Item not yet delivered and no response from my multiple emails to customer service.
Ordered an item from company on 9/4/17. Said would take 4-6 weeks. After 8 weeks, emailed and got no response. Have emailed again and still no response. Still haven't received item. However, it was on my September charge to be paid.

Desired Outcome

Would love to receive the item. Or get my money back.

Emails and order has been looked over. A response was sent on October 23rd to the October 21st email from customer. Backlog and extended time was explained in email. Screen shot of emails have been provided. We have received no other emails from customer at this time.

I never received an email from them them on October 23 or ever. If I had, I would not have contacted Revdex.com. I did receive the item on Sat., Nov. 4th. I think it's funny that once I contacted Revdex.com, I received it quickly. I am very pleased w/the item.

I am all about supporting small business. However, this company doesn't get the words customer service. I ordered a personalized product in August and it was not received until October. The "customized product" wait time is an absolute joke. Four emails and a phone call were of no use for any type of response from this company. While the product is unique it just isn't worth your time or money. If you do purchase anything plan on a couple months wait and I mean more than two months. I'm sure there are other company's that would be happy to take your business just don't use this one.

My review is a repeat of all the others I have read. I wish I had seen these before I placed my order. My order was an anniversary gift (for a veteran) and that date has come and gone. I, too, have sent e-mails with no response. I am so disappointed in the total lack of customer service. The products look great and I am still getting promotions from the company at least once/week. I am guessing that this is a start up company that grew faster than anticipated but Mr. Erwin owes answers to his customers who paid in good faith and have no product to show for it.

I placed an order on 9/11. Was given a lead time of 4-6 weeks. I have emailed and tried to call but they are not accepting calls or answering emails. Very disappointed as I was so proud to support a veteran. It is now over 6 weeks and no word.

Ordered 9-2-2017. Order is still not here end of October. Company does not answer phone calls or email. I've tried 4 times.
We ordered a 18" tree of life on 9-2-2017. Paid $36.00 including shipping thru PayPal. The order is # XXXXX. I have tried to reach the company by phone and email but they do not respond at all. It appears on their page that it has not been shipped yet. This was to be a gift for a friend who lost a family member. I'm both angry and embarrassed . I feel like maybe I have been scammed. Please help and keep this from happening to others. Thank you.

Send my item right away and the quickest way possible at the business's expense.

We have received the order and it is truly beautiful. I would highly suggest the company work on communications with customers . Even though I love the item we got from them I would not order from them or recommend others do unless they have months to wait for the order to be filled. Thank you to the Revdex.com as I'm not sure how things would have worked out without their involvement.

I placed an order for the Tree of Life on August 30 and still have not received my merchandise. Emails are not returned. Credit card was charged immediately. Not happy. May file a dispute with my CC company to remove the charge. So sad.

Redline Steel is a scam. I ordered $30 "Tree of Life". Never got it. When contacted their phone says due to high volume they are no longer taking calls. They won't return calls, or emails,,,, ever.!!! Just sad they say they're military, to drum up business. Do not use these guys!!!!

I ordered the Tree of Life on 8/29/17. Told 4-6 weeks for delivery. Credit Card was charged. 3 emails. No response. No phone number. Very poor.
I ordered the Tree of Life on 8/29/2017, order number XXXXX and was told 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. I paid through PayPal and credit card charged and the bill has been paid. No product, no phone number to call. I have emailed 3 times, no response. This reeks of a scam outfit that wants the money but does not care about the customer. Who knows if they even have a product. Extremely poor.

Either get me the product immediately or give me back my money. If you do not do either, you are crooks just out the scam people.

Redline Steel apologized and explained that they have been overwhelmed. The product arrived and is of excellent quality, exactly what I hoped for. I am completely satisfied.

My second purchase order with Redline and everything came out great again. The lead times had me nervous but they got my order to me and responded to any messages I sent with great care. The products are simple yet unique with impressive finishes. Thanks again to the team there and the owner for reaching out personally to thank me for being a return customer.

I have been waiting for my order for the tree of life since September 9,2017. I have emailed the company twice with no response back. The moneys were taken from my account on the day of order was placed. They could at least respond. My next call will be to attorney generals office !!

VERY SLOW, and I placed my order on August 31, confirmation of order was received and stated 4-6 weeks until shipment. It's been 8, and I have tried calling (no one answers the phone), and have sent two emails to check status of my order, with no response at all. I'm very skeptical at this point. I get emails and see facebook advertisements for new items, and if they are so behind, maybe they should back off on those until they get caught up.

This is one of the absolute best companies I have ever dealt with
They were fast, courteous, and very accommodating. They worked exta hard and got my order to me so my daughter could take her gift home with her. She lives over 900 miles from me.
This is an American company, run by a USVeteran who is the CEO. I cannot say enough good about this company and CEO.

I received a monogramed item that was made with the incorrect letter. I have attempted to contact the company 3 different ways but have been ignored.
This is in regards to an 18 inch, double color monogram. Order #XXXXX I was charged $93 and paid via credit card.
There are several issues here.
First, my order arrived late. It was ordered as a wedding gift. The order was confirmed on August 16th, 2017. Their website states "Note: Current manufacturing lead times are 4-6 weeks (or sooner)." for this item. The item was delivered on October 13th, 2017, more than 8 weeks later. As far as I can tell, the item was not delayed in transit. I was notified on October 11th, 2017 that it was shipped and it arrived 2 days later.
Not only was it late, but it was also made incorrectly. I ordered a double color monogram with the text "WHITE HOUSE". My uncle's last name is White. The item arrived monogrammed with an 'S' instead of a 'W'. The item is completely useless to me as it is.
The biggest issue here is the incredible lack of/refusal of communication.
As my uncle's wedding date approached, I attempted to call the company and got a recording that they are not accepting phone calls. I also emailed them and asked it if was possible to get a rendering of what the item will look like so I could at least give them a picture of what I had ordered. I didn't get a response.
When the item arrived, I again attempted to call them and got a recording that they are not accepting phone calls. So I emailed them again and explained that I was not satisfied with this late, incorrect, useless item. Here it is 12 days later, and I still have zero response.

Desired Outcome

I would like a replacement item expedited and made correctly. That is, an 18 inch double color, silver and black monogram with the text "WHITE HOUSE" and the letter "W". I'm expecting that I won't be charged for this and if they would like the incorrect one back, they can provide shipping cost and a means to ship it back to them. I am also suggesting that they add a monogram letter drop down box on their website to prevent any mistakes in the future.

After reading over the complaint filed, I'd like to clarify a few things, as well as, ensure you're taken care of efficiently and promptly regarding this matter.

First, I'd like to apologize for your communication troubles with our company thus far. Our current phone-lines are not set-up for phone calls due to the high amount of orders placed recently. With that said, there are still several methods for communicating including our Social Media platforms, as well as, our Support Email ([email protected]).

As a reference, we have received close to 100,000 Orders since July. Being a smaller business with only 40 employees, 4 of whom are full-time in Customer Service, you can only imagine the amount of messages and emails we receive on a daily basis & therefore, we apologize if your emails were not addressed in a timely manner.

Nonetheless, we acknowledge that our communication needs addressed and improved upon regardless and we look forward to getting these kinks and smaller issues resolved as quickly as possible to ensure more positive experiences for our customers, while accounting for the growth that is needed to be a successful company moving forward.

With that said, I would like to clear-up any confusion or misguided information. I noticed in the complaint that the last exchange between both parties was on 10.13, however, the latest message that was sent was to the Husband, which was on 10.26 via Facebook Messenger, assuring him that we would be remaking the product and sending the remake out as quickly as possible.

After providing our Foreman and MGMT team of the Remake, we were able to expedite the production of this piece and this Remake was Shipped earlier this afternoon (11.2). Copied below is the updated USPS Tracking Number. Please allow for up to 12-24 hours for this Tracking to be activated per USPS.

The corrected monogram arrived and is as expected. It is well made and beautiful. I think it is wonderful that this company is growing so fast and I hope it continues.

I will say that I did send a 3-4 emails and tried to call multiple times and then when I went out to Face Book and made a comment on their site it was the only time I got a reaction. I did not get a response saying they were correcting the order but that they were looking into it. After two weeks we noticed that my comment on their Face Book website was taken down. What were we to assume from that? No communication and honestly it just looked like we were being blown off. My husband was upset and then reached out to the Revdex.com and other outlets to try and get a response.

Bottom line it shouldn't take going to the Revdex.com to get something resolved.

I understand that the small business is rapidly growing but if communication to the customer is not one of your main growth areas as well then you will see a rapid decline.

I wish Redline the best as they honestly do have really well made products and I absolutely LOVE the items we have received and if I see something I like I will continue to buy from them.

I placed an order with Red line steel on Sept. 8 and have not received my order as of October 25. I had one email from them earlier this month reminding me 4-6 weeks. I have now sent 3 more emails and have received no reply. Customer service seems to be lacking.

After numerous times of trying to find out about my order and then actually making a complaint here a week ago, 2 days later I got notification that my items were being sent & as of today. I have received them. They are beautiful. I guess they need more office staff to help with inquires.

I ordered in September, my charge card was charged the same day. I have sent numerous emails without any response. I have checked their website without any updates, it only indicates not filled. Doesn't give you an estimated date, nothing. This is a terrible way to do business. I will also file a complaint with my credit card company to return my monies. If they don't have the decency to respond to multiple emails, they don't need my business. And their phone number is worthless, there isn't any "live" person to talk to, just a recording. This is not how to do business in the United States, maybe another country but not here. If I had known I wouldn't have placed an order here.

False advertising... Redline Steel has a great on-line presence however, after 3 months my two small signs still have not arrived. Very disappointed.
They claim 4-6wks to fill customer orders, I submitted my order in July... it's late October and nothing has arrived. They do have very nice customer service ladies in email providing dialogue but I honestly believe it's a shame....taking money and not delivering products.

While typically our average lead-time stands at 4-6 weeks from the customer's order date, we do state in our FAQ page, directly on our website, that some orders (especially flag orders) may indeed take an extra 1-2 weeks for fabrication before being fulfilled and shipped.

As for your order, as you already likely know, this order was shipped on 10.24 and delivered per UPS on 10.26. This Complaint was brought to our attention on 10.30, and has been responded to & resolved as of 11.2.

We apologize for the frustration and negative experience throughout the entire process and while we wish we could've avoided having to use the Revdex.com as a resolution, but we understand the reasoning and am thrilled to have gotten this shipped out to you as quickly as we could.

Love what I have purchased, will be ordering for Xmss & 2 up coming weddings

I ordered a large distressed flag from redline steel on 8/7/17 it is now 10/24/17 12 weeks later. I paid them $299 and have tried to contact them multiple times via email, phone, and instant message with zero response. I had to file a claim with paypal to try and get my money back. I continue to get emails from the company trying to solicit more business. r
