Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I will do just that thanks for all help thus far Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint ID: [redacted] RE: [redacted]   To Whom It May Concern;   I am in receipt of and have reviewed the above referenced complaint filed by Mr. [redacted] against Receivables Performance Management, LLC (RPM). RPM is a third-party collection agency working on behalf of creditors such as...

DIRECTV. Mr. [redacted] states that RPM is reporting a debt to his credit history that is beyond seven years delinquent. He requests that RPM remove the matter from his credit history. After review of our records I offer the following response on behalf of RPM:   DIRECTV listed Mr. [redacted]’ account with RPM for collection on March 3, 2017. DIRECTV’s placement file indicated that Mr. [redacted] activated service on May 6, 2014. Service was disconnected for non-payment on August 28, 2016. Even using the origination date as the date of first delinquency, the account is no more than four years old; thus Mr. [redacted]’ claim that RPM is reporting an account to his credit history beyond seven years delinquency is unfounded. RPM’s business records indicate that Mr. [redacted] resolved the outstanding balance with DIRECTV over two payments in April and May 2017. The account is currently closed as paid in full. RPM is reporting the account to Mr. [redacted] credit as paid in full.   RPM appreciates the opportunity to respond to this matter. If you have questions regarding RPM’s handling of this matter or if RPM may be of any further assistance to Mr. [redacted], please contact me directly at (425) 412-2642.     Very Truly Yours,     Mark *. C[redacted] General Counsel

RPM's business records indicate the first verbal contact with Ms. [redacted] occurred on May 3, 2017. DIRECTV received payment from Ms. [redacted] on April 12, 2017. Therefore, an RPM agent could not have promised Ms. [redacted] that payment would cause the credit reporting to be removed because we did not speak to her until nearly a month after the payment was applied to the account. If Ms. [redacted] has any evidence of a conversation with RPM prior to the date of payment I would be happy to review it. Thank youMark *. C[redacted]General Counsel

RE: [redacted] Complaint ID: [redacted]   To Whom It May Concern, I am in receipt of and have reviewed the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted] against Receivables Performance Management, LLC (RPM). Ms. [redacted] requests confirmation that an account has been removed from her credit history....

After review of our file, I offer the following response on behalf of RPM. RPM has attempted multiple times to contact Ms. [redacted] regarding this matter and have requested removal of the account from her credit history on February 14, 2018. Please allow up to 30 days for this to take effect if it has not already. RPM appreciates the opportunity to respond to this matter. If you have further questions regarding RPM's handling of this matter, or if RPM may be of further assistance to Ms. [redacted] please contact me directly at (425) 412-2642. Very Truly Yours, Mark T. RE: [redacted]

Dear Ms. [redacted],

I am in receipt of and have reviewed the above referenced complaint filed by Mr. [redacted] against Receivables Performance Management, LLC (RPM). RPM is a licensed third party collection agency operating in all fifty states and...

the District of Columbia. Mr. [redacted] states that he agreed to settle an account and requested a letter confirming the same which he did not receive. He also states that once he made the payment he requested a letter confirming the account was settled but also never received that notice. He request a letter stating the account has been paid and the matter removed from his credit history. After review of our records I offer the following response on behalf of RPM:

RPM received Mr. [redacted]’s Kohl’s Department Store account for collection on December 2, 2016. RPM’s business records reflect a conversation with Mr. [redacted] on January 16, 2017 where he agreed to a settlement for less than the full balance of the account. The payment was sent for processing that day, however did not post to the account until the following day. RPM’s agent should have provided Mr. [redacted] with a letter confirming the settlement agreement had been reached, however could not provide a letter stating that the account was satisfied in full until the payment had posted. Attached please find a letter confirming the account is satisfied. RPM does not furnish data to the credit reporting agencies on behalf of Kohl’s, however Kohl’s has been notified of the settlement and the account trade-line will be updated to reflect that the account was settled for less than the full balance.

Mr. [redacted]’s account is paid in full and RPM is no longer handling the matter. RPM appreciates the opportunity to respond to this matter and apologize for the error and inconvenience. If you have questions regarding RPM’s handling of this matter or if RPM may be of any further assistance to Mr. [redacted], please contact me directly at (425) 412-2642.

Very Truly Yours,
