This site is a scam. Wasted my time and money waiting for product. No customer service and response to email and phone number on bank transaction is false. Working with bank to get my money back. Way to screw a vet.

I received my Tree of Life in about 6 weeks but it arrived bent and chipped. I have tried to contact Redline several times but get no response. I tried calling but they are not taking messages. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is supposed to be a company run by an ex-military man. Pretty low to use that as a ploy and then not follow through.

My experience is just as frustrating as many of the reviews on here. Sadly, I didn't check here first just saw all positive reviews on their Facebook page. (which I'll get to again later) Placed my order on October 1, 2017 and my credit card was immediately charged. After four weeks, I called to check on my order. My order was not customized, it was only a generic living tree. Their response was to allow 4-6 weeks. After six weeks, I tried to contact them by various methods. First via email, no response. Second, private message by Facebook, no response. When I posted publicly on their Facebook page asking my order status they told me they forwarded it to someone that will check the status. Never heard back. Tried the phone number on their website, and choose the extension that put you through to order status. Given a message that stated due to high call my phone call could not be answered. There was no option to leave a message. Found on their website a way to check my order status, and found out that my order is still in process. Which I figure the person had seen when responding to my initial inquiry. it was then that I was forced to go back to posting on Facebook to ask that my order be cancelled and my money refunded. My post was deleted. Posted again, again deleted. This occurred about five or six times. Saw other posts go up basically asking about the order status on their orders and saw their posts deleted as well. That is why I will forever check Revdex.com before ordering anything ever again. I have since disputed the charge with my credit card. What is the most frustrating is their lack of customer service. Lost faith in this company, that could not do their job and response honestly and timely regarding the status of an order. This was my first time purchasing with this company and it was extremely disappointing. How can they keep charging people and not get their protect out in a timely matter is beyond me.

If you can not keep up with orders, then items should not be advertised via your Facebook page. This order was a gift that unfortunately did not arrive on time. This company not only does not respond to my emails and private messages, they delete comments customers post publicly on their Facebook page questioning the status of their orders. The customer service side of this business needs major improvements. Will not be a repeat customer.

My last order was for a Veteran that I wanted to give a gift for his efforts during hurricane Harvey. Like all of the previous reviews, this time it has been over 9 weeks. Like all the other previous reviews, they do not answer e-mails, or take phone calls. It's very disappointing as they have a great product and like myself are veterans. However, over 9 weeks have passed with not a peep from them other than taking my money the day of the order. This is not what a veteran truly represents. Use caution and know in advance that you will not see your order in time for Christmas. Or in my case, if at all. Who knows....

I had previously reviewed this company and I am still very unhappy due to the lack of communication. I did receive my order during the 7th week, which was a little late but I was surprised at the quality and weight of the item. It was very nice work and definitely worth the wait. I would suggest that if you order anything from them, order it way in advance.

Items not received and no reply to emails.
I ordered 9 items on September 6, 2017. ORDER #XXXXX . I payed with PayPal $60.30. I have received no update, and have sent 4 emails requesting the information. I had placed a second order in October to be sent to another address and that order has been received. I tried calling the company and get a recording that they are not accepting phone calls. I want the items, but will soon have paypal involved if I don't get a response.

Desired Outcome

I want to know when the items will arrive, as they are gifts. If I don't hear from them I want Paypal to return my payment to me.

Customer service is horrible. No answer on phone is horrible also.
I placed an order on sept 28th. The money was deducted from the account already. I have emailed multiple times with no answer at all. I have called with "we are not taking calls". #XXXXXX is order # for $36 which including shipping. I paid with credit card.

We have looked into customer's emails and order. Order number given was incorrect, however, we were able to find correct order number is XXXXXX. This order is currently in fulfillment, to be shipped within a week at the latest. Customer has been emailed to be informed of pending shipment. Customer has been explained to the delays that have occurred. Customer will be receiving a shipping confirmation email with tracking when order is shipped.

Order placed 9/17/17 for Tree of Life order # XXXXXX. I have sent 2 emails requesting status ( 11/3 - 11/4) after reading company's Facebook page of complaints ofn none deliveries. On 11/6 I sent a direct email to *** Wayne by replying to my confirmation letter. I have had no response from any of the emails. I have tried calling their published phone #s 800-308-6708 and 256-715-7122. Both go to message to contact thru their email or .com address. There is no way of reaching this company. Is this company a scam ?

I would like a refund... But for that I will contact my CC company. I would like Revdex.com to lower their score. If you are allowed to contact them, I would ask you to suggest they improve their customer service, delivery time, and stand up to the image they portray as being a military veteran owned and USA made.

Business did finally ship my order and I received in good condition and goods were as expected. I would like to stress to this company the need to improve their customer service. As I work in the customer service field, I can confirm the response to their customers can greatly improve or sadly decline their bottom line over time. Total lack of Customer service, no one answers email, or phone.

Ordered 2 items and have not received them. They take your money ASAP and they have NO customer service. They do not answer any emails and the phone system they have doesn't give you anyway of speaking to anyone and does not accept messages. No communication at all.

Placed an order on Sept 21 2017 and called and e mailed no answer. The phone number on bank statement is a wrong number. Live in Ss this really hurting me. Now have to spend more money on another gift.

I placed an order on September 25, 2017 with Redline Steel. They were paid the same day a total of $162 via credit card. It is now over 6 weeks and they have ignored 3 emails and the phone numbers are not accepting any calls. I am now issuing a dispute through my credit card company to get my money back. Terrible business and absolutely no customer service. I hope they go belly-up!

I placed an order in September. I received a personal e-mail for *** (I'm assuming the owner) thanking for the order. I have trying to get a status on the order for a couple of weeks now. I sent e-mails through their web site, directly to ***, I have called them directly and all departments have the same recording "due to high call volume..." and then you are directed to their web site. I will never order from them again and I will advise other people not to.

Emails and order has been looked over. Email was sent from company on October 16th explaining production time frame and delay on orders. Customer emailed several time after. However, emails were missed due to high volume of received emails. Order has been looked over and it is currently in fulfillment to be processed for shipment.

They lied. The e-mail I received from them said that there was a wiring issue in their building therefor the phones were working. I called AGAIN yesterday and I did the reach the company but it was a recording. If the phone lines weren't working then how was I able to get a recording? If they are so overwhelmed with orders they should stop promising their customers their product and taking even more orders. It's plain greed on their part. IF the owner is a veteran he is sure giving them a bad reputation by using his "status" as a veteran to promote his shady business.

I do not accept their lame excuses for why it took so long for me to receive my product. They did not respond to e-mail inquiries, they did not answer their phone and I have seen multiple reviews about the company with customers expressing the same concerns. I would not advise anyone to order from this company.

I love My Tree of LIfe. I plan on ordering more things. Yes their communications are not the best and it took a couple of weeks longer BUT...I think they were not expecting the orders they have received I pray they continue and do well . Their prices are great. Be patient after all they laid down their lives for us. I give them a big 4 communication if rated 0-5 and product knocked it out of the park!!!!

Order placed over 60 days ago and cannot obtain information from anyone if it will be delivered.
I placed an order with Redline Steel for a wedding gift in October. It was purchased 8/24/17 (order #XXXXX) online through their website. It was paid for by a Visa credit card. When the order was placed they indicated a 4-6 week turnaround. I inquired on 10/12/17 and received an email stating they were having equipment issues. Followed up on 10/30/17 and still getting the run around. It's now been 10 weeks! I feel I have given them ample time! I just want a refund!!

I placed an order with Redline on 23Aug2017 and have received nothing as of 01Nov2017.
Order placed with Redline Steel 23Aug2017. Charged $90.60 on my VISA, for order #XXXXX, which was confirmed by them in email the same day. I sent an email inquiry regarding order status on 23Oct2017 to their Customer Service address, and have not received an answer to date. No order received as of 01Nov2017, so I tried to call the number on my credit card statement. This number (XXX-XXX-XXXX) was incorrect, and the poor company whose number it is has a message saying the number was printed in error, they were not the retailer or anyone who could refund money or give order status.

I then looked Redline Steel up online and called the number listed (XXX-XXX-XXXX). There are 3 options: ext 101 for order status, 102 for custom orders and 103 for all other calls. I tried both 101 and 103, but both extensions have a message saying that "due to the high volume of calls" they are not accepting calls at this time. Then you are instructed to go to their web site and use the Contact Us function. I did this, detailing my order and steps I had taken to find out the status of it. When I clicked "Submit", all I got was a frowning face and an empty field. Clearly the message had not gone through. Redline still has a website that seems to operate, and a Facebook page, where I posted that no one should order products and/or give them money. However, it seems that you cannot see any comments made on their page.

If Redline had taken steps to inform me that my order was delayed but still coming, or that they were out of business and providing a refund, I wouldn't be making this complaint. They took my money and delivered nothing, so by definition, they are thieves. They should not have a working web site where they can presumably (I'm certainly not testing this) still steal people's money, nor should they have a page on Facebook. Thank-you for any help you can provide, and if you can stop Redline from stealing from others.

I would like a refund check mailed to me ASAP. Redline should be shut down if they are stealing from people, don't you think? They, of course, shouldn't be able to charge people any longer for product they are not delivering. Certainly the tie in used by Colin Wayne Erwin to US Veterans is despicable. He should be apologizing for that as well as refunding people's money.

Order was looked into and it was shipped on November 1st and delivered on November 3rd. There was shipping confirmation email sent on the same day the complaint was filed and a delivery email sent as well on November 3rd. This order was delivered before we received the complaint in the mail.

I ordered the family tree on 10/2/2017 and paid 64.00 plus tax and delivery fee. I received a confirmation of order and confirmation of payment. This is all I received. No shipping date or any response to my many emails I have sent under the web site "contact us" section. I have made five attempts to call the company and never get through or the option to leave a message.

I still don't know when my order will ship. I understand the issues the company is working through, however the response I received doesn't help. I requested a time frame for delivery and was told in an email there isn't a way to track my order. It was a well written email that gave me no answers to my question. While I appreciate finally hearing from the company I still question when I will receive my order.

Product delivered

On Sept 3, 2017 I placed an online order with Redline steel and they relieved my Visa account of $36 on that same day. I received an email dated the same day confirming my order and that it would be 4 to 6 weeks for me to receive my order. It has now been 2 months and no reply.
During this time, I have received several more emails encouraging me to purchase more items. I did not place any more orders. On Oct 28 I sent an email asking for an update on when my order would be shipped. No reply from Redline. On Nov 1 I looked up Redline Steel on Revdex.com and saw all the complaints. Their phone number was listed so I called Redline. The auto answer stated that their voice inbox was full and then hung up on me.
I contacted Visa and filed a dispute to attempt to have my money returned.
Really bad experience with Redline Steel.
Hoping that Visa will be able to return my money.

The money was taken from my pay pal account immediately for an Item that should deliver in 4-6 weeks. This is the 6th week and I haven't heard anything by e-mail phone or text concerning my delivery date. I have e-mailed Redline and called many times but never reaching anyone. The recording says that due to a high call volume they are unable to take the call at this time and the machine hangs up on you. I certainly wish I would have checked the reviews before I ordered the item. If I don't receive it within the next two weeks, I will file a complaint with pay pal and request my money back.
It seems that all of their replies to the Revdex.com reviews are pretty much the same... a very generic reply saying it is not intentional and making excuses for not answering the phone and e-mail. If you cant or won't hire enough staff to take care of your business maybe you shouldn't take more orders than you can handle.
I would like an update on my order and have sent a request not only by e-mail but also on their site. This wouldn't be so frustrating if they would just communicate!

Just received my order today. Love the products I received. They did a phenomenal job! Very happy customer. Yes it does take a while to receive your order, but was worth the wait. It's a young company and they do need to work on their customer service department but I would order from them again with hesitation!
