WOW!!!!!!!!!! I am amazed of how many recent complaints and reviews here with Revdex.com on this company.....I does appear to be a scam....they never respond to our emails, no phone calls. but they sure know how to respond to the Revdex.com reviews.....we need to post complaints on their Facebook page as well.....and as one respond said "they are overwhelmed with all of the orders", SO WHY DO THEY NOT TAKE DOWN THE FACEBOOK PROMOTION UNTIL THEY CAN GET CAUGHT UP WITH ALL OF THE PREVIOUS ORDERS THAT THEY HAVE BEEN PAID FOR. It is nothing worse than some one representing themselves as American made and VETERANS as well....SUCH POOR PROFESSIONALISM....THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS if they keep up screwing the customers who have tried to support them. I have been waiting now for 9 weeks since I ordered my product "Tree".....

We have looked over the emails and order. We do see that emails have been responded to and the delay we have experienced has been explained. We do apologize again for the delay as we are trying to reach out to each customer about the delay. Unfortunately, due to 90,000+ customers we have, we have missed a few. We certainly do apologize. Order information has been given over to management and the shop foreman. Again, we do apologize for the delays that have occurred but we will do what we can to make sure our customers are happy.

It has been seven weeks since I placed my order. I can't get through on the phone and the last email inquiry I made for status went unanswered. At this point I want my money back or my order and believe me I won't be back. I only wish that I could leave a review of less than one star.

We have searched emails and have found that they have not gone unanswered. However, we do see that they are automated responses and they do not fully answer the questions asked. The order is being passed to management to ensure that it does get out as quickly as possible as there has been a delay due to a high demand in items. I placed an order for a generic non custom item I saw on Facebook. Got it at a great price and it was delivered in 3 weeks. So without much hesitation when I saw something that could be made custom, I did not hesitate to order. That was on August 7th, and I was told a 4-6 week lead time. Well here it is, almost 9 weeks later, and I have heard nothing from despite my many emails to them off their contact us tab on their website. Phone calls are useless. They're too busy to answer the phone. They should hire more people! I disputed the charge on my credit card this morning. I would love to have the merchandise and wouldn't mind them re-instating the charge, but at this point I can't even begin to know whether or not the custom piece has been made or not!

We have looked over the monogram order that was placed on August 7th. Our monograms are considered custom as they do have to be designed due to a custom name being applied. These are not stock items. There has been a delay on orders, however, we are working to get the delay caught up. We do apologize and take responsibility for the delay that has occurred with the order. I have received my product. However, I disagree with their comment of transparency with the backlog, due to no responses to multiple emails and nobody answering any phone calls due to their high volume. This claim can be dropped, settled, whatever.

We have seen that this has been handled internally and an agreement has been made.

I placed my order on 8/13/17. It's now been 7+ weeks for my order that was supposed to arrive in 4-6 weeks. I have learned my lesson, though. I should have checked with the Revdex.com before placing my order. Lots of complaints about late delivery and no replies to customers' inquiries leaves me very discouraged. (I have emailed once so far, but have received no reply yet.) This is a Christmas gift. Judging from the other complaints, it might take until Christmas for it to show up! What a shame their customer service is so bad when their products look so awesome. I now realize this is a very young company. I hope they can get their act together very soon. I would love to see them succeed. Customer service should always be top priority.

Are they still in business? I have emailed 3x without a response. I have now called the company and every option states they are not accepting calls. I have purchased 2 wedding gifts and am concerned my money has been lost. I tried to post on their site but it isn't accepting posts/reviews there either. Please someone help!

I placed order #XXXXX July 26. After multiple attempts via email and phone call there has been no effective contact with REDLINE Steel to resolve the order issue. I made multiple attempts via email, some answered by automated system and some by *** or *** provided possible solutions with no answer. Every phone leads to either a voicemail,no answer or just provides an option to hang up because they are not taking calls. I purchased and gave the business to REDLINE STEEL as they represented themselves as Veteran Owned. I am very disappointed at Redline Steel to utilize this and only come with High Volume Excuse After being paid upfront. I am tempted to request my money back but their product seems good quality. I really hope it is just a misunderstanding and they can provide the product but I am not optimistic after reading the multiple complaints from other customers with the same conditions on their order.

I would request prompt delivery and information about my order status. Depending on this outcome, I will be requesting a refund.

Emails and order has been looked over. We do see that several emails were sent explaining the our lead times. However, we do see that more of explanation was needed and was not given. For this, we do sincerely apologize.

As for the order, we have been under a severe delay due to multiple internal incidents that we have been working to resolve.

There was an email sent out to several thousand customers explain our backlog with a specific code for $15 off their next order. Mr *** fell within these thousand of customers who received this email.

Redline Steel was very diligent and assumed responsibilities on this process to be fixed. The situation was handled from the Top Down and made me keep my confidence and trust on the company. I completely understood their situation and the prompt follow-up, delivery and quality of their product. I will definitely recommend and do business with this company and feel extremely confident they have made all necessary corrections to mitigate the situation they faced.

I placed an order on July 15, 2017 and have not received my order. I have sent 2 emails (July 6th and July 22) requesting information about my order with no response. Beginning to think this company is a scam.. Order #

I placed an order on 07/26/17 and received an email confirmation. The confirmation stated 4 - 6 weeks lead time. I have sent 3 emails requesting an update on my order without a single reply. Today I called their 800 number and immediately when the recording starts it states to press a number if your order is late and that due to the high call volume they are not accepting calls. It directs you to a website to check the status of your order. When I went to the website, it displays "Page Not Found". Save your money and do NOT place an order with this organization.

On July 4 2017 I place ORDER #XXXXX for $557.20 and have not rec'd order and no response to email/phone calls. At this point I no longer want my order, I simply want to cancel it September and have missed that deadline. From watching the website, it feels as though they bolstered their business with advertising, received a ton of orders in July while having an expensive new machine built to keep up with productivity. This makes me believe that they took the overwhelming amount of money received with their orders to purchase this new machine. Take this and the fact that they don't respond to emails and basically have no way to contact them by telephone, and there is no customer service available at all for this company. I just want my money refunded but fear I will need to go through my credit card company instead.

We have responded to Ms. email, letting her know that if she will hold the package, we will send a return label to her for the return, instead of her having to pay to ship it back. In addition, we will refund her once we have received the items back. We are resolving this internally.

The company has responded to me as noted in their above response to Revdex.com. As long as they send a return late with reverse shipping charges, I will consider this matter closed. I am pleased they responded to resolve this complaint, just disappointed that it took this complain to get a response.

Poor customer service and filling orders.
I placed an order for a few items nearly 8 weeks ago and never received an update on my order or answers to my inquiries. I did finally receive my order the other day, but it was not what I ordered. I have tried to call several times, but says they are not answering calls.( what kind of company has no way to contact them by phone) I have emailed at least 8 times trying to let them know I did not receive correct order with no reply. I have never dealt with a company with such poor customer service and long shipping times. The items I did receive are very nice, but I want the rest of my order. I wanted to order the large monogram deer sign for my porch, but after this there is no way. They better fix the way they treat customers or they will have no business. ANSWER YOUR PHONES AND LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Not sure how to rate this company as I ordered merchandise here and see from my credit card statement they took the money but still no merchandise, I called the co. with the phone no. on statement but no info. so called the one you give them on the Revdex.com but mail box full so don't know how to get ahold of them. you gave it a good review. can.t contact them. Is anyway I can find out how to contact them?

Ordered "Tree of Life" on Aug.21,2017, paid with PayPal ($36) on that date. Offer of 20% off for 1st time customer. Recv'd email acknowledging order and stating no discount because item was on sale. A couple of weeks later I contemplated purchasing another item, but since the size was not listed I e-mailed with that ?. Have e-mailed twice since and have never received an answer. Also tried to call, no answer.
Recording said that due to high volume of calls they would be accepting none. They have had my money for over a month and when I check status of order #XXXXX, there shows no action.

Desired Outcome

I would like the item ordered as well as an answer to my question regarding the dimensions of "The Owl". If this cannot be done timely, I would like my money refunded.

The tracking for the package shows it was 'processed' for shipment at 9:45am on 10/1, the origin scanned at 7:38pm on 10/2, arrived in Nashville on 10/2 at 10:54pm. Four days later it still shows it is in Nashville. I did receive an e-mail with the dimensions of the other item I inquired about. The continued e-mails and profusion of ads on Facebook while not communicating or being able to contact them seems counter productive. I will accept their response when I receive the item I ordered and payed for.

I like so many of the complaints placed an order mid July 2017 and have tried to get an estimated date of delivery almost 11 weeks later.
I placed order# XXXXX on 7.15.2017 13 items $135.00 paid by credit card. Waited patiently for products to be delivered. After 9 weeks contacted them via customer support, tried to contact them by phone, no response, responded to owners welcome/thank you email, which only reverted me back to customer service link at website. No response whatsoever. I would really like the products delivered and my order place on a priority status. We are now in the 11th week since order was placed.

I was really excited about these products and the only resolution I seek is that they be delivered soon. I understand this company is having issues with the high demand, but 11 weeks after the order was placed and money received is a little over the edge when the order confirmation said to expect delivery in 4-6 weeks. I have been very patient, but want the order fulfilled. Please make my order a priority.

I wanted to pass on, that I received the custom sign. The packaging was great, no damage..very well done. I also wanted to pass on how many compliments we have had on the quality. Like any new company, Redline Steel has had it's ups and downs. This is all normal! I placed a custom order, so my wait was a bit longer than most orders. I did receive an email letting me know that their machine needed new parts do to the onslaught of orders and once the machine was back up and running they would work the orders first in first out. This is exactly the way to do it. Was I disappointed about the delay, yes....but when the finished product arrived, the quality and craftsmanship more than made up for it! This was a gift for my son in law and he absolutely loved it! Give this young company a chance to do their "thing" and you won't be disappointed! I will definitely be placing another order!

I placed my order on July 25, 2017 and have not received as much as an update on my order. Every time I call I get no response, only the same message saying they are having a high volume of calls. No wonder, no one is getting their product. When I email I get a pre-written response. They had no problem taking my money instantly, but, difficulty communicating with their customers about their orders. Being a veteran owned company I was quick to make the purchase. This company really leaves a bad taste in my mouth for future veteran business purchases. My guess is that my money has been taken.

We apologize that the phone lines are down due to electrical issues. We do see that you emailed yesterday 9/25/17. An automated email is generated when a key word is identified in a customer's email. This is why the prewritten message was sent. We are receiving thousands of email weekly and customer support is working as quickly as possible to make sure each customer and email is responded to directly within 1-2 business days within business hours.

As a new business, we are growing quicker than we imagined and it has been a bit overwhelming. Due to the unexpected growth, we have ended up with a backlog of orders. We are vastly improving in all areas as we grow and expand, including getting the backlog of orders caught up and lowering our initial production times. Each order is being worked on as quickly a possible without compromising the quality of the item. From my understanding, your order should be shipping here very soon.

I am in the same situation as many other negative reviews, mine is based on lack of customer service and very slow manufacturing/shipping time. My 1st order was received within the 4 week time frame, my 2nd order was placed on July 28th and I still don't have the items. several emails have been sent with no response. I've tried calling twice and can't reach them by phone as their automated system states that due to high call volumes, they are not accepting calls at this time and as the others I could not leave a message. When checking my order status on their website, it says that my order is "not fulfilled." No other information is available. I like the fact that the items are made in the USA and that the company is veteran owned and I'd love to continue doing business with them, but when there is no way to contact them and I can't get a return email, It's difficult to get behind a company that doesn't respect it's customers, I had several items in my cart and in my emails to them I stated I needed and ETA on my July 28th order before I checked out and paid for what was now in my cart. I've lost the special sale prices now for those items because I cannot get answers and I have now decided to empty my cart. I love the items I previously ordered and was so excited about what I should have that is still unfulfilled but am very close to filing a formal complaint and demanding a full refund. I've also emailed a few times regarding the name on my account. I ordered the Texas LOVE sign and entered the mailing address and name for my sister (she lived in and loves Texas and proceeds from this sign are supposed to be going to Hurricane Harvey Red Cross fund)and somehow the name for my account is changed to her name. I cannot change the info in "My Account" and have asked for help with no response. I told a friend how wonderful Redline Steel is and told him he could definately get some of the Eagle items he loves there...I've also shared on Facebook and I now regret this and will now, sadly have to tell him of the negative reviews and the bad experiences I am having with the company. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 3. as My first order was great and as promised, however, my sister is waiting for her order (not late yet, will be 4 weeks this Wed.) and I am over 8 weeks out on my 7/28/17 order. If I had got any replies to my questions and help with my account issues and received my orders as promised the score would definately be 4 if not 5 stars. But Redline Steel really need to up their customer care/relations.

I placed an order at the end of July it was to be a gift. I have emailed and tried to call. The most difficult is no one answers the phone or emails to let you know if they are running behind but will get your order to you. All anyone really wants is communication. Very disappointed in the lack of service.

I have had no response to any email that I have sent. I still have not heard from your company any updates. I find it interesting that you are advertising on Facebook, yet I still have not received any email or an update when my order will be done?

I ordered an item over 9 weeks ago that had a 4-6 week lead time. They charged my credit card back on July 22 and are not answering phone/emails.
My order (Order #XXXXX) was placed on July 22nd. I have been very patient. We are at the end of week 9 since my order. They are not answering the phone. The ***@redlinesteel.com email address is bouncing back any emails sent to it. Having calls to their toll-free number answered would be appropriate customer service. There are companies in the business of providing a service like this, so they could do that at perhaps less of a cost than hiring someone to answer the phone.

Not good. I would expect more from my men in uniform, as my husband works daily with very upstanding active duty and retired military members.

Would like to have my order delivered, since it has been paid for. If nothing else, a 100% refund.

Our phones lines are currently down at the moment, however, our email account should not be bouncing back emails as we have been receiving thousands of emails. We apologize that you have had a hard time contacting us. It is not intentional in anyway to ignore our customers in anyway or create a belief that we want to do so. Management has been made aware of the order and they are pushing it through to finish production as quickly as possible without compromising the quality. We do want to make sure that the item is made correctly and shipped appropriately.

Once again, we do apologize for the frustrations and inconveniences that were caused and do take responsibility. We are working to lower the delay and initially get back to our 4-6 week production time frame, and then eventually lower the production lead times.
