I received my order that was placed on Dec. 2, 2018. It was nearly 3 months later that it finally arrived, Feb. 25, 2019. I opened the package to find my item was damaged. The paint or coating that they used is peeling up on one edge. I emailed them right away only to immediately receive their normal response of "It may take up to 5-7 business days to get back to you and please do not send multiple emails". I have already been to this rodeo with them about my 3 month wait time for my item. I waited 10 business days before I sent another email about my damaged item, still no response. I hated to bring this to the Revdex.com but it seems that this is the only place they respond to their customer's problems.

Have not received merchandise.
Purchased merchandise on December 13, 2018. They stated it was a 4-6 week turnaround time frame. I've called them a number times, only to be put on hold, and then to receive a recording indicating "due to high volume of call" and then am asked to leave a message; NEVER hearing back from them. I've sent emails, only to receive an automated email reply back. My credit card has been charged in December in the amount of $254.17. It's been almost three months without any valid communication or received order. Order number XXXXXX.

Desired Outcome

Would like to receive my merchandise NOW.

we ordered 4 pieces of their decorative steel products on November 26, 2018 for the sum of 130.14

todays date is March 11, 2019 and we have still not received our order.

We have left emails, no answer. We have tried to call and were told that because of the number of calls they are no longer excepting calls

want the products we ordered or our money back

Placed an order 12/8/2018, have never gotten product, was told via 1 email that due to policy would not receive a refund.
Ordered 12/8/2018. Order #XXXXXX, House number numbers 105, paid with credit card, can't remember the initial dollar amount but was $60 something. I did get a 20% discount, but after receiving that a couple days after initial order placed have only gotten 1 generic standard form email stating I would not receive a refund due to policy and there were no phone numbers to call. I have never received my product and have never gotten a refund or any additional correspondence.

I am seeking a refund because apparently I am not going to get the product ordered.

Because PayPal has stepped in and due to the fact that PayPal could get "NO" response from Redline they sided in my favor and PayPal has paid me back my money and I guess now that PayPal is out the funds. Redline is going to come out on top no matter what because if they were not keeping my money then now they technically are keeping PayPal's money.

Desired Outcome

I would like a response from the business with the ship date. I would like the correct product that I ordered to be delivered to the address I provided as soon as possible.

I understand not being able to offer specific dates for the product to be delivered. What I'm taking issue with is that with the four separate emails I sent over the course of 5 weeks, there was no response at all from the vendor. The response received through Revdex.com would have been sufficient. But with no response, I didn't know if they had just taken my money and were never going to send the items I ordered. From the other complaints I saw on Revdex.com, this is a recurring theme. Acknowledging an email is an important part of customer service. As a side note, I did find it interesting that the product was delivered to me 5 days after I filed a complaint with Revdex.com. I'm happy with the product, but it should not have gone to this length.

I ordered from Redline Steel/Decor on December 8, 2018 and still have not received the 2 pieces that I ordered.
On December 8, 2018 I ordered 2 pieces from Redline Steel/Decor. In my order confirmation it said delivery would be 4-6 weeks. I emailed January 10, 2019 because my order status said that it was "Unfilled". They told me "our products can typically take upwards of 8 weeks from the customer's order date (if not sooner) to be created and shipped out". On January 29, 2019 I then emailed again, this time using a different email address that I found (***@redlinesteel.com). The response that I got was "Given the order date of 12/8, I expect this order to be fulfilled and shipped within the next 2-4 weeks." I still have not received what I ordered and when I check the status of my order it says that it is in-production. I emailed today about my order and I am waiting for a response.

Desired Outcome

At this rate I don't care if I get my product any longer but I need some type of resolution to this situation (money back, my order, or both for having to deal with this). These were Christmas gifts and I knew that I would probably get them a little later than Christmas but this is over the top. This company should no longer be in business when they treat their customers like this. There have been complaints after complaints from all over about similar situations.

I feel that the excuse that was given from RedLine Steel is not excusable. I have seen from other reviews on their social media posts, other advertising and through this site that there have been people that ordered long after I did and they have already received their custom order. I was told by this company through emails different timelines (in multiple emails) of long it would take and they did not follow through with their word. On the Revdex.com site it says that RedLine Steel has provided a phone number for customers. This is completely false. There is no phone number on their website and the one that is listed on the Revdex.com does not work.

If a company is going to do big advertising, like this one did, they should be equipped to handle what may come. I have ordered custom things from other companies and it has never taken 14 weeks for me to get my order.

I am done with responses from this company, I am not satisfied and that's the bottom line. The Revdex.com does not appear to have done anything for the many customers that have been ripped off. The owner throws around that he's a vet like he's suppose to get some type of pity for having a crappy business. I have asked that the company stop sending me emails that they have for advertising and they still continue to flood my inbox.

I placed an order with Redline Steel on 12-09- 2018 and have not seen my order as if today 03-09-2019.
I placed order #XXXXXX to Redline Steel on 12-09-2018 and have not received my order as of 03-09-2019 and all my attempts to reach the company have been ignored or they send me a form letter stating they are "working on it". I've requested my money be returned $165 to me to no avail. Please help me resolve this!

I placed an order on 12/15/28 order #XXXXXX. Order was for $300+ worth of merchandise which was charged to my card. This order is still unfilled.
Order was placed Dec 15 2018. Order #XXXXXX for $308.55 this order is still open and unfulfilled. Multiple avenues of contact have all gone unanswered. I have emailed directly using their contact form from the website. I have also tried to contact them via Paypal which is the method of payment. No responses have come from any attempt for a direct resolution.

Delivery in 10 days or refund full amount.

Purchased an item in December 2018, 4-6 weeks for delivery. Contacted company in February and March, no response, of any kind! I want a full refund!

Customer service is abysmal. If you don't mind orders that are two+ months late, no ability to check the status of your order so you think you've been scammed , and crickets chirping when you try and contact the company - then by all means place your order!

Customer service sucks! My original order was made on the 10th of December and now it is the 10th of March..................I am so tired of trying to make excuses to the family members that these were to go to! 3 months is getting ridiculous!!

I placed my order at the end of November & did not receive it until February 19th. Here is where I differ from many of the reviewers. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift but after I received the email that it would not arrive by Christmas, I printed up a picture of the gift on my computer and gave that to the recipient explaining it would be delayed. No problem!
Our son has made a cedar post to hang his monogrammed steel & it looks fantastic. I am giving this product 5 stars & I hope others will be patient when dealing with certain companies. I will definitely order from them again!

Still waiting on order 584739, placed on 12/19/18. These people claim they are sending orders out and getting caught up. Is every order they have nearing 3 months? Or are they focusing on their new orders so they don't lose those people as return customers? There are more metal art companies out there, do yourself a favor and give them a look.

BTW, would have given zero stars it it was an option.

The Distressed Battle Flag is a superior product. Very highly recommended.

I am alright with a company growing to fast, however there is no excuse for not keeping your customers updated on where there order is. With growth comes hiring more people.
But, all you hear is very rude comments to the effect don't bother us we are doing the best we can. Well, in this day of so many ways to communicate there is no excuse.
I have been waiting since December 12. Today I got a generic email saying don't bother us. When you do you move me to the bottom of the email list. Who operates that way.
I keep reading that you create amazing products but that is not an excuse to be so rude to your customers. I see you continue to take orders and some have been filled before mine! Not sure how that works.
I come from a long , long line of small business owners so I totally understand growing to fast. If it means you work day and night then that's what you have to do.
Integrity is so important in business! I feel bad that I had to get to this point but, I don't want others to get so frustrated!
Let me be clear on this I would of never written this if you would just let me know where my order is and what is happening.

I ordered a product as a Christmas gift in December and I have still not received anything and was told I cannot cancel my order. No response!
Order #XXXXXX, Shannon was the rep that had been responding to me prior to my shipment notification. She has since gone MIA. I paid $90 by visa credit card.
I ordered my gift for my husband 12/5 and I still have nothing in my hands. I followed up on 12/14 and got a response on 12/18 stating that orders take 6 weeks from order date to ship out. I sent another email on 02/20 for a status update and the ship time had now changed to 8-10 weeks. I got a whole story about how machinery broke down and all setting you guys back and it is unfortunate but by this email, I was already at 11 weeks wait time, WAY past your 8-10 week from order date. I asked how to cancel the order and Shannon stated I couldn't which is ridiculous.

I suddenly received an email and text stating my order had been shipped, this was on 2/21 and STILL nothing has arrived. I have left 2 voicemails and emailed twice to Shannon asking for a tracking number. At this point since I have heard nothing I am assuming you have not actually shipped the order and sent me a notification stating so for me to keep quite.
AS OF TODAY, 03/07 I still have not received my order nor have they returned my email from 03/04 and 3 voicemails from me and 1 from my husband.

Desired Outcome

I would like the gift i ordered for my husband and if they cannot deliver this then i want a full refund with tax, shipping and NO cancellation fee since they cannot hold up to their demand.

This response is a complete lie and unethical. After I started my complaints to the delay in the product I ordered, I received a text message and an email on 02/21 stating my order had been shipped. Since that date, I have reached out numerous times for a tracking number and no one has responded. I believe the company sent that message to me, which I still have for my records, in order to shut me up.
Not only did I get "confirmation" my order was shipped, I also got a survey which I completed. Once completed I received a 25% coupon to order more products from your company. How are you offering coupons for more products when you STILL have not completed orders from December 5th?
I was married in October and ordered this as a gift to my husband for the wall we were going to decorate with our wedding photos and now its a loss.
At this point I want a FULL refund with no penalties since this is not my fault. I want the full $60.37 back on my card within a week.
I have had to fight too much to get what I ordered and I am done trying. I rather take my money elsewhere.

I did get my refund in full, thank you! I do not agree to the email I got from the CEO. It was a generic email with poor grammar. stated that the company had shut off their marketing so they could catch up to the orders. LIE! At the bottom of the email, I had a 25% off code. I get an email every other day now with a promo deal and ads on my FB and instagram promoting discounts. Funny how I couldn't get my product since December 5th but you have time to promote more and take more orders. I have told all my friends and family to never use this company.

Per your original email it would be 4-6 weeks. The last update I received was 12/21, and at that time you tried offering me a gift card that I could use if I ordered more, but never gave me a lead time. You also stated in the email that you had already onboarded 6o additional employees and we working extended hours to catch up. If 60 employees and extended hours can't catch you up in 2 months, why is your company still accepting new orders? As of your 3/11/19 response, which would be 14.5 weeks, you don't even have the common courtesy or customer service skills to even look at my specific order. I didn't even order a custom monogram. At 14.5 weeks since my order was placed you still can't provide me an update, but instead a blanketed response which only came after I filed a Revdex.com complaint. How does your business think it is acceptable to not even care enough to look at an order 9-11 weeks after it was promised to the consumer? I could go on and on about the other inadequacies and problems from your Revdex.com response, but I'm done. Please refund the money as quickly as possible. I hope that your accounting system is more efficient than your tracking system.
