I have ordered a couple of items from Redline. Price was good, delivery was fast and the workmanship was beyond compare! I would recommend them to anyone!

I purchased multiple gifts for varied family members. They were all touched and amazed at the beauty of the workmanship in the gifts I presented. I'm so glad that I found your site and took the chance on your company. I have yet to be disappointed!!

ordered a product from this company. Company will not respond. Have no product.
Some the information I do not have since the company will not get back to me. I try to go to the site to get details on my order but nothing shows up. This is what I know and have.
I ordered a small 18" Black Monogram Letter "D" the beginning of November 2018. Order #XXXXXX. I would email to get a status report since I did not hear anything in over a month. No response. I tried to call several times and kept getting a message that they were not taking calls at this time. I went onto their facebook page to file a complaint and finally got an email back that my order would be ready soon and be to my in-laws in Arizona by Christmas. I noticed on the facebook page that there are hundreds of complaints about my very same situation. Then got a video on facebook from the owner giving one excuse after another of why hundreds of people would not have their Christmas presents on time/delivered on time which was GUARANTEED when we ordered our products/gifts. This was a week and a half before Christmas. I have tried to make contact with them again for more details and no response with email and same recorded message when I call them. They have taken my money and have not given me any product in return.

Desired Outcome

I want my $49.75 that I paid with my bank visa card. I paid for it thru paypal. I would rather have a certified check from them that I can deposit back into my checking account. Plus to stop using "for the veterans" in their sales pitches. This is what brought me to buy from this company. They are tarnishing the "veterans" name.

On Nov. 18 I ordered 2 items at a cost of 78.95 each totaling 157.90 for delivery by Christmas. Have not received them yet.

I have sent at least 10 emails and have received canned email replies. The last on I sent was on 1/2/19 requesting cancellation of orders and refund to my credit card account for the amount of $157.90. Still not response from them and when I check the website it says orders unfulfilled and payment made.

I would like the items cancelled and my money refunded.

I accept, however they fulfilled one order and it is on the way and cancelled the other order and issued a refund. This business still needs to get it's act together.

No merchandise was not delivered. No customer service. Charged no refund.
Placed my order 11.14.18. Have not received my merchandise and have tried many times to either receive it or get a refund. No luck. I have reached out to the CEO & Founder Colin Wayne he just advised me to contact support. No luck.

I am requesting the merchandise I ordered. If they can not fulfill my order a complete refund.

Due to unexpected equipment failures some orders are being delayed. I know this can be frustrating and an inconvenience. I have this order pulled up at this time. Due to the ordered date and status of this order I have a couple of options for the customer. I will reach out to customer via our company email to resolve issue with this order.

Ordered on 11/15/18. Company took money immediately. Not performing as advertising. Told today it would be additional 5 weeks.
I placed an order with Redline Steel in Alabama on November 14, 2018. They took my money on November 15, 2018. When I placed the order, it showed on their website orders take 4-6 weeks to be delivered. I knew that was putting it right at Christmas, but ordered anyway. Redline later posted a video on their Facebook page stating if you ordered before December 5, 2018 that your order would be guaranteed delivery before Christmas. A few days before Christmas, Redline posted yet another video stating unfortunately some would not be getting their order and if you were one of those people not receiving their order would be getting an email and they were offering gift cards for the inconvenience and you needed to make other arrangements for a gift. Apparently, they sent out a mass email because my letter about the gift cards and order delay was kicked into the junk mail section of my emails. I tried calling the company and received a recording where I was given three options to press for help. I tried all three. The recordings said the same thing that due to the number of calls they were not taking any calls at that time. No one was taking calls and you could not speak to a live person, not even an operator. Their live online help was always unavailable to use. There was no way to get in contact with anyone in the company. If you commented negatively on the website, they deleted your comment.

Redline Steel's Facebook page is screaming with disgruntled customers who the company has hijacked their money as far back as October, which is before any machine breakdown as mentioned in yet another video post by Redline. Redline is now also posting it will be an additional 5 weeks before merchandise will be delivered. I question that they will even meet that deadline.

Not only do we have the videos from the 2018 year on their Facebook, while searching I found a similar video from Redline about their 2017 Christmas orders and the problems they were having delivering the orders the previous year. They also made the television news broadcasts in recent weeks because so many have not received their orders and they were taking the consumers' money right away. My personal order delivery time has now passed the 7-week line and a comment on Facebook to me indicated it could be an additional 5-weeks before I receive my order (if I receive it then). They had my money from day 1. Today, I requested a refund through Facebook and they said they would refund my money.

The owner talks a good talk on his videos on Facebook, but companies like this should not be allowed to have a business license. According to the Facebook posts, he is taking thousands of people's money the moment they order, not delivering in the time frame he is advertising, and not responding to calls and emails, making the company almost unreachable. Basically, his company will not talk to you, other than comment on Facebook. His intentions may be good, but his actions tell a totally different story. Poor and shady business practices do not appeal to me at all and should not be allowed.

Desired Outcome

I think the company should be required to take the customer's money only when the product is ready for shipment. Taking money and keeping (or using) it for months (and yes some comments from customers not receiving orders go back as far as October) should never be allowed. Business practices should be reevaluated because this happened last year around Christmas too. Answer your phone calls and emails. Not everyone worships Facebook on a daily basis. Facebook is not a means to contact irate customers. It should be done on an individual basis. They failed in all of the above.

I did get a refund, butI don't believe what the company is saying because they encountered delivery delays for Christmas 2017. In my opinion, I believe they are offering sales and deals to boost their sales for the coming year, knowing very well they cannot fulfill the orders and those sales will carry them into the new year even if they have some of those customers cancel their orders. If it truly had been machinery failure the same problem would not have happened in 2017 and the orders for last year would not be delayed from as far back as September. There is nothing this company could say at this point for me to believe them. In my opinion, they are using deceptive business practices and are keenly aware of what they are doing.

Apologies from the company are futile. Every time one is offered a new excuse is added. Previously, I heard of two different kinds of machinery failures and now vendor delays, with the "delays" being plural. That is a new one. This again substantiates my saying that this company is being very deceptive in their business practices. Almost every time they respond, it is a different EXCUSE.

I have tried to find out a out my order and I don't get a reply from company. WHY? Wonder if this company is a scam! I ordered a "God is Good" sign for my family room! I loved the fact that it (& all of their signs) is/are made in the USA and that the workmanship is superb! The black looks so awesome on my gold wall! I liked it so much that I ordered 5 more to give as Christmas gifts to my dear Christian friends! I know they will all love them as much as I do! We haven't had our gift exchange yet, so it will be interesting to see how they respond to that particular sign!

I tried to cancel an Order I placed with REDLINE STEEL numerous times from 5 minutes after I placed the order. I ordered it on a black Friday deal that after I placed the order I saw that it could take 4-6 weeks to get there and I didn't want to take that chance,
so I emailed them and told them to cancel it. Thy contacted me & told me that I placed my order before the Christmas cut off date , so that it would be there before then. They strung me along thinking that it was gonna be there and then tell me 4 days before Christmas that maybe I should have a back up plan. They then offer me a 25.00 credit off another order. They stated that they had all these issues that caused the delays.
Why would they keep telling me that I had placed my order before the cut off date when they knew about these issues.
25.00 really? It will take till next Christmas to get it also. Why would I even buy another thing from this company. I will be leaving yet another complaint at the Revdex.com. This is obviously reoccurring with this company in multiple states. You tell me 4 days before Christmas that I need a back up plan. This is ridicules.
Saw their rating with Revdex.com and completely understand the very low rating with all the complaints filed. Stay as far away from this company as possible!!

I received my order and I was estatic!!! When the different grandparents and parents opened their gift they loved them! Wonderful product amazing price! Will be ordering again

I placed a order November 15th, company guaranteed delivery before Christmas 2018. No response from company, I made numerous emails sent with no resp
I used Affirm to make payments to of $24.00 for 4 months, made them all and have not received anything and cannot get though to the company to fix this issue, I would like a refund but don't know how to go about it, because of numerous attempts with no luck, I am very frustrated, please help me. I accept the Full refund , I don't accept the apology because there was no explanation why the order wasn't processed and I would like an explanation due to the fact that I ordered from the company before and was very happy what's the outcome I expect more from this company

Company did not delivery on the guarantee for delivery by Christmas. Company charged the credit card and did not deliver the items.
I placed an order for $112.03 for 4 items on November 8, 2018. On November 9, my credit card was changed. Buried in the terms and conditions, it said that delivery would be 4 -6 weeks. Multiple advertisements stated that all order placed before December 5, 2018 would be delivered for Christmas. Company continued to advertise guaranteed Christmas delivery, Multiple contacts with the company were met with canned emails that did not address the issue. I received one email telling me to buy "back up" gifts. On December 21, 2018, I received a message via Facebook Messenger and an email that stated I would not receive my items by the guaranteed date. I have emailed twice since this date and have not received any response. Order # XXXXXX

Delivery of items paid for on 11/8/2018 by 1/9/2019 (a full 9 weeks from the order and paid for date) or an immediate and full refund of $112.03

While I am satisfied with the response in my case, I was unsatisfied with the amount of time it took to get to resolution - 2 full months. I would also suggest that company be investigated for false advertising.

Orders placed 11-24-18 still have not received orders 1-2-19 can not get response.
I placed 2 orders on 11-24-2018 as Christmas gifts. As of today 1-2-2019 I have not received these orders. My credit card was charged for them on 11-24-2018 and I have not been able to get any kind of response. I emailed and called and was told they are not answering calls and also they are not in the office when I emailed. My order #'s are XXXXXX & XXXXXX each for $41.60. Credit card was American Express.

Basically order is behind with no end in sight. And they charged my credit card already, which is not normal business practice.
Ordered item for Xmas. Got an email with excuses about not getting it to me by xmas. Ok fine. It is now Jan 2nd and still no shipping information. They also charged credit card full amount already. Based on number of complaints, and the same complaints, had noting to do with xmas season. Also, due to high volume of calls now at the phone number they are NOT taking calls!? WTH? More complaints! I ordered 2 items on 11/17/18 & my credit card was charged. I was guaranteed delivery before Christmas. I have still not received my items.
I purchased (2) fancy monograms 24" (medium) on 11/17/18, ORDER #XXXXXX. Personalization: P *** D *** My credit card was charged $93.95.

On 11/18/18 I received an email from Colin Wayne, CEO & Founder of Redline Steel thanking me for my order and saying that it would take 4-6 weeks to deliver the items. I emailed the company and stated that these were gifts and I needed them before Christmas.

On 11/21/18 I received a reply from ***
Customer Service Representative which reads: Hey ***, Yes, the black Fancy monograms are all guaranteed to arrive by Christmas! Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

On 12/18/18 I emailed again asking about the status of the order. *** replied:

Thanks for reaching out! I'd be happy to assist you with any concerns you may have with the timeline. Now, I do have #XXXXXX open, placed on November 17th 2018, and can see that this is still Unfulfilled.

We realize that Christmas is less than week away, and we anticipate several thousand additional orders will be fulfilled and placed for shipment prior to this weekend, to ensure delivery prior to Christmas. With that said, if this order is intended as a Christmas Gift, we highly advise and encourage you to have a back-up gift readily available in the event your order is not shipped prior to this weekend. Given the large volume of orders placed in anticipation for the holiday, we cannot offer expedited shipping in order to ensure fairness across the board.

Once the order has been fulfilled and placed for shipment, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email that will include your designated Tracking Info per either UPS or USPS. We appreciate your patience and understanding and look forward to ensuring this order gets shipped as quickly as possible for you.

I replied saying that I was not happy, I did not have a back-up gift and how ridiculous that was to suggest especially when I purchased TWO personalized items and now what was I supposed to do? It was too late to order something like this from any other place.

We have experienced some major growing pains and setbacks as a company that has, unfortunately, lead us to be extremely behind on this season's orders. From our nitrogen generator going bad, which powers our lasers, to vendors being months late on new equipment, and moving into our new 110k SF facility two months later than expected due to permits out of our control. In order to combat all of these issues to get all the orders out for the holiday season, we hired 20 new employees in the last 60 days and have implemented two 12 hour shifts throughout the day. Your order is of the utmost importance and we are doing all we can to see it gets to you.

However, if you are receiving this message that means you will not be receiving your order by this Christmas. We know this is a huge setback so we wanted to let you know ahead of time so you can be prepared with replacement gifts. You can rest assured we are doing everything we can to get these orders out to you. No matter what, you will get your order.

There is no right way to say this so we will say it straightforward, we are truly sorry from the bottom of our hearts that this year you are not receiving your order in time as promised. We can assure you that we are learning from our mistakes and setbacks to bring you a bigger and more efficient Redline Steel in this coming year. We are going to do all we can to make this right.

He went on and on and offered "up to a $25 gift card to our online store for this mistake." I did not take the bait on that. Why would I EVER order from this company again?

I replied asking what their guarantee really meant. I said they should be offering refunds. No reply, No items. Still waiting

They GUARANTEED Christmas delivery. I would like my items expedited.
