifiable accusation confirmed and/or supported by the Revdex.com to my knowledge.
If required, I will have my attorney contact the Revdex.com and/or appropriate parties to best describe potential liabilities.
Please feel free to contact with any questions.
Kind regards-

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/09/12) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Mr. [redacted]'s verbal agreements are illegitimate and his word of mouth is not trustworthy, that is why he says that there is no evidence to support our comments. In his emails many times he asked us to call him so he can put our home back in market, but how can we trust him again.
In our contract we had agreed to sell our home at $1XXXXX and Mr. [redacted] had agreed to do so. When the buyers got the appraisal value at $1XXXXX they wanted our home at that low price with $3500 towards their closing costs. We did not agree to that and [redacted] did not have backup offers as we had asked him at the beginning. That was our disagreement and he has left us. He has not sold our home, our home is not in MLS listing and he has taken his sign and his lock box. How are we still in contract with [redacted] and he still wants $2500 for abandoning his client. In the contract is mentioned that the agent nor Re/Max Professionals get any money unless they close on the property.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2015/09/24) */
I had no verbal agreement with the [redacted]'s and the [redacted]'s have not identified any SPECIFIC detail that is not trustworthy. The [redacted]'s consciously signed a bonafide contract with me under no stress or pressure. The $165k list price was not a price I suggested although I was able to secure a purchase contract for this amount because of current market conditions. Appraisals are conducted and facilitated by a third party and I warned the [redacted]'s multiple times regarding appraisal risk which they failed to comprehend and/or decided to ignore. The [redacted]'s general complaint relates to typical risk associated with most real estate transaction, which again, they failed to comprehend and/or just ignore. There are multiple situations and discussions the [redacted]'s are failing to submit that would justify every detail. I have not abandoned the [redacted]'s and they know they can contact me any time. Again, this is a legal matter and the Revdex.com should not publish or conclude anything based on these brief, unsupported and incomplete comments.
