I have to agree with people that have commented on this company. They give the same response each time and my order was placed in Aug. I am out about $40,00 and have attempted contact on several occasions. Shame on me for trusting them I guess. I am surprised they are still in business.
REDLINE STEEL
I placed an order with Redline Steel in August and have not heard from them and they are not taking calls. They charged my credit card immediately. Can anyone shed some light on this company and why they are not shipping orders and not taking phone calls??? Is this happening to anyone else?? So frustrating -- will not order from them again.
I have sent 2 or 3 emails with no response and have tried to call but they are too busy to take calls.
I placed an order for merchandise from Redline Steel. In the last 3 weeks, I have sent 3 emails but have not had any responses to the emails. I have tried calling and each call has the message: Due to high production volume we are not able to take any calls at this time. That message has been playing for the last week and a half. How are I to find out the status of my order if they don't answer emails or phone calls. One other thing, I credit card has been charged for the purchase. Good business practice is to charge the card when the merchandise is shipped not when the order is placed. I really like the items they show on their website but if they don't respond about my order how am I to know if I will be my merchandise.
I want to know the status of my order and when I can expect to receive it.
Hi, After receiving the Revdex.com Claim notification, we have responded with the customer and will be handling this case via email, and will get this resolved internally. I placed and paid for an order 9 weeks ago and it has not shipped yet. They are NOT answering their phone or my email questions!!!
Placed an order on 9/1/17 for 2 advertised products that were not custom (no initials, etc-coffee cup and words coffee.) Immediately took my money. Emails have gone unanswered. Phone not answered due to high volume. I was quoted 4-6 wks and according to website, order has not been fulfilled. We are now on week 7. This company needs to quit taking orders if they can't fulfill the ones they have.
I placed this order Oct 6, at which time my credit card was charged, I have sent 3 email request asking for an update on the flags. Not only do I not have an order number I have no idea when the flags are being shipped. One was a birthday present for my dad (which is tomorrow 24 Oct,) I am all about supporting Vet owned businesses, however they are going to need to respond and update people, if I do not hear from them in another week I am filling a claim with my credit card company. Not sure if this place is scamming me or not. I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, however my patience is wearing extremely thin.
Order arrived late, came with chipped paint. Have emailed the company a few times with no reply. Mentioned it on a FB post, still waiting for an answer on how they would deal with this type of issue.
Placed order on 8/26/17 have yet to receive it going on 9 weeks, they have cut off phone, email and FB contact. I have been blocked on FB.
Have tried to contact this company over and over to the point I went on FB and they blocked me, they can answer people on new orders but block the ones asking about older orders. No explanation as to why I did not receive my order. They are taking no phone calls not answering emails and blocking customers from FB. They are advertising and selling new orders with out delivering the old orders. If they are behind how is it they are taking new orders. Want an answer as to where my order is!

First, I'd like to apologize for our communication troubles with our company thus far. Our current phone-lines are not set-up for phone calls due to the high amount of orders placed recently. With that said, there are still several methods for communicating including our Social Media platforms, as well as, our Support Email ([email protected]).
As a reference, we have received close to 100,000 Orders since July. Being a smaller business with only 40 employees, 4 of whom are full-time in Customer Service, you can only imagine the amount of messages and emails we receive on a daily basis.
Nonetheless, we acknowledge that our communication needs addressed and improved upon regardless and we look forward to getting these kinks and smaller issues resolved as quickly as possible to ensure more positive experiences for our customers, while accounting for the growth that is needed to be a successful company moving forward.
As for your order, as you already likely know, this order was shipped on 10.24 and delivered per USPS on 10.26. This Complaint was brought to our attention on 10.31, and has been responded to & resolved as of 11.2.
We apologize for the frustration and negative experience throughout the entire process and while we wish we could've avoided having to use the Revdex.com as a resolution, but we understand the reasoning and am thrilled to have gotten this shipped out to you as quickly as we could.

I hope that Redline Steel has gotten things under control and does a better job at Customer Service and contacting their customers. I did reach out in social media and was blocked, I did reach out by email and never received a response. I did get my order on 10/26/17 I filed with Revdex.com earlier but it took Revdex.com a week to contact Redline Steel which is understandable. All I can say is if you are not getting your order or any contact with Redline Steel file a complaint with Revdex.com it was my way of communication with Redline Steel believe me I would have really liked to handle it through redline steels customer service but their was none. Have order and their products are great.
We are doing everything possible to improve our processes so we are able to provide better care to our customers and improve our production times.

Awful company! I can't believe the Revdex.com is giving them a C+! They have 45 NEGATIVE reviews vs 30 positive reviews. How does that equal a C+?!?! This company takes your money and they don't give you your product that you ordered! Keep reporting them! They need stopped.

Redline Steel charged our credit card on the day of purchase and as of today 10-19-2017 we have not received anything or heard from them. I have tried emailing them and today I tried calling them. It says they are not longer taking phone calls. At the very least these people have terrible business practices and at the best are scammers
If I can't have the merchandise I ordered I would like my money back

I gave Redline Steel four stars because of the nice artwork that they helped me with on a custom order and the great finished product that was beyond my expectations on quality not to mention the great price. The reason for not giving them 5 stars is the wait and not being able to get in contact with anyone on the phone when calling but with all this said it was worth the wait and would order again in the future for sure.
Did not receive items
I ordered from this company on September 15,2017. I paid for my items with Paypal on that day. The amount was 63.00. I never received the items and have been unable to contact them on phone or email. I a only would like to have the product delivered to me
I would like the item mailed to me or my money returned to me.
We advertise a 4-6 week production time frame for manufacturing. As of 10/27 we are exactly at 6 weeks. We do have some back log and state that high production items can take up to 8 weeks. However, we are getting caught up fairly quickly on the delay, therefore the order has been placed for shipment. The tracking number link is provided below for reference.

I placed an order of almost $200 3 months ado and have not received my order. multiple attempts to contact attempted with no response
Placed order 3 months ago. They took my money immediately. Policy says 4-6 weeks. Catch 22 - no refund after 30 days. Have not received anything and no response to communication attempts.
Finih and ship my complete order. Or refund my money.
Emails and order has been looked over. We see that customer was responded to on October 11th and October 20th. These emails informed there was a delay and we were getting caught up as quickly as possible. October 20th email from us stated that order was being shipped that day.

After I received a response from Redline October 11th, stating a "machine had broken down" so they were unable to complete my order, I again emailed and told them I had read endless reviews citing the company used that excuse frequently for a very long time, and that at this point I would be contacting the Revdex.com as well as Alabama Attorney General- I stated I either wanted my order or a refund immediately - I received an email October 20th, stating my order was suddenly being completed (on a broken machine?) and would be shipped immediately. I received my order last week. I placed the order 3 months ago; the company had stated 4-6 weeks for delivery, but "Return Policy " states no refund after 30 days.
This company needs to be held accountable for their unethical business practices.
I too placed an order for a tree of life. Ordered Sept. 4. Today is Oct. 19. Still haven't received it! No response to email! This was to be a birthday gift! The Birthday has since come and gone. So disappointed! I was going to order one for myself. Not. I doubt I will receive the one I ordered for my best friend.

Orders XXXXX and XXXXX placed 8/25 and 8/26. Credit card charged same day. No response to multiple emails to "support" and a canned response to phone call that they are no longer responding to calls.
I would like to receive the items I ordered ASAP.

Within days of this case being opened I received correspondence from RedLine Steel explaining they were overcome with orders and issues with machines but that they were working 3 shifts to correct the backorders etc. As of October 27, 2017 I have received the two items I ordered and they are perfect. Thanks to Revdex.com and RedLine Steel I am a satisfied customer.

order placed August, and money taken from my chk acct immediately. Initial delivery promise was 6-8 wks. No response of any kind to follow up emails. They do not answer their phone.
I am now seeking a refund as I feel this company cannot be trusted. I have seen numerous complaints on facebook since placing my order and am deeply concerned. Order placed for $80.20 on 8/25/17. I would be willing to accept the product if they promise to ship it by October 30, 2017, otherwise, I require the full refund. If they had only responded I might've felt a little better but this customer service is non-existant and this was a very costly item for me.

They finally responded after your intervention. They claim my order was already in transit when you contacted them. That might be all well and good, and I did receive it a week later, however, they never once responded to my multiple emails, nor did they ever once answer their phone. One little reassurance email would have sufficed. I received this item way too late for my brother's 60th birthday, so now it's his Christmas gift. I haven't opened the package yet, to inspect. I understand they are overwhelmed with business, so I will lighten the load by not ordering from them again. Pity.

Haven't received my order from September 5, 2017. All emails get kicked back as "undeliverable" and texts have gone unanswered.
I received my items a few days ago. I'm very pleased with the quality. I ordered the tree and the word love. I did get concerned about the time in which I thought I would receive my items. I wrote at note on their page and was given an answer almost immediately. I have recommended this amazing company to my friends. I'm also happy this company is veterans. That was the other reason I wanted to order. Thank you for your service
We placed an order on August 30th via Facebook. This is in reference to order no. XXXXX. When I inquired about the status, I got a general email stating they are behind on orders. I inquired again for status last week and have received no response at all. I think they are scammers and I am considering filing a complaint also with the Alabama Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division.
Their product quality is excellent, as well as quick service! Highly recommend them!
