I placed an order for 2 items on Aug 25th. The 4-6 week lead time has come and gone. I've written 2 emails to their customer support with no response. I wrote a message on Facebook messenger with no response. Phone calls went unanswered. I see I'm not alone. I don't care what the problem is, communication with your customers is priority one or you won't have a business for long. I'm sure his products are great but it doesn't really matter if he's stringing people along and we can't get what we paid for. Hire more people, stop taking new orders, do whatever it takes to fulfill the orders you've already taken.

I recently submitted my first order to Red line Steel, LLC and when the four items came, I was very pleased with the size and quality of my purchase .. I immediately ordered four more items to give as Christmas gifts. I will certainly be a regular customer for future items. Also they arrived sooner than expected, which is always nice.

I ordered 2 metal flags August 1st. 11 weeks today and no product yet. I email them on why and get nothing but excuses.
On August 1st I ordered 2 American flags that are made out of metal and then powder coated. They (Redline Steel) claim 6 weeks to receive the item. It has been 11 weeks today and I have sent numerous emails with no response. I have tried calling them but they have a recording that claims that they are too busy to take calls. The only response I get is if I post on their Facebook page and that response is nothing but excuses such as a machine broke, they have too many orders, etc., etc. I have even asked for a refund of my $93 with no reply.

Desired Outcome

Simply cancel my order and refund my money($93).

Emails have been looked over and we do see that there has been correspondence with a customer service rep. This correspondence was ended on September 19th. Within these emails there was not a cancellation or refund request. In addition, we do see that the owner himself has sent out an email explaining the delay we have been under and have sent a $15 off code for a following purchase if accepted. With that said, customer order has been given over to management and this will be continued and handled internally.

After 12 weeks of waiting I finally received my products. In recent emails from them I was promised both a 15$ coupon and an extra product (metal eagle) for my troubles. I did not receive either but at this point I'm not dealing with them about/for anything. I just wonder how much longer it would have taken if I did not contact you(Revdex.com). It may seem like no big deal to you all but thank you very much. At this point I'm satisfied.

Very slow. Placed an order Over 6 weeks ago and have not received it. I emailed 3 times before I got a "canned" response. I have emailed again, but cannot get a response on the status of my order. However, they charged me for the item the same day it was ordered. The website states 4-6 weeks, but they are working to reduce that to 7 days in the next 1-2 months- its been saying that for over 1-2 months. I still do not have my order.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in shipment of order. This is not intentional in any way and we are working as quickly as we can to get each order produced and shipped. We will email directly to handle this internally and initially work to make sure order is shipped.

I thoroughly read the shipping times which stated 5 to 6 weeks before the items would ship. I received my order approximately 6 weeks after placing the order.
I ordered the Tree of Life and the Me You Infinity. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the shipping service.

I placed an order with this company and have not received the item. There has been no response to my concerns.
I placed an order on 8/30/17 and have yet to receive the product. I contacted them 3 times and have not heard back from anyone in the company. I called and the recording states that they are experiencing high call volumes and are unable to take the call and I'm unable to leave a message.

I am requesting a full refund for this item

We understand the longevity of the production time therefore we are working to correct the obstacles that have been placed in front of us. I placed an order & paid for the 18 inch Tree of Life on Aug 27, 2017. Never received it and multiple efforts to contact them have been unsuccessful
I placed an Order # XXXXX XX inch Tree of Life on Aug 27,2017 and paid $36.00 by PayPal at that time. It has now been over 7 weeks and I have not received any notification regarding the status of my order. I emailed, telephoned & Facebook. Originally I received a form letter that said it could take 4-6 weeks. That time has passed and I have not received an update. I received an instant message on FaceBook asking for my order # which I gave. No response.

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive the order or get my money back.

After lodging my complaint with your Revdex.com, I was notified that I would be receiving the product within a few days and I did. Thank you for your help in this issue.

Doesn't look good, they charged my card promptly but when I called one week later there is no way to reach "ANYONE". No return calls at all. I am contacting my credit card company to reverse charges and move on. Would be very simple have someone answer the phone take a message answer a question.

This seems to be there "canned" response to everyone. I have called numerous times and emailed with no reply at all. Would be a different situation but the fact they took time to respond to Revdex.com complaint and not communicate at all to the customer is sad. Its been two weeks and "ZERO" communication at all. I have cancelled my order with them via email no reply. I have filled a complaint with the credit card company as well.

I see now I should have checked out the reviews before ordering. I placed an order for a wedding that has now come and gone. When trying to contact them by phone it says they are not accepting calls and apparently they are not accepting emails either because I have emailed three times and no response. I have emailed three times about an order. Its ashamed because it looks like they have a product that people can get excited about but unfortunately their customer service is going to kill them.

We have looked over emails and do see that there was a response on September 29th explaining the lead times and possible delays. However, we do apologize for the delay in response as this was not intentional, but due to an overwhelming amount of 4,000+ emails.

We look forward to resolving this internally and the order being sent out as quickly as possible.

The only email I received on Sept 29th was an advertisement for more business. Why would you be advertising for more business when you can't keep up with what you have. I finally received an email on Oct 11 in response to mine. My suggestion would be to take down all advertising till you get it together.

I ordered a product on August 26th, 2017 and I have not received the product.
I have attempted to reach the company 3 times via e-mail with no response and I cannot reach the company by the phone number on their website.

I would like to receive my product, but if that is not going to happen in a reasonable time I would like a refund.

Simple communication from the company would have likely stopped this complaint from occurring. I am not happy with my service, but I hope the quality of the product will make up for it.

I made two orders with Redline. The merchandise arrived in a timely manner and is beautiful. One was for a wedding gift, and I am very pleased to give it to the newlyweds. I have since reordered several other items for Christmas gifts. I am happy with this company!

I placed an order on August 24, 2017, and although they did take the payment on my card, I have not received my order nor have I received any responses to my numerous emails. Tried calling today and got an automated message that they are not taking any calls at this time, even though I hit every extension number it gave me as an option. I am very disappointed and very skeptical at this point. I ordered from them mainly because they are operated by veterans, and my purchases are for veterans themselves. I understand being a little behind on lead times, but when people have invested their money with you and purchased from you, the customers deserve to get answers about their orders, and I have tried many, many times now. I had hoped this would be a good thing and a good experience and my gifts would be much appreciated by those who I purchased them for. However, now I'm not optimistic that I'll even receive them and that it's money wasted.

I really wish I'd read the reviews before purchase. My order, Order #XXXXX, was placed on Sept 1. My email went unanswered and sounds like calling doesn't work (per other reviews). I did notice that the money was drawn from PayPal on the day of order, rather than when the item ships, so I can't even cancel. I love the idea of Made in America...come on...don't give it a black eye.

After I placed my order I quickly got an email thanking me. Back on 9/2/17. Emailed a few weeks ago they said it would be mailed out in 2 wks. Its now October 11 and 3 emails later, now not even a reply. Made a mistake on this place and they better not take my info and use it anywhere. Not good.

EXTREMELY poor customer service. Have NO problem taking your money, but many problems following through with delivery of products.
At the risk of piling on, my issue is similar to many others here. I ordered a 'Tree of Life' on August 27th, and the payment was taken from our account- including S&H totaled $36.00, on the 28th. It was stupidly paid with our Visa debit card, so there is no recourse, yeah, lesson learned. They confirmed the order (#XXXXX), and stated there would be a 4-6 wk turnaround. It's now been a bit over 6 wks., so I inquired via email the status....nothing. I messaged on FB, nothing. I even reached out on Twitter....crickets. I then started posting on FB, my dis-satisfaction with their customer service, as others were doing. I FINALLY got a response this am, as to my order number...YAY!!, well not so much, as by the close of the business day, still no answer. I then went back to FB, and noticed that they removed almost all of my comments, (none were inappropriate or rude, just honest), I get that there are growing pains, with any new start up. They should however STOP the FB teaser ads, and adding new products, until they can honor the prior ones....just a thought.

I just want the Tree please, and oh yeah, and apology would be nice.

Undelivered going on three months
I ordered a USA map with the red line for my father's birthday. Ordered at the end of July in plenty of time for his birthday at the end of September. Or so I thought. Still waiting.

Never received order. No response from company vis phone or email
ordered item 8-23. They were quick to debit my account 8-25. Yes I understand delivery time. I tried called. you get no one. Sent multiple emails...no response. It's been almost 7 weeks and I have read a lot of complaints of this company. Not a good way to do business. I either want confirmation I will get the item SOON...or I want my money back. Most companies don't charge your account until item is shipped. Never again will I order anything from them...its order #XXXXX and the charge was $36.00. I ordered a Tree Of Life. They are still advertising on Facebook...How can they do business like this with so many dis-satisfied customers!

Yes my order was received 10-16...However it was not shipped prior to the complaint. I filed the complaint 10-10 and I didn't receive the email that it had been shipped until 10-14. So I don't understand why they say it was shipped BEFORE the complaint. Also I was aware of the 4-6 week delivery time, but no where was I told about a delay. All I wanted was to speak to someone about my order or get a response to my email. They did neither...that's what I would call bad business. Also the fact they debited my account immediately. Most companies wait until the item ships. So end result, I did receive the item after I filed the complaint and all this could have been avoided if they would just answer their phones or respond to customers emails. There are also alot of bad reviews about this company for the exact same reason I filed the complaint. They need to be more considerate of the customer...So I do accept the response since I received the item, however I don't think it was very truthful...Thank you

I received the missing Tree Of Life hanging in the mail today, October 14, 2017. I also received an electronic credit of $9 in shipping costs.

Thank you Redline Steel for correcting the situation quickly. I wish to let people know that the products I bought from them are very good and as represented. Their shipping time was within an acceptable time and they let me know when they were shipping out the merchandise. If it weren't for the glitch in the free shipping costs being credited on orders of $99 and being one item short in the first shipment, I would have been very pleased with this company. PLEASE Redline Steel, work on your customer service response time and get back to customer's messages in a more timely manner. Thank you.

I placed my order with Red line Steel, LLC in August 2017, and it shows on my bank statement that they received their money September 5th 2017.
I have not received an email (at time of order I was told I would receive an email regarding status)
This has taken too long, and I am going to get their 800 # I am in California.
If I had gotten at least an email from them I would not be concerned.

Emails and order has been looked over. We do see that the email sent on October 7th was replied to on October 9th prior to us receiving the review. Our current response time is 2-3 days due to an influx of thousands of emails. Our initial production only time frame is 4-6 weeks. However, we are currently under a delay due to several internal incidents and high demand in items. We are working as quickly as we can 24/7 to get each order finished and shipped.
