I placed on order 26 July and was told 4 to 6 weeks. It's now been over 7 weeks and I have heard nothing from the company. I have called numerous times, emailed several times, and tried to chat and nothing. My credit card was charged immediately and I can't even get a status of my order. One of the products was for a wedding gift but it won't be here in time and I need to cancel, if I could only get a response. I would not recommend this company!!!
On August 6, 2017 I ordered product from Red Line Steel. Their website states that it would be a 4-6 week delivery timetable. They also state that they would notify my when the product shipped. I have not heard from them concerning my purchase since August 6th. I have also made attempts to contact them regarding my purchase 2 different times, via email. I have not received any reply. I also attempted to call them via land line and received a recorded message that due to heavy phone traffic they were unable to take the call. I tried calling 3 different times, at different times of the day. The product ordered was to be delivered to a family member in a different state. I wanted to ensure that the family member was aware of the tentative delivery date, but cannot do so without a response from Red Line Steel.
I believe it to be unprofessional, and certainly not good business practice, to neglect a communication from a concerned customer. Hope I didn't waste my money.

Placed my order on July 31, 2017 Paid for the item. I have not received the item, nor will they returned my calls or emails.
I placed my order on line on July 31, 2017 and the funds have been taken from my account to pay for the item. I have not received the item, nor will their phone system take any calls. Their phone system will not let you leave a message. I have sent four emails that they have not answered. I have sent a message using their online "contact us" web page without any reply email or call.
I would like the item I ordered or a refund right away.
We sincerely apologize for the delay in shipment and in response to your emails. We are receiving a high influx of emails on a daily, therefore our response time has gone down unfortunately. Customer Support is working as quickly as possible to make sure each customer is taken care of appropriately and each question answered.
We have been under a delay due to a high demand in a lot of our items. It is not our intentions to cause any frustrations or inconveniences and we surely apologize and take responsibility for which has been caused.
Management does know about the delays and of Mr. order and they have agreed that they will do what they can to do what they can to get the order out as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of the item.
In addition, a customer service rep will be in contact and will stay in contact with Mr., until his order has been shipped.
I have sent numerous emails to this company and I have tried to call them. They have not responded to any of my emails and they are not taking any calls. I made an order on July 25th for two different things. One of my orders have come in. I have not received my other order. I have paid for this order.
I placed my order with this company on 7/26/17 as of today I have not received my order. I have sent multiple emails to this company with NO response. I've sent emails via their company website and FB page. Still no answer. Calls to the 800 number result in an automated system directing you to different departments but regardless of what department you choose....they are not taking calls at this time and then it disconnects you! This is customer service??? They took the money out of my account a immediately and I received an email with my order number. I've received multiple emails since then about sales they are having. I am highly disappointed with the lack of customer service. I realize business may have boomed more than anticipated but to completely ignore your customers is NOT good for business. I had excitedly looked forward to placing a custom made order but now will find another business to do this with. It really is a shame. I work in a Veterans facility...I love my Vets of every age. I come from a military family. I thought what a marvelous idea! Boy was I mistaken! Get it together Redline Steel!!! This is no way to build a business!
DON'T DO IT, don't order from Redline Steel unless you like paying for something you don't get. Take a look at their Facebook page and all the complaints. I don't understand why they keep their Facebook page up with all the negative remarks. I placed my order and I'm still waiting for more than two months. They do not take call, "do to the high call volume we are not excepting call at this time. That's what you get if you call them. If you email them or use their "contact us" on their website you get nothing back. I ordered an American Flag. Look nice didn't know it was a SCAM. DON'T DO IT!
I ordered an item at the beginning of July 2017 for my husband's birthday on Sept. 28th and I cannot get a return call or email. They do not answer their 800 phone number and you are unable to leave a message. They also do not answer emails. I love doing business with veterans, but this company is horrible to do business with. I keep seeing advertisements on Facebook, but they are not spending any time producing product or answering concerns. Very disappointed!!!!
Placed an order on July 16, it is now September 15 and still no delivery of product. No response to emails, Facebook posts and can't contact by phone.
I place an order on July 16. At the time I placed the order, it stated it would take 3-4 weeks for processing and delivery but due to high demand it could take up to 6 weeks. It is now coming up on 9 weeks and still no delivery. I have sent emails and Facebook posts as their phone system does not accept in coming calls and directs you to the website where they don't reply to those either.
I am now at the point that I do NOT wish to support this business and DEMAND a full refund of $74.99. I do NOT want the products and refuse to allow this business to benefit from my hard earned money with its incredibly poor customer service and inability to deliver the products bought and paid for. If they refuse to refund, I will contact my financial institution to file fraud charges. I am protected via Federal Regulations governing electronic transactions!

We are working through this backlog as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of the product.

This gentleman is lying. My request to cancel the order and refund of the purchased price was received well before the shipment was received by USPS. I have attached the emails proving this. The first email shows my order confirmation, one of many emails attempting to get updated information and the final email dated 9/17 with the CEO directly requesting the cancellation. The product did not get received by USPS for shipping until 9/22 which is 6 days later, also documented with the tracking history provided. I have also reached out on 9/25 when I received shipping notification asking how to return the products for a full refund (the package has not been opened) and again, have been blatantly ignored. Mr. received my complaint, pushed my order to the front of the line and shipped it out despite having received my cancellation request 6 days prior and the notification from the Revdex.com. Now he will not reply to the request for return instructions to get the requested refund. All documents with proof of the above are attached. I am still requesting refund and now return authorization since Mr. insists on playing games and lying.
Shortly after posting my response to the business response, I received a phone call from "***" who is in charge of customer service. After speaking to him for almost an hour, we have reached a very amicable resolution. I would therefore, like to withdraw my complaint against Redline Steel. They are have gone above and beyond to make things right and I am very pleased with the outcome.
I ordered and paid for the Tree of Life product on 17 July 2017. Haven't received it. I purchased the product on 17th July 2017 and this was paid for using PayPal. I have yet to receive the product. I contacted the company three times now and have received automated responses.

It is unfortunate that it took a Revdex.com complaint to have the package shipped. Perhaps the business should extend the shipping of goods to an expectation of 2 months.

This business is a scam as they are always advertising on Facebook and social media saying that they help veterans and praying on emotions to get new business revenue without deliverying.

I placed an order two months ago....and STILL have not received my product. I, like so many others, fell for this! I am truly disappointed that this company did not stop taking orders to make right by those whose money they so quickly took online. I was patient up until now. Now it seems like they are just unable to keep to their promises about delivery timelines. Their response time to emails is non-existent when posing questions about shipping timelines, etc...and they are under staffed and their business seems to be suffering on all levels due to their lack of not knowledge of how to manage Supply & Demand. It will not take me long from this point to dispute my charges and ask for a refund if my order is not fulfilled.

Ordered item 8 weeks ago after a Facebook ad. Checked their website after 6 weeks (which was promise date) & no update to status. Emailed their support. NO RESPONSE. posted on their Facebook page. NO RESPONSE and comment DELETED. Emailed their support again and NO RESPONSE. Emailed their owner and NO RESPONSE. Several other consumers posting the same concerns on Facebook. NO DELIVERY of ANY items.

Mrs. order was shipped out on September 13th. Due to the address being in Hawaii, there is extra transportation needed that we do not have control over. The item wasn't shipped out until numerous inquiries and then, once shipped, it seems to be on a slow boat to China. It is now two weeks after shipment and still has not arrived, that is over 10 weeks from order date. Good luck with your business, I mean that as I wanted to help a vet owned company - you will not survive with this type of customer service, you need to fix it.
We do apologize for the delay in shipment. We advertise 4 to 6 week production time frame. This does not include shipping time. We have openly stated that due to back log, we have items that shipping at 8 weeks. At that point, we have no control over transit. Once again, we do apologize for the delay, but this order is being shipped outside the continental U.S.

Like many other negative reviews, mine is based on lack of customer service and very slow manufacturing/shipping time. My initial order (order # XXXXX) was placed on July 23rd, and I still don't have the item. Two emails have been sent with no response. Can't reach them by phone as their automated system states that due to high call volumes, they are not accepting calls at this time. I couldn't even leave a message. When checking my order status on their website, it simply states that my order is "not fulfilled." No other information is available. I like the fact that the company is veteran owned and I'd like to continue doing business with them, but when there is no way to contact them and I can't get a return email, It's difficult to get behind a company that doesn't respect it's customers.
By far Redline Steel is the most unresponsive company I have ever dealt with. They accepted payment and thanked me, but never sent a confirmation of my order. Placed an order in July and have sent 5 E Mails to which I have never gotten a response. It will soon be 8 weeks. Have requested to cancel my order again with no response, yet they send me continual E Mails offering me discounts on new orders.
Emails have been looked over and do see that they have been responded to by a customer service rep giving updates of where we were with production. Management is aware of order and has been working to get order shipped. We have had a delay on production due to an unexpected high influx of orders in the past few month. We have been trying to reach out to each customer about this, but we have missed a few. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustrations that have been caused.
This is entirely false information. I have not gotten one response to my E Mail's. The last E Mail I got was a sale on the owner's Birthday offering 28% off new orders. I have not gotten a confirmation that my order was even in production only E Mails to solicit for more business. I tried to cut and paste their last E Mail, but this field will not allow it.
To further illustrate how this owner of this business does not take it seriously, please review his Facebook video's he has posted. At one point he comments that "he has to go look to see how his Redline Steel Facebook advertisements are tracking" He has time to produce video's on self promotion. but neglects his customers. I too own a small business and ordered items from Mr' Wayne's company as decor for my store. Request full refund from Revdex.com and instead of refund company sent products. Was a birthday present a month too late 10+ weeks and I opened package and quality is very poor; Jagged edges on signs

I'm at the end of my rope with this company.
My first order (XXXXX) was placed in July, and I've heard nothing. Unfortunately, in the meantime, I placed 2 more orders *** XXXXX). It's beyond their 6 week time frame for the first order (a stock piece, no additions), and repeated inquiries have gone without a response.
I have absolutely no faith that the orders will arrive, and any further actions will be with my credit card company.
If they're having problems, the least they can do is communicate. I'm completely irritated and disappointed.
I regret not looking at the reviews prior to placing my order. I, too, ordered something that was on special on 7/22/17, here it is 9/11/17 and I still have not received my order. I also emailed this company several times, and got no response. I feel bad, since I like the fact that it would be helping a veteran, they sure did not hesitate charging my card. If this company would notify their customers of the status of their order, I think they would get a lot better reviews. I understand the lead time since their products are handmade, and that takes time. I don't understand not answering emails from a customer.

Again, this Redline Steel has an adorable spokesman who is a veteran and great prices .... however they seem to be too popular as I gave been charged fir my order ... but it has not arrived . This is a gift for an Autism School and I cannot even reach Redline to find out when it will be honestly shipped .
Emails and order of the Love sign has been looked over. We do see that emails have been responded to and order has been shipped within production time frame. We also see that 2 more orders have been placed. We appreciate the support of our business.
Changing our review to top of the line as a TEN STAR ! Because Redline products are made in the USA they have become very popular !
