Ordered a few days before 11-27-17 which was the date my credit card was charged. At that time, the estimated delivery was 2-3 weeks. Order # is XXXXXX. It was a Dog Love x 1. Order was $9.00 plus $2.95 shipping.

Desired Outcome

I just want the item delivered. i have yet to dispute the charge on the credit card but if not here by 12-27 will do so.

Placed an order 11/14/17, no order status and zero response to my inquiries from the company
I placed an order on 11/14/2017 for two monograms, my payment of $112.00 was deducted from my bank account on 11/15/2017. I received an email on 11/14/2017 from Collin Wayne thanking me for my order. Later that week I read some very bad reviews about this company, so I sent an email to get an update on my order status as the website does not provide any order status such as please allow such and such time for orders to be fulfilled. I received a reply to my email stating I needed to reach out using the Web form submission on the companies website so I filled out their form 11/22/2017. I never received a response to my inquiry and I have checked my order status at least once a week. The status is still set to unfulfilled. I reached out again today as we are approaching Christmas and my order is still in the unfulfilled status. This company was very quick to take my money but cannot reply to my email.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund if my order cannot be fulfilled and shipped this week.

I am still not happy with this company and their lack of communication. I received an email offering me 50% credit. Which is pointless because I will never order through them again. My order status is still set as unfulfilled and I was embarrassed on Christmas day.

Product was received. They need to work on their customer service and order policy and procedures.

Very disappointed in Customer Service. I sent numerous emails just trying to get information on my order but I never received a reply. I placed an order 2 weeks before the Christmas cut off date but it looks like I will not be receiving my item before Christmas. 5 1/2 weeks after I placed the order, all it says is "Unfulfilled ". The company could get lots of better reviews if they would just take the time to respond to clients.

I ordered items on October 18. They charged my credit card but I never heard anything. I asked for an update in early December. I was sent a UPS tracking number that was then cancelled by Redline Steel. They will not respond by email or phone. I have contacted my credit card company.

I placed an order Nov 14.. They take your money but refuse to answer any phone calls, emails or Facebook messages. Feeling completely ripped off, buy beware. I did get an email with a tracking number but the shipment never made it to USPS so nothing to track. I along with many others don't have Christmas gift.

I ordered from this company with guaranteed Christmas's delivery. It is now the 21st with no new updates. When you email the company they first said that I am one of many orders and get have no way of tracking the order! Then, on another email they just responded that they are getting to many inquiries and just check the FAQ section of the website. Do not order from This company.

Do not buy from this company. They can't keep up with the orders. They will not get the items to you anywhere close to the dates they say. My first order took over 2 months and the second was promised for a Christmas Delivery and I have not been able get any info on this. They charge your PayPal account as soon as you hit complete on your purchase, but they will not respond to email or phone calls. Too bad. I really liked the thought of helping veterans.

I have been trying to find out where my order is. They are not answering calls at this time. That's what their recording says and they are not returning my emails.

I made my purchase on 11/17/17 with the understanding (as their website so eagerly stated) that my purchase would be received by Christmas. Guess what?? I have called, emailed and checked my order status SEVERAL times. Nobody calls, emails or responds in any way, shape for form. I am NOT happy and I do not recommend this company. I thought I was doing the right thing by purchasing from a small private veteran, but I guess their word is not good. I'm VERY disappointed. They sure took my money though!!!

Ordered for Christmas gift, payment taken out of my account, unsuccessful attempts at finding out status of order.
I have seen this company's work and it it amazing which is why I ordered. Ordered Nov.26, 2017, payment deducted from bank account on Nov. 27, 2017.
My issue is strictly about communication between customer and business. If you call their phone number they tell you that due to high call volume they aren't accepting calls. They ask that your go online, enter your order number to track the order. When doing this it brings up status that it's not fulfilled. There is also a way to email them. Over this past week I have sent them two with no response at all. I wish I had checked the reviews on this company before ordering. I haven't found a positive review yet! Will not ever recommend them to anyone.

We have looked into the order and emails. Files show one email sent on December 10th from customer and a response from us stating our guarantee Christmas delivery deadline was November 24th. Any order placed after this deadline is subject to our typical 4 -6 week lead times. At this time the order is within the beginning of week 5. This order will be placed for shipment within 1-2 weeks at the latest.

No response was ever given. This was my major complaint. Communication failure. I have learned through this experience to read all reviews. With this company there aren't many positive reviews. They could alleviate this negative status with their customers with an updated system of response. By looking st their employee picture online, they certainly have enough staff to facilitate a customer service rep. A simple fix to their unsatisfactory reviews. I will be watching for my purchase to arrive in the near future.

I placed an order with Redline Steel on 11/18/17, After e-mailing them several times and trying to call I have not received a response from them.
On 11/18/17 I placed an order for a metal monogram sign for my son for Christmas. It's now a few days before Christmas, I've e-mailed them several times and no response. Today I tried to call and their recording said due to overwhelming responses we cannot take calls please contact our website and send an e-mail.

Desired Outcome

I would like them to respond to my e-mail and let me know when I will get my product I ordered. Or refund my money

Just to let you know Redline Steel finally sent an e-mail to let me know my product has shipped. Why couldn't they respond sooner so I didn't have to contact you. Poor customer service.

I placed my order on 11/20, still no product, not able to talk to a human, no returned emails
On 11/20, I placed AND PAID FOR my order for two Christmas presents and I was excited to do so! Since then, I've tried calling at various times of the day to get a recording (on all of the extensions) that call volume is too high and to submit an email request. I have done that as well, 4 times over the span of 3 weeks - the first being just a few days after I received an email from the company thanking me for my order because I wanted to be sure I would receive it in time for Christmas. I have not yet been able to speak with a human being, NOT ONE of my emails have been responded to in the past 6 weeks and my order status still says "Received". I just want what I ordered and I just want to speak to someone about the status. It is disappointing to have spent a good bit of money on Christmas gifts that I was very excited to give to my family, 6 weeks ago and not have one shred of communication from the company since they got my money.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be contacted by any of the methods submitted in my order - email or phone - to receive an update on the status of my order. I just want what I paid for!

While the communication and response time definitely need improvement, I did receive my order and I am absolutely thrilled with the way it turned out. I knew I would be, which is why I didn't request a refund or dispute the charge. I hope our future dealings are smoother.

We did receive the product on the 29th and they said 50% off so I ordered one for myself. We'll see if they honor this. When I ordered and put my gift code in the gift box and the credit card info in and hit continue it only had the credit card info. I plan on trying to call them to apply the credit and I emailed them right away so we'll see what happened this time.

Placed an order for a product that was not cheap. Was promised to have it by now and no word. I have sent emails and messages with no response
Purchased on November 2nd. Order number XXXXXX.payment amount of $79.00. They took the money out of my account and Beverly sent me the product I ordered as a gift. I have sent messages and emails with no response. Now I have no money or gift.

Desired Outcome

Send me the product by Friday or I want a full refund. Now I'm left with no time to find another gift. Disappointed

I placed an order in November for three Christmas gifts. They immediately deducted the amount of the order from my checking account.
I placed an order on Nov. 25 for three steel items totaling $29.95. The amount was immediately deducted from my checking account via my debit card. Since that date, I have emailed four times and attempted to call numerous times. No answers were received to any emails. The telephone message says that "Due to a high volume of calls, they are not accepting calls or messages." I just want to cancel my order and get a refund at this point. This is NOT a well run company.

I placed an ONLINE order and nowhere during that process did it say ANYTHING about a Christmas deadline for shipment. If it was announced elsewhere, there was no way for me to see it. Also, there remains a TERRIBLE customer service issue with this company. They would not answer the phone or respond to emails. Miraculously, when I filed a Revdex.com complaint, they were able to find one of my inquiry emails and use that to respond to me. Also, when I requested a refund, they would comply but demanded I pay a RESTOCKING fee even though the "stock" had never left their hands. This company remains suspect and other customers should be warned off. They are NOT HONEST. They also HAPPENED to find the items I ordered in stock after the complaint was filed. Why could that not have been done before. I do NOT TRUST these people and others need to be warned.

I accept the delivery of the items I ordered weeks and weeks earlier. I just feel people need to be warned this is not an ethical business. When they say they "publicly announced" the last day orders could be placed for Christmas but DID NOT INCLUDE THIS ON THE ORDER FORM ON THEIR SITE I tend to doubt their transparency. Others need to beware of this business. They "found" a few items for my order ONLY because I complained to the Revdex.com. What about all the others who did not? Not a good business. Beware consumers!!!

We apologize that the customer was not happy concerning the delivery time of the order placed on Nov 25th. The order was delivered Jan 2, within our stated lead times of 4-6 weeks. The order was placed for discounted items through a social site; therefore, if not visiting our website the lead times may not have been seen, just assumed to be delivered by Christmas. We apologize for any confusion. Please let us know if we can assist any further.

Placed an order on Dec 3, expecting delivery by Christmas. Received no notification that the order would be delayed, nor any notation on the site when ordering. Now only a few days remaining for this gift to arrive, I log into their website and by an automated bot I am told that they are running more than 6 weeks and up to 8 weeks for delivery of a $10 item. This is unacceptable customer service. My Order #XXXXXX Their products are beautiful, but they need to step up production and customer service or they won't last long.

My story is no different than what I have seen posted here and elsewhere. False promises and guarantees, delayed delivery. False advertising. Promised delivery by Christmas for an order placed November 6th...not here yet and don't have much hope. I did, however, receive replies from Colin, the self proclaimed CEO of the company. The emails were beyond disappointing. For a man who promotes his business as veteran owned, he certainly does not act like it in his correspondence. His emails turned ugly to say the least, to the point he told me not to bother ordering from his company again and when I pointed out his lack of professionalism, he informed me that is why he "is not in customer support". Forgive me, but I have known, and continue to know many veterans in my life. Those men and women are respectful and more importantly leaders. The CEO of a company is nothing if not a leader. If this is how the leader treats his customers, what will his staff do? The leader is supposed to present an example to those he leads. Every last person in every single company is in customer support and should realize this. This CEO would do well to revisit the training in whatever branch he served in and take a good hard look at how he is treating his customers and the example he is setting for those who work for him. Still waiting for my "Christmas Gift"...perhaps it will be a Valentine's Day gift..

I placed this order based on a Facebook ad for a custom metal sign. I placed the order before the advertised date for guaranteed Christmas delivery. I have not received product. When I check on order status all it says is unfulfilled. I have sent emails with no reply from company. I have called them, with their answering machine saying that they are not accepting phone calls at this time! its obvious I will not get this in time for Christmas gift and now I cannot even cancel or get my money back because I cannot get a hold of them!!

I would prefer if they could expidite my order for Christmas delivery or refund my money and I will order same thing elsewhere. They should not be ignoring their customers or making promises they cannot keep.

I did receive my package on December 23. There were a couple of issues with the product however. I upgraded the monogrammed sign to be black powder coated. There was a spot on it where the coating had been chipped off and there was a spot that a very sharp burr was not filed down. Recipient was happy with product but also noticed the two areas of concern. I understand they were swamped with orders but I feel quality control should be more mindful of completed product

I ordered before the given deadline to receive my item by Christmas but have yet to receive anything.
I have tried numerous times to contact them. I have emailed, called (they aren't accepting any calls) and even sent a Facebook message and comment on their posts. I just want to know if I am getting this before Christmas as promised. At this point it would have to be mailed overnight. Can someone PLEASE respond.
