I ordered a product and I have not received my item
I placed an order on Oct 17th. The money was deducted out of my account the same day order was placed. I started to get concerned that I had not received my item on November 17th which is a month from the time I placed my order. So I sent a message on Facebook and at first I got a message thanking me for contacting Redline and due to high volume they directed me to FAQ page and further inquires to their e-mail. So I did and no response. Then on Nov 18th received a message saying I do apologize about the delay in the update on your order. I will have someone get back with you on Monday. I waited until Wednesday to inquire and got the message again thanking me for contacting Redline. I then sent another message requesting a refund. The occasion I was purchasing item for has now passed
I would love to have the item I ordered in a timely manner if not, money refunded
We currently advertise a 4-6 week production only time frame, however, as seen, we are dealing with several delays on orders. We have found that this order was shipped on November 30th prior to us knowing about this complaint. This shipment date was 3 days after the item had finished the 6th week of production. Not delivered as promised.
I ordered three pieces from Red Line Steel back in July. They deducted the payment from my account that day and I received an email telling me the product would be shipped to me within 4 to 6 weeks. It has now been 4 months and I still do not have the product. I have contacted them by email twice and have not received an answer. I have not heard anything from the company other than constant advertisements to buy more products in my emails. I don't think I would be tempted to order anything else from them until they fulfilled my first order in which they have my money for. I would be the foul to give them more of my money before they gave me a product. I have seen where others have received their products and are very happy with them. I will be patient and hope that is the case with me. But this is an extremely long time to wait. I could understand a little late, but this is twice as long as I was told. It would be very nice if the company would at least contact their customers and explain what is happening. I do understand if they became overwhelmed with orders and I would be very happy for them if that is what happened. I bought these things for myself and don't need them right away. Others bought for gifts and needed them in a timely manner. Communication is a big factor in customer satisfaction. They need to deal with their customers or they will not be in business much longer. People will read these negative reports, word will spread and the orders will stop coming in. If they are doing such wonderful work, they should hire someone to back it up with customer service. A little would go a long way.
I would like someone to give me some sort of answer to my emails and explain why it is taking so long to get my order to me. And I would like the product that I ordered back in July, it is now the end of November.
We do apologize for the matter not being handled as quickly as it should. We have found this order was placed for shipment but the tracking shows no updates. We are unsure if the order was lost in the warehouse or if it was just not scanned in when shipped. However, we have emailed the customer to explain the issue and the resolution. We are getting her order for the Faith Hope Love fulfilled once again and having it shipped immediately.

The company has satisfied my order. It seems to have gotten lost and they did not know it. Once informed they fulfilled my order and got it out to me immediately. The quality is very good and I am very happy with the product. I am sorry it took the Revdex.com to get it done. I only wish it could have been handled in a different way. They are a very good company and I wish them all the best. I would order from them again.
Purchased a Tree Of Life sculpture from the company via online 10/11/2017 AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED product.
I have made several attempts to call and speak to someone and get rendered to website via message. Several emails have gone unanswered when just requesting update on delivery. Customer service is horrible. I am now past the latest promise date per original order placement date. Order # is XXXXXX.

My order is now on its way, thank you, Revdex.com. I accept the response from the company and let it be known that is all I was requesting originally was an update of some kind to know where I stood.
I purchased three $100.00 gift cards 10/26/17. I haven't received yet and have emailed the company 3 times and have attempted to call.
I purchased three $100.00 gift cards on 10/26/17 paid by PayPal and deducted from my account that day. I received an email right away that my order had been filled. I have not received them and have emailed them three times 11/6/17, 11/14/17 and 11/18/17, with no reply. I moved yesterday and now have a different address. I have tried to call but each time I just get the same recording saying that due to high calls they aren't accepting any calls at this time and it hangs up on you. My order # is "Order #XXXXXX confirmed"
At this point I would just like a refund of my money. I will not order a product and have to go through this again. This is obviously a scam of some kind. It is sad they are doing it representing veterans.

After filing a complaint, I was emailed to let me know that e-cards had been sent, but they hadn't. I then emailed the person who gave me that information to let them know that I had not received any emails, even in spam. Today, I did receive all 3 gift cards in separate emails. That is all I wanted.
On 9/7/17 I placed my order with Redline Steel. As of today it has not been delivered!
On 9/7/17 I placed my order with Redline Steel (Order confirmation # XXXXX) at the time I placed my order it noted give 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. It has now been almost 11 weeks and online my order has not even been "fulfilled". So they have not even made the: Monogram-Fancy-Small/Black items that I was already charged on my credit card for $61.00. I tried to call them and they do not take phone calls. I emailed them several times and never got a response. In may last email I said to either confirm my order is being processed/mailed/delivered with a specific date, or cancel my order and give me my money back or I will go to Revdex.com. Well it has been another week - and I have heard nothing from them... This was to be a wedding gift for my bosses Son - which he has never received and I look like a heel!! So at this point I just want my money back and I will look elsewhere to get him a gift.
All I want now is a refund of my $61.00. I do NOT trust that this business will honor what they say they will do.... so I just want my money back please.

This company has very poor customer service. I ordered Oct. 10, 2017 tree of life through paypal. It is Nov. 21, 2017 still have not received my product. They keep sending me a form email stating same reasons for non delivery. No way to get my money refunded. And they are still selling this product with guaranteed delivery by Christmas.
Got the product I ordered on 9/17/17 today, 11/22/17. The product itself is beautiful and is as advertised. My concern is that I tried communicating with this company several times through regular email, their website, and voice mail without success. I did get an initial confirmation of my order and one response to an email after 4 weeks. After 9 weeks I finally called the Huntsville Chamber of Commerce(where I did get to talk to a real person) and emailed the Huntsville Revdex.com. Redline Steel's products are beautiful and their advertising is great. I would recommend that they put more time and effort into customer relations. Communication is key, especially when your order is late. At least a blanket statement on your website saying that due to high demand orders are running late.Once again, thank you for my product delivery.

Order not received in time promised. They debited my acct and wont respond to attempts to contact.
On Sept 28, 2017 I placed an order (#XXXXXX) "The Tree of Life" in black and the small 18 inch size (wall decoration) I was charged $56.20 on my card Oct 2, 2017. Although the item was listed as "in stock" other places on the site said orders could take 4-6 weeks. I waited until 6 weeks passed and began to try and contact them. I sent 2 emails asking for an update. I sent 2 messages to their chat on the web page asking for an update. No one has responded. I tried to call the number they have listed on the site 3 times and the recording says they are not accepting calls because of the high volume of calls. They took my money immediately and don't even have the courtesy to reply to emails. I have waited long enough for a product that is listed as "in stock".
I want the product shipped immediately or I want a refund. I am no longer interested in doing business with this company due to the terrible customer service

I accept the response as far as the item was shipped when I complained. However, the item was WAY over due and I had to resort to Revdex.com and Social media to get a response from them. It is TOTALLY unacceptable business practice and I do not think they should receive a good rating. I wish someone had warned me and I will never order from them again and will warn others as well. A simple update from them when requested could have kept me as a customer.
I too ordered from this company and 8 weeks out not product, no answers to emails or phone calls. They have my money and I still have no product will now go through my credit card company to try and get my money back.

My complaint mimics all others. Ordered 3 items at beginning of Oct, now end of Nov and no delivery. Like everyone else, have tried the phone and email with the same response. My question is did anyone get their delivery?
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 3 items from this company on September 16 and it is now November 21st and I still haven't received the items, yet my credit card was charged right away. I've email them twice and received no response, I've tried calling and they don't receive phone calls. I'm now out over $100 on three gifts and no way of knowing if I'll ever receive them. This is horrible customer service and not only will I never order from them again, I'll be telling every one I know to stay as far away from them as possible.
I ordered several items the first week of September and today is November 21. I have multiple attempts to contact them via email, letters and phone but NO RESPONSE!!!! I need an update and needed to make arrangements for a change of address on the order. NO response!! I have heard many positive comments on the product but the customer service is horrible. I would like to do more business with them but because of the LACK OF COMMUNICATION I will not. They took my money on the day the o deer was placed in September but they WILL NOT RESPOND TO AN EMAILS and are "not taking phone calls at this time". Poor business and that is too bad
Placed an order on October 12th & have tried 3 times to communicate with Redline Steel about when I could expect delivery. absolutely NO response.
Purchased Texas Distressed Flag on October 12, 2017. Total purchase price with shipping & tax was $51.00. I was told that it would be 4-6 weeks before delivery. I have emailed this company 3X & have called the 800 number associated with this companies corporate HQ. The answering machine won't even let to leave a message!! It says to go to the website to inquire about my purchase. The machine literally states that they are NOT taking any calls anymore!! My order #XXXXXX. I paid for this with my credit card. These people have cut off all forms of communication with their customers. My son is a soldier in the US Army & will be finally be home for Christmas...we were buying this for him. This is an absolutely unacceptable & shady business practice.

With that being said, we do apologize for the slow response to emails. This really is not intentional. We are working to resolve this so we are able to communicate better and faster with our customers.
I ordered 2 items; emailed multiple times, no response. No invoice emailed. No product received.
I made a purchase of two items on October 31. At the time of ordering I was not aware of the 2 - 3 week delivery time or extended delivery time due to high demand. I never received a copy of an invoice emailed to me from Redline. I have emailed them multiple times and emailed owner, Colin, twice. No response provided. I have called multiple times and always receive the message "due to high call volume calls are not being taken at this time."

The business claims "an order confirmation email was sent to customer when the order was placed. Screen shot of email is provided." The screen shot provided does not show proof of an email but rather an electronic log of the process of my order. When I had attempted to go to the website to find out what the status of my order, I was requested to enter in an order number. I was not able to do this because I had no order number because I never received an email from the company. The only email I had received was from the owner, Colin, (attachment redline steel 1) thanking me for my order. I used that email to respond inquiring about my order. (attachment redline steel 2) I never heard anything until the order was shipped. The company claims to have a statement "multiple places on our website that we have a 4-6 week production time frame and orders can take longer." It is located in two places which require a search. I attached multiple screen shots of the website to show where it is and where it isn't. It should be stated clearly on the home page. It is stated, after searching in two other areas. And it is stated, discretely, at the bottom of the page of a product. This company misrepresents the facts. yes they fially delivered but they failed to provide an email invoice. I have yet to receive an invoice. I have yet to receive an invoice from them and the only way I know what I ordered and paid is through my PayPal history.

This company is a joke and will forever be a joke. Their response "We apologize about the delay in response to the status of your order." is insincere at best. They rest on that "apology" and think because the order was shipped within their 4 - 6 week timeframe and that they now "apologized" it is good enoough. This is a terrible company to do business with. Never again and I will let tons of people know about it. They do not need to respond any further to my responses. They are a joke.
Order placed on line and acknowledged but item ordered not delivered and customer service not responsive to emails.
I ordered a "Tree of Life" in late August after seeing their advertisement and received a response that it would be about 6 weeks for delivery. That was plenty of time as it was an anniversary gift for late November. It is now a week from that date and I still do not have the item. I have sent multiple inquiries to their customer service and still have not herd back from them. At this point, this company has ruined a very special event in my life which cannot be re-lived. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

The item was received on Nov 24th but it took several complaints to get it resolved. Never did get any direct response from the company.
Online process was confusing/misleading. Tried to cancel immediately. Company won't answer phone call or repeated emails.
On the evening of 11/13, I placed an order for 1 stock item via a Facebook add @$9 with flat shipping rate of $2.50 and then gave my payment info. Then was prompted to purchase a 2nd item for just $9. Clicked for 2nd item. But was charged again for more shipping. Was not given an opportunity to revise the order and billed for both item and separate shipping charges. Plus it said shipping would be 6-8 weeks after the order went through. I immediately requested a cancellation of entire order via email. No response. I have tried to call numerous time - recording only, no live person answers. No response to numerous emails left through their website form. I have screen shots and saved emails of all communications.
Full refund of $23.45
We apologize for the delay in response and this matter not being handled in an appropriate amount of time. We see on the order that the original shipping discounted price offered with the promotional price of the Dog Love is for $2.95 and the additional shipping was for $2.50. This additional shipping is for the second item that was ordered and due to the additional weight the item would add to the package. If this is not paid with order, there is an additional charge that the shipping carriers will charge the customers, which from what we have found is more than what we are charging. With that being said, We will emailing customer and refunding the full amount on the order as requested. Again, we do apologize for the frustrations and inconveniences that have been caused and we will be handling and resolving this internally.

Order and filed have been looked over. Our files show that customer order was passed over to management due to a glitch in our system and refund not going through immediately. Once order was passed over to management, customer was manually refunded through PayPal in the full amount of $23.45 on December 6th.
I placed an order with Redline Steel on 9/17/17. I got an immediate confirmation of my order. 9 weeks later my order still has not been fulfilled. A call to the Huntsville Chamber of Commerce confirms that they are still in business and that the workers are putting in overtime. I do have a problem with a company whose advertising is great but does not balance that with customer service. A reassuring email from the company about my order or even being able to leave a voice mail would be helpful. , especially since I have attempted to contact them 10-12 times by both measures. Communication is key to good public relations and they truly lack that.

Ordered on 9/10 and received the confirmation but it was INCORRECT. I emailed them 4 times and on 11/11 received the INCORRECT order. I have called (get the same recording everyone else does) and now I am going to mail a paper complaint to them and dispute my credit card charge. Too bad, they have a good product but HORRIBLE customer service.

Red line contacted me after seeing this review AND have taken steps to correct this. I appreciate them reaching out. The product that came in error was very nice and I look forward to receiving the correct item. Like many others have said, the product is great it is the lack of communication that prompted the negative reviews. They did mention this and said they were working to correct it and that they have been overwhelmed by the rapid growth of their company. Since they have corrected the issue I would like to change my review to 4 stars.
I have just review my distressed flag from Redline Steel and it was awesome. I know it took several extra weeks to get to me but well worth the wait. I can always be patience for a veteran. This is our second item from Redline and we will be purchasing more. Just want to say "Thank You" for your service to our country and for the awesome steel art. Keep up the great work.
