Two items ordered on November 19, 2018 still have not been received/shipped. When contacted for status of the items, business is evasive.
On November 19, 2018 I placed an order (#XXXXXX) for two items, as Christmas presents. I contacted Redline on December 13th for an update and was told by Shannon, Redline's Customer Service Rep that "all orders placed before December 5th were subject to deliver before Christmas." On December 22, I received an email from the owner indicating the orders would not be shipped before Christmas. Since then I have requested an estimated date for shipping and Redline only responds back with evasive emails. My credit card has been charged for these two items but the two products have been received.
The two products shipped and a F rating on the Revdex.com. It appears that there have been numerous complaints filed against this company. A B- rating seems misleading.
On behalf of the company, I sincerely apologize to you for the delay in delivery of your order with us. We have suffered through mechanical and equipment failures, delayed vendor shipments, and delays while moving to our new facility during this extremely busy holiday season. However, I realize that an excuse is not a substitute for good service. I look forward to making this right for you as soon as possible. We are trying our best to minimize the delay as much as we can, and get everything rectified to the best of our ability. We have equipped our departments with more staff, who are currently working 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to ensure that these Christmas orders are fulfilled and shipped out as soon as they can be. Orders impacted by this delay can take up to 4 weeks (if not sooner) from the current date to be fulfilled and shipped.
You have been a supportive customer, and we are grateful to you for giving our company and product a chance. I am so saddened that this is how the situation turned out, and I understand the frustration of not having your order to you on time. However, in the end, I would really love for you to still receive your order and be able to enjoy our pieces for years to come.

Ordered a customized product from this company on 11/11 and have not received the product which was guaranteed to be here by Christmas. Paid in full. This product is a gift and was ordered a two months ago, paid in full and still not received. Sent numerous emails to support services, only to receive auto- generated responses and one that said they have added employees and shifts to ensure that everyone gets their product immediately. Phone lines are not accepting calls. The company is still advertising "Guaranteed to be delivered . This is obviously a scam and I WANT MY PRODUCT. Order # XXXXXX placed on 11/11/18. Oh, and they further insulted me by offering an up to $50 coupon on a future order! On 12/8 I received the following message (and nothing since): Hello ***,

We anticipate several thousand additional orders to be fulfilled and placed for shipment prior to this weekend, to ensure delivery prior to Christmas. Given the large volume of orders placed in anticipation for the holiday, we cannot offer expedited shipping in order to ensure fairness across the board. Orders are being processed in the order that they came in. We are working as hard as possible to get your order out as soon as we can make it. Currently all of our production staff are working 7 days a week, and there are shifts covering 24 hours a day in order to ensure that we get orders out as soon as possible while still maintaining the quality we are known for.
With that said, if this order is intended as a Christmas Gift, we highly advise and encourage you to have a back-up gift readily available in the event that your order is not shipped in time.
Once the order has been fulfilled and placed for shipment, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email including your designated Tracking Info per either UPS or USPS. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, and appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you.
I WANT MY PRODUCT. They are STILL accepting new orders even though they have not delivered on those promised. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES.
I want my product delivered by the end of the month. If not, delivered I want a full refund PLUS $100 (NOT SITE CREDIT) for the major inconvenience.

Keeping this complaint open until February 9th which is when the company says will be the latest I will receive my item. IF the company fulfills its obligation, I will withdraw my complaint. If it does not, I will press on.

Answering "Yes" because I want my money back BUT this business is a SCAM. Promises (over and over and over) are broken and money is kept. There is no way to get in touch with the company - no phone number and auto answer email which promises to get back to customer go unanswered. I was promised delivery of 4 different dates and NONE were honored. I am going to track Revdex.com complaints and then consider launching a class action suit against this company for false advertising. This is one of the most shameful companies and they should be SHUT DOWN before accepting anyone else's hard earned money. VERY VERY DISSATISFIED and DISGUSTED.
I have ordered from Redline several times and am EXTREMELY happy with every single product. Many items were gifts and everyone is raving about them. I tell them Redline Steel - look it up!!
Placed my order in Dec 2018. Money was taken out of my credit card, however, I haven't received my order. Have tried calling the 2 different numbers for this company & the recording says "they cannot receive calls at this time". I want my money back, if I'm not going to get my product, since they got their money. Will NEVER recommend this company or place an order again.
It was perfect. My daughter lost her dog this year so I purchased the love sign with the dog paw, she loved it. The quality was exceptional. Would definitely recommend

I placed an order on October 4, 2018, well before the holiday rush and even reached out to the company asking about their reviews. They assured me they had worked through those issues and I would receive my product within 4-6 weeks. I placed the order then never heard back from the company. The 4-6 week period came and left without any communication from the company. When I looked up my order online it stated it was still in production. I tried reaching the company by email and phone only to find they were not taking phone calls and the emails were not being responded to. After about 4 attempts at emailing someone finally responded yet not answering my question as to when it would be shipping. It took me calling the state of Alabama regarding their business license to get a name and number of the general manager who took care of my order for me but not before letting me know my order was at the bottom of the pile because of something that was done wrong internally. I ended up finally receiving my products on December 18th and one of them has very sharp edges. I never brought it to the company's attention because I do not want to do business with them again. All they were concerned with was getting a lot of orders yet not being able to fulfill them in a timely manner. I would not suggest doing business with them. Find someone local, they exist you just have to look for them because they aren't spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on advertising.

The Facebook page is the only place they are responding to customer complaints and refunds requests. I requested a refund and no one has contacted me. This company is a fraud and bamboozled people out of money before Christmas without following up with their promise to deliver.
I would like a full refund.

After not receiving any response to my email requests, I finally used the company's Facebook page to ask to cancel my order and refund me. They refunded me my full amount and canceled the order. Then 3 weeks later the order appeared at my door AFTER I found someone else who was able to make my sign for me within 1 week. Thanks for the extra sign but I will not do business with you anymore.
Again, I apologize for the delay. We are making every effort to correct mistakes made going forward.

Placed order on 11/17/18 still have not received it. Sent emails and sent messages on the support page. No answer!
My order #XXXXXX for a total of $67.85 (metal deer with monogram name) was placed on 11/17/18. I've tried several times to contact via email/support page with no response. I did receive one email a few days before Christmas stating I would receive a $25 gift card for my trouble. Not sure why I would want a gift card to order another item from Red line steel, when they can't fulfill my first order!
Would really like to see it delivered. Contact me and at least let me know the statis of my order! Has it been made yet and would like to receive it as soon as possible. Didn't hesitate to withdraw my money from my account right away!!

I received my order on Feb. 5, 2019 Thank you! In the future it might be wise to not advertise delivery before Christmas if you know that it wasn't possible! Very nice product and my Husband enjoyed getting a belated Christmas present.

Order placed and paid and said would receive before 12/25.. As of today 1/7 still not received.
11/6/18 order #XXXXXX placed, paid $108.80 for 2 items, said I would receive before 12/25. 11/27 sent email request if items would arrive by 12/20. 11/28 Redline replied takes 4-6 weeks (or sooner) and 12/5 was deadline to receive by 12/25 (my order placed 11/6). 12/13 email to Redline asking when I could expect order, they replied before 12/25. 12/21 emailed again requesting when I would receive. Received email from CEO stating several reasons who in would mot be receiving items (offd $50 gift card). 12/27, 1/1 emailed and requested refund of $108.80.
Since these were Christmas gifts, and moreover since I was continually advised that I would receive before, I just want my money refunded

I realize Redline Steel is going through growing pains right now & many people have complaints, so I wanted to share my experience as proof that there are a lot of great things going on there !!
I ordered on 11-20-18, gifts for my retired-Marine son & his new bride. I knew the made in the U.S.A. & the Military connection would make these gifts even more special.
I knew going in that it would be 4-6 weeks. I'm realistic about mail-ordering things & I don't expect that everything on *** & Earth will move so that MY order will be there precisely a certain date. Our son was deployed on a lot of holidays & got his gifts, "late". We learned it is the celebration & being together that is important, not always the exact date that everyone else celebrates.
Even though expecting my order to arrive after Christmas, I was pleased to receive several e-mails updating me of delays, including an e-mail instructing me how to obtain a $ 25.00 Gift Card for my, "inconvenience."
My order was received on 01-05-19, & we are ABSOLUTELY THRILLED. We received HIGH-QUALITY, DETAILED pieces that were absolutely PERFECT !! It may not mean much to some, but our name constantly is screwed up on special orders, squished together, "Delmuro" or "de muro" or "Muro".... use your imagination.. !! It's really awful. These guys got it RIGHT !!! YAY !!!
In summary, we received our order in a timely manner, were constantly updated, even provided with a $ 25.00 Gift Card, our name was spelled right... the newlyweds will be as thrilled as we are when they return later this month ! ð?? We would have paid double for the quality of what we received, honestly.
I feel bad for those who had bad experiences, but I do feel this Company is going to make it right. Everyone experiences some type of growing experiences in their lives. Give these guys the opportunity to make it right~ I really feel they will. My husband is an especially tough customer, but we are now brand-loyal to Redline Steel & look forward to many future orders & great experiences.
