After conducting a search with the information provided in the complaint, consisting of Mr. [redacted]’s name, address, and daytime phone number RPM is unable to locate the account in question. RPM has no active accounts in our database in Mr. [redacted]’s name. If Mr. [redacted] has additional phone numbers or...

other relevant information such as the account number at issue he may send it to: [redacted] If RPM may be of further assistance to Mr. [redacted] please contact me directly at [redacted]. Thank You, Mark ** C[redacted] General Counsel

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: based on RPM response I should not have paid any money for account that per their information is not associated with my name or address.  The account number in the communication I received from them is [redacted], the Reference number according to their communication is [redacted], and the confirmation number in the settlement information is [redacted].  On another note if as they state they have no record of me exactly how do they plan to review the calls?Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]Back in September I filed a complaint with your bureau on this company as they are trying to collect a debt from someone named [redacted] and I am not [redacted]. they told you thru there general counsel mark t. c[redacted] that they would take my phone number off there records and stop calling me. well they were doing good up until two weeks ago and they have started calling me from these two numbers. 425-412-2600 and 425-372-5305. day and night for the last two weeks and when I call to speak to a supervisor they say " please hold I am on the phone wit ha client" and leave me hanging or they say " I am putting you thru to a supervisor" please hold and rings 15 or 20 times and no one answers. a few times they leave a message that says " [redacted]' or " this is " rpm" this a attempt to collect a debt. this is harassment that needs to stop. I will be contacting the bar association on Mr. c[redacted] and filing a complaint on him as he is the one who told me my phone number would be pulled from the records and they would not call me. you can make it clear I will be also contacting the Washington state attorney general to see about Mr. c[redacted] being disbarred and rpm put out of business and I'm now making it my mission as I am tired of the harassment. Also you people are not to give my home address to this company. I will not stand for that happening.

I will not put up with harassment
Sincerely,

RE: [redacted] Complaint ID: [redacted] To Whom It May Concern, I am in receipt of and have reviewed the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted] against Receivables Performance Management, LLC (RPM). Ms. [redacted] states that she had arrangements to resolve a DIRECTV account prior to it being sent to...

collections, however DIRECTV did not process the payment. She requests that the account be removed from his credit history. After review of our file and contacting our client I offer the following response on behalf of RPM: RPM is a third-party collection agency licensed in all fifty states and the District of Columbia that provides collection services on behalf of DIRECTV and other creditors. DIRECTV listed Ms. [redacted]’s account with RPM for collection on February 5, 2017. On February 7th, RPM sent Ms. [redacted] a notice identifying the debt, creditor and her rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. RPM sent several other notices to Ms. [redacted] however have no record of a response or contact with her by telephone despite attempts to contact her. RPM was notified by DIRECTV that Ms. [redacted] made payment to satisfy the account directly to them on April 9, 2017. RPM closed the account as paid in full and updated the account trade-line to reflect the paid status. At no time did RPM remove and re-report the account to Ms. [redacted]’s credit history. The account has been reported since March 19th and is updated monthly. As a courtesy to Ms. [redacted] RPM will request removal of the account trade-line.   RPM appreciates the opportunity to respond to this matter and resolve it to Ms. [redacted]’s satisfaction. If RPM may be of further assistance to Ms. [redacted], please contact me at [redacted]. Very Truly Yours, Mark *. C[redacted] General Counsel

Dear Ms. [redacted],
I am in receipt of and have reviewed the above referenced complaint filed by Mr. [redacted] against...

Receivables Performance Management, LLC (RPM). RPM is a licensed third party collection agency operating in all fifty states and the District of Columbia. Mr. [redacted] is complaining that RPM has been calling his residence at all hours of the day and several times a day. When his wife answered, RPM hung up and he does not know why RPM is calling him. After a review of our records I offer the following response on behalf of RPM:
RPM received a file from our client Dish on December 19, 2015, for a consumer that is not [redacted]. RPM is withholding that consumer’s name so there is no Third Party Disclosure Violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). RPM has made telephone attempts to the telephone number[redacted] however a search of RPM’s business records I cannot find any conversations with anyone at that number. RPM has coded this telephone number with a Wrong Number code and no further calls will be attempted. RPM apologizes to Mr. [redacted] for any inconvenience.
RPM appreciates the opportunity to resolve this complaint. If you have additional questions regarding our handling of this matter I can be reached at (425) 205-5726

as AT&T. Ms. [redacted] states that she is being billed for an alarm system she did not order. He requests that RPM remove the matter from his credit history and provide validation of the debt. After review of our records I offer the following response on behalf of RPM:   RPM located an AT&T account in Ms. [redacted]’s name that was listed for collection on June 13, 2017. On June 15, 2017, RPM sent Ms. [redacted] a notice to the address listed in this complaint advising her of the debt, creditor, and her rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). RPM has no record of this notice being returned as undeliverable and no record of a response from Ms. [redacted]. RPM made multiple attempts to contact Ms. [redacted] by telephone at a number ending 5152, however have no record of speaking to her. Until receipt of this complaint, RPM was unaware that Ms. [redacted] disputed any portion of the debt or was requesting validation.   RPM has requested validation of the debt from AT&T and will provide the same to Ms. [redacted] directly once received. It is unclear how or if an alarm system would be affiliated with AT&T. RPM will update the account trade-line to reflect Ms. [redacted]’ dispute of the debt.   RPM appreciates the opportunity to respond to this matter. If you have questions regarding RPM’s handling of this matter or if RPM may be of any further assistance to Ms. [redacted], please contact me directly at (425) 412-2642.     Very Truly Yours,     Mark T. Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] is not,  nor has ever been my address. I have received NO notice of any type by phone or mail prior to my complaint. I did receive a notice about 10 days ago by mail. I called the number to find out what this was regarding. The representatives were very rude and would not answer ANY questions about the issue since I would not provide them any personal information. I have an account with Dish that is in good standing for many years. This company seems fraudulent and to simply be in search of personal information they have no rights to.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Dear Ms. [redacted],
I am in receipt of and have reviewed the above referenced complaint filed by Mr. [redacted] against...

Receivables Performance Management, LLC (RPM). RPM is a licensed third party collection agency operating in all fifty states and the District of Columbia. Mr. [redacted] is alleging that RPM illegally reported this Dish debt to the credit bureau after he paid and then later returned the equipment. After a review of our records I offer the following response on behalf of RPM:
RPM received this account from our client Dish on October 4, 2015. RPM mailed the initial dunning letter on October 7, 2015 to Mr. [redacted] advising him of the creditor, amount owed and his rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).  On October 19, 2015 RPM received a $43.85 payment and it was credited to his account. There was still a balance due and on November 22, 2015, RPM notified the three major credit bureaus of the delinquent account. In early December, 2015, RPM received credit adjustments from our client Dish. On December 6, 2015, RPM received a letter of dispute from Mr. [redacted] and immediately contacted our client for instructions. Dish recalled the account and the file was returned to our client. As part of the recall process, RPM sends a deletion notice to the three major credit bureaus which it did on December 27, 2015.
RPM does not control the credit bureaus updating of their files, but it generally takes approximately 30-45 days. RPM disagrees with Mr. [redacted]’s allegation that RPM acted illegally in either reporting or deleting the reporting of this debt to the three major credit bureaus.
RPM appreciates the opportunity to resolve this complaint. If you have additional questions regarding our handling of this matter I can be reached at (425) 205-5726

Performance Management, LLC (RPM). RPM is a licensed third party collection agency operating in all fifty states and the District of Columbia. Mr. [redacted] is disputing this debt, claiming he never received the service and that RPM purchased this debt. After a review of our records I offer the following response on behalf of RPM:
RPM received this file from our client AT&T Wireless on November 11, 2015. RPM does not purchase debt. RPM was notified of this dispute on November 13, 2015 of the dispute. RPM contacted our client, received the validation and forwarded it to Mr. [redacted] in early December, 2015. Upon receiving the complaint from your office, RPM has again ceased collection, coded the account as a dispute and contacted our client for instructions. Until our client advises RPM of their investigation all collection activity will be ceased. RPM has not reported this debt to the three major credit bureaus.
RPM appreciates the opportunity to resolve this complaint. If you have additional questions regarding our handling of this matter I can be reached at (425) 205-5726

RE: [redacted] [redacted] Complaint ID: [redacted] To Whom It May Concern, I am in receipt of and have reviewed the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted] against Receivables Performance Management, LLC (RPM). Ms. [redacted] disputes a debt RPM attempted to collect on behalf of dishNET and claims that RPM has...

failed to verify the debt. She requests RPM remove the account trade-line from her credit history. After review of our file and contacting our client, I offer the following response on behalf of RPM. dishNET listed Ms. [redacted]’ account with RPM for collection on December 28, 2017. On January 3, 2018 RPM sent Ms. [redacted] a notice advising her of the debt, creditor and her rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). RPM received not response to this notice and have no record of speaking to Ms. [redacted]. Until receipt of this complaint, RPM was unaware that Ms. [redacted] disputed the debt. RPM contacted dishNET who provided the attached signed contract and bill copies as verification of the debt. It is dishNET’s position the debt is valid and owed. dishNET has recalled the account from RPM and RPM is no longer handling the matter. Ms. [redacted] is free to contact dishNET with further questions or concerns. RPM appreciates the opportunity to respond to this matter. If you have further questions regarding RPM's handling of this matter, or if RPM may be of further assistance to Ms. [redacted] please contact me directly at (425) 412-2642. Very Truly Yours, Mark T. Performance Management, LLC (RPM). RPM is a licensed third party collection agency operating in all fifty states and the District of Columbia. Ms. [redacted] is complaining that since she is paying this debt on a monthly basis, that RPM should not have reported her debt to the credit bureau. She wants it removed. After a review of our records I offer the following response on behalf of RPM:
RPM received a file from our client Sprint on October 28, 2015. RPM mailed the initial dunning letter to Ms. [redacted] on October 30, 2015, advising her of the creditor, amount owed and her rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) to the address of [redacted]. RPM began telephone attempts to contact Ms. [redacted] about this debt, but contact was unsuccessful. RPM has a contractual obligation with our client to report these debts to the credit bureau and a legal obligation under the FDCPA and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) to accurately report debts as well.
Currently Ms. [redacted] is paying monthly and has future promises set up to pay the remaining balance. Each month as a payment is received; RPM is reporting the new balance owing to the three major credit bureaus. RPM will report the paid in full status when the balance is paid in full.
RPM appreciates the opportunity to resolve this complaint. If you have additional questions regarding our handling of this matter I can be reached at (425) 205-5726

Mr. [redacted] settled the account for less than the full balance; hence the account is not a $0 balance, rather T-Mobile agreed to waive the remaining portion of the bill. The letter sent to Mr. [redacted] states the amount of the payment and the date it was received, thus the letter also acts as a receipt. I am unclear what $7.50 overcharge Mr. [redacted] is referring to. The account was settled for $524.01 which is the amount that was paid. The account has been returned to T-Mobile and RPM is no longer handling the matter. Please advise if you have further questions or concerns.Very Truly Yours,Mark *. C[redacted]General Counsel

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:If I received a letter from RPM any time after RPM claims they sent such letter on March 28, 2017 I would have responded to it when I received it. I filed my original complaint with the Revdex.com when I noticed a new collection account was added to my credit report at the beginning of this month. I don't take matters like this lightly nor have I received proper validation of the alleged debt. I will continue to uphold my belief that RPM violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act by not notifying me and validating the alleged before reporting to the three reporting agencies.  I reiterate my demand of my original terms for resolution be honored.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I was then mislead by the representative that I spoke with on 19 Feb 2016, and am entitled to a refund of $679.22 for RPM not upholding their end of the agreement.  I am not responsible poor training of staff at RPM, and will not pay for mistakes made by RPM.
This is a simple resolution: file with the credit bureaus that this is to be removed from my record per my verbal agreement with RPM, or give me my money back.
Sincerely,[redacted]

RE: [redacted] Claim ID: [redacted] To Whom It May Concern, I am in receipt of and have reviewed the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted] against Receivables Performance Management, LLC (RPM). Ms. [redacted] originally disputed a debt being reported by RPM to her credit history. When advised that the account was for DIRECTV, Ms. [redacted] stated she has never had DIRECTV and is the victim of ID theft. After review of our file and contacting our client, I offer the following response on behalf of RPM. DIRECTV listed Ms. [redacted]’s account with RPM for collection on April 17, 2017. On April 19th RPM sent Ms. [redacted] a notice by ground mail and email identifying the debt, creditor, and her rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). RPM’s business records reflect that Ms. [redacted] received and opened the email and there being no notice of the ground mail notice being returned, however it was sent to a different address then what is listed in the complaint. According to DIRECTV, the service address for the account was 6262 Plantation Bay Dr. N Jacksonville, FL. Service was activated 10/22/14 and disconnected 2/17/16 for non-payment. DIRECTV provided the attached monthly billing statement as verification of the debt.  If Ms. [redacted] believes that she is the victim of Identity Theft, she may complete and return the attached ID Theft Affidavit. RPM appreciates the opportunity to respond to this matter. If you have further questions regarding RPM's handling of this matter, or if RPM may be of further assistance to Ms. [redacted] please contact me directly at (425) 412-2642. Complaint ID: [redacted] RE: [redacted] To Whom It May Concern; I am in receipt of and have reviewed the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted] against Receivables Performance Management, LLC (RPM). Ms. [redacted] states she attempted to cancel a payment set up with RPM however the payment was...

processed and now she requests a refund. After review of our file I offer the following response on behalf of RPM. [redacted] Bank listed Ms. [redacted]’s account with RPM for collection on March 20, 2017. RPM’s business records reflect that Ms. [redacted] agreed to a settlement offer from [redacted] in three installments, the first of which was to post on November 22, 2017. On November 21st, Ms. [redacted] called our office and advised that she had filed bankruptcy and to cancel the payments. The first payment was sent for processing earlier on the 21st day so that it would post on the 22nd as agreed upon. Due to the Thanksgiving holiday the payment did not post as it normally would. RPM’s agent should have noticed that the payment had already been sent for processing. The agent will be addressed and retrained. On November 29th the ACH payment was reversed. Ms. [redacted] should be receiving a refund if she has not already. RPM appreciates the opportunity to respond to this matter and apologize to Ms. [redacted] for any inconvenience. If you have additional questions or if RPM may be of further assistance to Ms. [redacted] please contact me directly at 425-412-[redacted]. Very Truly Yours, Mark T. C[redacted] General Counsel
