I had ordered some items online through this business. I became upset after I had tried to contact them through email and phone and was unable to get a response from anyone. After contacting the Revdex.com I received my items. This order was not received in a timely manner. It was ordered in Sept 2017 and I did not receive until Dec 2017 {the 7th} But I will have to tell you these items our of utmost quality. They are beautiful. If this business would just post on their website they are running behind, I don't believe the consumer would be upset if the order took longer than expected. But not to hear is disheartening when you have already paid for your order. But in all honesty I would definitely order from this site again. Their products are of high quality, beautiful craftsmanship, and are worth waiting for. I thank Redline Steel for their products. And I also thank Colin for his service to our country!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank You

Placed order online, charged incorrectly due to promotion, have been unable to contact the company through phone or email the order is not fulfilled.
I placed an order online through Redline Steel company website, on November 12, 2017 for 4 custom monogrammed signs. The order # is XXXXXX. At the time of the purchase a sales promotion was advertised on the website as buy one sign get one 50% off. At the checkout, I was charged full price for all four signs. I later tried contacting the company multiple times by phone. The automated message says they are not taking calls at this time due to the high volume of orders. I proceeded to try contacting them by email messages on their website and it says they will respond by email or through the site. I have still received no communication from this company since the order confirmation at the time the order was placed. I have sent three messages at this point. The order has yet to be fulfilled, but my credit card has been charged for $279.20. I would like to have my order fulfilled and my credit card charges adjusted to reflect the sale promotion as of November 12th. I am concerned as to whether my order will be fulfilled due to the lack of communication from this company. Also it has raised concerns for me as to whether this a legitimate business or a scam.
The resolution I am seeking from the business is to have my credit card adjusted to reflect the sales promotion as of November 12. I would also like my order to be fulfilled and receive acknowledgment from the business that it will be fulfilled. If the order is not going to be fulfilled by the business, I want the charges on my credit card to be removed. I hope to have some form of correspondence with this company in the next week.
Order was looked over. The monogram sale that was on November 12th only applied to select monograms. The monograms that the customer ordered were not part of the sale. A screen shot of the sale flyer that was sent out, is attached for reference. In addition, customer order already has a discount added for the amount of $69.80. Therefore this order does not meet the requirements for the 50% off sale.

I do not accept the response of the business. The sale promotion at the top of the website did not read as select monograms and I am aware that a 20% discount was applied to the order already. The flyer attached does read as select styles but again it was not listed that way on the website. As for the order being over looked, why was my credit card billed? Is the order still going to be fulfilled? These signs were to be Christmas gifts and were ordered far enough in advance. Even though you will not make any further adjustments to reflect the sale promotion, I want my order to be fulfilled as soon as possible. I will pay the amount of $279.20, but I need these signs shipped to me before Christmas, at no additional charge to me. If you are not able to fulfill my order, please make the necessary adjustments to refund my credit card. If you are to refund my credit card and not fulfill the order, I would like some form of correspondence from the company so I am aware of the actions taken on this matter.
We sincerely apologize for the wording of response. The order was not looked over, it was looked into. We apologize for wording this in a manner that was confusing. We do have order set to ship on 12/29/17 along with having our shop foreman emailing and communicating with the customer.

I have the same complaint as everyone else. I ordered, they collected my payment but have not heard anything from them since. I've emailed, I've called... no response. Please don't buy from this company. I can be a patient customer but I would ask that the company at least keep the lines of communication open to advise customers of their order status. I bought 1 item as a Christmas gift, I would just like to know if I'm going to receive it or not. Very, very poor customer service.....
I ordered an item 10/31/17. At the time there was no mention on the website of any delivery delays. I review a company's return and shipping information before buying. I have been checking back frequently. Finally there is a statement in the shipping section of the website(you will never see it unless you check there) that shipments are delayed. Now the website states that if you ordered before 11/24/17 they guarantee delivery. I have attempted multiple times to contact this business by phone and email. I continue to get "canned" responses to my emails. I have no idea if this order will be fulfilled in time for Christmas. I will be filing a complaint and contacting my credit card company for a refund. Very disappointed.
I ordered two items from Redline Steel on August 22 and it is now December 4th and have not received the items. No answer when I call business.
On 08-22-17 I placed an order with Redline Steel and purchased two LEO flags. Order # XXXXX. The purchase was in the total of $318.00 and they immediately charged my credit card. The items were suppose to be delivered in 4-6 weeks. It is now XX-XX-XX and I have not received my items. I have contacted the business on three separate occasions and each time the business states "Do to the high volume of calls we are not taking calls at this time." I have contacted them through Facebook and emailed the business and all I get back is the items are coming and they will let me know when the items are sent. They also emailed me and stated they are sorry for the delay and hope to fulfill the item soon, giving me a discount on my next purchase. I paid through paypal and am not happy at all. I have never spoken to an actual person.

Customer was responded to on December 5th by a customer service rep, apologizing for the delay and explaining that we would be shipping the order that day, and upgraded the items to a larger size for free. I placed an order back in October, my credit card was charged on October 22nd for the amount of $326.40. I never received a confirmation email or order number. I have waited for weeks for my order or even a status update. I have attempted to contact the company via Email, phone call and Facebook with no response.
I request a full refund of $326.40, I am no longer interested in doing business with this company.

On 10/12/17 I ordered a design of a tree of life. My credit card was charged $36. I have never received the item. An order on 10/18 was fulfilled.
On 10/12/17 I ordered a Tree of Life in black. $36 was charged to my BB&T credit card, and posted to my account on 10/15/17.Unfortunately, and completely out of character, I did not keep a copy of the order number. On my bank statement I have a Plan Name and a Reference #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Unfortunately, I have never received that product.
On 10/18/17, having faith, I placed a second order, which I received in 4-5 weeks. Their products are beautiful and of excellent quality. I have confidence that they are trying. Their advertising advises that they are veterans, and I was happy to support such a business.
Looking for a way to contact this company, I found a phone # on my credit card bill. A very nice lady answered, and told me that their phone # had been incorrectly listed for 6-7 months. She asked me to mention this, as to daily receive phone calls from disgruntled customers for a business she has nothing to do with is very annoying. I am 69 years old and living on a fixed income. I cannot see any reason I should have paid for a product on the 12th of October, and not have received it by Dec 1st. There seem to be many similar complaints, so I guess you are already familiar with this business. The last time I contacted them was by e-mail about a week ago. Thank you, and good luck.
All I really want is to receive the product I ordered.. Also, it would be nice to have an explanation for this delay. If it is not possible to get the item (It still appears in the shopping portion of their website.), then I would like a refund.

I placed (2) orders on October 14th. I received one and the other one I have not. The other one is a Christmas present. I have tried to call, cannot leave messages. I have emailed numerous times with no response. I even filled out a review they emailed me, hoping to get a response. This is a Veteran owned company and my Dad is a veteran, one of the reasons I ordered from this company. I work in the service industry and I understand how busy it can get. But if you don't communicate with your customers, you won't have them. I just want to know if I will ever get the product or if I will get my money back. This is very frustrating and disheartening.
We will be handling this internally and resolving this matter as quickly as possible.
I did receive communication from Redline Steel with information on why the order has been delayed. I appreciate the correspondence from the company and look forward to receiving my product.
Ordered 3 items on October 20, 2016. Site states mfg. timeline 6 weeks. Account debited $200 immediately....no response to inquiries, no merchandise!
On Oct. 20 I ordered 3 items. Received confirmation of order #XXXXXX. My account was debited $200 on October 23. Late November I started inquiries regarding timeline for my order. Per their voicemail message, they won't accept calls & directed to send email. 5 emails....no response. No ability to leave a voicemail. Went to Facebook advertising & posted on their page advertising Christmas delivery why they continue to take orders promising Christmas delivery when numerous orders are unfilled. Received a message back stating to contact via Facebook & my order was being brought to the attention of the shop foreman. Excerpts:

Christmas, as our Christmas Deadline for guaranteed delivery prior to Christmas is

Now ALL NEGATIVE COMMENTS on their facebook page have been deleted (and there were 200+)! Cannot correspond via Messenger any longer and STILL cannot leave a voicemail. I have STILL had no further correspondence or interaction or response from them. Very frustrated and feel as if I've been duped. I'm a fellow veteran, as is my husband and son. I'm appalled that a veteran would use the guise of military service as a business ploy and then not follow through on their advertising! The product maybe outstanding, but their customer service, follow through leaves much to be desired and I don't think I would do business with them again!
I would like my three items, as ordered & confirmed in order #XXXXXX delivered BEFORE December 8, 2017. (if this means expedited delivery at their cost....so be it). I would like for them to STOP advertising that orders are 6 weeks. I FIRMLY BELIEVE that ALL FACEBOOK COMMENTS (positive or negative) should remain! If delivery is not possible by December 8, 2017, then I would like an IMMEDIATE FULL AND COMPLETE REFUND so I can attempt to purchase other gifts.

Order arrived damaged. Immediate email from them stated they were submitting a re-manufacture order and to keep the damaged product, they didn't want it back. Also stated I probably wouldn't get the newly manufactured item before Christmas. This is all well and good and I was impressed that they IMMEDIATELY responded to my notification of damaged shipment.......BUT, time will tell. History shows that unfortunately, their follow-up communication and ability to make inquiries either through text, email, voicemail, etc. has been horrendous. So I would like to leave this claim open and active until this matter is resolved with a newly undamaged piece. The items received that were not damaged are of good quality and I appreciate that they are as represented in their advertising. My biggest complaint has always been their customer service and lack of communication. Again, when I receive undamaged goods, I will gladly give an outstanding review of their product and close this claim.

I ordered my product 11 weeks ago and just like all of you I still have not received the product for the wedding I ordered this for. Unfortunately the wedding was two weeks ago and I am very disappointed. I have emailed multiple times with no response. The last email I sent, I asked them to respond quickly, otherwise I was posting a complaint here. Well guess what, I haven't received a response so here is my response to that.
I am so disappointed in a company that promotes they are veteran owned. This was one of the reasons I ordered from you instead of another company. My son is in the military and I hold his position with pride and total respect. To be veteran owned I would hope that you would treat your customers with pride and respect because we are trying to support you.
I am not sure why this company keeps taking orders. Maybe you should stop until you get caught up. All you are doing is creating more and more unhappy customers. Doesn't seem like a good way to run a business to me. I hope I get my product soon since I have already paid for it. I would truly like to give the gift to my niece and her new husband very soon.

The really sad part is it took me submitting a negative comment on the Revdex.com before you took care of my order. I did receive the order and I am happy I can finally give the wedding gift to my niece and her new husband. However, I don't feel this is a way to run a small business. You are losing more customers than you are gaining. Stop for a minute and catch up and start making happy customers, instead of customers who have to beg to get their product. It is a good product, but honestly after this, I would not recommend you to anyone.

No customer service whatsoever!! They take money up front and then provide no means at all to contact them regarding an order status.
Purchased on Nov 4, 2017; Order # XXXXXX; Total amount $23.45; Charged on credit card. We placed this order several weeks ago and have received NO response to our inquiries. As of Nov 24th, the company was still advertising taking orders in time for Christmas deliveries. We find this very hard to believe given the lead times they seem to have. They have a large number of comments from customers all over the web having similar problems. They take your money up front and then NEVER call or email you back. I have emailed several times with no response. When you call them (800-308-6708) you only receive a message stating they are not taking calls and there is no option to leave a voicemail (this includes every extension option from their phone greeting). We are getting very concerned that our order will not be delivered in time for Christmas. We did see that some people have had success getting their orders but ONLY after contacting PayPal/credit cards to request inquiries on the charges. There are many remarks from customers that Redline Steel deletes any negative posts/inquiries regarding orders and similar issues. Finally, Redline Steel promotes their products claiming that a portion of their business helps to support veterans. This is a very advantageous selling point and one the affected our buying decision. To us, Redline Steel is not doing anyone any service, including veterans, by providing absolutely zero customer service. Like many other Redline Steel customers on the web, they should not falsely advertise their lead times and should, at the very least, be willing to COMMUNICATE with their customers. The lack of communication and extremely long lead times leave many to believe they are not a legitimate company and, like us, question their credibility and whether we too should cancel the charges. We would like our order and feel good about buying a product that supports our veterans. However, we really need to know the status of our order. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

Like many other reviews/complaints, I was very excited about the order I placed on October 8 with an assurance of a 4-6 week delivery window. Had they contacted me to let me know there was going to be a delay, I would have understood. But, after emails went unanswered I tried to call. They are not accepting phone calls and direct you to fill out a form. I did receive a FB message from them 3 days ago saying they would look into it. Have heard nothing and now the messenger refers you to the website. A cyclical pattern without a person to answer. Might be a great product, I have no idea since I don't have it. But, seems unprepared for orders and is handling customer service very poorly. It appears to be a shady operation with the way things are handled. Will likely be disputing charges if no resolution or at least communication! Too bad, would have rather had the product. Should have read these reviews first :(

Tree of Life was delivered and is beautiful. I am glad to have received it. If customer service was better I would definitely order more items.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I place and order on November 2, 2017 and still the item has not been delivered. I have contacted them two time by email and phone and no response. They already have my money! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!
We apologize for the lack of communication. Our typical production time frame is 4-6 weeks, which is stated on several pages of the website and on the order confirmation email. We see that your order was shipped and delivered within this time frame.
I ordered the LOVE cutout with a paw print and am well pleased with the product. It is going to be a gift to my daughter for her birthday as she has two spoiled little dogs!

Ordered a steel sign on 11/2/2017, cost with shipping $11.95, money was taken from my bank account on 11/2/2017. Have tried to contact Redline Steel multiple times via email and phone calls. No answer or just a recorded message, no way to leave a voice mail. As of today, 11/24/2017 no response or product has been received. They are thieves and have stolen my money. I am a senior citizen and don't have money to throw away.

I received the product but it was not what I expected. I did speak to another customer who ordered the same product I did, she was not satisfied with hers. Both were thin metal with sharp edges, it would make a good weapon. The company did send me an email regarding my complaint stating they were sorry for the misunderstanding and that the product would arrive shortly. I accept the company's response but I will not purchase anything else from them. Thank you for your quick response to my complaint.

I placed an order 8/29/17 & still have not rec'd my order, but they have already charged my card. It has been approx 13/14 weeks & no order product.
I placed an order (#XXXXX) X/29/17 and paid by CC of $88.20. Which was charged on 8/30/17 Order should have been done in 6 wks. On 10/08 emailed to see what the problems was and *** replied with 'machine issues'& they are doing all they can. I sent a few Facebook message 11/11 and 11/13 with less that adequate responses. Rec'd and email from "Sean" stating sorry but we only have 25 employees and are swamped. and he assures me I will receive by Christmas and their deadline to mail out would be 11/24/17. I have yet to receive a "your order has been shipped" email as stated. it has been nearly 14 wks and I do not have my order but yet they have their money. I was initially chocked when my credit card got charged as usually when I buy online my card does NOT get charged until the item has shipped. NOT HAPPY! THEY ARE NOT EVEN EXCEPTING PHONE CALLS FOR ME TO EVEN GET A STATUS UPDATE. THEY REFER ME TO THEIR WEBSITE AND "CONTACT US" WHICH IN TURNS REPLIES WITH A MESSAGE FROM "SEAN'
